Wellness Pointe - Pine Tree

The only reason this place is even getting 2 stars is because of KiKi. She’s the best thing about this place. The heifers who work the front desk, are absolutely USELESS. Apparently when you’re on the wellness pointe line, they’re not even taking their own phone calls. Definitely don’t recommend using them unless you like being humiliated.

This is establishment is absolute trash. I called ahead to make appointment verified my kids vaccines were available and then received a call they gave their vaccinations away and basically told me I would have to wait until next week. All except one nurse was absolutely rude even though this is their poor management. Refusal to do a early yearly check up eventhough its less than a month from their year appointment, needed it early to enroll my kids in school.

Absolutely adore the staff! I see Kiki and she is so great seems like catching up with old friends each visit! Highly recommend

I give it a three because some of the staff that’s in the front office In the front. Is rude. I love Miss Paige’s work. She is the best OB I’ve had. She has a great personality, and knows how to brighten your spirits and help you and guide you.

They forgot to fill paperwork out we came back 3 times and they still didn’t have done having to wait I don’t recommend wellness point to anyone don’t waste your time the doctors are a joke what they practice for a year or they just pretend doctors. What a joke of an organization.

Dr. Paige Gilliam has been one of the biggest blessings in my families lives. 8 years ago I went to her as a scared and pregnant teenager with no idea what to do. Today, 8 years later she has delivered my husband & I’s first, second & (soon) she will deliver our third daughter. She has always kept my nerves calm and I know that I can trust her with every decision she makes. I just do not have enough words to praise her for always safely delivering my babies!!! 💗💗💗

Let me say, Paige Gilliam will be the only one I will ever let deliver any of my babies! She’s delivered my girls and I love her endlessly! The staff is so amazing and know me and my family by name, forever my favorite place to go to! Very very clean place, absolutely love the decorations, staff cares so so much about every single patient❤️

Go see paige and her staff, for your pregnancy. Hands down the best, most honest, caring doctor I have ever had. I absolutely love her. She is a kind soul, and will answer any questions you have. You wont be disappointed!

Meagan is such a tremendous asset to the team in Longview. She made me very comfortable during the visit and it was my first time with meeting her. He asked a lot of questions that were relevant, and she answered all my questions very clearly. I did not feel rushed. Shes amazing!!

I cannot recommend this facility highly enough. During and after my pregnancy, Kiki went to bat and advocated for me on several occasions and overall just provided the very best possible care, making uncomfortable exams smooth and painless! My son’s pediatrician is Dr. Edmonds and she is the absolute nicest person I have ever met and has calmed my many anxieties about my baby’s health and development. Overall, just a really great staff from the time you walk in the door to the time you walk out.

Do not use unless you want to pay more than they tell you. Was told a procedure was covered than they sent a huge bill.

Megan McDonald is the best. She listens to her patients carefully and she takes that information to find the root cause of our health problems. She is very knowledgeable and always explains everything very well. She never rushes through my appointment and she is never pushy. I highly recommend her and the functional medicine approach.

We followed Sonja Edmonds from DCOL and absolutely adore her. She addresses all of our needs and helps any way she can and listens well. I like that she doesn’t rush and gives great advice. - The receptionists in the front (particularly the newer ones) are very kind and make great conversation. The nurses are very kind and attentive as well.

We love the NP Joselyn, she knows her stuff. She spoke directly to my son and told him what he needed to do and was very thorough!

Ive been looking for a functional medicine clinic in Longview and I have found one! Very nice people, very impressed with them. Knowledgeable and took the time to go through my health concerns. Megan is great!

I wish I could give this a no stsr rating. But I was there back in December after Christmas I had been sick twice that month I thought I was pregnant and was ignored. I took a urine sample and it came back negative I did not feel like I was getting treated well. I told them allmy symptoms and asked for a blood test they refused and said it wasnt their authority or whatever to draw blood. I was told its a practice clinic not a professional clinic and was also told they wont charge u but they sent me a bill in the mail today how very unprofessional. DONT EVER GO HERE !¡!

Great listener, knowledgeable and even accepts insurance!I wasn’t sure what to expect from my first visit with Megan McDonald. Having just moved back home to Longview from Phoenix, AZ I was hopeful she would be as knowledgeable as the functional doctors I had found there. I was pleasantly surprised when, through our hour long visit, she starting piecing my health history and possible causes together like a puzzle. She identified when my thyroid issues most likely surfaced as my first major symptom, including the beginning of my digestive issues and leaky gut (which I have suspected for a long time but had never been confirmed). I appreciated her listening to me and asking questions without making me feel rushed. She determined a game plan for figuring out the cause of my symptoms and I actually left feeling encouraged and excited to at least have a real plan for moving forward. I was overall impressed with how her comments on symptoms and experiences confirmed what I have read in all my research about hypothyroidism and Hashimoto’s Disease, as well as, leaky gut. I would recommend Megan to anyone looking for answers that regular doctors won’t bother looking for!

Since Wendy McKinnon left, this place sucks. I showed up 15 minutes early to my 5 oclock appointment and I was the only one in the waiting room... The last appointment. (My car was the only one in the parking lot) Now its 530 and I have yet to see a doctor. The staff is always nice but the need to learn time management and respect for other peoples time.

We were able to get an appointment due to a cancellation. We were seen quickly. Friendly staff from the front office to all the medical staff. The pediatrician Dr. Edmonds was phenomenal. 5 stars from me.

NP Ramsey ( Pine Tree) location was so rude. I’ve never had anyone to talk to me like I wasn’t nothing. She was also rude to my baby. Care was so horrible I will be moving my kids elsewhere. My plans is to contact my lawyer after recent visit after trying to give another chance. Ramsey is horrible!!!

My experience with Dr.Gilliam was more than i could ask for! She answered all of my many questions. She seems to really care about her patients and also made sure i was comfortable. Im looking forward to coming back 😊

Dr. Joos is a great doctor! He takes his time and very thorough.. Im glad we found him!

Megan actually listens and does not rush you through an appointment. She orders the necessary test to get to the root cause of whats going on, rather just treating symptoms that will continue to recur.

I really like going to this clinic. I see Wendy McKinnon and she is so sweet and personable. She makes a point of getting to know you and making you feel comfortable. This was the first ob gyn Ive gone to, and despite my nervousness Wendy and Dr tibelleti were amazing. I have factor V Leiden (basically a greater risk for blood clots), and when I told them about it they immediately knew what the best course of action to take {might seem common sense for a doctor to do so but its a pretty rare thing to find--the factor v that is}. They have worked with me to find the best BC options for me, and I can honestly say this is the best doctor experience Ive ever had. (tbh I like them more than my primary doctors)

Listen. If you want a fantastic professional NP/DR, Meagan McDonalds of 6 years is the best. Placing you on medication is her absolute last resort. Anytime I needed to be referred to a specialist she never hesitated. She does what it takes to to comfort her patients. Thank you Dr. McDonald.

Ms. McDonald, NP, functional medicine practitioner was wonderful. She had true concern over what I told her and ordered extensive labs. Way better than any MD Ive ever seen in the past who only wanted to cover or dismiss my concerns.

I recently saw Meagan McDonald NP and she is probably the first practitioner to dig down into whats going on. She is very thorough. Ive already started telling others to go see her. Its a game changer.

After learning I was pregnant I decided to go to wellness pointe- pine tree. They confirmed my pregnancy and set up a over the phone intake. No one ever called Friday. When I called the office the same Friday they kept putting me through to someone that never answered. I left multiple voicemails. I ended up in the ER with a threatening miscarriage. I called over the weekend to talk to my obgyn to get help. They said it wasn’t an emergency and I could wait till the office opened. When the office opened that Monday I called multiple times and left voicemails and still haven’t heard anything.

I felt today sept 26 2022 i was not treated professionally in Wellness Pointe of Pine Tree....by entire staff....and spray lysol almost in my face just by writing down on small piece of sheet i kinda had symptoms of covid ....i could had lie and said i didnt have symptoms and infected all of yall...that felt so wrong. And only would treat me if idid covid test...and comes out saying they where out of covid test ....ivthink its time to change to another doctor.if ii

I feel like the drs and medical personnel are great but the other staff needs a lot work.

Love going there go there now for a pediatrician and before for a midwife Kiki absolutely adore all the staff and our clinicians. They are also great.

Very unorganized. Waited 45 minutes to finally be called in. Rescheduling an appointment was hard and took more than a week! Let me just point out I am 31 weeks, so I am close to delivery and should be seen more often and should be prioritized. Overall not satisfied with this clinic. Would not recommend.

Dr. Edmonds is the best. She is extremely caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I know my girls are in safe hands with her.

Wendy is a good nurse practitioner to use for obgyn services. Her staff was quite disappointing several times when it came to necessary paperwork for work and it qlmost cost me my job durring my pregnancy.

All staff are very nice, whenever I need to get my kids in for an appt they always get us in as soon as they can & so far Ive had a good experience with my prenatal care.

PA there is an excellent Dr . Was scared to go but she is Great Paige don’t know her last name but all staff was very nice . Atmosphere was friendly .

She is fine to me, she did prescribe some medicine my wife is allergic too though. Since she is so friendly 4 stars.

We followed Dr Edmonds from DCOL. We continued to be very pleased with the level of care received by Dr Edmonds and staff.

They have good doctor there some of the employees are not the nicest they could be a little bit more considerate and respectful and its a good place to go

I love the doctors, especially my gynecologist, Dr Paige❤️ the staff is 80% very good except for some who left the professionalism at home.I cant finish without mentioning the speed with which they serve you, impressive.Clean, organized, and decoration 💖

All the doctors and nurses are excellent, I just dont like one of the receptionists, it seems like you are just asking them a favor and they answer you or when they answer it is in a derogatory way all the time. If you dont know how to be polite or kind, you better not work on that.

I have no complaints about the Doctors and Nurses, they are super good people, but I dont like those clinics because the staff at the reception treats you poorly, they are always in a bad mood and they give you a terrible service, not at all happy, oh, they give good treatment to receive good treatment!

The people who work here are very kind and friendly. ❤️
