Excellent experience! Friendly welcome. No waiting. Minimal paperwork. Pleasant, short intake with kind staff. Knowledgeable, effective, kind nurse practitioner asked essential questions, listened to everything I shared; diagnosed ear infection; treated quickly and had a prescription ready for me when I arrived at pharmacy. Best urgent care experience ever!

Very quick, convenient, and quality service. Everyone was friendly. I wish I caught the name of the gentleman working reception but he was very relatable and kept my spirits up despite being sick. PA Gary Cuddy addressed all of my concerns and questions. I highly recommend this facility!

First time visiting this urgent care for my child and I plan to return when their services are needed again. They were super patient with my 4 year old as he answered the staffs questions himself. Very kind and lots of care to make sure my kiddo felt safe and listened to. Thank you!

Nurse was nasty. Took a client in with handy printed out Medication and Allergy list. I told the nurse allergies and medications were on the list. She said And who are you to this person? I said I handle their medical, the allergies are on the list for you. She said No, do YOU Know their allergies? I said maam I have over 40 people on my caseload, so no I dont memorize all of that but its right here and then I had to read it off to her. The P.A. was kind. Nurse, not at all. She must have been having a very bad day.

This was a very convenient place to go for urgent care. We didnt have to wait to get in, and we werent there for a very long time waiting on the doctor to see my son. The doctor seemed knowledgeable and was very kind. I would return again for urgent care if needed.

This was one of the best urgent care experiences I’ve ever had the front end staff is very caring patient and understanding. I made an appointment just in case but was the only one in the waiting room when I arrived so they got me seen immediately after check in. The tests they performed were very thorough and made me feel that the care team valued me as a human being. The nurse and the PA were good communicators and addressed all my needs and concerns. The staff here really deserves a gold star for effort and kindness providing a stellar service and making people feel cared for. Thank you to everyone here who helped me feel better today!

We were early and they got us right in. Very nice to have a place to go on a Sunday. The receptionist was very friendly.

The online scheduling was fast and efficient. I was able to fill out information ahead of time. When I showed up for my appointment I had minimal wait time. The staff was friendly, professional and listened to my concerns. I was impressed with the staff and would definitely recommend.

I was the only one there and I still had to wait 20 minutes to be seen because the receptionist wasnt there. Otherwise it was a good experience.

Definitely didnt have equal patient value. They made me wait so someone whom came in after me could go before me. Unfortunately for them I didnt stay to even see how they care for their patients.

Went in due to my contact was stuck in my eye. The doctor didnt see anything at first but luckily put die in my eye and found my contact an got it out! Fun facts yes contacts rip sometimes In half or multiple pieces .

I met the SWEETEST staff, they made my day. I will definitely be going back to this location

By far the best experience Ive ever had in receiving medical care! I was impressed by how quickly and efficiently I was treated. The staff work together to set this clinic at a level above anything Ive seen in the medical community. Very nice, clean facility as well.

The exam room was dirty. Didn’t know how to dress a wound dropped sterile tape on floor and then preceding to use it on my wound Did not put on new sterile gloves when came back in the room after leaving to get something with same gloves on.

I had an appointment because I’d been feeling sick for about two months. They got me in right away, ran a couple tests and then actually gave me a prescription. The staff were super nice and understanding. I had been struggling with flu like symptoms (I ended up having the flu), but they did more than any other clinic I tried getting help from. I would definitely recommend this place.

Booked an appointment for 10, arrived early, completed all checkin paperwork online, waited for an hour after the appointed time, 30 min after appointed time had to complete checkin paperwork in person. Never even made it to the appt. Went to a different clinic. This was so disorganized! It was the least urgent care Ive ever received.

I have never had a urgent care experience as good as this one the wait was only 5 minutes went in for symptoms of a uti and the doctor went above and beyond I had been sick with a bad cough didnt think anything of it and found out it was bronchitis he perscribed me an antibiotic and inhaler and now I feel so much better he was so quick but so thorough I will never go to any other urgent care.

Everyone took great care of me. Had a fall off my bike towards the end of the day. NextCare saw me quickly, X-ray-ed me, patched me up, and now I’m resting at home. Top-notch healthcare with clear follow up instructions. Thank you!

Best Urgent Care I’ve ever been to. Staff was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. There was no wait time, I was able to get right in and they helped me with my neck/back/arm pain.

Front receptionist is absolutely rude and has no customer service skills. When you refuse to use their app to fill out your paperwork she got upset because she actually had to work.

They listened to me . Took time to actually do there Job right and not just patronize me and treat me like a child who should just go home .I will definitely go back when I need help . They even recommend primary care physicians for me .

Sitting here for over a hour in a empty lobby looking at a sign that says average visit is less than an hour. Urgent means urgent, not hurry up and wait.

They told me they sent my prescription to a particular pharmacy that was open 24/7. No such prescription was at this pharmacy. I called every pharmacy that was open. Could not find where they sent it. I had to wait till the next day.
