Quest Diagnostics Palomino - Employer Drug Testing Not Offered

Front desk staff was very unprofessional. Bickering back and forth with each other about someone that was leaving and someone that didn’t want to help closing. I was called up to check in and I was trying to help my mom get her insurance card on my phone and I was reprimanded for not listening when she told me to sign. So rude! We were both checked in and supposed to go in at the same time but they took other people in front of my mom. The phlebotomist was good and got me and my mom with the first stick. She at least had some manners. There is only one kiosk which had a line the whole time I was there. I have had such good experiences with other quest facilities. This one needs some help!

My son and I both had blood work done about a week apart. He had an appointment; I did not. Both of us were in and out of the facility in 10 minutes. Excellent and fast service.Update: Been there two more times since this review (with no appointments) and was in and out within 5 minutes. They are also very adept at taking blood!

Very happy with today’s visit. Check in was quick and easy. Nikki was very nice and professional. My 17 yo daughter needed labs drawn but is also terrified of needles. Nikki explained everything she was doing and is a great phlebotomists. Thank you Nikki for making her experience today a great one!!

Staff is fast and very knowledgeable with their job. I noticed patients seem to not have much patience even though the staff is very efficient.

I had blood drawn 3 times at this location this year and will not go back!Staff is not only unfriendly; but, all 3 times I was left with a really painful bruise on my vein...so bad that the intake nurse at JFK (where I had my surgery) winced when she saw it!

Well I can see the reviews match how I feel oh, you have a very rude woman that works here. I approached the counter to let her know who I am and shes like I dont talk to anybody that isnt signed in, I was like okay well I dont know where to sign in she points aggressively to this little digital board that you sign in. Every person after that that came in she just had the same attitude even when I was giving blood her attitude was ridiculous she wouldnt even let me use the bathroom in the hallway of their facility she said no you need to use the one out there keep walking she said it just like that. You need to put someone new in that office otherwise youre going to lose a lot of patience and theyre going to go to other ones

Whats with the attitude. I came in was quite and nice. when i went in she had so much attitude when i told her if i can get water from coolant so i dont faint. For me to get it myself.She gave so much attitude. So much that she was mumling stuff to herself infront of my daughter while walking off the room .I took me 10 sec. Whats the big deal. With all that negativity my daughter got so nerves she spilled water on the floor .which she complained while wipping with her feet with paper . not going back. I was using the location on post office plaza. Ill keep going there.She did a HORRIBLE job on my arm taking a blood, The needle area is bruised and hurts, when i took the bandage, the white had so much blood on it. I have been taking blood so many times, and especially lately, so i know a bad work when i see one, Im not supposed to be hurting and bruised and blood on cotton ,

Today, I had to go in for an extensive amount of blood work. I was verynervous!! (I usually get very bruised from a blood draw.) I was extremelysurprised to NOT EVEN FEEL THE NEEDLE GO IN!!! The lady who didmine kept talking to me during the filling of Many viles. She was veryperky and friendly.( I forgot where I was, because of her kindness). WhenI got home, my husband said, Did I Cancel the bloodwork?Then, hesaid that he was sure I had BECAUSE MY ARM WASNT ALL PURPLE.I recommend CASSANDRA for any bloodwork you need!! Cassandramade QUEST the place to go. Thank you, CASSANDRA.

Absolutely horrific attitude!! Blew my mind. The lady behind the counter was just flat out nasty. I could tell from the minute I got to the counter she was nasty. I tried joking around and lightning up the mood which its not my place . But When she was asked a question she was more concerned about her cell phone and the apps in text messaging then she was answering a patients question. She didnt even look up to acknowledge. She answered with a very annoyed yes. I had children with me, Things were hectic as all my children were sick, I asked what to sign, initials or full signature and I get a roll of the eyes with with a blatant attitude and sigh answering initials. The other woman behind the counter was helpful. I would never go back here again. When needing to drop off samples they gave an attitude as to which room to put it in. Did not even place it in the back or get up to show me. Another woman walk back at the same time and we both got confused as to which room to go in . And they gave us both attitudes . This was my first and last time. Ill go back to the quest off Forest Hill and 441. Not that this place would care, she seemed to care more about being lazy and getting a paycheck for not working then actually doing their work.

I got in right away, however the phlebotomist blew the vein and I had a huge bubble from where she drew the blood. Terrible hematoma!! You should be more careful!! 😡

One star for opening at an earlier time. The front desk personnel/phlebotomist was disrespectful and had an attitude. Very, very unprofessional. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Do not go to this Quest. Such a hassle to get routine blood work done. Even with a requisition form from the doctors office, they couldnt figure out what to do. Choose a different Quest.

All the front desk people are so rude and give so much attitude!! Not welcoming at all! Very disappointed and not happy. I do not recommend you going here. Very unprofessional!!

Closed before scheduled time. You could at least close at the advertised time if youre only open until 4...
