Very nice office! I love the green wall and other living and artificial plants throughout. it was nice to see they took care to make the office inviting. But i didn’t have to wait long. As quickly as i finished filling out my form, they took me back for a quick check in with a nurse and the doctor came in right away. No waiting! Dr. Nair was so nice and informative. I will be back!

Wonderful, smooth, efficient, caring experience for my first visit. The entire team - Reception, Medical Assistant, Physician Assistant were excellent!And theyre open in SUNDAY!!You can book an appointment online.They collect all your insurance and care info online.I saw a provider within 15 minutes of arriving. She was caring, thoughtful, a great listener, and gave me peace of mind on next steps.Checkout was easy and they handled my insurance easily.

I highly recommend this urgent care! My nurse I think his name is Patrick was so friendly and warm. Doctor Nair Listened to me, took the time to check me well and prescribed me the proper medication’s. I was in and out quickly. Five stars!

From the warm & inviting environment, to the super helpful staff, I wish every medical experience could be this nice. I especially loved the tv in the room, so I didn’t feel I was being left to stare at a wall alone while I was waiting 🙌I’ve been having abdominal pains for over a month & after multiple ER & doctor visits Dr. Nair actually listened to my history & finally got me an answer instead of just sending me away with random prescriptions for symptoms

I love this urgent care, I’ve been going since 2018 and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Also Tony helped me recently and she was amazing made me feel really comfortable and really helped me out. Would 10/10 recommend this place.

My experience with Nair Urgent Care was exceptional. I was greeted with a huge smile by the pleasant and beautiful receptionist, Jordan. Thank you so much for your prompt care. I believe medical concerns can be addressed by promoting health education at home as well as deciding whats urgent, emergent, and routine. If you need a consultation for an urgent concern and dont want to spend several hours in the emergency room, please come to Nair urgent care. Dr. Nair is the best at treating patients; he is fast and will listen carefully to your needs. I was seen and discharged in minutes, and my medication was sent to the pharmacy right away. I am a doctor, and I was very impressed with Nair Urgent Care. The new facilities are modern, their equipment is high-tech and effective, and their staff friendly and helpful. Most importantly, Dr. Nair is very knowledgeable, and after a brief history he was able to quickly come up with an accurate diagnosis and treatment plan that changed the course. Highly recommend!

Everyone here from the receptionist, medical assistant and doctors are the best. I have been coming here more now during the holidays and they have taken care of me and my children. The service is so quick and they send my prescription quickly to the pharmacy as well. I am so Thankful that Nair Urgent Care is always available and very professional and kind. Thank you for taking great care of my family.

This place is the worst. They pick and choose who they want to see. One time they saw me, another time they didnt. Ive seen them turn people away at the door. I wouldnt even try going here. I just needed a Z-PACK for a throat infection. They also sell marked up vitamin scams. Someone should report this place.

Dr. Nair and his team are the best! I have been here many times over the years, and they always treat me very well. They always treat you with care, concern, and professionalism, and always leave feeling comforted by their care. What makes it easy is being able to book your place in line from home, so you never have to wait long in the office!

So I was a bit flustered before, but I am very happy with the reply. Also, last time instead of going in I went to memorial care and it was... not fun. Instead of going to my followup there, I decided to go into Nair despite the outside appearance of the new location.It is so nice and clean inside and the experience was as good or better than it had been at their old location. Screw the old landlord that made it difficult for Nair to move on such short notice!Dont judge a book by its cover (and maybe by the time you read this the exterior will be complete). Their customer service and care is just as good as before. Im really happy I went back and went inside. I am sorry for being upset last time. I was wrong. Ill be back as needed :)

Stopped by today due to ear pain. I had severe wax build up in my ears, and Carlo, the nurse, flushed out my ears. The pain is gone, and my ears feel so clean. Carlo was super sweet, and the doctor was so nice too. I’m very pleased with my visit!

I recently went to Naur Urgent Care and was very happy with everything. I was treated very well by the whole staff and felt comfortable. I saw the PA and was blown away by his friendly attitude and work ethic. Overall, the service was amazing, fast, and efficient. I definitely recommend this place.

I went for throat pain in the hopes they would test me for strep and prescribe me some antibiotics cause I’ve been in pain for 5 days and told them about previous urgent cares and how they always said I tested negative for strep and send me my way. They tested me for strep and come out positive they gave me a shot and prescribed me my antibiotics. They promised they would help me and they did. The doctors and nurses were so nice and helpful I genuinely will be coming here from here on out!

I had a pleasant experience at Nair Urgent Care. I was seen for a cough that has been bothering me for 2 weeks. The nurse took me back to do an X-ray to rule out pneumonia and then the provider saw me and gave me antibiotics. They called me with results of the X-ray in less than an hr. I will definitely be returning and will recommend to friends. THANK YOU NAIR URGENT CARE!!!!

The best urgent care facility I’ve ever been to and I’m 46 years of age! I needed stitches taken out that were nearly impossible but NOT for Dr. Nair! The facility was clean and the staff were excellent!!! Thank you Nair Urgent Care!!!

Hands down best urgent care service I have ever received, was in excruciating pain with a UTI and was assured I would be seen right away. Dr. Nair made me feel really comfortable, not to mention my prescription was ready for pick up as soon as I walked out the door! Definitely recommend this place 5+++ stars!!Quick update: I had to come back for a chronic sinus issue and they were so accommodating and sweet. The staff is always so pleasant and I always feel like I get the best care here. I highly recommend this urgent care and wouldn’t go anywhere else !

It’s a rare occasion when I need to visit the Dr office but I was feeling like I was on the brink of death from the flu. I typically dread the wait in the lobby but I was taken in at lightning speed from his amazing staff. Dr. Nair is a heaven-sent, he took the time to listen to all my concerns and made me feel comfortable. Truly a gem

Will never come back. Once you go inside, nurse just takes your BP. Not temperature, no additional questions. Unfortunately, Doctor Nair wasn’t there so another Doctor came and did not ask any questions.Not a thorough check and 1 minute after decided a diagnosis as he was walking out.Half of my 6 min consult was done as he had his door on the handle.Also TERRIBLE bed side manner. As i was sharing a past diagnosis, He said that if I had X thing, I should be dead or dying … so “unless you are dying right now, you don’t have X”Felt rushed, unheard and not really taken care off.

This is a friendly place with caring and helpful doctors. Dr. Nair helped me tremendously. I was given a wrong medication at one place, and ignored at another place. I came here for help. Dr. Nair listened to me and worked with me on keeping me out of the hospital because of my personal responsibilities. I regret that some people seem to have had a problem, but my experience here was very good. I think I was seen here 3 times over a 6-month period.I would recommend going here, especially since there are other Urgent Cares that are worse and shall remain nameless but they are in Long Beach (thats how I ended up coming here). I am moving back to the area after being gone for 3 years. I will be returning here.

Dr Nair and his team are great! He truly cares about his business and everyone at the office is extremely friendly and helpful. I received wonderful care at Nair Urgent Care and will 100% be back.

Let us be real.. NO ONE likes to make a visit to the doctors office. Though if you must, certainly head over to Nair Urgent Care! I found myself in an unfortunate circumstance and was dreading the visit. Upon walking in I was instantly blown away by the positive energy throughout the office! Alexis and Jordan were more than pleasant and helpful while getting checked in. The wait time was minimal and under 15 minutes. Arissa was so kind and made me feel comfortable while waiting to see Dr. Nair. She offered words from her own experiences which made me feel more at ease! Once Dr. Nair arrived I knew I was in good hands. He was swift to act and offered solutions immediately. During the followup visit, I met with Emily who offered reassurance of Dr. Nairs procedure along with comforting vibes based on the situation. She was able to reset everything and get me on my way. I cannot express how impressed I am with Nair Urgent Care! We had two of the best urgent care experience(s) I’ve ever had...if that is possible. I am on vacation with my family and I was sick. I was seen quickly and well taken care of. The visit was smooth from the front desk to the doctor and everything in between. Two days later my daughter was stung by a stingray and we had no idea what it was. Patrick noticed it immediately (in the waiting room) and got her a bucket of hot water to soak her foot in. This gave her immediate pain relief - while we waited for the doctor. Dr. Nair was amazing as well. Thanks again to Patrick for going above and beyond to help my daughter! She was scared and in pain and you made it all better!

I never take the time to write reviews but I had such a great experience here that I wanted to send some good karma their way.Nair Urgent Care was so amazing that although they do not take my works insurance I am tempted to go back and pay out of pocket.-Their office was clean (and kinda trendy in a cute way!) with a tv in the waiting room-PA was super attentive and kind- Front Desk staff asked me about every cost before moving forward with procedure treatment-Doctor was very attentive, procedure was painless (infected nail from bad manicure)- Antibiotics sent to pharmacy and were ready by the time I arrived (pharmacy is 2 blocks from urgent care)Thank you!

I would not take my kids or self back here. The male nurse was terrible with my 5 year old. Didnt seem to care one bit about anything, just going along with his job. He seemed very bothered. Maybe if you have a mild cold or something simple this is the place to go. Also if you want cold stale attitudes from the receptionist and nurses. The female doctor was nice enough, thats the best thing I can say about this place. Find another urgent care.

I rarely write reviews, but my experience with Long Beach Urgent Care was so good that I feel compelled to let others know. My family of 4 was on vacation in Long Beach for a family wedding. We all came down with the flu. We visited Long Beach urgent care 3 times in 2 days. The staff were all very kind, compassionate, helpful, & knowledgeable. They made us all feel as comfortable as possible. They took care of us right away and helped us feel better so that we could fly back home. The office is clean, modern, & very comfortable.

Whenever I have something wrong that time hasn’t healed, I will go to Nair! It’s always so fast and the medical professionals are ALWAYS so friendly and insightful. Went today for a infection in my left eye, Karah the receptionist was welcoming, and updated my insurance info. The medical assistant Carlo was very friendly and attentive as he tested out my vision to make sure it was not affected. Lastly, Dr. Nair saw me right after and explained to me what was going on with my eye, and what he was going to prescribe and why. I always leave feeling so much better knowing I’m being taken care of and not rushed out or misdiagnosed as so many other urgent care places. I received my medication 2 hrs ago and applied it right away and my eye already looks 80% better thank you so much Dr. Nair!!

The service was exceptional starting with the receptionist Helen who greeted me with a warm smile to Ernie who took my vitals and engaged me in light conversation to reduce my anxiety. The I was seen by Jen (PA) who was kind, efficient and personable. I wasnt sure if I would like her because I am a huge fan of Dr. Nair, but she won me over with her efficiency!!!!! I wish they could be my Primary Doctor. If you want the best care. This is the place. Im from Compton, Ca and I appreciate quality service.

My son went into the clinic and he was denied service by your receptionist. We have Blur Shield 30 CA HMO. We do not have a copay with you guys. He gave an electronic copy of our medical card and your receptionist refused to look it up refuse to call the number on the card and refused to give him care. Then I spoke with her and explain that I had brought my younger son In with the same exact insurance and we were given care and do not even have a co-pay. This woman on the phone told me that Blue Shield does not have an HMO which is not true and not correct. When I asked her if she could please call she refused she said it’s not her job. She was very rude to my son in the office and very rude to me on the phone. This is unacceptable and should be embarrassing for your company. This occurred on Saturday at 3 PM we asked to speak with a manager and she said that she was the manager. I’m not sure that she was telling us the truth because anyone in a management position would know not to give such terrible customer service.

I can’t speak highly enough of the care that was provided for my son at the Nair Urgent Care.This review is for Dr. Nguyen who treated my toddler son as if he was his own child. He was extremely attentive and truly showed he cared for my son! We were traveling when our son became under the weather. Dr. Nguyen understood we were traveling and even followed up a few days later to make sure our son was improving.I could not recommend this place enough. Just amazing care given.

This is by far the best Urgent Care Ive ever been to. The office is extremely clean and the receptionist, MA and doctor are extremely friendly. They genuinely care and value their patients and upholds their quality of care at such high standards. I live in Cerritos, but definitely do not mind the trip to this location! It beats all other urgent cares within my vicinity.

Hands down, the BEST urgent I have EVER been to. This place is clean, quaint, “high end” and most importantly, FAST! Despite the current pandemic, I felt safe & comfortable unlike some urgent cares. When you walk into the others, you feel like you want to walk right out into a decontamination chamber. Not here! Amazing clean. You could eat off the floors. The front office staff is friendly and attentive and nurse Patrick is awesome. They make you feel right at home. I’ll probably make this place my primary care facility. Don’t think twice, this place is AMAZING!

Dr. Nair and his staff are wonderful. I have seen Dr. Nair on a few occasions for a few painful conditions and was treated with tremendous care, kindness, and courtesy. I have also been treated at Nair Urgent Care for less pressing conditions and am consistently impressed with how warm and friendly everyone is. I had a great experience here! The doctor and staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. I also was able to get in quickly and the care my son received was excellent. He really took the time to assess the situation and answered every question I had. They even went so far as to help me find the best place to get the medicine my son needed so I didnt have to pay an exorbitant price, and were patient when I called back with a question. Fabulous new place for urgent care!

Hmmm..a little strange to say that I love an urgent care facility but, because of the exceptional care & service that I receive at Nair Urgent Care..I do! Dulce greets you with a warm welcome & even if the waiting room is full of other patients, they assure you that they will do their best to get you seen a d they do. Ernie is kind hearted & I needed a shot today & he is smooth as silk!! I didnt even feel it until the band aid went on. Dr. Nair is always so pleasant & is quick to come up with a plan for whatever ails you. Once again, this visit exceeded my expectations 😍

Long Beach Urgent Care is definitely my go-to place! Dr. Nair is very friendly and you can tell he cares about his patients. I was in and out within 30 minutes, which is nothing! Super clean and modern, plus they have TVs in every room - and they let you change the channel. This is without a doubt the best urgent care that Ive ever been to.

By far the best service I have received in any urgent care. I went in yesterday a total mess (asthma). The receptionist Dulce, was great and she greeted me warmly and took care of all my paperwork. My medical assistant Pamick, is just awesome, my needs were totally met. And as for the good doctor Kash Nair, he was wonderful and gave me the best of care. If you are feeling sick, please go to Nair Urgent Care, you will not be disappointed.

I have it at three stars because the staff members are usually sweet and this place usually helps us especially when our children’s pediatrician can’t see us due to being too full. They are in fact one of three places recommended by our pediatrician when we can’t have a sick day (same day) appointment. Never had a problem until this passing Wednesday 05/18/2022. I had to take all three of my poor sick kiddos here for the reason listed above and it’s the closest urgent care to our home. This new Doctor came in, young guy. Literally started to criticize me for why I didn’t take my kids to their pediatrician and that I have to establish pediatric care because he couldn’t (Yes! You read that right!). That’s how he started his sentence and he tried to change it to he didn’t specialize in that field and then to he didn’t have a problem seeing them but, this is an urgent care…. As a mom, I’m already frustrated because we couldn’t see the pediatrician, they were too full. We were not able to be seen and everything has converted to telehealth and apps now. It’s different now, so imagine you’re trying to call your pediatrician’s office and they tell you to message their app and then they’ll see if they can squeeze us in, only to find out they can’t and you have to resort to an urgent care or er…. There is frustration built up already and then coming in to be criticized by a new doctor who use to be a dermatologist and dismiss my concerns for my children, my son especially, who now has a tear in his eardrum BECAUSE he was not properly looked over! Fever, cough, rash, sore throat were the symptoms I explained to this doctor and he only looked at his rash, said it was a heat rash, which is where he stated he use to be in dermatology. Didn’t look in my son’s nose, throat or ears at all and I kept trying to push him and he pushed back as if I’m overreacting. I’m beyond livid. Finally got an appointment yesterday for just my son because he was crying from the pain in his ears and I thought it was the start of an infection. No. Turns out, he had the infection during the time we went to urgent care and since it wasn’t caught on time, he has a tear in his ear now. Now we have to be extra careful with his ear. These are my kids. If it was me, I could care less but not my kids. You do not act like you’re not a doctor enough to know what a routine check up is which includes looking over your patient before they leave that examination room! Never coming here again. I already called to put in a formal complaint, the front desk even admitted that this doctor was new and were apologetic, even though they themselves have nothing to apologize for. They have always been sweet and helpful and patient but that was not okay. I was told I would get a call back from the office manager yesterday, never did. I’ll give it until Monday.

I visited as a new patient and I was able to complete paperwork, meet w/ the doctor, and get out of there in less than 20 minutes. The staff was friendly and the waiting area is modern and clean. The doctor was attentive and also very pleasant. This is probably the best Urgent Care facility in Long Beach!

Love the PA Nicole and RN Ernie and treatment I received. Five Star. I paid $150 fee to see the PA as I was told that they didnt accept my insurance. Yet my insurance was billed? I had met all deductibles for 2018 and do not have a copay. I couldnt get a straight answer from their billing department (Mary) who their receptionist Angeline told me to call.This would be 5 star rating if they hadnt of double dipped.

Karah was a breath of fresh air when I was feeling so bad when I first came in. Carlo was very kind and gentle while administering my injection . Dr Nair listened and was very knowledgeable and very helpful with my situation. Overall it was a pleasant visit and not a long period. I do not recommend this place if you are female. Doctor Nair tried to tell me that 100s of other doctors I have seen, and a MRI, are wrong because he did not want to take his time to listen to my concerns. I was the only one in the office so there was no need to rush. I was given a prescription without testing. I was told I would hear back about the test results and it has been almost two weeks and I have never received any call backs.(Lets see what happens when bills start showing up in my mailbox). If you are looking for a quick prescription this is the place to go. If you are truly concerned and want to know what is going on go some place else.

Dr. Nair was excellent. Gave me a thorough description of my treatment. Very quick too. Friendly staff. I highly recommend this place.

I drove up today 12/16/20 at 615. I wish I would have paid more attention to the names if the individual staff members who helped me out because everyone was so helpful and patient. The person working the front desk was extremely helpful, she answered all my questions and was controlling the lobby very well considering there was still alot of people calling and walking up to ask questions . The doctor who assisted me and performed my covid 19 test was extremely patient I imagine i was one of the last people in what I can assume was a long day for him. The rest of the staff from my observation were also extremely helpful. I had no symptoms but had to take it for work so if I have to again I know where ill be going . Highly recommend!

Had a really positive experience as a new patient today. Clean and comfortable waiting room, friendly staff, and almost no wait to be seen. PA Duffy listened to my concerns and treated me with respect and dignity. I would definitely come here again.

Went here when I was not feeling well. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. I was helped as soon as I arrived and seen by the doc shortly after. I was quickly diagnosed, and shortly after on my way to the pharmacy. Very professonal, helpful and efficent clinic. Will return if I ever need an urgent care again.

Great clinic, awesome staff and physicians. Doctor Nair is a very attentive, kind, and intelligent practitioner. The clinic is in top shape; clean, organized, and really a state of the art facility. Extremely well equipped for an urgent care. I don’t mind driving from the south bay to come here for my medical needs.

I went to see Dr. Nair on November 20 2021 because I wasn’t feeling well I had a fever I don’t know who was the doctor on call it was she was young she just dismiss me very quickly they didn’t even realize that had a fever of 102 her nurse Assistance it was a guy he didn’t have a name tags He put on the the pressure on my arm he didn’t even activate it it just sitting on my arm didn’t even get tight on my arm and then he was having a hard time to put the blood reader on my finger they didn’t even give me a Covid test I guess it’s a good place only with the doctor is there😞 that’s one of the worst experience I’ve ever had at the urgent care. Not so true about all those good reviews after all

Whoever their nurse is is awful. I went in to get treated for an infection. When the nurse was taking my vitals she took her mask down, coughed, and kept her mask down while speaking to me. When she came back to give me an injection I asked about side effects and she said I have no idea, Im sure youll be fine and walked away! I got no further instructions for my follow up care and when I went to the pharmacy to pick up, the pharmacist let me know the two antibiotics id be prescribed could not be combined.. flash forward a few days im having bad side effects and I call this urgent care to ask for direction and they told me that I would be fine and to continue taking the pills. Long story short ended up in the ER due to a severe allergic reaction... to top it all off my summary of visit was filled in with fluff and they wrote in answers that I didnt give.Beware of this place!!

The staff at the reception desk, the nursing staff, PA in training and Dr. Nair were phenomenal! We were on vacation in Long Beach and I had some co cents about a fall and recent surgery I had had 4 weeks previously and they were concerned, thorough and very caring individuals! This urgent care is amazing, I was in and out in under 20 mins last time, and that was with getting to see the MD. Patrick is always on point, and Dr Nair is a true pro. This is a great, clean office and amazing alternative to visiting the dreaded hospital emergency room (if not too serious). Also, easy, free parking readily available out front.

Hands down the best urgent clinic I have ever been to! Dr Nair was very professional and I was amazed how fast he was able to diagnose and start treatment for our son. As a physician who has been in medicine for more than 15 years, I can honestly say that you are in very good hands with Dr Nair and his professional team!

Came in with a 3” screw in my foot. Hurt like hell but the staff here were awesome, very accommodating. Took very good care of me even thought I was cussing up a storm and somewhat uncooperative. Thank you guys

Awesome establishment. The staff was great and got me in and out in a matter of minutes. The receptionist Amanda and med assistant Ernie were very friendly and Doctor Nair did a great job removing my stitches. Would definitely recommend.

We were on holiday in Long Beach when our baby became ill overnight so we brought him to Nair Urgent Care as soon as they opened in the morning.I walked in and asked if they treat babies and was told YES. I filled out the medical form (including my sons date of birth) and we waited. After about 15 minutes the receptionist called me back to ask if my son was under 24 months old - I confirmed that he was. I thought this was a little strange as she had his date of birth on the form I filled out and he was only 14 months old.  We waited another 10 minutes only to be called back by the receptionist again and told they do not see babies and the information she had given us was wrong.She did however confirm that they had already charged my credit card for the full amount of a consultation! She said the amount would be refunded, but I still have to pay the fees and dynamic currency conversion as it was a UK credit card.The receptionist was very apologetic, but we lost some money and no worried parent with a sick baby who arrives as soon as a place opens wants to wait 30 minutes then be told they wont be seen.The only good part was they told us to go to MemorialCare on Bellflower who were amazing and charged half the price for a consultation.

This place was awesome! Extremely clean, everything is high-end and new which was really nice to see. They offer water and coffee in the waiting area along with any type of phone charger you may need while waiting. The staff was so friendly and really top notch. If I ever need to go to a doc again this is my place, really enjoyed it! Was in and out in about 30 minutes as well which was killer! Thanks again!

I had the best experience here at Nair Urgent Care.I was greeted promptly by Karah and filled out the minimal paperwork and was shortly brought back by Arissa.Dr.Nair was very clear on my diagnosis and I will ensure to be back if I have any other problems!

I have never written a review of a doctor before, but dr. Nair has earned it. Today when I came in to urgent care there were two other people in the waiting room. Dr. Nair left to go get coffee. Once I got in a room and the nurse took my vitals and a strep test, he told me it would take 6 minutes for the results. 20 minutes later I poked my head out of my room and asked if everything was okay because I was told 6 minutes. Dr. Nair came out of his office (where I presume he wasnt seeing any patients) and told me that this is an urgent care and that they need to treat other patients too, not just me. He told me not to get frustrated (honestly hadnt been). But the way he spoke to me was so belittling. I realize there are other patients. What you need to realize, Dr. Nair, is that we see you leave for coffee and go sit in your office and make us wait because you have a superiority complex.

The staff at Nair Urgent Care was great, from the receptionist to Doctor Nair himself. I couldnt be happier with the care I received there. Everyone was kind and professional. I would highly recommend this facility.

Probably the best urgent care that I have been to. The whole facility was very clean. Jordan and Arissa were extremely helpful. PA Kevin was very thoroughly and informative. I would not hesitate to return.

Best experience Ive ever had at an urgent care facility. The staff, including Dr. Nair, Patrick and PA Jen Vinh are wonderful. The facility is immaculate, and I was in and out in about 20 minutes.

Been here 3 times over the past year and I actually need to go in tomorrow morning when they open. Dr Nair is amazing. And Patrick at the desk is fabulous as well. Best urgent care in town. Dr Nair goes above and beyond.

I missed a step on my stairs last night, woke up to a swollen foot. My primary care doctor of course couldnt see me until tomorrow. I decided to come to Long Beach urgent care to see how bad the damage actually was. Google maps is a little confusing with the directions but the office is located by the United artist theater behind the claim jumper. The office is nice the staff is very friendly, and I was in and out in less than an hour. They were able to even give me a copy of my digital x-rays and a doctors note for work. I hope to never need to go to the urgent care in the future but if I do, I will go to Long Beach urgent care.

I came all the way from Gardena to go to Nair specifically, because of the superb reviews. Before this, I had gone to 3 different ophthalmologists. who all told me I had a common condition called dry eye and just told me to use eye drops/warm compress. I suffered from gunk in my left eye for an entire month until it finally got painfully swollen. I needed a legitimate doctor to tell me what the heck is actually going on. And lo and behold, at Nair, the doctor explained everything to me and I got prescribed antibiotics + antibiotic eyedrops that finally cleared my vision. No more gunk and fog in my eye anymore! Thanks Nair. :)

What a nice urgent care to go to. Patricio is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Great bedside manner and all around super easy to talk to. Would recommend nair to all. Parking is easy and they do covid tests.

Im revising my review. While I thought the care was excellent, I was just slapped with a bill that is more expensive than if I would have gone to the emergency room. I asked if they took my insurance. They said they did. My insurance reimbursed some, but Im still stuck with a huge bill. Double check what the costs are before they inject you with anything. One of the medications alone was $360. Not happy and will not go back.

Very friendly staff, but terrible communication. We had an x-ray taken but they were unable to give us a physical copy or CD (broken equipment), or to forward an electronic copy to the orthopedist we now need to see -- which makes no sense since they forwarded an electronic copy to a radiologist who wrote the report. (I called the radiologist to see if they would forward to my ortho but they refused and said I needed to get it from Nair.) Nair assured us that the printed report (indicating no broken bones etc.) would be all that the orthopedist needed. But when the ortho made it clear that they needed to see the original xray images (not just the report) I tried calling Nair back. I tried numerous times, and their answering machine said press option 2 and when I pressed 2 it said 2 was an invalid option. So they said press zero for other questions and I tried that, and it rang 30 times before I gave up. I went through this whole process three times (during business hours), wasting the better part of an hour before giving up. I tried again today, and got through to a real person, and they were somehow able to burn me a CD which I picked up an hour later. Im still not clear why they cant just send this electronically to my physician.

Received an xray on Monday, xray tech Anderson called Tuesday with results! *side note to self... always check the spam/junk when awaiting for documents. I mistakenly missed 3 emails sent by the office staff due not checking my folders properly.

My wife called & one of your staff told her that your facility took my insurance. Upon arrival your receptionist was quite happy to tell me otherwise.So either your receptionist lied to my wife, or lied to me.It wasn’t the information, it was her utter happiness upon denial of service. Very Smug.

I have visited this location twice and both times have been more than pleased with the service Ive received. The staff is pleasant and professional. The office is clean, bright, and modern. I was admitted in less than ten minutes on both occasions with each visit lasting less than forty-five minutes. Second day in a row that “Urgent Care” decided to post a note on their door and just go home early. Yesterday at 1:00 (left the neon “Open” sign on just to give you hope) and again today @ 2:00 p.m. ( though I was there at 2:00 and it was already dark and locked).Sorry guys, but when we need urgent care, we don’t really want to look for it by driving around to see who might have stayed and worked all day before closing hours ahead of their posted hours.

Not having medical coverage I was very nervous about how to approach any situation that might come up. The Doctor and his assistants were very friendly, professional and helped above and beyond what I expected from an urgent care facility. I would recommend them to anyone in a similar situation. After the second phone call and a combination of events, I feel compelled to write about my experience. Part of this was also bad pharmacist at CVS. I am recounting my experience because all in all, it was not good, given that i managed not to take the right medication for my illness, despite trying to avoid this outcome.I walked into the clinic with a fever and severe coughing. I was seen within 10 minutes of arriving, which was very nice. Doctor visited me and explained at a high level what he wanted to do. He wanted to clear my chest, give me an antibiotic and a painkiller for the cough. Good enough. After that he wrote a prescription that was illegible and handed it over to me. I am from abroad where usually a doctor will run through the prescription and explain the usage for the medication, so to avoid errors. I asked for an explanation, given that the prescription was illegible, but was told to wait (few feet from the doc at his computer). I waited inside the clinic and then was asked to wait in the waiting room. The person at the front desk told me that the Pharmacist would give me all the information and i did not need to know anything further. I was not ok with it, and asked whether I could call back if I had any questions. They said absolutely.Went to the pharmacist. The pharmacist at CVS and 2nd street not only did not answer my questions, but he also FAILED to tell me that he was only fulfilling 2 out of the 3 prescriptions. When I asked a question he was short and did not answer properly. I left with part of my medication and no warning that he was not giving me everything! 24 hours later i called back Dr. Nair saying that i had had a huge migraine since taking the meds and they said they would call me back after his 4 patients. Nobody called back. 24 hours after that i called back again to let them know the migraine was continuing and i did not know what to do. The PA came on the phone and told me she would see me if I chose to come in, saying that she could not help.

Walked in for a bad cough. Turns turned out it was standing pneumonia. I walked right in, filled out a little paper work, and they took me in. They gave me a prescription and I was on my way. I would definitely recommend this clinic for your non-emergency needs but still when you need medical attention. They took my aetna insurance.

Went in for an office took my insurance paid my co-pay. Went in a couple times after no issue, Now today I get slapped with a big bill out of nowhere at least a month later. They billed me for my first visit and didnt even let me know. I found out by going to the store and not having enough cash in my checking account. Ridiculous. Now its November and Ive been billed 115 out of my debit account in September now they send me another bill for the same 115 they billed me for in September. They keep billing me over and over for the same 115. They will not stop. Dont ever go to this place you will be royally screwed.

Absolutely horrendous experience, the young woman manning the front desk couldnt seem less interested in helping me. I went in for an antibiotic for my stingray wound and this facility told me over the phone and in person that Blue Shield was an accepted insurance provider, and that I would only owe a copay (if the other services were insurance billable, which X-rays and swabs are). Lo and behold THREE WEEKS later I get a bill for $539 for a visit and the X-ray/swab, with the most infuriating part being they claim I have no insurance on file with which to be billed. Incredibly unethical and vile greed, or protracted apathy, by this facility and its billing staff. Avoid at all costsEDIT: Yes their billing department eventually corrected the issue, but clearly it is a habitual issue for your office based off the other negative reviews in this thread. I would still recommend any other medical facility over this one for that issue alone. Not to mention for $539 I never even received a follow up in regards to my swab results. Even as a layperson it was obvious I had an infection, but your staff did not communicate that information to me, but gladly took my money

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!! This was the closest urgent care to my house and I had to drive my dad , who just got hit by a car , bleeding very badly . So we rushed out to the closest place for help and forgot the insurance card. Even though he had the best medical insurance .They denied to help my dad at all. They couldn’t even give him a bandage or napkins or anything !!!!!! I want this place to be taken down immediately!!!!!! “Urgent Cares” are supposed to be quick care for emergencies, this did not occur at all !!! This place is a disgrace to medical care all together !!!!!!!!!

Today l was there because my finger got effected by bacteria .there was too much pain. But doctor Nicole was very profesonel .she treated me very gently by cuting my finger and she cleaned all the pus inside my finger. She was wanderful person and so other stuff too. I was very much pleassed to be there.

Went in severe pain for my ear as my p.t.p couldnt get me Into an e.n.t. until christmas! I couldnt stop blubbering in pain, but everyone was very patient and nice. Dr. Buda was awesome as was the staff!!! Cannot say how glad I am that I went to this Urgent care!!!! Thank you all so very much!!!

Great customer service, not a long wait early in the morning. Dr.s were very knowledgeable and diagnosed my problem immediately. I came in a second time and the wait was very long unfortunately. Not sure if this is a common thing, but when I was seen by the doctor, I was again very satisfied.

Told us they took our insurance, treated both my husband and myself them tell us months later that that they decided not to take our insurance and kept billing us until it went to collections forcing us to pay to keep our credit..never again..too bad because we liked the staff..husband works for lbusd..we have good insurance..

The experience was poor. No one ever called me to pass along my COVID-19 test result (despite the rapid test costing $250, which is already insane.) I had to call them to get the result. The process wasnt professional.

I have been to this location several times, and each time they have been awesome, remembered me, and treated me professionally and honestly. The place is fantastic, is superbly clean, and they are great at what they do. Highly Recommend.
