Morgan Fertility and Reproductive Medicine

Biggest scam. All they care about is taking your money and that is it. They will tell you certain procedures are “x” amount and fail to tell you all the additional tests and check up fees that add up to over 1k. DO NOT FALL FOR IT!! The Genetic test that they make “mandatory” is also a complete scam. If anything comes up in your results your partner also has to get it and pay out of pocket. One of the doctors tried telling me the baby could die within the first year and tried putting fear into my head in order to make sure my husband received the genetic test. Absolutely terrible practice and would definitely not recommend wasting your money.

I choose Morgan because they have their own financing and flexible payment plans. I did 2 rounds of egg retrieval and was able to get pregnant on the 1st insemination. The staff is great I mostly went to their Edison location. Thank you dr Morgan for making this a great experience, thank you for making a process that can seem so expensive affordable.Update… I had my beautiful baby boy 06/2024 healthy and weighed 7lb 1oz

I had used the Lakewood facility for a few years. Never had any problem with the doctors or the nursing staff. However, Karen in billing is the most unprofessional and unpersonable person I have ever experienced. She is extremely rude and condescending. I wouldnt say that I wouldnt recommend the facility, but be aware of the type of person that she is.

Me and my wife used Morgan fertility for our first line of IVF. Although Dr Olcha was very nice, the clinic was not particularly great, the services were not up to par with some of the better clinics in the area. The biggest problem with this this clinic was the ancillary staff. Specifically regarding billing, this clinic is completely inept. The billing coordinator hung up on my myself and my wife, Dr Morgans daughter - Karen Morgan would say she would follow up and never would. We provided my insurance information to them multiple times, via text, call, and email and they never attempted to rectify the problem. Instead they attempted to send us to collections when the proper billing information was provided to them repeatedly. Contacting the doctor was next to impossible. The office staff would go out of their way to make speaking with one of the doctors next to impossible, and would clearly lie to you in the process. You would speak with one person who would tell you she spoke with the doctor and the next person would tell you that the doctor wasnt in today. Ultimately, our time with Morgan fertility was unsuccessful. We ended up going to IRMS Livingston, and had success relatively quickly. If you need anything more then IUI, I would recommend going to a better service provider. Between the lack of clinical abilities here, and the absolutely rude, and unprofessional ancillary staff, I would highly recommend not using Dr Morgan and his team.

I have been going to the Edison clinic since September of 2022. I was under the care of Dr. Meir Olcha, who was fabulous, broke everything down, and always provided options for care, never pressuring one way or another. The decisions were left in your (the patients’) hands. He found an underlying issue which we treated. The staff is absolutely delightful at the Edison location and made me feel seen and heard. Everyone is friendly, rooting for you, and happy to accommodate you. I was able to complete all of my testing there and the staff communicates with you consistently! Trust yourself along the way, don’t rush into anything if you feel uncomfortable (I had a note or two overlooked by another doctor which could’ve significantly altered my course- ask questions), and take the time to understand your body (and the staff will certainly help you with that!)

From the initial phone call I knew I made the right decision to attend Morgan Fertility. Everyone was kind, compassionate & helpful. I always had lots of questions, the staff and doctors were extremely patient. I didn’t feel like a number & there was no lines for morning monitoring hours. The best thing is the doctors listen to your concerns & customize your fertility treatments to fit YOU!

I cannot say enough good things about the office of Morgan Fertility. Every one of the staff members is pleasant and knowledgeable. This is a very difficult journey and they are there for you every step of the way. The nursing staff is what makes this place extra special! They are so friendly and entertain every little question. The patient portal system is invaluable for getting and providing information and communication between staff and patient. I highly recommend them for anyone who needs to endure this journey.

My experience with Dr. Morgan and his staff has been nothing but wonderful. Dr. Morgan is very thorough and knowledgeable in his field. I am so grateful and happy that I was able to work with a doctor who took pride in his job and showed compassion. It was always a pleasant experience during those early morning visits. There was never a long wait and things moved in a timely fashion. All the nurses were there to answer any questions I may have had and explained everything in detail. Also, Melanie in billing was very professional and worked with us financially. She reassured us that they were there to help in any way needed. It was a relief to know that money was not the main focus here. Their goal was to minimize stress and to get you the family you longed for. Thank you Dr. Morgan and staff for all you have done for me. I am sad to move on but happy to know that I was in great hands. Wish you the best.

Dr. Morgan and his nurse, Kelly, are absolutely wonderful to work with during this hard, frustrating time of infertility. Diana is an incredible ultrasound tech, and absolutely hilarious. The whole team is great, and they come up with a plan that works for you. They email you day to day instructions via their portal so you can easily follow them. The only downside is their portal app. It definitely needs to be upgraded.

I began my journey with the Englewood office of Morgan Fertility in August 2022 and the care has been unmatched. After one failed attempt at IVF, I was devastated but Chris with her kind words and hugs, Linda with her sweet empathetic soul and kind heart and Maria with her smile brought be through. Without them, I would have never tried again, and thank God I did because I am now pregnant after the 2nd attempt. I would encourage anyone struggling with Fertility to visit this office, they wont give up on you and they know your pain. Lots of love- Madonna

I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Morgan and his staff. The whole experience was a great one, even in the times of Covid. Dr. Morgan listened to us, gave us our options and what would be best, and everything turned out the way it’s supposed to. The nurse Kelly is amazing as well. She was always there to answer all my questions and ease my concerns, and I had a lot. The ultrasound technician Diana is so nice and made me feel comfortable. The phlebotomists were also great ( I hate having my blood drawn). And we can’t forget about Nancy at the front desk, she’s so polite and even under the mask you know she’s got a smile on her face, even at 6:45 in the morning. I always felt safe at every visit. Can’t wait to meet our miracle in August!!!

Drs Morgan and Olcha were very informative. They made me feel very comfortable with the whole process. They were personable and didnt treat me as just one of their patients. The nurses and billing department were also very helpful with any questions I had. We now have a healthy baby boy that was born full term. We are so happy with our successful IVF with no pregnancy complications. Thank you so much to the whole team!

Absolutely loved using Morgan Fertility - All of the nurses, receptionist and people that work in the offices are amazing and the doctors are incredible! They were informative, supportive and kind through this process. I would highly recommend them to anyone on their Fertility Journey !

Wow. Leaving Morgan Fertility is so bitter sweet. On the one hand, I am leaving because they succeeded and I am now pregnant. On the other hand, I so wish I could continue my pregnancy under their care. Morgan fertility has been nothing short of amazing! From the doctors to the nursing staff and everyone in between. They helped me through a miscarriage, were incredibly thorough in order to get to the bottom of why that may have occurred, and when I wanted to push on forward.. they never once said no. Instead they always responded with, “so here is the plan”. Having a plan through this journey was something I found most helpful.At Morgan Fertility you will feel like family. It’s a small practice with only 2 doctors running it. I’ve had contact with both Dr Morgan and Dr Olcha. Both are absolutely fantastic and made me feel so comfortable through my journey. During my miscarriage, Dr Olcha took the time to get to the bottom of it. He was incredibly thorough and checked for everything and anything. Dr. Olcha is the first doctor in my entire life to look me in the eyes and say, “if you need anything at all, I’m always here for you”. I have been to other doctors and been on this fertility journey for some time now, and this is the first a doctor, in any area, has ever said this to me; let alone meaning it.The nursing staff was absolutely incredible. The literal kindest humans I have ever worked with. They were excited with me when things were working, and sad with me when things went south. They never spoke down to me and they were never rude. They also did not mind that I called frantically and in tears at the start of my current pregnancy due to my panic attacks that I was going to miscarry again. They get it, and they understand.Please seek care at Morgan Fertility. I will absolutely be back after this one!I want to edit this and say that at 11 weeks I did wind up having a miscarriage. I got pregnant again shortly after and miscarried once more, totaling 3 consecutive miscarriages in a row. Dr. Olcha has gone so above and beyond in helping get to the bottom of why it is I keep miscarrying. He is ordering tests, listening to my concerns, and even staying on the phone with me just so I can talk through questions and concerns due to the stressful news and upset this situation is causing. He really is an incredible doctor and I am so fortunate to have found him.

As a transgender male, going to a fertility specialist or any OBGYN environment, is always mentally/emotionally taxing. From the moment I made my first appointment to the first extraction of eggs, I never felt uncomfortable. I have been treated with the utmost respect. The nursing staff, as well as, the techs are accepting, understanding, and beyond helpful knowing how difficult it is for me to be there. They have talked me through everything, given me confidence, and allowed me to come out of my shell. Dr. Morgan has been on top of the entire process monitoring every ounce of hormones to make sure there are minimal to no hiccups. I highly recommend him for any trans man that has not had ovarian removal yet and strongly desire their biological children one day. My eggs are frozen, stored, and in good hands until my girl and I are ready for children.

Morgan Fertility is the most incredible place of its kind!Every single doctor, staff member and nurse is SO nice, SO patient, SO caring, answering every question, always greeting everyone with a smile!!They are there to help every step of the way!They make the whole experience so much more pleasant, that much easier to move along the journey.Thank you!!

The doctors were fine, I guess. I barely worked with them. Their billing department is a nightmare and the manager is COMPLETELY unprofessional. They continue to charge me for a payment plan that has completed. They also fail to tell patients that they are NOT a center of excellence. They string you along with things like, “Dr. Morgan will write a letter to see if we can be added as a center of excellence for this cycle.” Save your time and money and go to a facility that actually does things professionally. You know like provide you upfront explanations of costs and benefits.

Dr Morgan and his staff were amazing! My husband and I fell into the category of unexplained infertility. We tried actively for 1 year with no success. We were then referred to dr morgan. We tried one round of IUI. It did not work. I did not want to wait any longer so we decided to go for IVF. It was a very easy process where dr Morgan nurse Kelly and all of his staff walk you through every step of the way! It worked for us the first try in November of 2019, I gave birth to a beautiful healthy baby girl weighing 8 lbs 7oz, 21.5 Inches long on 8/8/2020. No complications during labor. Delivered vaginally. We are so thankful for everything this group had to offer us. We will be going back for baby number 2!

After leaving RMA and being recommended Morgan Fertility I am so happy because we were able to conceive on our own due to the direction of Dr Olcha. He changed my husbands medications and that in itself was the simple fix that had been completed missed by RMA. He is amazing and caring and this office has by far more heart and compassion.

My experience with Morgan Fertility was nothing but pleasant. Every one of the staff members is both welcoming and professional.They made sure every experience there for me went smoothly and made me feel like family. Dr. Morgan and his staff have helped my husband and I to achieve our goal of adding to our family and although we are overjoyed, we are sad to be leaving such a wonderful staff.

I do not review places frequently, but I feel the need to share my experience with Dr. Morgans office for some that are searching. I am giving two stars, because Kelly and the phlebotomist were both sweet and helpful. The rest of my experience though, was awful. This is a journey that is stressful and overwhelming to begin with. My hope was that the office I was going to would care and be the ones to guide myself and my husband along. Unfortunately, I felt like a number to Dr. Morgan rather than a patient in need of assistance. It was obvious that he never took the time to read my chart before our consultations. The first time he called me with a translator that was not needed, as English is my first and only language. The next meeting, again by phone only, he told me I remember youve only been trying for 8 months and at that point it was 15. I did not even go for my first appointment until 12 months of trying. Communication was horrible! I could never get in touch with anyone when I had questions. Id have to call and leave multiple message and send through the patient portal. I had to call twice to remind them they did not call in my medication to my pharmacy that Dr. Morgan prescribed. After my first IUI, I had to ask for a consultation because I had questions and concerns. They tried to just push me onto the next IUI and said that they usually dont do a consult after. I requested another test, and they told me it could take 2-4 weeks for my insurance to process it. I never heard back, so I called after 4 weeks (an entire cycle which feels like a lifetime when ttc) and it turned out they never even called my insurance company and forgot about me. That was the final straw. I left their office, and my new doctors office is a world of a difference. Do your research of locations before you choose your doctor! You should be treated like a person and not have to advocate or question your doctor about every single thing in this scenario!

Morgan Fertility offered us really great service and the staff is very friendly. The Dr. Was very knowledgeable and gave us a plan that really worked including the prescriptions.Highly recommend this place!

Dr. Morgan has done his miracle again! We almost gave up but he never gave up on us and miraculously, we have another successful IVF. Dr. Allen Morgan is the real GOAT in reproductive medicine in my opinion. Thank you Dr. Morgan!***Update: No matter what the outcome is, we will always recommend Dr Morgan to anyone with fertility problems. With his staff, Diana is her favorite and Nurse Kelly Hynnes is my favorite. In conclusion, Dr. Morgan is the best!

Update: from 5 to 3 stars. With over 3500 views on my first review over the past 3 years I felt it was my responsibility to update my opinions. I have now received treatment from Dr. Morgan and doctors at RMANJ. Each have provided me with a healthy baby. However, a good doctor is important but an excellent embryologist is imperative. I lost two frozen embryos while at Dr. Morgan’s. They did not thaw properly. That was a big blow. The embryologist at RMA are some of the best in the country. They lose less than 1% of embryos while thawing prior to transfer. (Tested and non tested).(Prior post) I had a wonderful experience at Dr. Morgans. The staff is always available and because of his online portal which the nurses are constantly checking, I never went to bed with a question or concern unanswered. Very thorough and compassionate!!!

Dr Olcha, his clinical staff and nurse Kelly are great. I ran into issues with the billing dept. Before I started seeing the doctor, I had a consultation with their billing office and clearly explained that I will be out of pocket paying patient. I was given the estimate of abt $1700 but came to know I will be paying close to $5K because they kept billing my insurance and insurance denied all claimed. I don’t know why they would bill the insurance when I told them I don’t have coverage and don’t know why I was given an estimate that was not correct. If you are OOP paying patient, I would highly suggest to get all estimates in writing and double triple check the cost.

Dr. Morgan was always kind, honest and hopeful. All of our appointments were great, from the first consultation to the last ultra sound. His staff is professional and compassionate. We highly recommend coming here with any issues, big or small. You wont regret it.

My experience at Morgan fertility was very good. Dr. Olcha is very knowledgeable and answer all your concerns and questions with full attention.

I originally came here for answers because Ive experienced recurrent miscarriages after having 2 healthy children. After being at this office since Nov, Im no closer to a solution & Ive experienced another loss. The answers I was given through testing - high thyroid antibodies & high antibodies associated with blood clotting. I asked Dr. Olcha originally if I needed to see a separate Endo for the thyroid antibodies/if they meant I had an autoimmune disease and he said it raised suspicion but was not necessary to see an Endocrinologist. When I had yet another loss, I asked to retest the antibodies. When we realized they went back up, I asked to talk to the doctor again & he called me & basically said it was time to seek an outside Endocrinologist. Lovely, since I would have done this 4 months ago when I asked. Instead, the office approach was slapping me on Synthroid & not checking other thyroid hormones knowing Ive had miscarriages. The more I read, the more unhappy I am with my care here. Thats not including that Ive mentioned longer cycles & my day 3 hormones have never been run. Anything besides my original bloodwork has been because I have contacted the office & while yes, they have been good about responding to my concerns until now, I feel like Im the one managing everything & constantly asking because nobody has taken the time to come up with a game plan to help me accomplish what I literally came to this office for in the first place. Anyone else I speak to who sees an RE, their RE has them coming in for frequent cycle bloodwork, checks & has a plan for each point in cycle, etc. Recently I have messaged & not been answered. I have not had TSH checked since end of January even though Im on Levothyroxine, which to me is just not acceptable. The hormones I have had tested are at my request. Im the one asking to track it and make sure its okay & had I not, they would have just left me to my own devices. Now I am also getting a second opinion about the clotting issue as again, the more Ive read, the more disappointed I am about the care/advice Ive received. I asked if this meant I had a certain disorder tied to the antibodies & if it could affect me outside of pregnancy & was told it doesnt mean that I have that disorder but rather we should play it safe & assume I do/treat it as such & that no it does not cause issues outside of pregnancy. However, upon research, these antibodies should be rechecked 12 weeks after an initial find to confirm the disorder & if it is positive, depending on the severity of the antibodies, blood thinners should be used FOR LIFE & at the very least, baby aspirin should be taken daily. I was told baby aspirin for pregnancy & blood thinners for pregnancy only. This is something that could greatly cause harm to me had I not done my own research. All of this coupled with the fact that I have felt like a burden at times mentioning concerns I have means unfortunately, this is where I part ways with this office and hopefully can have success with another office that takes my case more seriously. Maybe because Im not paying out the nose for IVF, Im not a priority? Either way, its not okay. Danielle at front desk is an absolute sweetheart and Kelly the nurse is also super kind. I loved both ultrasound technicians and they are both amazing at their jobs, this review does not reflect them whatsoever. Its unfortunate that I feel my experience here hasnt been the best, and even more unfortunate that I now have to start all over and hope to find another RE who cares about all patients, not just those who fork out cash for IVF. Anyone who has ever struggled with loss or infertility understands what it feels like to be delayed months. Four months Ive been at this clinic and now Ill be delaying this journey even longer to find another RE and getting answers to something I could have had answers to had I not been pushed to the back burner.

This office has the most compassionate staff I have ever experienced in a medical office. They truly care about every single patient, no matter why you are a patient. I believe that they go above and beyond. On top of the amazing staff, Dr. Morgan never made an appointment feel rushed and really listened to my questions and concerns.

I am amazed how Dr Morgan created such a professional and caring team!! From the receptionist to the nurses, PA and Dr himself each person was so patient,nice and encouraging. The office is so well run and clean. I would highly recommend this practice 🙂

From the moment I met him, Dr, Morgan made me feel like I didnt matter as a patient and that I wasnt worth his time.He refused to answer questions (or the ones he did answer, he answered curtly with an attitude that seemed I was stupid for asking), and was flat-out rude. I had to remind him about follow-up tests I needed and felt the entire time I was his patient, that I was managing my own care because this practice did nothing for me. I was ignored at every step. This was an absolute nightmare experience. If you need a reproductive endocrinologist for health reasons, and youre not actively trying to have a baby, DO NOT GO HERE. If you dont want a baby (and just want to be HEALTHY), youre a waste of his time. (Also their response of we just want you to get better actually means we just want to threaten you with a lawsuit)

STAY. AWAY. if youre serious about having children.If you end up coming here, dont say you havent been warned!Heres my story...My spouse and I booked a consultation, which we had with Dr. Morrison. He was kind, and advised us that we could come in for bloodwork any day that week to start the process and told us to book an appointment.I called right away to book an appointment, and the person told me they had to look into what I needed (even though the doctor left notes) for bloodwork and theyd get back to me by the end of the week.End of the week comes and goes, I called back and they impatiently told me theyre still looking into it. What takes a week to look into the kind of bloodwork I need? I told them how much time has passed and they said well put a reminder youre waiting, but you have to wait for us to call you back.Two weeks have passed since that second phone call. We didnt receive a callback from them about our bloodwork. I check every missed call and every voicemail, and they have both my number and my spouses. Nothing. This place does NOT care about servicing you and if youre smart, youll do what I did and found a different doctors office.

Thank god for Dr Morgan went to many specialist and bone of them could figure out the cause of my infertility, except for Dr Morgan and we did a mini ivf he didnt over stimulate me and got us pregnant first go around this. and now we havr our wonderful baby boy Jaxon. Theres a special places in heaven for this man

Since this is public I won’t disclose to much information however I will say he’s the worse doctor. He wasn’t there and sent another dr I never met before. Also made bad decisions. I hope he retires poor.

It was a wonderful experience.They always keep on touch with you during the whole procedure.I can ask whatever doubts I have and they would reply ASAP.
