Before retrieving eggs at Ember, the doctor had already started me on supplements, and the colleagues at Ember also helped me relax and prepare for the egg retrieval.The whole process wasnt as difficult as I had imagined, thanks to all the staff for their careful explanations and care. I am truly grateful.I feel fortunate that I chose to freeze my eggs now, as they age with me. Thank you, Ember

Not going with this clinic because of patient coordinator Sherrie B., who was unprofessional and incapable. First she spammed my inbox with multiple separate emails, and the second time we spoke she mixed up my name. Worst of all, less than 5 minutes into our conversation, as I was asking about the clinics experience, she went on a rant about how she doesnt know an estimate of the number of cycles of freezing a year, and that sometimes when people just call on the phone instead of going in for a consultation, they are unable to give out information. I asked if there was anyway she could get that information from others before their $299 consultation and she said definitively No, Dr. Freije will not give you that information before a consultation.I told Sherrie I will be going to other clinics in that case and she tersely hung up.Im not sure if Sherrie was just having a bad day, or perhaps she is always like this (more likely the case as the Yelp one start review was also about her). Fwiw, a client needs to know your experience level before they commit, and refusing that simple info rudely means, frankly, either that this is a scam lab or they need to find better patient coordinators who understand basic communications.

My husband and I cannot say enough incredible things about our experience at EMBER. Dr. Freije is a great person. He is a good listener and actually understands what youre saying. He spends a lot of time with each patient. As much time as it takes. I have never felt rushed or like I was just another patient. His compassion, understanding and knowledge is why we have my own beautiful daughter. Words can not describe how happy we are to have our baby girl.Thank you and God bless you all and keep up the good work.

10/10 experience at Envita Fertility Center! The only thing I regret is that I wasted so much time and money on other OC major fertility clinics before making my decision to here. IVF is a time consuming journey but I’m so lucky to get pregnant after 1 round of egg retrieval and 1 transfer. Envita’s amazing team made this happen.Dr. Abae is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and caring. He never rushed any of my appointments and does not use “one size fit all” protocol which I’m very grateful for. He always takes time to read and analyze every test result, do each of my ultrasound, and answer all of our questions very thoroughly. He makes sure everything is perfect before diving into the next step and no wonder they have such good success rates :)The lab team is also so nice and experienced, Dr. Asemi was able to fertilize 9 high-grade embryos for us despite my low egg quality due to PCOS. She also patiently answered tons of questions before we chose the embryo.The nurses (Maria and Liz) are both so supportive and welcoming the whole time, making me feel much less anxious during the IVF treatment. They even have a direct line which patients could call them for any questions after work hours. I can’t appreciate them more.Last but definitely not least, thanks to my awesome coordinator Becky and the office manager Minyi, they are angels! I could have never completed this journey without them. They always check on me after each appointment, making sure I’m feeling okay. They also gave me the biggest emotional support after egg retrieval and transfer. Sherrie is not my coordinator but she’s also very friendly and always chat with me to make me less nervous before appointments.I’ve decided to freeze my eggs at Envita after my current pregnancy, and I can’t wait to have more babies with them❤️

My wife and i wish we could give Ember Fertility Center 10 stars!! Words cannot express how grateful we are to Dr. Freije and his team.Dr. Freije exceeded all our expectations and showed unparalleled compassion. He customized his approach to each patient, paying meticulous attention to detail throughout my cycle. We went to two other fertility clinics in town before finding him, and neither came even close to comparing.The entire facility is exceptional and obviously GREAT, with nurses who are as responsive as they are caring, making not only my wife but also myself feels like part of their family. Their unwavering support made the IVF process much less daunting.Now, at my wifes 5 weeks pregnant, we couldnt be happier with the care received at Ember Fertility Center. I had visited two other fertility clinics before, where I felt like just another number, but Ember was, hands down, the best. Dr. Freije was exceptionally kind and patient. He answered all my questions, explained the entire process thoroughly, including the reasons behind it, and shown incredible bedside manners. It was evident that he genuinely cares for his patients.The care team consistently provided us with detailed, hands-on instructions for the complex IVF process. They answered our questions, sometimes too many lol, and assisted us in practicing various injection techniques. They dedicated time to thoroughly reviewing the crucial medication schedule and timing with us, ensuring we never felt confused or rushed. Moreover, they genuinely showed care for us - they cheered us on, provided comfort during challenging moments, and celebrated with us when we successfully completed the program with a healthy first-trimester pregnancy. We are greatly thankful for their huge huge support!!

I had an excellent experience at Envita Fertility. Sherrie, who assisted me, was fantastic and made the visit and process seamless. She gave me a thorough tour of the facility, which was impeccably clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and supportive. I felt warmly welcomed throughout my time there. Sherrie went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, offering me water and simplifying paperwork. I highly recommend this facility; the staff and service are exceptional. Dealing with fertility issues can be incredibly emotional and challenging, but EFC made the journey much more easier. From the receptionist to the nurse, everyone made my husband and me feel genuinely cared for. Our fertility coordinator, Savaaih, was an absolute lifesaver! I honestly dont think I could have gone through IVF without her support. I felt immensely grateful to have her by our side. Linda was also incredibly compassionate and knowledgeable. Every member of the centers staff was exceptional, especially Linda. She always took time to check in with us, showing genuine concern. We entered the process with realistic expectations regarding our chances of success with the first IVF cycle. We prepared for the worst but hoped for the best. Thanks to Dr. Freijes remarkable expertise, we achieved pregnancy in the first cycle! I wholeheartedly recommend Ember Fertility Center to anyone struggling with fertility issues. I firmly believe that Dr. Freije and the entire team are the best to help individuals and couples realize their dream of starting a family. I am eternally grateful for their support and expertise!

I can only say good things from this facility they went above and beyond with their treatment. I had an amazing experience starting from the staff specially, Sherrie who treated me like Family since day one. She was always on top of everything and explained everything carefully to me. And of course I cannot leave Dr. Abae behind he is the key to success thanks to his amazing work I have a beautiful boy today. I really recommend them with my eyes close

I had a great experience at Envita Fertility Center. Im an outside patient and I needed to do a Saline ultrasound. Sherrie was very helpful to schedule the appointment and walk me through the process. The doctor was also very professional and thorough. I would definitely recommend this place.

The services and care I received at Envita Fertility Center are excellent. The facility is clean, top of the line equipment, easy parking and no wait. Sherrie is genuine and compassionate at her job. She inspired me not to give up on my fertility journey. Dr Abae is amazing and I trust his expertise. He did his best to extract the most follicles and was able to lower the cost of the medicines. Liz is experienced in this filed and friendly. Maria is caring and always have a positive attitude. Im thankful to all the staffs for everything they have done for me.

Sherrie was really helpful in getting me setup with an appointment at Ember right away! Super convenient and answered all my questions. After being on the phone for almost an hour with my insurance, trying to get a hold of other affiliates in the Orange County, only to get voice-mails, call forwards and zero customer service, I was able to setup my same day appointment at Embers. Thank you guys for making this easy for me.

I first contacted this center because I am starting my IVF journey but with an out of state clinic. I had to get a Saline done before I could start my IVF cycle. After asking my OB if I could do this procedure with them, she referred me to this clinic.When contacting the clinic, I spoke with Sherrie. She took great care of me on the phone, was patient and kind. She followed up with me to ensure I understood the information she provided. When entering the office, she was warm and welcoming. She took great care of me and my husband. She has the sweetest voice and the most gentle aura about her.When getting the procedure performed, I had a male doctor and a female nurse with a female nurse trainee. All 3 were warm, gentle and kind. The doctor kept me at ease with making jokes and clearly explaining what he was doing and seeing. When I felt the pain or when it was about to come, the nurse distracted me with small talk. It wasn’t too bad, but definite discomfort from pressure. Then the AMAZING SHERRIE sent my paperwork to my clinic as well as informed me that it was done on her end.Overall my experience was amazing. I indeed would transfer to this clinic if IVF was in my price range here. The entire office makes me seriously want to reconsider going to them because of how smooth the entire process was from scheduling the appt to having it completed.I honestly get a little sad thinking about my entire 3 year journey and coming to the point of finally getting somewhere & not having come here to begin with. This is probably the first place to make me feel better overall & actually made me feel cared for. Thank you Sherrie, doctor and nurses! I’m sorry I didn’t get to name the doctor or nurses but they were just as lovely as Sherrie!

I drove about 4 hours to Evita clinic and I tell you it was worth it . IVF treatment is not something people look forward at least for the most of the cases. I was really just trying to understand my options due to my age ,when I got my consultation at Evita. After trying to conceive and a miscarriage after my third baby, medicated IUI was certainly something I wanted to understand more. Sherrie at Envita introduced me to their consultation promotion which was totally affordable and informative. After one hour talking to dr William, I had much better understanding on my chance of having another baby both medicated IUI and with IVF. Dr William took his time to explain everything to me . I am looking forward to walking this journey with Evita clinic . The staffs are incredibly friendly. the clinic is so clean and well organized I highly recommend Evita if anyone has any questions or just want to explore their options.

I couldn’t be more thankful for Envita. I am currently not an IVF patient at Envita and needed outside monitoring completed last minute for my out of state fertility clinic and Envita was able to get me in within an hour of making the call to them. Sherrie their patient coordinator is the sweetest and most helpful coordinator I have ever spoke with and the Doctor and other staff were all wonderful as well. I had such a good experience with them that I have scheduled all my future outside monitoring appts with them and will definitely be considering Envita for future IVF cycles. Thank you Envita team!

The quality of care that I received at Envita surpassed all of my expectations. The patient coordinators (Becky and Sherrie) are friendly and compassionate, the nurses (Maria and Liz) are kind and gentle, and Dr. Abae is good-natured and detail-oriented. They all went above and beyond at every step of the way, making sure that I was comfortable and informed. I cannot recommend Envita enough!

Our fertility clinic is out of state, so I need to do monitoring locally. My normal obgyn could not perform the level of ultrasound the clinic was looking for so I needed to find a place as soon as possible to not delay the IVF process. Envita Fertility was able to squeeze me in and get me set up for outside monitoring with them which was a big relief. They made the set up process so quick and were so kind and understanding. Definitely recommend if your normal clinic is out of state and you are looking for a one stop shop for both your bloodwork and ultrasound monitoring.

I have nothing but good experience in this facility. Everyone is extremely nice and friendly. They treated me like family from day one, Sherrie is the one I deal with the most. If she is busy with other clients she always returns my phone call almost immediately and always the same day. There is almost no waiting time. They don’t double up on patients, so you are not waiting for the doctor to come back from anther patient(s). I would recommend Envita Fertility Center located in Laguna Hills to anyone who needs a little extra help to have a child.

This place has been absolutely amazing to work with. Their staff has gone above and beyond to walk my wife and I through this process. We have had the pleasure of working with Sherrie, who has been an absolute godsend. Not only are they priced below other centers, but they really do try to accommodate with you during this whole process. I would highly recommend choosing them.

Did an egg retrieval at the clinic. Ms. Becky, NP Wei, and phlebotomist Maria were absolutely fantastic. Not to forget Dr. William. I’m really happy today! After 3 years of searching and treatment, I finally received the good news—I was going to have a baby! I am really grateful to Dr. Freije, the coordinator and the medical team for their company, which gave me some comfort in countless days of worry. But it wasnt until I received the results of Aprils pregnancy test that I finally let go of my worries. I am really grateful to EFC for their help. They helped me formulate a birth plan, whether it is preparing for pregnancy or promoting ovulation. As long as I see this form, I can know what to do every day, which also greatly relieves my anxiety. .It is no exaggeration to say that the service level of EFC members exceeds that of most people in this field. Although I try to avoid going to them after get off work or in the middle of the night, there are times when I really cant control myself. But everyone understands me very well. Every time I ask a question in the group, someone will help me answer and comfort me soon. I am really grateful to EFC, they are really helping me realize my wish. Envita Fertility Center has very good service and care, first-class equipment, good environment and convenient parking. Dr. Freije is very knowledgeable and patient. He answered all my questions very thoroughly during every consultation. The laboratory team is not only experienced but also very friendly. The nurse was very kind, warm and caring and made me feel not anxious at all during the treatment. And the coordinators Annie and Linda are the most considerate and helpful coordinators.
