I went to the office for a new hire physical/drug screening. Alexa and was my nurse. She is very patient and professional. Her bedside manner is impeccable. Lareisha was also professional. This facility was clean.

Horrible service. I setup a CPR appointment for my wife that leaped from the quoted $50, from the original $45 to it being a combination class of CPR & First Aid costing $100. Which is way more expensive than red cross or any Ive had as a preschool teacher. Long story short we initially asked to refund the first aid, that she did not take yet, and prior to taking cpr (only being there 15mins) but they were so RUDE about it that we asked for a full refund to which they had a process for in which they have to go through accounting and processing and such and I have to call on Monday. So far they stole our time and money! And right in time for the Holidays. I guess they tend too who they want too.UPDATE: Hello Richard, I have been there before and the prices were different, inflated. The prices shouldnt be that high. $50 a piece for EACH CPR/First Aid service is absurd. Also I did not receive a check until 2 weeks later. Despite that my major concern was the treatment myself and my wife received. Whats most important to me is good if not great customer service. I believe people working in relations, dealing with people should have a certain etiquette. Especially if theyre taking our hard earned money.

The Wellness Mart in Long Beach is amazing! I received excellent customer service from Lucia and Sasha. The website allows you to make an appointment. I was in and out quickly. The location is clean and easy to find.

These folks are great! Theyre always fast, professional, and competent, and friendly. Ive used them here and there over the years, and I really like that they do tests that do not require a doctors order (such as TB for employment, etc.). And they will do specialty tests that doctors do order, but you will not be able to get done at Quest or LabCorp, etc., as long as I bring my own materials and directions. Awesome!BTW, theyve moved from the old 2nd St address to the one on 6374 E Pacific Coast Highway. A little hard to find. They are on the below-ground level (1st floor) under the Faucets N Fixtures, which is on the south side of Howards and the AMC theaters. (Not on the Barnes & Noble and Ralphs side, but the other side.)

Everyone was very kind and helped me when a different location was more than difficult to give me the help I needed. Great location and kinda people 10/10

This address is 5353 is no longer open please remove this address it really cost me a lot of inconvenience today when I looked up wellness more at least at this address took me an hour to get here. However your customer service rep at the correct location was very friendly here in Long Beach thank you. The new location is about 10 minutes away with traffic however they are about to close so I couldn’t make it once again wellness mart.

So i make a same day appointment for a tb test. I get there and the same person IMade the app. with says “oh I forgot we don’t do tB testing here, hehe”!! Really? Maybe not the app or call back to let me know? This place sukkkkks!!

I was in a rush to get a pre-employment physical and so I googled for some places where I can do walk-in physicals. This appeared first on the google search. I was skeptical at first but I gave it a try anyway.So an online nurse is on live chat, I inquired about the test and the location nearest me. I got my answer in a matter of seconds. No long lines, no appointments necessary, and no long waits. Came at around 5:20pm, got my papers done by 6pm. Cool, right?The staff were very welcoming. They explain the procedures to you. Dr. Richard McCauley was present in the clinic and hes very nice. Nurse Catherine was just as nice. Its a one stop shop for everything you need if youre trying to catch a deadline.They also offer CPR, First Aid, and BLS. CPR and First Aid are only $50 each and are scheduled every Wednesdays and Saturdays. If you desired to train at your own time, you will just need to add $15 more.I highly recommend this place. Please do check this out. :)

OMG! I literally walked in and got my TB test done at the window. In and out in 3 minutes.i love the wellness mart concept. Definitely recommend for most testing you need in a flash.

Went in for TB testing. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes for both the test and the reading. Staff is friendly and efficient. Prices are very competitive. Overall great experience.

We did a TB test here (ppd) for 38$. They asked to come back in 72 hours to check if its reactive ir not. We came back in 73 hours and it was not reactive. They refused to give us a paper saying its not reactive because we are one hour late and asked to pay another 38$Very disappointed by the service. Scam.

Just a head up, The livescan fee is not $23, its $73, which they wont tell you until youve been waiting all day. They know what they are dong. The look on the attendants face said it all.
