This is the first time I have ever gone to a doctors office and felt safe, seen, and heard. NP Kirkwood is hilarious and incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about her work. She LISTENS and explains things in a way that you never feel like a burden, that its all in your head (ladies with prior doctors experiences will get what I mean), and that she is genuinely invested in your health.There are so many thoughtful touches, like silk robes and fuzzy cat socks for your Paps and the cutest decorations.I drive about a little under an hour and a half for appointments, since there is little out my way. Well worth the drive.

Jessica listens…. She really makes sure that I’m taken care of or referred out. She cares. I’ve ALWAYS been taken care of. Scripts are filled on time & she truly cares about your situation. Very empathetic, knowledgeable & patient.

Ms. Jessica is knowledgeable, professional, an extreme listener, and genuinely cares about her patients. She takes her time, very thorough, and she recommends what the best plan of action for your specific situation.Honestly, the BEST PA I have ever seen.

For the first time in 20 years I feel heard!!! 😭She is the most amazing human Ive ever met. She provided me with a safe space to speak about my frustrations and experiences as an endometriosis patient. Ive carried Cancer Diagnosis before and she was extremely invested in completing a very extensive Comprehensive Consultation🥰. It was lengthy as heck and I loved it. Knowing that she was literally holding my hand and I was sobbing uncontrollably.😭😭 She explained very thoroughly every single step for all my labs, type, what do they do, what they are about, what lab measures what... ALL THAT JAZZ! Ive never felt safer in my life.❤️Her team?!?! Oh Lord!!🥺😊🥰😭 I cant even start to describe them. Full of passion and compassion. Understanding, caring and honest. Advocating with my insurance for more than 2 hours?!? Who does that?! THEY DO!!💗💟🩵💙💚Im getting a follow up appointment after my labs!! I will continue to update this post!

At first the laid back nature of this clinic was a breath of fresh air but they lack follow through, organization & professionalism. I had enjoyed seeing Jessica & I think she’s a very kind person that does care about her patients but that doesn’t translate once you leave the clinic. I’ve repeatedly requested lab results & never received them. The initial response was always “no news is good news” but it is so incredibly frustrating to have to repeatedly contact the clinic for information that should have been provided to you. Whenever there has been an issue they’ve said they would resolve it & then they’ve repeatedly forgotten to do anything about it. Lab work is expensive, I would like my results. When there was a billing error they said they would handle it & when I asked for a follow up they had nothing to tell me. On top of that, they lost one of my samples & I will now have to schedule an appointment at another clinic because after dealing with the lack of organization for 2 years, I can’t risk going back & then waiting forever for results that may never come. As others have said, the front desk receptionist is rude & lacks professionalism. I would not recommend this clinic.

Dr. Kirkwood and her team is a dream come true when it comes to finding the care you need. I have been dealing with the chronic illness of endometriosis my whole life and for the first time in six years, I have felt heard and seen by a Doctor who is my primary. She is such a blessing to the medical field and anyone who she takes care of. I cannot recommend her and her caring team more highly.

Coming to this clinic was probably the best decision. They got me in ASAP when i was having an issue. Dr. Kirkwood took her time to listen to my medical history and could actually relate to a lot of it! she believed me the first time i told her my issues while i’ve been fighting with my other Dr about it for months. it’s not your typical Dr’s office but i actually loved that. it’s a very calm but fun environment and i’ll most definitely be returning! It feels like you’re speaking with a friend rather than a guy in a white coat. I definitely recommend this place if you’re not looking for a typical white coat environment. wait time was a little longer than i’d typically like/expect but it was definitely worth it after months of trying to be believed

So much for “you deserve to be heard by your provider”. I have tried to be seen with her and unfortunately the first time I was sick and rescheduled then my BABY got sick and I took her to the emergency room and I guess I did not call (yes, my bad). I genuinely needed a new provider now 2 years later and attempted to schedule again. I got a message that I had not selected insurance while scheduling and I responded asking to verify if they accept tricare (when I scheduled I thought they had accepted it) and they do not. So I said okay, I will have to cancel I thought you did. And got a VERY rude response. As a healthcare professional maybe show some compassion and empathy. Maybe understand not everyone has the means to pay out of pocket. My appointment was scheduled for Thursday evening and I let you know TODAY I was not going to come due to insurance not being accepted. Glad I am not going now as I am not impressed.

One of the best Women’s Clinics I have been to. Jessica is very knowledgeable and makes you feel like you’re at home talking to a friend. I felt comfortable and felt heard by Jessica! I recently moved here temporarily from out of town but I would be willing to fly back just to be taken care of by Jessica. It’s hard to find such an amazing WHNP!

Sincerely the most kind, authentic, healthcare provider I have ever interacted with. I have some pretty substantial medical baggage/trauma due to not being listened to or taken seriously by medical professionals that resulted with me in a medically induced coma. Within 5 minutes of being with Jessica Kirkwood, I felt so at ease. I didn’t feel rushed to try to cram in everything that brought me there. Through our discussion everything I wanted to address had already been discussed. For once, I didn’t go home kicking myself for forgetting to mention something to the doctor because I was anxious during our visit. I would wholeheartedly suggest seeing her and her amazingly kind team if you are looking for a new provider.

I had my first appointment with Jessica last week and it was the best medical experience Ive ever had. I felt very heard and taken care of. She did not rush me out or dismiss any concerns I brought up. Im happy to have found Jessicas practice and I will be going here as my PCP from now on!

Quality care with a smile is hard to find but you’ll find it here. Receiving medical care is a vulnerable task and I have felt extremely comfortable working with Jessica, Ashley and the NP students. Everyone has been great and I feel like everyone cares which means a lot to me. Also, it’s easy to schedule appointments. I tried scheduling a new patient appointment with a provider and the earliest appointment for a new patient was in 6 months. When I tried scheduling an appointment at the Women’s Clinic there was availability the following week and after coordinating with my schedule I was able to schedule an appointment within 2 weeks. I’ve been impressed.

Received good recommendations about Jessica from another doctor. Unfortunately i wasnt able to get to my appointment due to the unprofessional job and rude attitude from the lady at front desk. The communication was poor and she didnt do her job properly. Remember that the front desk lady has to represent the values and morals of the Clinic.

NP Jessica is the first medical professional that truly listens and cares about her patients. I cant express how thankful I am to have found her. After years of feeling like Id never get answers, I never knew there were health care professionals left who care but she truly cares about her patients.

I went here for the first time yesterday and was blown away! It’s such a welcoming/homey environment especially for those who get anxiety going to doctors appointments. I went in for Nexplanon removal and am now making her my primary care because of how great my experience was. Jessica was so sweet and thorough with the process and very patient with me. She listened and answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable. I could not recommend her enough to everybody. This place is simply AMAZING. I’m so happy that I found her!

I would just like to start by saying this is my first time being at this clinic, so I am very new. I have been to others, and I did not feel the same way as I do here. The staff is very friendly and polite. The environment is laid back and gives you that home feeling. Jessica makes you feel so welcome and friendly. It was my first visit and going in I couldTell there is passion in this place. Little details that they thought of like silky robes for the ladies for their exam and little fuzzy socks they gift you. Jessica is down to earth, she automatically makes you feel like you are talking to a friend. She does your vital signs and everything in between, makes the experience a lot more personable (which is rare in this field). She ordered all the labs I needed for my annual physical and made sure I got all my questions answered. Never rushed, took the time to talk about her family and really build rapport with me. Please come see her, you will be well taken care of. Oh, and she has plenty of experience in women’s health, that’s her bread and butter. :)

This clinic exceeded all expectations. Jessica is awesome. She makes the experience painless and truly cares. I read the reviews and decided to check it out after moving from Italy. My only complaint is I wish I was staying in Washington longer so I could see her again!!

Jessica gave me the answer that I had been asking my old clinic. She took the time to asked questions. I had been dealing with pain ever since I started using IUD. I tried every single one of them, but the pain seems to get worse. I thought it was the reason why I was having such pain for 9 years. She got me tested and turned out that I am positive with something I never thought I had. Jessica is amazing and definitely cares so much about her patients.

To start off with - I have horrible health anxiety. Im talking the type of anxiety where I cant relax if I have an upcoming medical appointment. Ive never been to a medical office and felt comfortable or really heard before. Usually I feel like im just another number, another set of forms, and another name on lab results to process.That all changed today when I met Jessica Kirkwood. She has a warm smile and kind eyes and greeted me with such a genuine kindness.When I stepped into the office I immediately loved the decor. It was sparkling clean, professional, and yet had a flair to it that made it feel comforting and enjoyable to be in. YES, im saying an enjoyable medical office to be in - up until this point I had no idea that existed. There was no feeling of doom and gloom to be found.Jessica treated me like a human being and not only that but she also made me feel cared about. Any concern I had she provided honest and professional feedback then happily went over options with me that I didnt know existed. It was so liberating feeling heard and really talked to.I started my day feeling really anxious and worried. I absolutely love the care that I get with Jessica and Women’s Mobile Medical. With Jessica, you know that she cares; she listens, asks questions and does whatever she can to find the root of your issue. Coming from a larger primary care clinic, its refreshing not automatically being sent to a specialist when you are dealing with different, sometimes health problems.

Had my first visit yesterday at The Women’s Clinic. Office was very nice & the staff is very friendly. I recently switched doctors because I am dealing with Menopause & other health issues & I wanted to see a physician who actually cared & would help me through this time of my life. Very frustrated with my experience here.Edit- since the provider also wants to be dishonest, I have not gotten a call back for 4 months I have not gotten an email back and the first I have heard from this provider is the reply to this. Which I have documented evidence of. She is lucky I dont take her to court over it and I decided to move on to a different provider, my pharmacy and other providers on my team were incredibly frustrated with her behavior. She constantly talks about herself and her own traumas, she cant remember a thing about her patients. She cannot reply to calls for weeks because she struggles with maintaining stable staff. She claims that she knows about rare conditions but cant even pronounce them and thinks she has them herself when she doesnt know anything about them she doesnt take chart notes unless she absolutely has to. The whole thing is a mess. Assuming its because of a Medicaid Medicare patient, or maybe Im just too complex for her. The reply says enough. And the replies to other patients that dislike her say enough as well, and the level of maturity she uses on her social media. Shes going to end up with a fat HIPAA violation and thats all on her. I traveled over an hour to see her, for a reason because she acted like she liked to specialize in rare cases she wears a little zebra necklace and flaunted it around. Several of my well established health care providers let me know that people like her are scammers. If she really wants to have a snotty dishonest reply I will happily provide what I need to in order to leave a honest review in return. She was lucky that I said what I did and left it at that.Its a major problem when a provider cannot stick to their word. Every single thing that came out of her mouth she would either forget or not do, I never had this much issue with another provider when it came to return calls or messages. Legally a provider needs to Care for a patient within a timely manner, she did not only not call me back but also my pharmacy and my mother. It is not legal to fire a patient without written notice or verbal notice which I didnt receive either. Again I have not heard from this provider in 4 months I just ended up giving up on her. Ive never had an issue with my other long-term specialists getting back to me in a timely manner, 15 minutes is not something I expect I expect about 24 to 48 hours as almost all offices do. And when she says things like I promise Ill fill this by tomorrow I promise Ill sign this by tomorrow ECT And she doesnt, and then when you call and you dont hear back from her for 2 weeks its kind of an issue... Good luck on your business. I suggest you dont treat patients that are out of your specialty

First visit and had a wonderful experience! The doctor, Jessica, is very kind and friendly as well as professional. She made me feel comfortable and at ease for the visit I was nervous about. Totally suggest her for anyone seeking a primary doctor and women’s health doctor!

Went to Jessica to get my nexplanon birth control removed. She was very easy to get along with and made me feel very comfortable. This was my second removal and was much quicker and painless than the first time I had it done by a different doctor. I highly recommend going to see her if, I wasn’t moving she would absolutely be my first choice for a primary care physician

I got my IUD replaced today and the experience is something else: 5 years ago I had a horrible, pain-searing experience getting my first iud inserted (from a different doctor). I thought it’d only hurt a little and the pain would eventually subside within the hour, but it didn’t. I was faint and nauseous the whole day, I couldn’t even drive home. I told Jessica about this and she was so compassionate and kind, she offered to use some lidocaine to help ease the pain for this rounds’ replacement. She knew I was nervous so did her best to make the experience as soothing as possible. The injections hurt a little but the numbing stuff worked! The actual taking out and replacing of the IUD was practically painless! Jessica and Michelle also went above and beyond to work with insurance (which we all know is a hassle) to make sure I got everything I needed. 11/10 would recommend.

Kindest most caring woman ever. She listens and validates without judgement. Always makes time for her patients. Jessica goes above and beyond for everyone and does this job because she truly wants to help people.

Ive been trying for nearly two weeks to get into Urgent Care (Booked out due to COVID testing). Having a toddler, waiting hours just isnt feasible. Ive had a sinus infection, my body just couldnt kick with OTC and natural remedies. Jessica seen a post I made to reach out to the community for advice. I was desperate after a long night of no sleep and pain. She got me in the same day and the antibiotics I badly needed. She was very kind, great vibes, and I didnt feel rushed or like just another patient. She was also great with my curious toddler. I highly recommend her.

I seriously have never met a more caring, Empathic, attentive provider in my life, this soul truly is the BEST I wish I had a Dr. Like her when I was growing up shes perfect for teens she has the perfect mix of medical expertise and Empathy! I initially scheduled my appointment with Dr. Kirkwood for some cosmetic injectables but ultimately switched my primary care to her as well. I didn’t know that I could be so comfortable with a doctor! Dr. Kirkwood is a great listener and I felt that she heard what my concerns are with no judgement. It’s been about a week since I had Botox and lip filler done and I can honestly say that I didn’t know that my lips could look so amazing! My results far exceeded my expectations and I will continue to see her for that as well as my primary care. If I could give more than five stars, I would!

My 19yo kid has a crazy schedule and A LOT of complicated medical issues we went to see Jessica for fatigue and talked about SO MANY issues because she seemed to care. Like actually care. She was caring and willing to look at things to look at things and order tests that EVERYONE else said wasnt their area.I would highly recommend.

So I had just been here today,I didnt have a particularly good experience with the nexplanon removal but it wasnt their fault at all! They were very nice to me.My implant was installed super bad by doctors in another state.I dont like that I had to pay more than what was agreed on in their website chat,instead of paying $150 I had to pay $275.They originally said $300 too at the desk but imediately said $275 after which was a bit weird but Im honestly just happy its out of my arm.my sugestion is just have $300 ready to spend if you dont have insurance

I have known Jessica since 2009 when we both worked at St. Anthony Hospital in Gig Harbor. She is an advocate for her patients, listens to their concerns and truly cares about them!

VERY RACIST! Never answers phone call and returns calls back. Was two weeks late prescribing prescription to doctor. My client has currently got sick because of this. The lady at front desk is VERY disrespectful. Her name is Michelle.

I feel like for someone who has 15 years of experience should know what they are doing when it comes to removing any type of birth control. I came here with open arms for a implant removal and she could not remove it I feel she did not know what she was doing instead she just made a big cut in my arm and acted like she knew what she was doing then sent me to the emergency room knowing they couldn’t do nothing for me . I don’t recommend coming here for any type of birth control insertion or removal

I have gone here a couple times, and was supposed to get blood work done. I never got a call back, I have left several voicemails, called numerous times and emailed, still no response. It has been almost 2 months
