Any Lab Test Now

I came with 7 different labs needing to be drawn, packed in kits, and shipped out. I could not be more pleased with the professionalism and thoroughness displayed by all employees here. Costs were also reasonable. 100% recommend this facility! Even the receptionist was top notch.

Great place for a blood draw or a vitamin shot. The staff kept busy and worked efficiently. Patients were treated quickly and respectfully. Nick drained my blood with precision while carrying on idle chit chat with me to keep me relaxed. If I need blood drawn again I will be back.

Wow!!! I have had to had blood drawn so many times in my life and I have NEVER had someone hit my vein the first time and with the least amount of pain! Literally NO pain! Ryan and Micah at Any Lab Test Now on slide and 82nd are the BEST!!! Thank yall so much!

I went to perform a simple urinalysis. When I was asked to sign paperwork, I made it clear that I had NOT received a copy of their notice of privacy practices. Yet the paperwork clearly states that I HAVE received a copy. NO ONE should sign a form that states that theyve received something when they have not. They are required by law to provide this to you. (I had to return a 2nd time because they didnt get my specimen to the lab in time.) They inquired about my request previously ... As I had stated that I cannot sign something that is untrue, because it wouldnt hold up in a court. Apparently they WERENT LISTENING, and all they heard was the word court. I was treated disrespectfully at this point, and I reminded them that theyre required to have this paperwork on hand by LAW. They were quite rude and dismissive. I will not go back and be treated in such a disrespectful manner. When its THEIR responsibility to have that paperwork on hand for anyone who asks. Instead, their ignorance contributed to their treating me in an unprofessional manner.**The front desk folks were UNSURE where that notice was (it seemed they werent quite sure WHAT it was either?..) and initially made a copy of a DIFFERENT paper. Only later were they able to FIND the actual requested notice. But yes, I finally did receive the correct paperwork.

I have a terrible phobia of needles, I walked in crying and almost passing out but the person that did my blood test was so kind and patient and did a great job.

I wanted to get my hormones checked and my doctor was a six week wait. Remembered my mom had used Any Lab Test Now, so I called to get some info. Very friendly, helpful people! Walked in, was called immediately after I finished my paper work. The tech that drew my blood was very professional and it was virtually painless. Got the results the next day. Would definitely go there again!

Will be using this place going forward. I used to use Quest Diagnostics, but they cannot keep wait times within 30 minutes of your scheduled appointments. Better sticks here, as well.

So Im new to this company but for all of you who read my reviews, you know that Im big on getting the biggest bang for my buck. What an awesome way to do that. To put things in perspective, I recently visited the urgent care center here in Lubbock Texas at the University Medical Center. The cost of my visit was $650. That paid for treatment if I was only diagnosed by a caregiver and provided a treatment plan. The cost jumped from 650 dollars to 1200 dollars if my caregiver ordered ONE lab test! Now who in the hell can afford that? Well, here is an affordable alternative! The place is clean, the staff is super friendly. And the prices are WAY WAY WAY better! Additionally, they offer a wide range of services one might not expect! I highly recommend checking them out.

Quick and fast service with a friendly and caring staff. Fastest I’ve ever taken a drug test and didn’t feel it when I got my blood drawn for the work I had done. The cost was very affordable and the facility was clean. I will be using them for all my future lab needs.

They got my hair follicle test done and had me done and on my way in around 15 minutes. The staff is also really nice. And the price was about 50 dollars cheaper than expected.

I walked in, asked if the testing I needed was something they could help me with. Within 60 seconds after filling out the single page questionnaire I was in a chair.2 minutes seconds later I was on my way out the door. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I had to get an MMA panel done today, and I had the absolute please of having Via draw me. I’m terrified of needles and wasn’t looking forward to this. Via has been the first person to ever look at my veins and suggest a butterfly needle. Not only did that make me feel 10x better, but she had very soft hands. First time in all my years for blood work, the process was fast and so comfortable. She was perfect for the job and my anxiety! Will recommend to other fighters and will consider doing other panel blood work being done here with Via.

You didn’t have any males scheduled and I was unable to complete my pre employment drug screen.I went back a week later and they refused to test me bc of this review. Not that it mattered, I still couldn’t get tested because there were no males. I had to go to another testing facility in Lubbock and got tested that day after 4 weeks.

Rudest ppl Ive ever heard. If I could give negative stars I would! the whole time I’m listening to the staff complain about their own customers and the delivery ppl. I heard all about past employees and ppl they hate. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable in my life and I’m paying to be here. Wow

Very professional and friendly staff. They had deliciously chilled water available for customers to drink before a urine test. The restroom was clean and welcoming. The pee cup was an adequate size and seemed very luxurious, for a pee cup.

This place is great! I have no insurance and the price was a lot less than it would have been at my doctors office. I hate needles but the tech was super friendly and calm, it really helped. My son had to have is blood drawn too for the first time that he can remember and he was very anxious about it. Another tech came to help too and they helped to keep him calm. He ended up having to have some blood taken from both arms because it was coming through to slow on the first one. They let me sit in the big chair with him while they did the second arm and he was so brave. After we left I asked him if it was that bad and he said no. He’d rather do that again than have a shot lol. I’m sure we will be back again next time we need labs done. Thanks for the service you provide!

Had labs there, was in and ou in less than 15 min. The place was very clean and organized. The staff was very friendly, plus they told me the results take at least 48 hours, but got it within 24 hours. Will definitely recommend it.

Came in for a drug panel on my own dime. They were quick and courteous. I recommend them for any panels, whether drug or otherwise. Good pricing even a broke man can afford.

I honestly have no idea how this place is still open. they overcharge. they are extremely rude and hateful. i have never had this specific test done before so i obviously had no idea how it worked. they treated me as id i was dumb for not knowing how i would receive my results. they will roll their eyes at you and laugh to their other coworkers while starring at you. it was super quiet in there so they turned the tv up as loud as possible so i couldn’t hear them talking about customers that had just left. they have never been trained for customer service and it’s VERY obvious. this place is under awful management and i WOULD NOT recommend to anyone. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

All three women that were there were nice. One ladys tone was more aggressive and defensive because we werent communicating correctly, but we cleared things up. The other two were super sweet, but couldnt draw blood on either of my arms. I got stuck and my veins dug around 4x 😫 then they finally got it. Like I said they were sweet women. I just dont like getting blood drawn as is and it sucked and hurt getting it done 4 times. My arms are already brusing.

The young lady who drew my blood was SO GENTLE. Never had I ever been stuck without feeling it. Staff was quick and very helpful. Thank you!

I would just like to state how impressed I was with the ladies running this facility. I was greeted when I walked in the door. I was very nervous to get blood drawn, the ladies comforted me through the process and were very gentle. The process was over before I knew it and it did not hurt, I will continue to use these ladies and will no longer be afraid to get my blood drawn.

Easy and quick amazing customer service!

I was a little nervous to go here after reading the reviews, but I couldn’t have had a better experience. I got there right when they opened in hopes of beating the line (if there was one). The front receptionist was very welcoming and explained things clearly. The person who actually did my test went over in detail what was going to happen and all the proper precautions to take. I got my test results fast and so did my employer.

3 or 4 months ago I would have given this business 5 stars for their friendly staff and services. I have spent over $1000 have various labs run. This is been my go to lab until today. I am giving 1 star due to my experience there today, specifically with the manager, Jessica Martinez. She was rude the moment I stepped up to the counter and acted inconvenienced with everything I asked. I have 1 follow up test to run there and will not give another dollar to any lab test now, nor will I recommend them. More care should be put into the staff and the customer service they provide. They have no clue why people are coming in and if they are nervous about the actual test or a result they might get. I would expect much better customer service particularly from the manager.

I just want to thank Ryan and the receptionist (I did not catch her name) for taking care of my little one and me. We walked in last minute today, pretty much 2-3 minutes before closing to get a strep test done. I usually dont do this to businesses because I understand a long days work, but my little one was very sick and we needed that test to help determine diagnosis and treatment with online healthcare due to little ones Ped being unavailable. They did not complain, they were very nice and professional, we were taken care of really quickly.Having sick small kids; its more difficult to gather them and go out, and to make things worse we were stuck in traffic where the new hwy is being built, otherwise, we wouldve made it in earlier.Please do not do this, they want to go home as soon as possible if you can please.I highly recommend them for your testing needs. We were in and out in less than 10 min. Strep Test at time of service was just $10, which is very affordable. We will return for future services. Thank you!

Tried any lab test now in Lubbock Texas today for the first time and was a little nervous due to the reviews I had read. Upon arriving today I was welcomed by two young ladies who followed Covid procedures and checked my temperature and made sure I had a mask to enter the building, and were very friendly and polite. They checked me in very fast and efficient and the lady who drew my blood was super sweet and did a great job would highly recommend this company.

Less than half the cost of the hospital-based lab, in and out in minutes. Excellent phlebotomist; I’m a pretty easy stick but I still barely felt it.

They are over the top rude with custsomers! My dad was cancer patient and because he had issue with his bowel we went there for lab test. After giving sample she said results will be out in 72 hours. We paid money and came home. After 3 days we called and ask they said it should be done by that day, no one calls or follow up after that! And I got the reports saying insufficient amount of sample. So they took our money with no results. I don’t think they unserstand they are dealing with serious patients and sensitive issues. When I go back and talk, the lady at the desk was so rude to me, she looked me up and down and before I could say something she said ‘have a great day in a very rude way and rolled her eyes’. You can go there if u don’t need any customer satisfaction. I have never seen rude people like them in entire United States.

Cheaper than Covenant or the student health center — these ladies are super nice and funny. At 12:15 I made an apt online for 1:00 and was out of their office by 1:08 even after filling out paperwork. 10/10 — chef’s kiss.

Absolutely the worst! Micha is exceptionally hateful! She gets her paycheck if you are happy or not. Made a complaint to the owners, they were apathetic about it. Dont waste your money here, they are not cercerned with customer service.

We called before hand to see if we were suppose to do blood on an empty stomach or not and they said not to eat. When we came in my mom asked what test would be good to check everything and the lady RUDELY said uh theres over 2,000 tests so you cant say everything and my mom asked what would be good for a specific thing and she said, again rudely maybe you should see a doctor or Google it before coming here noted we already had been to a doctor. She then got up and walked out of the room cause she couldnt contain her attitude while she was the only one being rude. Fast forward I sit to get my blood work done and the lady isnt getting any blood out of me, she pokes around and wiggles for 3 minutes (I have had multiple blood tests and no one has ever had a problem with getting blood, this place is suppose to specialize in it and they cant manage that) . Finally she moves on to the other arm and by that time I felt like fainting so I said I needed fresh air first, so I got up and sure enough I fainted and had to throw up. Then they say i should have drank more fluids.. which they apparently couldnt tell us on the phone. Got a refund and left. Not only were they extremely rude when we walked in but blamed us when they couldnt do their job correctly.I guess it depends who you get cause my first time there was a great experience. This was the worst. They have a sign that says if you are rude to employees you will not be given service. Pretty sure they use that as an advantage to be rude to the customers. The first time I went and had a good experience, that sign wasnt there. And based off of reviews a lot more people have encountered them being rude. Probably put that sign up cause people were rude back, rightfully.

I used Any Lab Work Now for a complete blood work up and a test for Iron. I was impressed, the price was very fair, the staff were really nice, and I got the results the next day!! It saved me a lot of money which would have cost me if I went to Doctor, Blood test are easy to read, I recommend this lab and would use it again..

The people who work at this company are EXTREMELY rude. I asked for some paperwork to apply for financial aid purposes for some medication I can not afford that keeps me alive. They acted like that was the most difficult request they had ever been given. They told me there was a special person who usually did that task that was not there at the time. They then told me they would need to call me back when they were less busy. I waited an entire week and did not hear back from them. I went in that next week and asked for the same thing as before. They said they were extremely busy with customers again (there were 3 people waiting total) and would need to get back with me later that day. Again, I never heard back from them. I waited ~two weeks and went back in for the same thing. They asked me what I needed specifically and I explained AGAIN. The lady helping me shook her head at me like I was the dumbest person in the world because I asked for something in a form I DID NOT KNOW they didnt provide. She then continues to ask for my last name and says they have had my paperwork for a while and someone just hadnt called me to say it was ready TWO WEEKS AGO. This place is an absolute mess and a pain in the butt to deal with. They have no sympathy for others or the personal things they are going through. I will NOT be coming back here and am GLADLY taking my business elsewhere.

I cant figure out where all these bad reviews are coming from. I was reluctant to go there by the bad reviews. Those people couldnt have been more wrong. This place was great & the staff were all so helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend this place for whatever tests you need done and they offer. You will have to see for yourself. I will definitely be using them again. Maybe the people that gave them a bad review are the ones with the problem..

Not practicing safety in this time of Covid 19. Staff were not wearing masks or gloves, nor requiring customers to wear a mask. No temperature was taken or questions ask upon entry to the lab. It felt very unsafe. The only positives were a good location and price for services.

The people in this office are beyond rude. i would never recommend anyone visit this location let alone waste your money with them. its clear that they choose people with minimal education and even less social skills. they made a sensitive situation worse with their horrible customer service.

When we called to get results on Friday, told the results not in and said there was a release to give results to our law firm. When we called on Saturday, told by a very rude older lady that the results were not in and not on the release (which I knew our firm was on the release). Then on Monday, client called to say he received an email and the results were there on Saturday! I called to speak with someone today, and they said too busy, call back around closing time. Your money would be better spent with another facility.
