Before actually going, I called a couple of different times to ask questions - my calls were answered each time and they were helpful and friendly. I went for the first time yesterday to get some blood work done for my out of state doctor and I had a great experience! Miriam took care of me - she is so sweet and absolutely awesome. The timeliness was great and was able to get in and out within 20 minutes. The affordable price is also a huge plus - getting blood work done by my doctor is probably 3x more $$$. I recommend!

Legitimately the best experience I could have hoped for. I have severe anxiety, and a phobia of needles, but Megan made me feel as comfortable as possible, and was extremely patient when I began blacking out on her. I greatly appreciated her caring manner and attention, it made a scary experience much less so.

Honestly believe the positive reviews may be faked. Front desk worker was rude to me and my employer. And based on the negative reviews she has to know that something is wrong with their website. Walk ins are not allowed and when I came in with an appointment booked online she said they do not accept those? And when my employer called, she argued with them saying that she didn’t book it online yet? So you can’t book it online or over the phone? Poor management and customer service all around.

I visited the first time as a walk-in, and the receptionist did not even look up when I entered. She let me know that they were appointment only due to COVID which I understand. But she was so unfriendly that I really did not want to return. I then made an appointment online for an hour and a half before they closed on a different date. They called me to cancel it because they couldnt process blood the last two hours they are open due to packaging, processing, refrigeration, etc. I finally showed up today for my new appointment and they were closed. We finally got a call a few hours later that they were unaware that an employee didnt show up that day to open. AVOID.

I don’t usually leave reviews for much but I just felt this one was worth sharing! I have been using this company for my testing & have been there 4-5 times over the past year & the service as well as professionalism is top notch! I’ve dealt with Megan for the most part & she is always very professional & friendly which has made this whole experience much better than I had originally expected! I had to make a drastic change in my life about 10 months ago which is what brought me to Any Lab Test Now. I was embarrassed & a bit ashamed of myself the first time coming in & was worried about being judged but I was delightfully wrong bc Megan definitely didn’t judge & has been nothing but supportive of me throughout this. I have to continue being tested for the next year or so for sure & without a doubt I will continue coming there & wouldn’t even think of going somewhere else. I highly recommend this company to anyone that requires the services they offer!

Megan is the absolute BEST RMA ever. Ever since my wife and I have been coming to Any Lab it has been like coming to see family. She’s professional, polite and all around a sweet woman. Always Great customer service whenever we come.

I made an appointment online a few days prior. I spoke with an employee on the phone and further confirmed my appointment. I showed up, received another appointment reminder while I was waiting in my car. When it was time for my appointment, the doors were locked and nobody ever showed. I left voicemails and never even received an apology call/text or acknowledgement of what had happened. Go somewhere else if can and don’t waste your time!

I am giving 2 stars because I had A couple positive experiences and 1 horrible experience the black haired lady was such a nice and understanding worker she deserves a raise (I had her my first 2 experiences) but the blonde haired lady was the rudest and gave me the worst customer experience I have ever had at a company ever. I have never written a review before but the way she talked to me and was talking to the black haired woman about customers was so un- profressional. The whole time I was there the blonde woman gave me and another person attitude you could tell she hates her job and doesn’t want to be there. It was a couple months ago but it has been bothering me ever since please do not give them ur business go anywhere besides here so rude and not professional...

I had the pleasure of working with Amanda and Megan. They were so accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure that I had a good experience. Very kind. Excellent customer service skills. I will definitely be using this location for all future needs. Thank you both!

I scheduled an appointment online, thought it was weird that I received an appointment request confirmation but not a appointment confirmation. I called to confirm my appointment to be told they don’t accept online appointments and the pricing is different than online. The receptionist was rude and unprofessional, not exactly confidence inspiring when it comes to getting blood work done. I guess they must just get enough business that it doesn’t matter how they treat customers.

First I Must Say Thank You To Megan & To Amy For Going Above And Beyond All Expectations For Me & My Son! Their Professionalism During a Heated Situation Was Phenomenal. I Highly Recommend This Establishment & Will Continue To Use Their Services Simply Because Of These 2 Ladies & Their Customer Service

My dr. rachel bowman sent me here on a referral. after scheduling a time to come in for much needed test exam and paneling. as soon as i walked in, i was NOT greeted with a hello how are you? i was pointed at and immediately asked if ive been vaccinated and i must put in a mask if not . even being exempt from wearing a mask, i was still pushed away and not accepted after i was already scheduled througg a dr s request, took time off from work and everything. verru unprofessional establishment. the heavy set blonde female behind their counter needs to learn better customer service, and our constitutional laws and medical care. i could if been instructed no sugar fir 24hrs and dealing with Lbs and was rejected resulting in a low blood sugar attack. ... AGAIN. very unprofessional and negligent to patients rights and needs

If your looking for a 10 panel chain of custody drug screen...any lab test now is the place to go!!! I literally walked in and out with everything done within less than 20 mins with two little ones. Very clean place and efficient. Price was the best compared to other 10 panel drug screens. Any future nursing students looking for a reasonable price and proper screening AnyLab test now is the place to go. Thank you!!!! By the way the girl at the front desk is very sweet and kind. A few weeks ago I went to get a glucose test for my pregnancy at Any Lab Test Now and my experience has left with with anxiety ever since. Upon arrival I was surprised to find the receptionist not wearing a mask, when due to COVID 19 it is currently mandated. The woman who helped me at the front desk also drew my blood, and when transitioning, didnt wash her hands or use any form of sanitizer and then proceeded to assist me (touching my arm trying to find a vein) gloveless. After prepping she eventually put gloves on, only to have the glove break with her fingers fully exposed, which didnt seem to phase her and she continued with the blood draw. I left mortified and very concerned that if this is happening in front of patients, there is no way behind the scenes sanitation procedures are being followed and could potentially put others in danger. Please, for your well being, do not support this business!

Kim and Candy were amazing with my wife. We live over 3 hours away and were running a little bit late she called them and it was no problem. Had blood drawn for food allergy test and Kim didnt even leave a mark. Thank you for doing a great job.

Went in for some blood work and Megan drew my blood ,which by the way, I didn’t even know she had done it yet when she said “all done”. Very friendly and nice. Place looked real clean too. I definitely will be going back!

Not recommended for fingerprinting. We went for fingerprinting services and took 3 visits to get someone who knew what they were doing. Contacted owners, Mike & Melanie Mixon, thru email but no response. Front desk employee was rude and short with every other customer who came in too after not helping us.

Megan is absolutely amazing. She is so knowledgable, friendly, and understanding. Even while understaffed she went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Megan is a superstar

Absolutley miserable experience. I will never use or reccomend this place to anyone. Fraudulent business practices and very rude bordering on hostile employees. I asked for a test that the staff new they were not suppose to administer to a private individual. The staff member administered the test anyway knowing what it was for. Then this same staff member said the test would cost an extra $10. I went back a week later for the same test this time there was a different staff member who was rude right from the start. Then she proceeded to call me a liar and say they do not do those kinds of test. I told her i had the test done the week before and had documentated proof. She got somewhat hostile and told me i was wrong calling me a liar. I have tried to get to the bottom of this issue but the owner named Michael is very elusive and staff will not offer any contact info. I will be pursuing this issue with better business bureau. NEVER GO THERE THEY WILL DECEIVE AND OVER CHARGE!!!!

The woman who took my blood was clean, quick and professional. I didn’t feel any pain during the shot I recieved and my results were ready shortly after. My experience here was nothing short of professional and pleasant! Thank you!

Dont order tests to this location and dont bother making an appointment, this location is closed and they have no information on when it will be operational again. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THESE SCAMMERS.Update: Owner has been emailed by corporate to process my refund on 7/27/22 and I have yet to receive a refund or even a phone call from the owner.

Kimberly was great. Paperwork and sampling were quick and easy. Pay the money to update message and location, I went to the old place during rush hour and then to the new location before it closed. Pay my gas while youre at it!

Website said they were open! Drive out here and theyre indefinitely closed due to not having any medical professionals and when you call the auto voice, Its more concerned about informing you about covid antibody bs instead of directing your call. Yea, thats why I called 🤨

Great experience! Megan gives me my weekly shot. She’s great! I will continue to use as long as I Megan shoots me up!

Arrived at 9:30 AM for my 9:45 appointment and they are not open even though business hours are 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

Would not recommend this place!!! They wont answer the phone. Their website states they are open till 530 when in reality they take there last patient way before 5. Very rude staff!! Overall bad experience

Megan was very professional and answered every question I had, super helpful I had a very positive experience and would use this place again.
