The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The facility is clean and well maintained. I also appreciated the promptness and organization of the employees. Out of pocket care is affordable and they are very transparent about prices beforehand. I will definitely go back if need be.

This clinic is clean and well-run. I took my teen here for a sports physical and Magdalena, the nurse practitioner, did a great job! Magdalena went above and beyond to be sure my teen would be safe to play sports (listened to the heart before and after two different types of physical activity). I really appreciated her careful assessment and attention to detail. Thanks again!

Pleasant facility, friendly staff. It wasn’t busy so my wait was short. The Nurse Practitioner examined me, explained my situation and how to self-treat it and I was in and out of there in a short time. She was very nice

The best urgent care I’ve been to!! The care and responsiveness were beyond my expectation. The provider (Lee) was great and handled everything so efficiently and quickly. I was expecting to be in urgent care for hours but I was in and out in under 30 mins. The staff is also incredible!!

Since coming to Midwest express clinic I will not go to any other clinic they are they best hands down.. every employee is cheerful and all of the providers are thorough and knowledgeable and educate you! Thankful to have found them!

I am new to the area and needed to find someone quick who could do the sports physical for my son. It was very affordable compared to his regular doctor. The staff was friendly and very professional. This place is great for someone who is self pay. Quick service as well.

Wow so impressed with the friendly and professional staff - quick and easy in and out without an appointme! . This new building is beautiful. Looks like a house inside with modern design and decor huge comfortable waiting room. We were in and out for a sports physical for my son in 15 mins - they saved me because our regular doctor was too busy to fit us in!

Best quick service for your immediate needs. The women are discreet helpful and patient. I couldn’t ask for better service. I even heard them dealing with a small child who was sick and they were so kind and supportive. I love the staff here. Bridget at the front desk is the GOAT though. I would come back just to hang out with her! :-) great customer service skills!

-5 stars for the Urgent Care NP that saw me. So quick and efficient.-0 stars for other services/front desk staff -- Scheduled a flu shot visit at this location, did the online registration, etc. I show up to my appointment the next day and they said oh we dont have flu shots at this location I asked how that could be when I made an appointment for this location - they said you can make an appointment for anything but it doesnt mean those services are actually offered there and you just have to show up to see....? Doesnt make much sense at all lol. Wouldnt waste your time making an appt if you dont even know if they offer those things that they say they offer? Very annoying and a waste of my time!

The facility was clean. The service was quick. The doctor took time to understand our health concerns and needs. The customer service from the front desk to the intake nurse, to the doctor was exceptional!

My experience is so different from all these other reviews.First, it took a few minutes before anyone acknowledged me. Then, the same front desk person is the one that performed the tests I need to confirm my illness. I will say the physician I saw was quick and efficient.When I was done, I had another question and waited 5 minutes at the front desk to ask about a payment question. No one was there, so I left.Compared to Dulys Urgent care, Midwest is more expensive, which honestly shocked me.Maybe they had an off day, but Im not interested in their services.

These folks have always done right by me and are just so kind! Dr. Casey Apato is so patient and takes time to explain any medical jargon and such to someone like me who doesnt speak doctor very well haha. I always feel so cared for and listened to when I come here. Amazing! I caught strep throat and was absolutely miserable, I called the clinic and Lucy. I believe her name was answered the phone she was so sweet told me there was no wait and I should come right in. I arrived within 10 minutes and was seen almost right away. I was in and out within 30 minutes with a strep throat diagnosis they also took a Covid and flu test both came out negative though, I cannot say enough positive things about this location Everyone on staff was amazing thank you. I was prescribed antibiotics and they worked right away. I feel so much better today.

This place was easy to get to. The check in process was easy and did it from my phone in the parking lot the morning I went to check in. The staff was polite and very helpful. I felt at ease in the waiting and exam rooms.I can see myself coming back to here since it is hard getting an appointment with my regular doctor.

Everyone was nice and professional, the receptionist was pleasant and helpful, the physicians assistant was knowledgeable and took my vitals quickly, and then my provider did a great job at removing the small piece of a tick that was left in the back of my leg-good experience overall.

All I can say is wow! I was in so much pain with a sore throat and expected to be in the waiting area all day, but from the receptionist to the medical assistant and to the DR everyone moved so quickly and was so knowledgeable! This place is amazing! Despite being in so much pain I walked out smiling because I was in and out and actually knew exactly what was going on with me.

My first time here and it was a great experience. The website is very user friendly and I was able to get a same day appointment. The office is brand new and brightly colored for a calming and healing environment. The professionals and kindness of the staff is excellent. My PA was personal able, patient and handled my concern with care. I look forward to going back for my urgent care needs.

Recently I had to bring my son to the Clinic. Everyone was nice and professional. We were taken care of in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this Midwest Express Clinic.

The staff are very nice but if you want blood work done be careful. They might lose your blood work and never get a direct answer when youll be getting the results or anything. Over 1.5 months later and still wanting on blood work results or a refund

I tried several different Dr’s for what I was looking for and no one could help me out. On a whim I called this place, not even thinking they would take my insurance, but yay they do.!The staff was amazing. All the ladies that helped me out were so friendly and my Dr was super patient with me. (I also love her hair)Thankyou for being there for me, I’ve been struggling with finding a Dr to go to for months for this.I really appreciate all the staff.

I went to three other immediate cares before I ended up here the day I was in severe pain with an ear infection. The place was clean, organized, and reasonably priced. The staff were all friendly and clear in their communications. I met the nurse practitioner and she was kind, quick, but thorough and asked me multiple times if I needed anything or required further explanation. She even scheduled me for a backup follow up appointment if I needed it! I had a great experience and will definitely be making this my go to for urgent care!

It was such an amazing experience going to this location, it really is worth visiting! Everyone was super nice and when I got blood drawn barley even felt it (I have a tendency to faint when blood is drawn) will be coming back!

If you are in the position to need an urgent care center, this one is an excellent choice. I was able to register and do all the paperwork online. Once I arrived, it was a clean and inviting environment. The providers and office staff were all extremely pleasant, thorough and efficient. I highly recommend this clinic!

I really dont understand why all the positive reviews. I went here for a simple medication refill and it over an hour of just waiting. The person doing my intake/vitals didnt introduce herself and was rude. Kept me in a room to fill out a form that they handed to me half an hour later. The waiting room was EMPTY when I got here.

Got an EKG and the practitioner said I might have been having a heart attack at that very moment as she went over the report. She strongly suggested she call an ambulance immediately and transport to a hospital.The doctor at the hospital said the EKG in fact did not show the results of a potential heart attack, and asked me why I decided to call an ambulance (!). He was kind of a jerk. At least the practitioner at MEC was kind and was taking the situation seriously.

What a wonderful experience! From the short wait (was seen within 5 minutes on New Year’s Day!) to the friendly staff and expertise of the nurse practitioner, I can’t say enough good things about Midwest Express. I got a call with my X-Ray results before I got home and my prescriptions were promptly sent to my pharmacy. Definitely my new choice for urgent care.

Ive come to this clinic twice now. Its aesthetically beautiful and calming, but even more importantly all the staff Ive worked with have been kind, caring, and professional. I was especially happy with Nurse Stephanie and how she was with my daughter. This will be my go-to immediate care.

The doctor (I forget her name) was so pleasant & calm when she saw me. She was patient and I took her recommendations to not take an antibiotic as was recommended by Telemed and instead try other meds before antibiotics. She was friendly & knowledgeable. This place wasnt busy when I went on a Friday afternoon and they saw me quickly.

We interacted with three of the staff members that were all very pleasant. I loved that I was able to make arrangements for a time that I would be there. We were in and out and no time and thats so unusual for immediate care, usually its hours about hours of waiting!The doctor was very thorough and did some testing that I had never seen before to help diagnose! In September I had been to the one in Bolingbrook and had very good service there so it was nice that this one also had good service as well! Looking forward to the one opening up in Wheaton, which will be closer for us.

Hands down the best immediate care I have ever been to. Flow of the visit was smooth, facility was spotless, staff was friendly and helpful, and the doctor was patient and thorough. They are also kids friendly - a coloring table in the waiting area and a lovely station at the end of the visit filled with lollipop, stickers and tiara for the little ones. They asked us to check back in a week later to see how we are doing at no additional fee and offered flexible appointment options. They are doing everything to the best of what we need in the healthcare system these days. Glad we finally found a place we can trust.

If I lived local, Id use your services anytime we are Ill. Far superior than any urgent care Ive been to. Kristyn at the Elmhurst was fantastic too for my xray!

Everyone was absolutely amazing, I was diagnosed with bronchitis. Everyone immediately took action and that was yesterday. I already feel better. I would recommend going to see them for any of your medical needs.

The people are so friendly, helpful and considerate! I was on vacation and found them based on proximity to my hotel and insurance coverage. As a new patient there is always lots of paperwork filled with redundant questions. I don’t think I answered the same question twice :). THANKFULLY after two easy pages the rest was done online via my phone which was easy A wonderful bonus… I never filled out my insurance info! I gave my insurance card to the friendly assistant behind the counter and he said he would fill in the info for me!The care was attentive, non-rushed, and efficient. The medical assistant was lovely and gentle (had nasal and throat swabs done). Dr Alconcel is amazing. She is a warm caring person. She took her time with me and answered all my questions.I trust her and all the staff and wish they were in my home town. This is the kind of care that makes you feel loved. I want them as my primary care team.I highly recommend this team! Hopefully you won’t need to see them but if you do, lucky you!

Went here for an eye issue and could not have been more pleased. The sweet lady at the front desk couldn’t have been nicer and check in was quick and easy. Didi the nurse was friendly and put me at ease and Dr. Khan was just wonderful! So patient and thorough. I may come here for more of my medical needs as Duly Health is a nightmare nowadays. The doctor took his time to check our 17 month old. Was helpful and explained to us the after care. Bedside manner was amazing.

I went to see the physician for an infection in my finger and was given antibiotics and told to come back if it worsened. I had to go back 2 days after because the infection got worse and they refused to see me due to an outstanding balance thats an error on their end. If the doctor had done the job correctly the 1st visit I wouldnt have had to come back.

The clinic was clean and tidy with all staff friendly. No long wait time. Much better than going to Hospitals emergency and wasting hours waiting.

This was my second visit. The staff is so professional and knowledgeable. Five stars! Keep up all the respect and kindness.

From the very patient and efficient front desk staff to the incredibly engaged NP Laura, these folks were professional, polite, and genuinely invested in treating (and resolving) my medical issue. I literally could not be happier! From the super short wait time, to the assistance in getting my insurance sorted, to the clearly explained diagnosis and very detailed care plan... I have nothing but really, really good things to say about this entire team and would encourage others to put these folks at the very top of their Urgent Care list!

I’ve been feeling flu symptoms for over a week now and I wanted and needed to see a Doctor. Since I’m new to Henderson, NV I’ve never seen a Doctor and haven’t yet established a primary Doctor. I googled Urgent Care near my home and found Jovive. I visited their website and read what they stood for and what they provide. I immediately scheduled my appointment for today and followed the easy prompts of registering online.I just finished my first visit and from the very moment I opened the door, Rory and Mama G gave me a warm welcome and made me feel comfortable.Theresa was very sweet, personable and took my vital signs and helped guide me.Dr. Khalid was very attentive, personable and kept me at ease. Knowing what I had, they did a covid and flu test on the spot and since I had congestion she had me do a nebulizer treatment.It’s been years since I’ve had to go to the Dr and the whole staff made me comfortable and treated me on the spot.I now can say I’ve established my primary physician and a place I can go to if I need to.Thank you Jovive Health!

I have been to this location twice when I needed an examination and likely an x-ray. Both times I have found the staff to be informative and helpful. I was able to make an appointment quickly and avoid the lines at an emergency room. This urgent care location of Jovive is a great option if you need care that day, may require an x-ray, but its not a true emergency. If I had waited to see an ortho it would have been several weeks wait and my general practitioner wouldnt have had an x-ray handy.

I loved Lynn! Shes super sweet! The other staff I met were also very welcoming. I used to go when it was Legacy & it’s a different vibe but in a good way!!!Edit: this is for the Henderson/Las Vegas, NV location!

Upon my arrival, everyone from the front desk to back ( dr.s visit) was very friendly. The wait was minimum. Although, this visit was for my grand, I plan to return for my healthcare needs.

The urgent care I normally go to was a 3 hour wait. I knew of this place that just opened so I decided to give it a shot. It was so great. From the hospitality, to the cleanliness, friendliness of staff, and all of the goodies they send you ok your way with (orange juice, lip balm, bandaids and more). This will be the place I come to now. Thanks for the great experience and quick service!

I have incredibly bad anxiety when it comes to hospitals or doctors offices. However, coming here was a very good experience. Even though I still nearly passed out, they brought me water, juice, graham crackers. Checked on me frequently while I waited for my results. Consistently assuring me that everything would be okay. Now I’m sure my anxiety was probably silly to them; or to anyone.. But they certainly didn’t let that show. I’ve never had a visit to a doctors office where every single person I spoke to was incredibly nice and thoughtful, I never expect anyone to cater to my issues, but they certainly did. If you have any of the same problems, I HIGHLY recommend this place.

Here in Illinois on work and had an issue come up. In and out very quickly. Office staff were very friendly and helpful. Doctor very knowledgeable and prescribed a course of treatment for my condition to get me back healthy.

Great and kind staff. Got turned away from two Northwestern Immediate Cares last night when I had worse SOB symptoms. I suspected I needed prescription medication since OTCs weren’t working and that was what I received today. Thank you for not turning me away and having me drive around in circles.

We are temporarily here due to my mothers passing, so all our doctors are back in California. My wife tested positive for Covid so we went to Jovive. The saw us immediately then discovered that my wife was in Afib and immediately called Elmhurst Hospital emergency to expect us coming. If they hadnt pursued her high heart rate with an EKG we would not have known she was dangerously close to a blood clot and stroke. They handled everything for us and possibly saved my wifes life. I highly recommend them. What a blessing to have them in your community.
