Terrible!! Per our insurance portal, BSW is accepted. I scheduled an appt at 2:20, arrived at 2:10, paid my co-pay only to be told at 3:30 my insurance wasnt accepted, and itll be an additional $70 copay for my visit.Say what? Theres so many things to digest, but I made an appointment for a reason, and the fact I was still sitting and unseen 45 mins post my appointment is a problem. Wasting my time is a huge issue for me. HUGE.The banner on the outside says theyre in partnership with BSW and thats a lie. Either that or they are selective on what insurance plan they take that day. Never again will I waste my time or attempt to spend money at this facility.
Front desk lady was very helpful and nice! Nurse was very kind and throughout and had a lot of patience with me letting me explain myself my symptoms and the situation. The doctor that saw me is a gem of a doctor! She is amazing and was also very thorough in checking my symptoms and body. I have no complaints about this facility!
Prompt and great service. The front desk staff, medical assistant and provider were professional and caring. It was my first visit and I highly recommend this clinic as an alternative when you can’t see your primary care provider. Thanks DS
Very good, they saw me within minutes of my reserve ls time. The PA and her assistant were filbert friendly and were able to check my eye out and luckily found no issues.. I will be returning to this facility next time I need urgent care.
I have sent my insurance 1 day ahead and once reached there they did not accepted insurance and I paid $560 out of pocket just for a quick visit. Other urgent care could have taken max $150.
It was my first time going there, everyone was welcoming, friendly, pleasant. The Dr. Andrea Cummings was great, Dr. A, treated me with respect and she listened to my concerns. I do appreciate that.
The doctor saw me for 4 mins. Barely asked me any questions and gave me a shot for pain and told me to stretch. After she left the room I told the nurse that I’m not able to stretch because of a herniated disk and if imaging was a good idea. She said, we don’t do things like that because you weren’t hit by anything?! Don’t come here!!!!!!!!!!!!
The medical examiner was very professional, friendly and efficient. Of all my visits to this facility over the years, she was the best examiner I ever dealt with. I highly recommend this provider.
The office staff was helpful and efficient. Dr. Miller was great. He actually listened to me and was trying to really figure out what was going on and explained everything in good detail. Highly recommend this place!
Everything was fine until I had to pick up my prescription at the Pharmacy but no order where submitted and the person in charge was not available to prescribe the medicine again ,so I have to wait two days to completely get my prescriptions to at least start to feel better.
The staff was very nice and pleasant.I hah no problems. My Doctor explained things to me very well, and was very knowledgeable about my matter.
I had a bad case of not keeping anything down for about two weeks until I could not take it anymore. Went here and they took good care of me. I can say today I am feeling 85% better. Tomorrow, hopefully I’ll be back to myself. Way to go!
Short wait and the Dr was great with my 7 yr old. Probably helped that the nurse at in take was amazing! She listened to my child and didnt just look to me for answers, which I appreciate.
If u are sick and in need of the best services come here! Always knowledgeable and courteous- make appointment ahead of time if u can and fill out paperwork at home - really just that easy - never had to wait - I have a primary care doctor just down the road but can never get in when I need a quick appointment- the doctors here are totally awesome - never have they ever let me down - they listen and have ur best interest at heart! Would recommend anyone to Next Care Urgent Care in Lewisville on Surf Street and Main - Keep up the excellent work!!!
Easy to make an online appointment. I was taken care of promptly and pleased with the treatment I received.Facility is very clean and well equipped, staff is courteous and knowledgeable.I would use them again should the occasion arise.
Dr. Was amazing, best bedside manner Ive ever experienced. Took time to hear my concerns and answer all of my questions and explained my diagnosis in plain language. Nurse and staff were friendly and professional.
It was great! They were so busy, but you wouldn’t have known it. They were all 3 so nice and didn’t make you feel rushed or anything
Staff was amazing very helpful! My experience was great took really good care of my son was very gentle with him. Also answered all my questions and concerns I recommend!
The entire staff is competent, friendly and professional. I felt like I was being treated by people who care. Use of technology at intake was minimal and intuitive. Prescriptions called in quickly. I think I benefit it as much from the positive experience as having been treated.
Staff & Doctors were Very courteous on the phone, as well as, in the office. I was able to get the help i needed! I would definitely go back.
My teen had a minor medical emergency and we arrived right before closing time, but the staff still welcomed us and provided excellent care. Got us in and out efficiently, feeling better and on our way. The staff is clearly very knowledgeable and experienced.Highly recommend.
Easy to setup on line appointment. Doctors help with my pain in my joints.In/out in about 1 hr. On Saturday.
Took my son here for a fever and cough, and they were amazing. The ladies at the front were very nice and professional. The nurse and doctor were amazing and knowledgeable. It was very clean as well. The entire process took less than an hour. I am highly impressed with my experience and will return and recommend this urgent care.
Staff was kind, professional, and prompt. Dr. Miller was so good with my child and made her feel comfortable.
A great experience for me. I developed a bad sore throat three days before giving in and needed to get seen because of a developing cough and body aches. I was the only one waiting, so I was seen almost immediately. The staff are super-friendly and the PA I saw was great! Highly recommend.
They are great people and very helpful, love to go there for drug screens Medical cards,
I love Sarah and her remarkable attitude. She’s a PA and she’s amazing. I would also like to thank the lady in the front, Lisa. She knew what to do and handled my workers comp efficiently. I’d definitely recommend coming here, especially if these two are there.
Great experience. They were very concerned about my symptoms and took great care of me.
Went there to get a sports physical for my son. Everyone there was nice and friendly. We made an appointment online but did not see the doctor until half an hour after our scheduled appointment. It didn’t appear that they gave appointment holders a priority over walk ins - hence my one star deduction.
Fighting cold/sinus infection like symptoms for week. Booked appt overnight and was seen 1st thing in the morning. Friendly & helpful staff who provided appt summary from last year. Doc also included work note upon request and ordered much needed meds. What a relief! Thank you Urgent Care.
3 ladies running the show!!All 3 took the time to really understand my needs! All very nice; all very helpful & all very knowledgeable! And, they take Medicare!Yay!
Dr. Sarah was absolutely hands-down the best. I could literally cry at how amazing she was at helping me through some medical things. Thank you so, so much!
Very slow. Understaffed. And when we made it back the dr said the front should have told you we can’t do anything for you and send us to the right place
Great service here. Ive been there twice and Ive been treated greatly. Would come back if needed.
Was able to make an appointment and did not have to wait long to be seen. Friendly and caring staff across the board. Thorough intake and xrays on site, meds called into pharmacy and back home in less than two hours.Cared for by Sarah Groce, PAD who really listened, answered questions, communicated well, and helped. Would return and do recommend!
The staff is very friendly and courteous. The doctor listened to my needs and provided solutions to help relieve my symptoms. One of the best urgent cares I have been to. Would certainly go back.
I went here for all these cold coughing fever chills. The PA Shana saw me, but mind you I was under the weather I didn’t realize she never listen to my chest nor were any X-rays taken. Maybe things what I get for grabbing the last appointment. I did like my first visit, but not so much on my 2nd visit
Very friendly, everyoneTaken care of in a timely manner. This is the best place when in need.Great care from the front desk to room with doctor. Doctor very caring too.
Kind courteous and polite. Service was fast but thorough. I will definitely recommend them.
I received treatment from the PA she has great bedside manner. She’s very personable and explains medical issues in regular people language. This was my second time being seen here as a patient and I am very satisfied. The triage nurse is just as sweet and amazing! Great team!
We loved the PA Sarah Gross that was on duty that day. She went above and beyond what was expected. She made me feel like I was the only person she would see that day. More clinic should have PAs like her.
Excellent doctor. I have seen her multiple times and she is so good. The staff is rude but this doctor makes up for it with her care and thoroughness.
Even without an appointment was received in a short time. Dr was quick and good I have sinus problems two or three times a yearAnd this my Togo to place. Very happy with service. Thank you 😊..
Excellent Service! Front desk staff and medical assistant very pleasant. Shana Fakkel, PA-C was wonderful as always!
Was bit reluctant to go to urgent care clinic but was told to do so instead of going to ER where is a long wait to see a doctor. My experience as pretty good like any other clinic with no crowding and steady walk ins. The front desk was very pleasant and made us feel comfortable and not long at all before was called in to see the doctors the nurse was excellent and pleasant to talk to and so was the doctor who listened to what issues I was having and answered my questions clearly… I definitely recommend urgent care anytime when you cannot be seen by your physician .
Been coming here long time. But they have become very slack. As I sit here 2 hours, I can hear the girls in the back laughing and playing. Go to Signature Care down the street. Much more efficient.
Fast, friendly service. Wait room had a hopscotch rug that my four year old loved, and a small table for kids. On my second visit, the doctor mentioned that if my issue persisted, I may need to see a specialist. Not having a PCP and knowing I would require a referral per my insurance, I was dreading the cost and hassle of possibly having to do this. I didnt say anything about it though, and before I left the doctor gave me a referral, which was greatly appreciated.Edit: the most recent time that I went, I booked an appointment for 10:20. I arrived and checked in at 10:05. It was after 11:30 until I was seen. The wait-list showed three walk-ins and one scheduled appointment ahead of me when I arrived, and I think a scheduled appointment should take precedent over a walk-in, but I guess not. Anyway, Im pretty sure I counted six people go in before me even though there were only 5 on the list. The wait was pretty frustrating, but once I went back things moved quickly. Nurses and doc there are always great. The booking system needs revamping.
Was able to book an appointment quickly and easily after being unable to get my PCP’s office to even answer the phone (a chronic problem.). Urgent care may be more pricey, but it is reliable and convenient and there when I need it. If time equals money, they’ve saved me a ton of both!
My husband was seen today and Sarah-PA was so great!! Treatment was fast and he was in and out in no time. Everyone was really kind as well. Highly recommend!
My wait time was very short. The service was quite friendly, professional, and compassionate, While testing ruled out what I thought was my condition, the PA definitely explored the other potential problem with me. Very comfortable with her knowledge and expertise.
Very prompt, not too many people in the waiting room. In and out within a 45 minutes. Very good website for pre-checking in. Efficient staff and very friendly Nurse and Doctor. Overall a very good experience. And they take Medicare!
Had a really good experience here. I don’t have a pcp and was nervous about going to a random urgent care. Day three of laying in bed and not getting better, my husband made me an appointment here. There was a lot of availability. Facility is easy to access and cleanZ Staff was warm and friendly. They saw me right away. I was in and out in about 40 minutes.
Amazing staff excellent fast friendly service very educated professional and knowledgeable staff first time here an we definitely will recommend to all
Very nice receptionist didnt take me long to get in and out and I got my prescriptions right away from CVS with no waiting time
One of the smoothest and easiest visits Ive had in a long time, was also the first visit in a long time to any doctors office, they were very helpful in getting me back on the right path for my health and Im excited for the journey and cant wait to show them my progress!
Staff was kind and courteous. Will come back here again if needed in the future.
The women here are AMAZING, listened to my problems and concerns with empathy and understanding. they are very knowledgeable and so sweet, shout out to y’all
Fast and easy service. Everyone in the office was pleasant an helpful.
This location was the worse location nd experience I never had.. The lady at the front desk was rude nd not friendly. I.will not return to this location never again
Great customer service every time we visit facility.
I agree with the reviews on the rude front desk attendant. I made a 1:30 appt today received a call to come asap as the doctor was sick and I was the last appt. Reach the front desk and shes eating her wingstop. I proceeded to hand her my license and insurance card. She replied, you didnt take a picture. Well sorry if I need to do your job too. I took a seat and I was called back up for her to collect a full deductible as she stated blue cross is closed on Saturday. I asked well on Monday when you do reach out and see my deductible is not that amount how will I be refunded. She couldnt answer my question saying my deductible wouldnt be less than $75. Ive never paid $75 for an urgent care visit. I left and I dont advise anyone else to go to deal with her.
I went to NextCare in Lewisville for a UTI today. We are always greated pleasantly and never wait even without an appointment. Today I saw Meagan the on duty PA. She was terrific. Everyone was great today and I highly recommend this clinic. I have never had a bad experience here.
We had a good visit, Gaithri V. is always Awesome- very knowledgeable and thorough.
Clean, professional, doctor listened and addressed my concerns, reviewed details of treatment. Highly recommend.
The PA I saw was so attentive and kind. She listened and made me feel like she truly cared about me. She was clear with her assessment and her instructions. Very thankful she was there to help me when I was feeling so sick.
PrimaCare Medical in Lewisville have some of the best doctors. I use them for several years. They’ve Been Thorough in her chair and they always do a very good job. They are friendly, sufficient, and very gentle. I would recommend them to anyone for medical care especially an emergency situation.
Staff was awesome! Polite and had me feel as comfortable as possible. Didnt make me feel like another number, like the other urgent places. Would definitely recommend NextCare Urgent Care! Thanks to everyone here for the great experience!
Friendly efficient staff! First visit for me and if I have need of another trip to urgent care I’ll definitely return to NextCare.
Had an awesome experience with everyone. I took my twins for a sports physicals, they took the time to answer questions and interact with the kids. Best so far!! Would definitely recommend.
Honestly, this was the most beneficial doctors visit I’ve had in years. First time visit with Dr. Groce was enough to make me feel better before even leaving the clinic.I felt at ease and even though I was the last patient of the night; I felt no impatience or rush to get me out. Clean, well kept facility, friendly staff, solid advice, fantastic beside manner from all. Comfort level is important to me.I highly recommend this clinic.
Great customer Service the doctor was very knowledgeable and helpful,Ty
Quite a long wait but great service. Accepts Medicare.
Great place, good care and easy to get an appointment.
Excellent timing, staff very helpful, and Dr was very helpful as usual, thankyou all for you alls services!😀
Receptionist was rude and made me feel unwelcome.
Provider has no bedside manner. My granddaughter had been suffering with a sore throat for several days and was feeling worse, so I took her to be seen. She is unable to swallow her saliva, food, or water. The provider acknowledged that her throat was red and tonsils were swollen. She said her strep test was negative and ordered steroids. I ask for a doctors note and she said, For what? Shes not contagious and she can go to school! With an attitude. I should have taken her to ER. She acted like we were a bother. Then they sent the prescription to the wrong pharmacy. This left a bad taste in my mouth. This did it for me. Doubt Ill go here again. Provider very rude. The PAC initials are GV.02/19/24 UPDATE:Woke this morning to my granddaughter making gurgling sounds in her sleep due to not being able to swallow her saliva. To her to ER. Turns out she has Strep throat and is contagious. Now so many have been exposed. So either the MA didnt do the swab correctly or their strep test at Urgent care is faulty.
Sarah was the absolute best doctor for my specific situation. I couldnt be more grateful for her attentiveness to my condition and her overall knowledge on the issue. She answered all my questions and left nothing unanswered. I cant thank her enough for her help. 10/10
PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE. GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT THIS GOD FORSAKEN PLACE. TREAT YOURSELF IF YOU HAVE TO CAUSE THEY WONT TREAT YOU!!!I went to this urgent care today after being physically assaulted. I went in for eye pain and blood shot red eyes. An “eye exam” was given which was standing behind a red line covering one eyes and attempting to read out what I saw. I couldn’t read anything because of my eyes, it was hurting so bad I couldn’t open it. I was told to go sit in the room and wait for the physician assistant to come in and take a look at me. Again, I couldn’t open my eyes without severe pain. The doctor came in to tell me she can’t help me and I would need to go to Emergency room to get the help I need for my eye, the physician assistant didn’t even check me AT ALL. When it was time to leave I was told my insurance was charged and I had a 75 dollar copay. I was genuinely confused because, THE DOCTOR DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. She didn’t even look inside my eyes at all. I refused to pay them for a service that WAS NOT RENDERED. They told me I was paying for the doctor coming in to tell me SHE COULDNT DO NOTHING, and also paying for a glasses eye exam. Which was not the reason I came in for. The receptionist” sugar” and nurse “Kat” were extremely rude and unprofessional. As a nursing student myself, If you care about your health and well-being please don’t go here.
My 16yr old son needed care quickly and the level of attention that was given to him put us all at ease. He is now at home resting. Thank you so much NCUC of Lewisville.
I’m not happy with the service I was provided today. I have United Health Care insurance. I made sure it was an accepted insurance prior to booking my appointment. I booked an appointment this morning and did all my paperwork at the same time listing my insurance information. I checked in earlier today. Drove miles to my appointment at 5 pm. Sat in the lobby about 20 minutes. Was called by the medical assistant who advised me that the UHC insurance I have is not accepted there and I would need to pay $135 if I wanted to see a doctor. There has to be a better process. I should’ve been notified earlier today that my insurance was not accepted. I would’ve had time to book an appointment at an urgent care in my network.I wasted time and gas driving there. Also, exposed myself to really sick people in your lobby for nothing. Please put a better process in place. This makes no sense to me.
Fast & efficient, got diagnosed and got prescription (& filled and picked up at CVS) within two hours of initial call. Very relieved. The physicians assistant was exceptionally competent.
Friendly people and fast service! I will definitely be going there again.
Been here a few times and every time all staff members are kind and have great bedside manner. Wait time isnt bad and theres always available appointments. Facility is clean.
Quick diagnosis & not really thorough, gave me a prescription, and off I go. Now I have to go to my Internist for another exam to clear get it right.
I would had given it a five star rating because the care, the professional attitude, the friendliness, and the efficiency of the nurse and Dr was excellent, but I made an appointment online for 6 pm and I was not seen until 7:05. That was an hour later. This was the only reason I gave them only 4 stars. Everything else was really good, and I recommend it.
Great staff , and attend to all my medical needs
I went in for X-rays, they were so blurry you could barely see bones and yet they said they couldn’t see anything remarkable. Well they can’t see anything at all!!
I’m so happy they are close! I need to get stitches out, but was on the phone with TSA for about an hour and a half on hold. The provider I saw was awesome about me continuing to multitask to not lose my place in line. She removed the stitches so nicely! Now I know where to go if I need. Grateful they are a Mission Act provider. 😃
The wait time is average for an urgent care (about 40mins). The nurses and the doctors were wonderful. If you have any minor health issues that you’d like to check out, I would recommend going here. I’d also suggest checking out their website prior to your visit and scheduling an appointment in advance. The website is user-friendly.
Great location and staff! Friendly and fast and they take Medicare!
Seemed fast but charged more than the co pay negotiated by my insurance. The lady who answered the phone said she could not verify the insurance but the insurance said the upcharge is based on an estimation of services and we have to wait to get the bill and see if we are due a refund. What is the point of a co pay then? This seems shady to me.
I love seeing Sarah here- shes got a wonderful personality and talks to me like Im a person and not just a number. I go to this location for all of my acute issues and Im always seen quickly if I schedule an appt in advance.
Answered my questions and got me the help I needed, very nice and polite staff
Im here in Texas, visiting from Oklahoma. I had to get in to see a doctor quickly. Friendly, helpful receptionist, and the nurse was great! Dr Fakkel listened, and we asked each other questions. She gave me a shot and prescribed other medication. Now Im home resting! Yay!
It seems it’s better to just walk in than make an appointment. I made an appointment but the two walk ins that came in before me were seen before I was at the time of my appointment. However, I probably only waited 30 mins past my appointment time which is not too long for me. Once seen Dr.Groce was very attentive and really listened to my situation and was very compassionate and professional. Overall I had a good experience and I would come back and recommend it for any urgent/minor health issues.
Facility is easy to find. Wait time was not long. Dr. Groce has awesome bedside manner. I will definitely use this facility again.
Waiting room was empty short wait time In-N-Out within an hour.
The facility is very clean and the staff provides very prompt service. They are all very professional and my practitioner is amazing. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need.
Staff is very friendlly! Check-in is easy with a QR code. You can even see where you are in line. I really appreciated the bedside manner amd personablenes of the doctor. She was so thorough in my treatment and explanation of things. I will be using this location in the future when needed.
The booking of the appointment was fast and easy. The stuff and doctors were professional and friendly! They helped me with my needs while listening carefully and answered all the questions with patience. Also they talked me through every step of procedures that was to be done one me. That made me feel safe and aware of what is happening and it helped calm my anxiety. I was very satisfied with Primacare medical center!
This is a very clean and well run clinic. They take patients as promptly as they can. Missie, the receptionist, Kat, the nurse, and Sarah Groce, the PA, were very kind and professional. Sarah is compassionate and a very good diagnostician. I wish she had her own practice.
I’ve been here a few times and never had any issues. But today I went and everyone was sweet and knowledgeable. I feel bad I didn’t get names. I highly recommend. They will get you in and out! They are also really clean!
Traveling through the area, hurt my eye, needed treatment. They were very good diagnosing a badly scratched cornea and prescribing medications. Kind, compassionate, professional and very helpful. The wait was not long. Thanks to them for such wonderful care!!
Staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. Most importantly, I made an appointment within the hour and didn’t have to spend an hour or longer in a waiting room to be seen like most clinics. They took me back within 5-10 of arriving. Then, after I was placed in an exam room , the doctor was with me within another 5 minutes. It was a great experience, and it has been every time I have visited this clinic.
The team is friendly and the Dr. took time to explain in detail what/reason for my illness! I was pleased with my visit and treatment!
The receptionist (a young lady with braids) is very rude and needs an attitude adjustment. She has an uninviting personality, that will steer you from receiving service at NextCare. There was one person ahead of me when I came in. I asked braids if my insurance was accepted. She told me that she “had to take care of everyone else and then she’ll get to me. I waited for a while, even after the person before me was called to the back. I was the only one left. I was unaware that I had to pay out of pocket until I received a text message. This was something that should have been communicated by the receptionist, but she was too busy not doing her job. To clarify, I approached her about the text message and she handled the situation poorly. I canceled my appointment and left. A terrible employee will make or break your business. Save yourself some time and go to CareNow! Their employees actually want to be at work.A little advice for braids: if you don’t like your job, switch.
Very friendly and easy to work with staff. I was having issues with my insurance, but they were patient and kept trying until we were able to get it. And the doctor was very straightforward too. All around good experience!
From the moment I walked in I was greeted warmly and since I did my paper work online I only waited not even 5 minutes. Every staff member was very nice and made me feel comfortable. Everything was explained very well and done for me basically. Thank you Missie,Kathryn,Sarah Grace, and Cathy Sutherland.
My visit on Saturday 9/24, was wonderful. I went for edema in my feet and ankles. I waited about 10 minutes.Edger did my intake and tests; an EKG, and x-rays. He was a very cordial young man and interesting to talk to.Then, Sarah Groce, who is a PA-C, told me my heart was fine and someone would be reading the results this week. But no enlargement of the heart that she saw. No problems with the EKG. What a relief!Ms.Groce is the kind of person you wish was your doctor, in fact, I wish she were a doctor, the world would be a better place. She plainly explains everything and has a very pleasant persona.I was out in 45 minutes. I couldnt recommend this place more highly. It was very quick and painless. If you have to see someone right away, go here next time.
Went in as a walk in, I was in and out less than 30 min. Doctor was very helpful. I had all three of my kids so Doctor appointments arent always pleasant but Nextcare is amazing and I would definitely go back when in need of care.
Made an appointment for 3pm this morning. Check in was fine through text messsge. Only Nurse Practioner available. At 330, i asked what the expected wait time was running and they still had a 1pm appointment waiting to be seen. Wait time was running 2.5 hours even with appointment is a bit much for my 93 year old mother. Left and went to 24/7 urgent care location and was seen within 5 min.The location is very clean and accessible for handicap folks.
Excellent PA and Doctor. Dr. Grace reviewed procedure and was extremely caring and service oriented. She took care of my medical problem and reviewed after care. Also, the place was immaculate.
DO NOT GO HERE FOR URGENT CARE, its non existence. Came in on a Saturday morning 1hr after they opened. There were 2 people in the lobby, however I was told there were 3 ahead of me. 3hrs later and I still had not been seen. The waiting room by then had begun to fill up, mostly with young children. As the hours past more and more patients grew frustrated and started walking out. I tried my best to stay, but they absolutely wasnt calling anyone to the back. The reception just kept giving the same excuse that they were a walk in clinic, and had only 1 doctor. on staff.
Lady at front desk always nice and professional. Visit went well with the dr.
I was very happy with Dr. Samma and staff. They were fantastic and professional. Also they accepted my Medicare and secondary insurance.I would highly recommend them.
The staff was great. Katlyn was very nice and efficient making the check in process easy.Sarah inquired about my condition and asked appropriate questions. Great personality.Emily was a pro at taking my blood sample. Which not all people have been able to do. Didn’t even leave a bruise.Highly recommend.
Very friendly and very helpful with the app and forms
Amazing service and very friendly !! Both people I saw were very nice and took the time to answer my questions. By far the best experience when taking my blood
I went to Primacare in Lewisville. They were great. My MA/nurse was really good, as was the PA who saw me. My nurse was funny and really made me feel comfortable. The PA was right on point with her diagnosis and remedy. Being in the medical field, I am a stickler for good patient care, they exceeded my expectations. Great job!
All staff members have excellent service. The Receptionist and Nurse were very courteous. The PA was super. She noticed my eye issue as soon as i walked in the door. She took her time explaining my problem and complication as a result and then provided a script for me to follow-up with my pharmacy.
AWESOME , Awesome, Awesome!!! Did I say they are Awesome!!! From the moment I came in they attended me very quickly, the front receptionist was great and the nurse and Doctor took care of me, I was a bit nervous but they reassured me and I was calm,God bless you and keep at it team you guys Rock!! Last one, Awesome!!!.thank you so much
The front office staff was a little rude. But the nurse and doctor was nice and helpful.
Making an appointment online with NextCare was easy and convenient. Once I arrived they took me right in, no waiting. The staff was friendly and professional. Great experience, thank you all for your service!
They got my mother in quickly, helped her feel better and were very kind.
Friendly staff, clean establishment, & quick service
I had never before used one of these Emergency Center and didnt know what to expect. I am absolutely Blown Away at the professionalism, the compassion, and the efficiency of the center. Dr. V was wonderful and so very caring. Today Dr Sara took out my stitches and I didnt feel a thing. She was also very caring. I highly recommend this place
Sarah was my PA this evening. I didnt get the nurses name . Also the receptionist. They were absolutely wonderful. Sarah was so personable and did a great job stitching me up. Everyone was so friendly. Timing was great.! I would recommend this clinic to everyone. You will not regret it and if u are sick or hurting, you will leave feeling better. Thank you!!
After getting online and trying to find somewhere to go to because I thought I broke my toes, I decided to go to Primacare inLewisville. Since I did not have an appointment I thought that I would have to wait for days to get in but when I got online there was an opening for that afternoon. I like filling out the paperwork online so it’s already done before I got there and I did not have to wait but about 10 minutes and I was taken to the room. Everyone at the clinic was extremely friendly and helpful. After the x-rays I did not have to wait long to find the results and was given a boot to wear home. It seemed like everyone was very conscious of my needs and also my time. I will definitely be going back there for anything else that I need. It was truly a good experience.
Seen quickly, issues addressed, medications prescribed and out the door! Staff was friendly and courteous.
My baby was diagnosed with RSV a few days ago and I came down with something so I came to PrimaCare and they fixed me right up! They have a super awesome discount plan for self pay patients Mallory told me all about. Will definitely be back whenever needed!
I love the doctors at this location. They listen and care. And they explore all options to get u well. I lost mt PCP but may just keep coming here instead if getting a new PCP.The above post was about a year ago. I have a PCP now but hes so far away and I really like coming here. Doctors and staff are courteous and knowledgeable.I highly recommend it.
They were quick and efficient and so professional. They were so sweet with my little one that I had to bring along while I was feeling sick.
The people here are amazing and so friendly and the service is very fast. I used to go to CareNow and never knew this place existed until I was put on Medicaid. Highly suggest.
I have been to this location a few times and every visit is absolutely amazing. They care, they show compassion and most importantly they get you well. I love how they care for my children and myself. Great place to be seen.
Probably the 4th or 5th time visiting this location. Always super quick to get me in and out and on my way. The staff is always friendly and courteous. This time I was in for a broken foot.Hopefully Ill never hafta visit again. But if you have a non-emergency-emergency, this is the place to come.Just paid yall another visit for my arm. The doctor is super friendly and easy to talk to. In and out in record time (less then an hour)Thanks for everything 👌🏾
From the moment I walked in, it was a wonderful experience. The system to register was easy to use and easy to follow directions. I did not have a long wait. Efficient is the word that comes to mind. The facility was clean and clutter free. I highly recommend PrimaCare in Lewisville.
The receptionist was so helpful in assisting me checking in..The medical staff were so kind in listening to my complaints. They were compassionate & explained why she, Sarah, was prescribing & why.Highly recommended if sick.
The whole team is 5 star! My experience left me speechless. I feel loved and well taken care of! I will be back…. Only to just say hi! This place is convenient. Thanks ladies.
Day 2 and the voicemail box is full. When your voicemail is full, it sends the message that you aren’t available and don’t necessarily want to be. Go away, it suggests, we are too busy to deal with you. Those who want to reach you then have to constantly call in hopes of tracking you down; the most minor matter suddenly becomes a desperate pursuit. Imagine if something truly important came up—how would anyone let you know?It may be that you haven’t cleaned out your voicemail because you’ve returned from vacation or are simply disorganized. If it’s the former, and you don’t intend to check your work number while you’re away, change your outgoing message to alert callers of your absence. Give them the dates you will be gone, an alternate contact, and an email address they can use should your mailbox fill up. Before you go, delete any old messages to free up some space. Don’t forget to update your message upon your return so that callers aren’t left wondering if you’re back or not.If it’s just a matter of being disorganized, make an effort to go through your mailbox as you would your email inbox. Weed out anything out of date or irrelevant, and note down the details for anything pressing so you can take action and clear up space.Remember: You want to make it as effortless as possible for potential clients to reach out to you. Being accessible means having a responsive voicemail system!
Clean and nice location. HUGE SHOUT OUT TO JORDAN FOR BEING SO KIND TO ME AS I WAS NERVOUS ABOUT GETTING BLOOD DRAWN! She was funny and down to earth / understanding. I felt comfortable talk to her. Thanks again for making the experience so positive! Will be back!
I don’t go to the doctor unless I am REALLY sick. The doctor at this location today did not listen to me, blew off my symptoms and even changed some of them from what I told her to fit her diagnosis of “weather change”. She literally made no sense! I don’t have allergies, and when I’m sick, especially this sick, there is a reason for it. She had no desire to find out what is really going on. Not knowledgeable at all. Some of the “knowledge” she shared with me contradicts what other doctors have told me in the past. Now, since leaving there, my fever is way up, and I have nothing to help me get better, so this was a complete waste of a trip, as I will now have to go somewhere else to hopefully find a doctor who knows what they’re doing. You can tell she did not care to actually help me- seemed like she wanted to get me out of there as quickly as possible. And she told me I’m not contagious even though this has been passed to 4 family members now in my household. I will never go here again.
Same day appointment time. Very short wait. I wan in and out in less than 1 hour
We made an appointment for my 11 year old son I nline. We showed up 15 minutes ahead of the scheduled time and filled out 2 pages of paperwork - not much at all and that was completed easily. The staff called us back at the assigned time. The vitals reading was quick and easy. We were moved to an exam room, immediately following the vitals taking, where we waited for just a couple to a few minutes. The exam was thorough and friendly. The prescriptions were written and sent to the pharmacy very fast.We were in and out within 25 minutes from early arrival to walking out the door.I would go back and recommend as needed.
First of all, Missie at the desk was welcoming and friendly (love the glasses). Whitney, the back office staff, just seemed like she loved her job. She was a joy (thanks for the water and helping me out with some paperwork). Dr. Miller was thorough and gave explanation of what I had and gave helpful hints on getting better. I actually have NEVER had a better experience going in for medical care. I HIGHLY recommend you try them should you find you are in need of a good medical facility.
This place deserve 0 star that i would give if there’s an option. First of all, the estimated waiting time that they give you is inaccurate. I was told to wait 1 hour and half and i ended up waiting 2 hour and half. The app they send you to track how many people in a head of the line. It is USELESS. No matter what it shows it will make you wait and waste your time. Second, the receptionist, Missy is very rude and unprofessional. Very argumentative and allows people walked in came after me.I waited two hour and half still wasnt called to be in. I decided to go somewhere else because they are not worth a penny.I DO NOT recommend this place
I’ve been going to PrimaCare for years and I have never had a bad experience. Everyone that works there has always been very kind and helpful. I appreciate all that they do and would highly recommend them to anyone. I especially liked the NextCare Advantage Program that I was able to sign up for since I currently don’t have health insurance.
Went here to get my daughter’s school sport’s physical. Friendly staff, nice clean office, and was finished in no time. Definitely recommend.
If emergency room visits had triple a ratings this is it. Staff was on top of everything. I went in with a severe allergic reaction and was treated with a calm decisive treatment that left me healthy and back on my feet within hours. I feel if I had received any other treatment things could have been very bad for me. The nurse gave me two Injections of which I didnt even feel a poke and the doctor was so amazingly informed with course of action I had nothing better to do than sit back and enjoy the treatment....im here today because of the staff..Thank you so much!!!!!
No appointment needed.Things went smoothly. Staff helpful. Doctor was great
My family and I have been going to this location for various ailments for over 8 years. Only a few times were the visit subpar due to wait time. The majority of times, including 3 weeks ago, have been very pleasant. From the receptionist to the nurse who took my information and vitals, to the medical assistant, Shawna, the experience with each person was very pleasant. My problem was diagnosed, prescriptions given and I was on my way, already feeling better in lessthan 90 minutes. I really enjoying visiting the facility. I cannot imagine having a bad experience there. Being able to call in to get an appointment eliminates most of the wait time. I highly recommend this facility.
God bless location for taking Tricare which can be difficult to find in North TX. If medical providers do take Tricare they don’t know how to bill for it. This location does all of the things mentioned above. The PAC here is so nice and efficient, I also love the receptionists and MAs. I book all my appointments online as well fill out the paperwork through text. We have never had to wait long at all. I would highly recommend!
I made my son an appointment online we arrived 20 min early to fill out paperwork but we had seen the doctor by his appointment time. It was a quick through visit. I expected a much longer wait. Everyone was very courteous.
Very accessible, very quick, and very thourgh service. One of the rare health agencies that accepts Medicaid. I had received great treatment on my three visits, one was related to trouble breathing. Today it was a deep splinter i had for months, but now infected. Sarah Groce, PA-C, took a lot of care in making sure I was not in pain. She was wonderfully through in making sure all the pieces were removed.Prima Care has helped my sons as well. They accept walk-ins. Have an easy online system for reservations and filling out paperwork.Staff has been great in all my encounters. Thank you
I saw Sarah Groce on an issue that I was fairly certain I would need to be referred out to a specialist and to my surprise, relief and delight she took care of my problem entirely!! This lady knows her stuff! She is very attentive, compassionate and takes time with you to treat whatever is wrong. I cannot say enough good things about her. I only wish she had her own practice so I could switch over to her as my primary physician! Thank you Dr. Groce and all the staff in Lewisville for such great care!!
I had a great experience. I first went to an urgent care down the street, and there was a 3hr+ wait. So I called primacare, and they said they had no wait, so I dashed right over. After I filled out my paperwork, I waited just 5 minutes before they took me back to get checked out. The staff and doctor were friendly and good!
I’m from Oklahoma City, the staff was super friendly, I felt better just from the conversation. I tested positive for the Covid-19 even though I need to take better care of myself the doctor made me feel better about what I was doing. If I need medical assistance I would definitely go back and recommend anyone to visit as well.
Sara Gtace was the PA on staff, and she was AWESOME!! Sara listened and addressed my concerns. I would suggest checking in online so you don’t have a longer wait.
The staff and doctor were terrific. She listened to me and made natural and medical recommendations because I do not like taking medication.
Waiting inside to be called kind a while. But the provider was good. Listening and give medication and also give the patient chart for the visit. Very recommended 👌
Over the weekend my daughter was up all night coughing and running a high fever. I took her in first thing SAturday morning and I had a GREAT EXPERIENCE! The lady in the front was so nice and helpful and the lady who took us back was very nice as well. My daughter tested positive for strep and we didnt even have to wait that long. The doctor was great and listened to my concerns. It was a great experience. They even called to check on my daughter the next day! Thank you PRIMACARE! You guys took great care of my little girl!!!! :)
Quick service and a very friendly and helpful staff. No issues using my V.A. insurance that the Urgent Care facility down the street was having so many issues with. The Dr was easy to talk to and helped get me back on my feet.
We made an appointment and did the first time patient paperwork the day before. Got in to see doctor five minutes after the scheduled appointment. Everyone was nice and friendly. They got us out without much delay.
Wow! My first visit to Primacare. The nurse was so friendly. Then the Dr was so wonderful! I was sicker than I thought. I wanted to use them as my primary care Dr but they couldn’t. Definitely my loss. A positive experience. I will use them again if needed!!
I arrived before the rush hour, so I had no wait other than paperwork to fill out. The staff was friendly and the office was clean. The nurse and doctor had a great bedside manner and they answered my questions with clarity.
I had a great experience here after having a terrible experience up the road at Rapid Med. I felt my visit was first rate the whole way through. Granted my problem was deemed somewhat of a mystery but this is par for the course for me. Doctors tend to not know much more then they do. But they made every reasonable effort to determine the problem and set me on a very common sense course of action. Everyone was friendly, professional and I spent very little time waiting. I dont go to urgent care facilities often and you likely dont either, but my experience this time was really good!
After the wait, (which is understandable) I was very glad I went because I was ultimately strongly advised to have my appendix removed which was then expediently removed at the ER per the CT. Thank you to the doctor and the nurses/aides.
Took my fiance here. Doctor & nurses are great. Very fast!! The receptionist, Marisol is EXTREMELY RUDE. When we said we didnt have enough for the entire payment today, she was so rude!!!!!! Her attitude was like she didnt have time for us and that we were stupid for coming in there without having the entire amount when he was suffering from chest pain! We asked to start a payment plan and she said Um no, you need to pay half today She then took our debit card even though we told her we didnt have enough. Then when we asked for OUR CARD back she said NO. AND FOR US TO WAIT. Her attitude is so unprofessional. I understand wanting your payments, but for a place who cares about the patient. She had no sympathy, and absolutely no manners! We came here in an emergency and she treated us like trash. Would rather wait at Emergency Room then have to deal with this extremely unprofessional, rude woman!
Great visit. It was quick and everyone was nice and helpful. Will definitely use them again.
This was a wonderful experience and I did not know what to expect, I just needed in ASAP and they were able to get me in. The staff was great all around, check-in to med asst to dr! I know where to go now for when urgent care is needed :)Edited to add: funny people want to give a bad rating for having to wait. I always EXPECT to wait (only had to for 10 mins though for my appt) when I am going to a doctor’s office. I know they are only giving estimates on the wait time, you never know how long an appointment will actually go and what the patient will all need done. Secondly, what day and time of day were you waiting that you felt was not okay? Weekend or evening time during the week? That is peak hours and everyone else is going at those times as well. I have been to Cooks er in Ft Worth and waited ALL night to be seen!
I was apprehensive about staying in the waiting room with several other people, especially with the Delta variant on the rise. I appreciate their allowing me to wait in my car until they were ready for me. The PA was very friendly and helpful.
The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and sweet! The doctor was very knowledgeable and explained everything to us very well!! They saw us immediately and they accepted our insurance as well! We’re so grateful! Thank you!!!
Everyone there was great! The women in back provided excellent medical care, delightful triage and the ladies on the paperwork side pointed out that all my info was expired and gave me numbers to fix it so I could be seen that same day. The most productive day Ive had in weeks. Thanks ladies!
The wait was about par for a doctors office... but I was sick as a DOG. It was great to be able to register by phone then sleep in my car while I waited. I bet the other patients appreciated not getting exposed to my crud, too. The female doctor there is awesome. She takes more time to listen than my PCP and here I dont have to deal with overblown physician egos.
So far we have only had to use this location two times. Both times all staff members were polite and professional. I like the respect and care you receive here. When necessary we will use this location again. Thank you for being great people.
Everyone was very kind and friendly. I’ve been to a number of urgent cares over the years and the one thing so many staff members don’t seem to understand is that the patient isn’t there because they want to be there. Having a friendly staff is so important and you guys nailed it. I was in and out in around an hour and I never felt like I was unimportant or a burden. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
The PA G.Vivekananthan was amazing. I def recommend her. She explained everything really well and took her time to even explain how my symptoms were caused by allergies. Its already been a day and I am starting to feel better after taking her advice and starting medications. Wish I went to her sooner. The front desk staff and the nurse/MA were amazing as well. They were soo sweet and they bring you back fast. I def recommend the PA and this place. It is worth the time and money.
This place is so professional. Sarah Groce PA-C Such a warm hearted person. I really believe she cares about people. Everytime Ive been there shes the same Awesome way. Yep glad this neighborhood is so blessed to have this Facility.
We have had nothing but good experiences here. I prefer the PA here over my PCM is she is caring, knowledgeable and truly listens to what is going on and her main goal is getting you healthy and back on your regular activities as soon as possible. It’s not easy to find a truly caring provider these days so I am happy we found her. Hopefully I won’t be back to soon but if anyone gets sick this will be our go to place.
Horrible service. As soon as I arrived Katlyn Woods treated me and my mother as garbage! Without letting me speak said they couldn’t take care of my mom because she fell and that was an emergency. As I was trying to explain that I had called before to verify if they accepted my mother’s insurance she kept interrupting me saying that she did not care because the assistant that took my call has already explained to me that she could not receive service there if she has hit her head. I tried in more than ten times to explain that I never said that over the phone and that if that was the case why would I have gotten there instead of going to an ER. She repeated that she did not care what I had to say.I understand that if the issue was that my mom had hit her forehead they couldn’t take care of her but from trying to explain that (at the time I had already wasted by getting there) from being disrespectful and insensitive with patients that talks a lot about the establishment. I even asked if that was the reason then why she didn’t call and she started screaming and answering with her hands and in an explosive way. Totally horrible customer/patient service. She even said that I was lying about what I said in my call because she was listening to the phone conversation I had with the attendant that took my call. It was completely humiliating the way she treated me and my 70 year old mom. When I inquired her to get a supervisor she said that she was on vacation (August 20,2018) and wasn’t coming till a month so all she could provide for me was her name and she challenged me to make a formal complain against her! The room was filled with patient. What a shame for that establishment that deals with patients!!
First visit was great. But second visit the doctor said she didnt need to see me and gave recommendations, which was fine. But she discussed this at the front window in front of the receptionist and people in line behind me, which I thought was a bit unprofessional. She could have instead pulled me to the back for more privacy.
Very friendly staff and the PA was great. During the exam for the physical she asked about recent labwork which I told her i have not had any recently. She looked over the form and said it wasnt an issue, it didnt ask. When I picked up the paperwork a couple of days later she had marked my physical as needing review because Ive not had labs. So they let me set for 2 days thinking everything was ok and I was good to go. Very disappointed she chose not to tell me and they let me waste 2 days that I could have been taking care of this. If she had asked me to do labs for the exam I would have said ok. I respect her opinion and concern with signing off, I dont respect the change instance without letting me know and wasting 2 days.
We have unfortunately had to visit this urgent care twice in 2 mths for both of my children (different reasons!) and PA Sarah Groce has been fantastic both times! Thorough, kind and patient. Triage nurses very sweet as well which helped my kids feel at ease. There were a couple insurance/prescription coverage issues that they were happy to help me work through. It feels wonderful to know we can always count on this clinic and their easy online scheduling if we ever have an urgent medical need again. Thank you PrimaCare!
My daughters and myself have had to go up twice for Covid testing! The staff is very sweet, getting us in both times. I know walk ins with everything going on can be annoying but they were all very nice and made us feel welcomed:) will definitely be back for check ups! Thank y’all- Meghann mckelvy and the girls:)
Elvira (front staff) greeted us with a warm smile. She was very pleasant and friendly. It wasnt long after I completed the patient information, when Kat called us back to triage. She was friendly and relatable. We shared a few laughs while she quickly confirmed my daughters symptoms, checked her vitals, and swabbed her throat.I was delighted that the provider, Gaithri Vivekananthan, PA was female since my baby girl was having some girl problems on top of everything else. She was very patient and thorough in discussing my daughters symptoms and conducting the exam. My daughter was squeamish about being checked down there for the first time, however the physician made her feel comfortable enough to proceed with the exam. We were diagnosed in a timely manner and our prescriptions were waiting at the pharmacy of our choice when we arrived. It is probably important to note for those who may be concerned or thrown off by the providers name - the provider does not have a strong accent and communication should not be a concern. Also, PrimaCare accepts traditional Medicaid.I recommend this facility.
Sunday morning is never a good time to realize you need medical care. Especially when Monday is July 4th.They were open, responsive, made me an appointment, took my insurance and Medicare, and I was back home within 90 mins.
I so wish this facility could somehow have a dual part where the patients could choose them for primary care. Its sad u have to go to urgent care to get an amazing doctors visit. This facility and the brand Primacare is nothing short of PHENOMENAL! I have been to other locations and every location has the same wonderful individuals working for them! Everytime I go no matter which facility they cease to amaze me. Dr. Sarah, the lovely Triage Nurse, and the welcoming front desk assistant made this visit well worth it. Keep up the good work!
Good place to go to for minor emergencies. Their staff was caring and efficiently and pleasantly addressed my injury. While it appeared that I was the first one in, I still had to wait 5 to 10 minutes to start the examination process.
Excellent, efficient and caring staff! The best emergency service I’ve ever experienced
I came into the facility and the receptionist was very rude and unprofessional (the nurses called her Kat) made my visit unpleasant. The doctor and the triage nurse were very polite and knowledgeable. This helped changed my mood of this facility but as I was leaving I saw my wife in the lobby and she tells me this lady named Kat (the same rude person)would not let come her come to the area where me and my son were at. She explained to the lady her son was in the back but this Kat lady stated that she could not come to the back due to one parent already being with my son. I have never heard of just one parent only being able to be with their child. Luckily it was a short visit with the doctor and due to our son being sick, we didn’t have the energy to go back and forth with this lady.
I was sick on the weekend and couldnt go to my primary Dr and every urgent care had horrible reviews. This one had a solid 4.2 so I figured I would try it. You can make your appointment online and give them your insurance information before you arrive which is convenient. I only waited about 30 minutes and they called me back, she diagnosed me and told me what I needed to do very clearly and didnt rush me. For urgent care this place is awesome. On another note I have bronchitis and aint nobody got time for that. 😒
Friday January 28…I came in for COVID-19 test before returning to work. The staff are very friendly. After filling out all the paperwork and test…it was took about 45 minutes. This office is very good
Check in was easy. Front desk personnel was great, nurse was wonderful and the PA meet my needs all in a timely manner. Clean and urgent!
Very pleased with the wait for a walk in appt (I think only 15 mins). Everyone was very friendly. My first urgent care experience and I was very impressed.
I have been using PrimaCare for over 10 years. I never had a bad experience however the current staff has been exceptional from the registration, Triage nurse and the Doctor all work well together to drive a patient focused yet efficient process.
Everyone is super nice and friendly. I made an online appointment for my daughter and got in asap. I could tell everyone cared about getting me in and out since I had a sick toddler. They also didnt make me pay my co pay. I would recommend this place to anyone.
Quick and efficient with great results. They diagnosed the issue with care and speed and got me to the pharmacy before they closed for the evening. Will definitely use again if needed!
Sarah over the phone was absolutely fantastic to talk to. She was very informative and easy to chat with about the issue.
Check-in experience was poor. I booked an appointment for 1140 and showed up ahead of time and I was placed in the walk-in line. I have been told it could take 1.5-2 hours for my turn and this is a bad customer experience.
Everyone Missie, Katlyn and Sarah Groce were so very nice, friendly and caring. Such a positive atmosphere. The wait and visit was very quick. Unless it is life threatening I highly recommend PrimaCare over the ER!
