JFC I thought the clinic I was going to in NY was full of incompetent durdedurs but this place really makes that spot seem downright wonderful.- Lied over and over and over about sending my prior-auth to my pharmacy, thus resulting in me having to pay out of pocket with money I frankly dont have.- Insisted they would get in touch with insurance and let them know the doctor approves what I need, but never did and refused to answer any of my questions in regards to why they never did, why they still wont, what is even going on???- Dont know what a diabetic type 1 is, obviously, or they wouldnt keep insisting that test strips arent meds. THEY ARE DOCTORS who dont understand that a diabetic needs to test their blood sugar LMAO.- I have friends that go here, and told me that every app they filled out was input into the computer incorrectly. IE: They listed their husband as an emergency contact, but the receptionist/whoever does that crap input the patient instead. What the hell? Also had to google what an illness & medication was. It happened right in front of my buddy and myself.- Sent my meds to a pharmacy Ive never heard of and refused to answer why, and then got very, VERY rude with me when I tried asking further questions and insisting that I need care. Insisted this other pharmacy, which is somewhere I cannot even get to, would be able to help me within 2 days, when actually itll take 2 weeks.- Referrals were never sent out. Over a month of waiting, and they were never sent out.- They told me my prior-auth was sent, approved, and all I had to do was do re-fills. They also told me Walgreens would call my insurance and got pissy with me when I was confused as to why they lied before. They then tell me, oh we have to send a key :B ok so why didnt you do that?? Why lie??????- I distinctly heard OH MY GAWD before being put on hold, as if my expectations of a doctors office that I go to knowing whats up with my meds is ABSOLUTELY ABSURD.I say again--I AM A DIABETIC and these people have no idea what theyre doing despite being a DOCTORS OFFICE. Theyre rude, unprofessional, and ridiculously incompetent.I dont??? Even know what is going on with this place. I have to assume the reviews are paid or written by people who dont have a serious life threatening freaking illness. ALSO if you look at the other one star reviews, some people had to deal with even crazier crap than I did. How are they even in business??

They have really stepped up and have become a premier provider for family care. The Doctor is great. He actually cares enough to remember you. He doesnt skip a beat. Outside of the minor arguments with the front desk its a good place to seek and sustain care. From cradle to grave. Ive been going there since the 5th grade. Ive seen many changes and staff come and go. Owners changed hands and that old schooled though good was outdated. He changed the name and moved the building. Moving into a trendy space custom designed with tech in mind. Streamlining care all while increasing efficiency and most of all patient care and satisfaction. Ill never go anywhere else.

Staff was amazing, well informative, and passionate. Jorvon the Manager is great too, but he need to bring his staff some snack for their hard work. Lol, I’m just kidding, but they were all super nice!!!

We are regulars here, they asked my mom to come in fr a blood draw fasting, we came in soon as they opened, they made her go into consult bc they couldnt figure out why the previous Dr. ordered it, then the worthless MAs couldnt draw the blood so, they sent her to lapcorp so that whole time at the clinic was for nothing. 🙄🙄🙄
