Absolutely fantastic doctor! I always look forward to our visits. He really cares for his patients. He takes the time to get to know them and to make sure to answer any and all questions. I have been with DR. J for 5 years now and I come from out of town to see him; he makes me feel that comfortable. His nurse and the ladies up front are A+++ too! Always so helpful, kind and patient to everyone. I highly recommend DR. J for his specialties, but also for your primary care doctor, that is also his specialty. If he cant fix it he knows someone who will!

Dr Jefferson has been my PCP for a number of years. He and his staff are now members of the Healthy Connections network. I have always found him to be easy to speak with about my health and anything in my life that might affect it. He has always maintained a professional posture without losing his humanity. Always ready with answers and information regarding new medication and trends within the community that might affect my status or help maintain a healthy lifestyle. His staff, from reception to setting my next appointment are professional and efficient, minimizing waiting times and stress, each member doing their part to help me maintain my HEALTH FOR LIFE.

I love Doctor Jefferson! Hes always so nice and remembers everything we talked about in previous visits. I can tell he really cares about his patients. I go to him for everything now and dont see my old family Doctor anymore, because Dr Jefferson does a better job and really asks questions and tries to understand whats going on with me. So glad I started seeing Dr Jefferson! You will be too. :)

Ive been a patient of Dr Jefferson for almost 4 years, hes a great doctor whos attentive and caring about any issues you have. Reception & nursing staff are all so friendly and personable, theyve changed my life for the better. You can tell he genuinely wants to see you succeed in your life and triumph, incredibly kindhearted guy

I’ve been seeing Dr Jefferson for about a year now almost. The same is all true from my first review, he’s one of the good ones. I actually enjoy our talks, may be about anything other than why I’m in there sometimes. He always gives good advise. He’s a very polite and kind doctor. He genuinely want to help his patients, now days what else can ya ask for than a doctor that actually takes the time and listens and gives suggestions to help not harm. He’s an amazing person. I personally believe he’s one of the good doctors left out there.

My wife goes to you. She loves the office. But this last appointment you put her on every other month. Its been 4 days without her prescription and she has had trouble wire staff contacting you about her refills to no response. She is in tears . I love her and hate to see this . Its Monday they said at front desk you would sign it to fax to pharmacy by 6 n was pretty rude. It almost 7pm n pharmacy hasnt received anything for her. Sir this place has changed her life for the better but this is torture !

I love this place. From the beautiful people behind the front desk, to the awesome nurses and lab peeps. And my amazing new doctor- Thomas Jefferson. I am happy with my health care for the first time in many years.

Ive never stayed with a doctor for very long, up until i started seeing Dr Jefferson. He and his staff are all so kind and helpful. Ive been with them over 3 years now, and wouldnt see any other doctor. The nurses and front desk staff are always smiling and very kind. I am so thankful for a place like this. Always very clean, mask everywhere, and sanitizer at different locations throughout the building.

Dr Jefferson, absolutely the best, everything you could hope for as a patient. He covers all the bases woth respect and care. Also cant leave out the rest of the gang from receptionists to nursing too kind, thank you all

No problems. I trudged 2 Miles and in pain . My right leg has arthritis, Im 62. It was 90+ degrees the receptionist? people who worked were nice. A lady gave me some water. I didnt have to wait for more than a minute. I was in and out quickly since I didnt have any complaints.On the way out I saw an attractive woman.

Ill be honest Dr . Jefferson is one of the coolest Dr.ive ever had! And his staff everyone of them are awesome!If you need help this is the place!God bless

I love Dr Jefferson. I have seen him for over a year and am very satisfied with him. He listens to me asks all the right questions and provides me with treatment that addresses my problems. I guess I am saying he is knowledgeable about the MAT program, and cares about my quality of life and provides treatment that makes my life better. Thank you Dr. Jefferson we love you.

Dr Jefferson is amazing hes by far best position Ive seen and actually cares about his patients. And staff is great Kim and Jasmine up front or very helpful and have went out of their way to take care of stitches ahead with insurance and scheduling. The nurse doing the drug screen and blood pressure could be a little nicer and more caring but all around great experience every time

I have been going to see Dr Jefferson for over 4 years now. I have seen a lot of doctors in my life an there is nothing better than having a doctor that listens to you. I honestly don’t know where I’d be if I had found his office. You get treated with such kindness an respect the minute you walk through the door with the ladies at the front til you walk out. I highly recommend Dr Jefferson an his team.

Dr. Jefferson is always concerned and takes the time to listen. One of his specialties is care for the LGBTQ community. Its nice to have an understanding ear.

I have been going to this clinic for a while and I cant say enough kind words here to express how great they are! Anyone you may encounter during your visit is consistently friendly, kind and professional. The wait time is minimal, and the fees are very reasonable. The doctor I see every visit is the best! He always goes out of his way to make sure you are doing well, not just the reason for the visit, but how life is going for you and your general well-being. I can tell he genuinely cares about his patients, and wants them to be happy and healthy. I would HIGHLY recommend this clinic if you want to feel cared for while resolving whatever brought you in. If I could give more stars I would, but they definitely are the nicest, kindest people you will meet that day!

I have been going to Dr. Jefferson for years and they are always awesome. Dr Jefferson is so understanding and I know he has my best interest. Kim in reception remembered be after being gone over a year and it just made me feel special because most offices arent like that! They are great and thats why I give 5 stars!!!!

Honestly the only doctor I have found that has let ME be a part of my treatment plan, as opposed to other doctors who will not let you get a word in, Dr Jefferson provides moral, medicine and forgiveness and so much more . I am proud to say I have been a patient for 5 years now and have no plans on changing that, because if I need therapy,he has it there in the same office very convenient. Cant say a bad thing about the guy.

My daughter and I both were patients of Dr. Jefferson for a few years. If I could bill his office for the total amount of time I spent during those years having to call them and ask them, countless times, to please 1) send new and refilled prescriptions to the pharmacy (because Id called the pharmacy for days and was informed that nothing had ever been called in), or 2) submit specialist referral(s), some of which had been issued by Dr. Jefferson months before (for medical issues that remained untreated while waiting to see the specialist), and/or 3) submit prior authorization letters or forms required or requested by my insurance company.I dont recall a single month that I didnt have to call (and re-call) Dr. Jeffersons office to request the follow-up care or meds that he said Id receive during a recent visit. Many times, Id have to ask to speak to the office manager before any meds or referrals would (finally) be called in. It was so incredibly frustrating, and while Dr. Jefferson was polite, it seemed like the moment he walked out the door he forgot my (or my daughters) existence.Ultimately, the ineptitude of Dr. Jeffersons staff is his responsibility, yet no matter how many times I had to call and complain just to receive basic care, he never appeared to have made any changes to resolve the problems. There is truly no good reason why any patient should have to go through so much stress and be so neglected. There came a day that I just had to find another doctor. Then, the craziest thing happened. They started calling me asking me why I changed my PCP, and whether I sure that I wanted to leave. It was so unbelievable to me how they were suddenly responsive to me, after theyd effectively ignored me as a patient for years. 🙄

Had a GREAT experience with Dr. Jefferson. He was easy to talk to, listened well, and is very knowledgable. Highly recommend him!

Ever since becoming a full time patient with Dr. Terry Jefferson, at Health For Life Clinic, aka Healthy Connections Midtown Clinic, I have received great care from him and all of the clinic staff there. Dr. Jefferson is a wonderful physician, that takes time to get to know his patients and is very accommodating.

Everyone outside of Dr Jefferson is very professional and make sure they keep everything in and out. Every place tyou attend may have a little drama but its more of an inner issue there. I can tell Dr Jefferson is starting to get older because he isnt as thorough in a check up like he use to be. He kinda just asked me questions about my personal life and then let me go.

Dr J is someone that will listen and treat effectively. He sent me to a specialist I want fond of and he understood and redirected me appropriately. The staff is incredible and engaged!

Ive known Dr. Jefferson for years both personally and as a patient and he has always strived to help me with whatever difficulty I was having. One time in particular he helped me was when I had relapsed on Valium and he did an intervention in his office. He was perfect. He was firm, confrontive and compassionate at the same time and he put me into outpatient treatment.

Dr. Jefferson is my P.C.P. and as one of his regular patients, I just wanted to voice my opinion and let everyone know he has been a wonderful doctor since he began taking care of me! He is a terrific doctor, very respectful, very friendly, very professional, and he always seems to genuinely care about each of his patients. He specializes in multiple practices and is great at helping you with something as minor as the flu, or something as serious and long lasting as a substance abuse problem. He is helpful from A to Z no matter the seriousness! He has been my doctor for going on 4 years, helping me abstain from using drugs, without any issues whatsoever, as well as my family during the past couple years through COVID-19 and multiple traditional flu seasons! The reasons I listed above and his clinics overall performance over the last 4 years , is the reason why I gave him a 5 star rating! I hope this helps anyone who may be looking for a doctor that takes care of their patients. Dr. Jefferson is in my opinion, the best physician I have come across in my 33 years! Hopefully this helps some people find a doctors office worthy of hard earned money!!!

Not a good environment. I went to Dr. Jefferson a few years back and quickly realized that it was not a professional place to seek medical care. Not only did the doctor make me feel very uncomfortable, one of his nurses at the time, though not during an office visit, hit on me in an extremely inappropriate manner knowing that I was a patient of the clinic. I switched to a new physician after that and have not looked back.

Dr. Jefferson was very nice and kind. Him and his staff are very nice and warm and kind.

Dr. Jefferson specializes in sexual health and is very confortable talking about STIs. Dr. Jefferson accepts Arkansas state employee health insurance.
