The doctor came in without knocking the door. Thats unprofessional.I went to this place becauseI have some swelling in my leg and I was visiting DE area and I left my medication at home. All I needed was a prescription. But they told me that they needed to do some bloodwork and also an ultrasound. I told him my doctor did that his attitude changed bad.Im guessing cause I pay for my visit they just want my money and thats why they wanted to do that againI didnt need that because my doctor was already done it and I told him that it everything was fine that they didnt need to do that againall I needed was a prescription but they wanted more money. I guess if you need a prescriptionBe aware, and stay away from this place👇

Easy to access treatment when needed, and the attention I received was excellent. Treatment was decisive and prescriptions happened quickly and efficiently. I’m on the waitlist for a primary care physician at Atracare, and this walk-in experience was more evidence that this is an exceptional health care team.

Excellent patient portal interface and easy to use telehealth technology. A very positive experience from start to finish. Was able to set up an appointment in minutes that fit into my busy schedule. Dr. Albanese was very professional and helpful!

Atracare facility is run smooth and efficient like a Chick-fil-A drive thru. I loved being able to check in from the comfort of my car. Being texted the moment a room was open and walked straight back. The medical staff was wonderful. The rooms are spacious and super clean. I felt like Dr Albanese really took her time to talk out everything that was going on. Would highly recommend this facility and Dr. Albanese!

My wife and I have had all of our 4 Covid vaccinations at Atracare and found both the staff and facility itself to be top notch. They are very knowledgeable and administer their medical care with much concern for the patient and very efficiently. We trust their level of care and will certainly comeback for all our future medical needs.

Staff was respectful, competent and thorough. Made an appointment for walking in and was all resigester at the same time. Was see after a 15min wait. Responded to questions after my visit about medication. Great place when you need to be seen right away.

As a physician myself, I can say that I received very thorough care at Atracare. The wait time was under 30 minutes. The entire staff was warm and friendly. I even got a call afterwards from Dr. Albanese with my results. I would highly recommend them!

Dr Albanese was awesome !!! Facility is top notch also !! She diagnosed my issue right away and got me squared away with a steroid and some PT. Def recommend using this walk in clinic !!

Dr. Albanese provided excellent care at Atracare in Lewes, DE. She listened to my symptons and determined the best medications to alleviate them. It was first time there and I was a walk in patient. The service was timely and efficient. I highly recommemd her and Atracare.

Dr. Albanese really listened and explore went to e extra mile to uncover all the issues. I didn’t feel rushed and was able to get an x ray done along with blood work immediately and go over the results

Easy to get appointment, friendly staff and minimal wait. I have been there 3 times- for foot xray ( it was fractured - gave me referral formortho), covid testing for a cruise in September 2022 and yesterday1/24/23 to get our third covid booster.

I walked in and was taken care of right away. Asked to wait in my car as I was there for a covid test. In less than 5 minutes, I was text to come in, taken to a private at roomanswered a few questions, swabbed. I was told I would hear from Aspire within the hour by text again. Not an hour later after I signed up to Aspire I received the results....negative! I was there less than 45 minutes altogether, a not unpleasant experience. Thank you Aspire!
