I have been seeing Dr Owen for many years and ALWAYS have a wonderful experience! His team is also amazing! Dr. Owen is gentle with procedures, very explanatory on all he’s needing to do, and concerned about you and your comfort. He’s extremely knowledgeable and is always open to questions. He listens and will allow you the time you need.

I was greeted by smiling and very pleasant - easy to talk to staff. My wait was very short & I was a new patient. The nurse that took me back was very kind, yet professional, in listening to me as I gave my medical history. Dr. Jennifer Owen I did not see this time but Brittney PA. She was easy to talk to, lighthearted, and was very proficient. I felt better when I left than when I arrived. Glad I made an appointment with this facility and made a follow up for next year!

Dr. Jen is and has always been an excellent physician. She has been my physician ever since her dad retired. I live in Snyder, TX but highly recommend driving the extra distance to be her patient. Dr. Jen’s medical team will take care of you. 🩷

I got back quick and the PA was amazing. She came in and talked to me before my exam. They were also quick with getting my PAP results back to be (2 days)

Edit 9/16/24: I was quite impressed today that Dr. Owen called me to go over my last visit and discuss my experience. She was able to explain a few things that made me understand and agree that my previous experience was a one off and highly circumstantial.Doctors just don’t do that, they don’t take the time to call and discuss a negative experience! I would give her 7 stars if I could, simply for the initiative she took to call and chat with me. I truly appreciate the phone call Dr. Jenn!! 🫱🏼‍🫲🏻Edited 9/12/24: My initial review was five stars in July 2024, but I’ve had several more experiences with the office and am sad to say that I will probably never go back. I left yesterday close to tears and felt very dismissed. I previously was seen by Brittany, PA and had a phenomenal experience, she was thorough and caring. During the visit with Brittany I had a few issues so she ordered a pelvic ultrasound. I came back a few weeks later for the ultrasound and that experience was great as well. When they called to give me my results of the pelvic ultrasound, which were negative, I was wondering what other treatment options were available. So the nurse went to speak with a provider and then called me back and said that Dr. Jenn wanted to see me in office to discuss further options. So an appointment was made for me to come into the office to speak with her.When I arrived, I was seen by a nurse practitioner who is very new to the practice and admittedly was still getting used to seeing this type of patient, she was very nice.We had a chat and then she would go talk to Dr. Jenn, and then the nurse prac would come back and play telephone, relaying what Dr. Jenn said, which was basically…sorry there’s nothing we can do, but we can refer you to another OB/GYN.The part that upset me is that the office called me and stated that Dr. Jenn wanted to see me personally and then when I show up, she couldn’t be bothered to even come talk to me, it made me feel like I wasn’t heard by the actual physician at all, and whenever I went to leave, she was standing at the nurses station writing on some paper, not 5 feet from where my exam room was. A three minute conversation would’ve at least let me leave feeling like she actually cared and that I wasn’t mislead about her wanting to see me.I love seeing nurse practitioners, they are actually my preference, but when the office calls me and tells me the physician wants to see me, that’s just what I expect to happen. And if she had been called away to an emergency or was elbows deep in a procedure, I could understand how it went down, but that was not the case because I saw her standing there. I guess I’ve just followed her on social media for so long and actually follow her during my nursing school OB rotation, I just felt like I expected a lot better from her….and that’s what hurt my feeling so bad..Original Review: I had a lot of anxiety coming to a new OB/GYN but the folks at Owen Health Group made the experience great!The front staff was nice but not obnoxiously so and it was also good to see front staff members over the age of 30!!The process, after being pulled back, was good from start to finish. Brittany, PA, was thorough and asked me questions I never thought to bring up. Ive never had such an in-depth conversation regarding my feminine health and I left feeling well cared for. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this medical office for my ladies past child bearing age.

Doc Owen is Outstanding! And so is his staff. Had my FAA medical and was in and out on time. They understand what pilots need and being on time is what will have me returning when my medical is due next.

I always have a good experience at Dr.Jenn’s office. Staff are friendly. I don’t usually wait in the lobby very long nor do I have to wait for Dr. Jenn to come in the room to discuss appointment purposes or test results. Brittany is awesome as well. She sits and discusses issues and resolutions with you.

I was greeted with a smile and receptionist was very helpful. Wendy is very sweet and answered all of my questions the best that she could. I know that sometimes it is hard to get thru to nurses on phone but I know they are super busy too.

While Dr. Jeff and Jennifer Owen are absolutely amazing. The billing is extremely shady. They charge and double dip for services that are questionable. Check your insurance billing to what you are actually quoted. I called her billing staff and she had a reason for non-disclosed billing.

Brittney and Wendy took good care of me! Menopause is not fun, but they can help you deal with so many aspects of this! I feel like I am waking up from a deep sleep and now I have so much more energy and stamina! Woo hoo!

Dr.Jennifer Owen was so kind. She took her time speaking with me to discuss my health and ways she could help me improve my health. The staff was extremely kind and helpful!

I have been going to this office for 5 years and really like the NP Brittany Bailey. I am 65 yrs and have been having spotting for 12 weeks. I have had all the necessary tests, but they have still not contacted me about my results. I need a hysterectomy, but was told they no longer do any surgeries. I have been asking for a referral to a surgeon. I was told it takes 3-4 weeks. They should not advertise they are a gynecology office when they mostly do cosmetic and hormones.

Everyone at the offside warm and friendly- from the front staff to the physicians. I saw Wendy Wilcox, NP. She is awesome. She really cares about my health.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE. I have a quite irrational fear of going to the doctor, so I was quite nervous for my first appointment here. I was made to feel very welcome, very cared for and listened to. The staff treated me amazingly, and even made special accommodations for my personal fears, all while still performing the procedures I needed done in a very professional manner. Horrible customer service. Tried calling for a WEEK and they didn’t answer. I didn’t have my medication or my lab results for an entire week. I called over 20 times and left several voicemails. They took absolutely no accountability for not answering their phones. The times they did call back, it was already past 4:30, when they close at 5.

Doctor Jeff Owen’s is the best doctor I have ever had. I appreciate how he takes however much time needed to answer my questions. His weight loss program has helped me loose 38 pounds. I would highly recommend the Owen’s health group for all of your medical needs.

The visits are great. The PA (I wish I could remember her name) is very sweet and helpful, she shows that she really cares.However, the supporting staff is awful. After an appointment and a diagnosis, I called to discuss some symptoms with the medical staff, who then LAUGHED in my face and said “it’s normal.”Then, I have been asking for my medical records since the beginning of August. I didn’t get a release form until I had called probably 5 times asking for it and that was the end of August. I sent my form Aug 30, they said it takes 10 days. I followed up Sept 27, no response. It’s now Oct 16 and I still don’t have my medical records as requested.I don’t know what the issue is but it’s very disappointing and quite frankly, irritating.When and if they ever send it, I will never deal with this place again nor would I recommend to anyone. It takes everybody in there to make the experience a good one for patients, not just the doctor.

Owens Health Group has an incredible staff! As a first time patient Brittany helped me feel comfortable and her MA Tiffany was amazing as well! They provided me with a lot of information, attention and they were quick. They took great care of me and I was very happy with my visit.

The staff was great and the Gyn PA was very nice but she was extremely behind the times on female hormones. I cant give them higher than 3 stars due to this being a huge part of why I sought them out. Women badly need solid help with hormones and this clinic cant provide that, so we all have to seek out yet another doctor, which takes more money from our pockets. Its also very loud for a GYN office, which makes the experience more overwhelming. They have people on staff to draw blood there, which is a plus. If they updated their education to 2024, and offered HRT to women before menopause, Id happily update my review. Heres hoping! Im putting this review in here so that other women go in prepared.

Very little waiting room time. Everyone was very professional and polite. The doctors assistant (Brittany) that I saw was extremely attentive and responsive as was the nurse.

Definitely the worst doctor’s office I have ever been to. The front desk staff is incredibly rude and hard to get ahold of. It’s been this way for the three and a half years I have been dealing with them. Dr. Brittany is who I saw and I told her the issues I was having with the front desk and all I got was a bunch of excuses for them and not even a single apology. Not to mention the health related issues I was having, she told me to just tough it out and if I didn’t like coming here, they have thousands of patients and I could go somewhere else. Advice taken. I won’t be back and I’m encouraging my friends and family to not go there as well. I feel like I have been very patient with them over the years but I’m done putting up with this. Extremely unprofessional.

The second to last time I went, he was not there and I saw his NP Carly. She was just as great!My most recent visit was for a wellness check and once again was met with great service. Dr. Owen is as great and thorough as ever!!! Customer service has not gone out the window with her staff! They’re always so helpful and kind. After years of seeing businesses not caring about their customers or patients, it’s comforting to feel the kindness and be greeted by beautiful smiles every corner you turn. The office is clean and homey. I was out extremely fast. No long waits. I have to say...I missed Dr Owen as my OBGYN! I’m happy to be back in her care ❤️

Not very forthcoming in giving out information or putting my wife mind at ease about her situation. We will be looking for a Dr. that cares enough to actually listen to what their patients needs are. Drs that conduct themselves like this should be ashamed.

My first visit at Owen health group was wonderful! The staff were great and dealt with my concerns with genuine care. They took their time in helping me develop a plan that best suits me. They were willing to take the time to go over all the information and describe things in a way that I would understand. They were patient and answered all my questions. Thank you!

Very nice location. Very one is so nice. It’s all woman as far as I have seen, which I love. Feel very comfortable. Had an TV ultrasound and they had soft music playing which made me feel so relaxed.

I have been going for years and every time you walk in you feel right at home. Front office staff is sweet and friendly. Always greets me with a smile. The back is just as friendly. You are not just another client. I know I can trust the Doctors with my health, the truly do care. It’s a place you would want to work at because everyone seems to love working there better yet being there!

The receptionist staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly! My gynecologist was also very friendly; willing to answer all my questions and putting me on the correct medications! Very wonderful, homey atmosphere and wonderful medical care!

Everyone is so friendly and super fast. My appointment was at 12:30 and I was back home by 1:10. I was super impressed with how fast I was called back to the room. I didn’t have to wait long for an appointment and when I arrived it didn’t take long at all to be seen.It was a very pleasant experience and I’m so glad I gave them a chance.

It would have been nice to have known, prior to the appointment, that as a new patient, I wasnt going to be seen by Dr Owens. I was pleasantly pleased with Brittany. She took time to listen to me as a new patient. Communication is key to a good doctor patient relationship.

I see Wendy, Jeff and Brittany frequently and everytime I go I fee so comfortable to tell them anything and I know I will be taken care of. They want the best for their patients and they have the best staff to help them do just that. Never had a doctor care this much about my mental and general health.

Dr. Jeff, his nurse practitioner Wendi and the staff are simply amazing. Everyone is nice and friendly and always welcoming. Every time I have a visit with the Dr. It’s always fast, comfortable and professional. I’m always greeted with politeness, The Doctor and the nurse always let me know that I am well taken care of and any questions that I have is always answered. They show that they care about the patients.

I love this office! Wendi is amazing as well as Dr. Owen. I’m giving a 4 star because the process to get a appointment can be lengthy. You have to leave a message on most days to get an appointment, and wait for a call back. The staff is amazing once you get there!! Please do not let the appointment process prevent you from coming, I tell all my friends that I promise it’s worth the wait!

My son saw Dr. Owen for his medical clearance but will definitely go back for other reasons. We loved the nurse that helped us, she had us laughing which helped ease our anxiety. Dr. Owen was very nice and helpful as well.

I had a really horrible experience at my first gyno appointment (which was with the health sciences center) and was more or less traumatized and too scared to ever go back. Owen health group was recommended to me and I finally made it up there. Booking an appointment was SO easy, the office is so clean and the girls are so sweet and helpful. I saw Brittany (Jennifer’s PA) and she was absolutely amazing. She answered all of my questions and genuinely listened to me. This was the best experience I’ve had and will never go anywhere else.

I love this health group and see both physicians. Theres been a change with some staff which caused a minor hiccup at my last appointment (turns out my appointment wasnt saved in the system so I technically didnt actually have an appointment at the time) but it was handled very professionally and I was very thankful I was able to be seen and taken care of. I would highly recommend either physician.

Dr. Owen genuinely cares about her patients, takes the time to talk about concerns and gives alternatives I had not been offered by my previous provider. I couldn’t be happier with the care and attention her and her staff have provided.

First timer going to get medical exams/checkup. Very nice place, the assistants make you feel comfortable and not nervous. It didn’t feel like a normal “doctors trip” because how friendly and sociable everyone was. The male doctor wished me success and because I’ll have to get my information updated yearly, I’ll definitely be back there!

Wendy is the nurse practitioner that I see. I love her, she LISTENS.Wendy runs necessary test for correct diagnosis; therefore, prescribes up to date treatment. Owen’s group use up to date technology and they spare no expense in purchasing new medical equipment. They offer a diverse amount of technology from yearly exams, Vitamin B12 and slim shots, Immune boosters with Vitamin C, Bio-T pellets for energy and sex drive, OB/gyn and this is just a small example of services they offer. If you want a medical office to treat you with integrity Owen’s group is the one to choose.
