Seattle Reproductive Medicine - Kirkland

Had good experience at kirkland srm with Dr.Akhil Shah.He was kind and very clear in explaining situation . And he always was good with answering our doubts and i cudnt ask for more. We just needed someone who could talk to us thru whole way of ivf and nurse paige is that person always kind and patiently listening. We love you guys !I have a daughter through ivf and she is a blessing for us that came thru srm.

The clinic is hands-down the best medical experience Ive had in my life. For starters, they are EXTREMELY punctual. I rarely waited more than 1-2 minutes when I arrived on time for an appointment. Next, ALL the staff are extremely warm, caring, and helpful. Our doctor, Michele Cho, was personable, knowledgeable, and because of her guidance we are now expecting a baby boy! Our nurse, Grace Hallas, was my primary contact during the entire process of our working with SRM...I must have called and/or emailed her a hundred times throughout the course of our treatment. She was SO caring, compassionate, quick to respond and help with anything and everything I had questions about. The financial counselor, Robin, is amazing too - she was a tremendous help to us in navigating the intricacies of our insurance plan. I just cant say enough good things about the staff and experience we had at SRM Kirkland! We are eternally grateful to the whole team there for helping us realize our dream of having a family!!

Amazing experience! Ive worked with a different (not SRM) reproductive clink before, but wasnt impressed with an experience and care, so for my second child, I went to SRM. Kirkland was my main office, but I did go to Seattle and Bellevue locations as well for some of the procedures. Wow - so impressed and grateful! My coordinator nurse Kimmy was amazing - so caring and fast with communication. It was different from my first clinic in a way that I often saw different providers for each step, but everyone was very professional and caring, and you learn to trust the whole team! They also were very quick to address my worries, and did extra tests I asked for just to help with my anxiety. I was always seen very fast after walking in (which was very different from my first clinic where I would wait for 30 mins in the waiting room and then over an hour once inside the cabinet), and never felt like my appointments were hurried.In addition - they have amazing equipment, and very proficient people taking blood (Im really bad at giving blood, but that so painless and quick! Which was appreciated, considering how many time you have to do this in the process).Thanks, SRM!

Cant even get a real person on the phone to make an appointment. Ive tried the website chat, no response. The text message option, no response. Not even an option to wait on hold for a person over the phone, it just leaves you on dead air. I even tried pressing other prompts in the hopes of getting a human, got one lady who I left a message with twice, no return phone call. Id love to be able to write a great review for one of their doctors but CANT EVEN MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. So annoying and a TERRIBLE way for someone to be introduced to you practice when theyre already having a rough time having to see this type of doctor in the first place.

What a journey! I have never been with a doctor who immediately made me feel so comfortable and confident in her. Dr. Michelle Cho at SRM and her team of nurses mine was Tina we’re amazing. It was a long 2.5 year journey but we made it and they made it possible. I can confidently say they are the best at what they do and they helped me start my family. Also shout out to Anne an ARNP she is so amazing! The staff at the front desk, the financial counselors, and everyone who showed me to a room, took my blood and taught me how to give shots. They came in early, they stayed late and even gave me samples. It was such a friendly, professional and hopeful experience. I can’t say enough good things. They truly can make you feel like you’re their only patient. Thank you all!

Fertility is a very sensitive issue and the entire staff at Kirkland made me feel so welcome and cared for and supported throughout my journey. The front desk staff, techs, nurses/RNs/NPs, and doctors all took the time to make sure I understood what was going on and gave me the opportunity to ask questions. My appointments were almost always very punctual and they would have me in and out really quick on days where I just needed a quick check. They kept my spirits up and I really felt like I was in good hands. I would highly recommend SRM and its Kirkland office to anyone going through this difficult process because they make it so much easier to navigate.

SRM was incredible to work with on our fertility journey. Everyone was knowledgeable, professional, and caring throughout the entire experience. The facilities are warm and inviting and the doctors and care team make you feel like more than just a patient. I cannot recommend them enough.

I really cant say enough good things about the clinical care I received at SRM. My treatment plan was tailored to my needs, my nurse was super responsive when I had questions, and at the end of the day I feel like I really got what I paid for. The only source of stress was the billing- and I think that is because the bills come from an address in Florida and so the financial people in the office dont always have up to date information. Pay all bills via the SRM portal to make sure you are credited. That being said, this was only a minor problem.

My husband and I had an amazing experience at SRM in Kirkland. Every staff member so was so kind and understanding. They helped us navigate through one of the most personal and challenging situations of our life. I felt supported and informed through the entire process.

I worked with Dr. Cho who is very good in nature, she collects and study all our earlier treatements, in day one she walks through the step by step treatment procedures. She calls out all issues and recommended process upfront so it is easy for us to make decisions. Initially we faced some failures, but she given hope in every stage and continuously monitored to make it positive. I really appreciate all people and their hospitality services. Based on my personal experience, I highly recommend Dr. Cho and SRM, if you are waiting for longer.

I went to two locations Seattle and Kirkland and I had a wonderful experience at both, staff at both locations were warm and welcoming and very knowledgeable. The doctors and nurses were all amazing and really helped me through my IVF journey. I would recommend SRM to anyone with fertility needs. They AMAZING.

I had a wonderful experience at Seattle reproductive medicine. I worked with Dr. Amy Criniti, due to Covid-19 we only met via zoom, but dr. Criniti was kind, knowledgeable, and very easy to talk to. She made the process very easy and had a clear treatment plan. I corresponded regularly with her nurse Claire. She was always quick to respond to my dozens of questions throughout the fertility process.I only visited the SRM location in Kirkland at evergreen hospital. The staff there was warm, friendly, and very good at their job. I have a phobia of needles, and all of my blood draws (there were a lot) were quick and not painful.Nurse practitioner Anne Judge performed most of my testing, ultrasounds, and my IUI. I could not speak more highly of her! Anne made me feel comfortable, calm, and educated about all the appointments and tests we did together.SRM provided me with exceptional care and met my ultimate goal which was to conceive my first baby! I will be back if my husband and I need help with baby #2!

I wanted to like this clinic, but I did not have a good experience. I didnt feel like I was listened to, I felt pushed into procedures. There was an awful nurse, Nurse Judge, whose name fit her- very judgey. Twice, I was in pain with one of the procedures to the point of crying & she brushed it off & minimized my emotions, basically implying I should suck it up, while smiling a creepy smile. Not the kind of support youd expect from this type of clinic. I felt the staff there to be quite callous, not realizing the fragile state most patients are in to go into a place like this. My husband & I are still recovering from our traumatic experiences here. We cant bring ourselves to go back.

Everyone I came into contact with at SRM was wonderful! I worked with Dr Shah and Dr Cho. All of the nurses and medical assistants were so kind and caring. The communication was excellent. I can’t say enough good things about SRM.

We had a wonderful experience with Dr Cho and the Seattle/Kirkland location. The staff’s responsiveness, clearly laid out plan and expertise helped us achieve our dream. Both office had friendly staff and were very professional. Highly recommend SRM!

My doctor at SRM was Michele Cho. Absolutely satisfied with the care and information she provided us with. I knew I didnt want to get so far as to have IVF, and she respected that without hesitation or question. She had drawn a path for the steps to take before that, and luckily we didnt have to get too far into it. I had a small procedure, and after healing thoroughly I was pregnant 6 months later.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with SRM Kirkland. Dr. Cho was informative, supportive, and helped us keep a sense of humor through the whole process. Nurse Katie and Sonographer Jamie were also always so positive and caring. While we are lucky to have positive results which may skew our opinion, I know I would go back to try again even if results were different.

They have the best care and services. I was mainly at the Kirkland location, but I have been to Seattle and Everett clinics too. All the Doctors and staff are very kind, friendly and knowledgeable. Dr Cho is an amazing doctor. I would definitely recommend SRM for people with fertility needs.

They are amazing. Dr. Cho and I have worked together for years due to problems, but through that time we were able to get our son, and we are now pregnant with our second. I could never have never gotten to this point without their expertise, support and just a wonderful caring group.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience. Everyone we met from the receptionists to the various technicians, nurses and doctors were friendly and professional. I truly felt they had our best interest and wanted us to get pregnant. We will definitely come back to have our second child.

Nothing but friendly and caring staff here. This is our second pregnancy with SRM and we come to the Kirkland location for monitoring due to the close proximity. The staff are always accommodating and friendly and you don’t question their empathy for their patients. They truly care about you.

I was very happy with the care my husband and I received from SRM. Every step of the process was explained in detail. The staff answered emails in a very timely manner. My appointments were always on time. I recommend SRM to anyone who needs fertility help.

Wonderful clinic. Dr. Cho was amazing with working with us and our budget. We were able to get pregnant within 5 months with their help. So grateful to their team!

The front desk staff is completely incompetent. They schedule your appointments then you go to check in and they never really scheduled it. Or they schedule your ultrasound with a tech who isnt even working that day. Most of the time the front desk staff is messing around on their phones when you come in. The doctors dont explain anything to you without having to ask multiple times. They push and push and push additional genetic counseling. I gave two starts because I got pregnant on our first try thank god. If we didnt I would have transfered elsewhere. Find another fertility clinic.

People are so nice there, but based on my experience their reports never been accurate. Doctor communicated that I have polyp need to be removed and it turned out my period is coming. The major issue I have is they told me my left falobian tube is completely blocked, I went to another clinic to get a second opinion I found that no blockage at all, I reapeted the test for the third time and still it is completely open. I am so furstrated about this inconsistency and fully disappointed.

Everyone that I encountered here was very friendly and kind. The nurse and practitioner who performed my exam were extremely nice and explained everything as it was happening. My procedure was quick and almost painless.

Wonderful experience with Dr. Criniti and all of her staff. From the receptionist to the nurses, they were always quick to respond to any concern and never made me feel stupid for asking thousands of questions. I would highly recommend!

We had excellent care from Dr. Cho, who clearly explained problems, procedures and our chances. All with a very warm and empathetic approach. The staff are lovely.

The Doctors and Staff do an excellent job at keeping you comfortable through an uncomfortable situation. They are caring, compassionate and always quick to answer questions.

Wonderful experience. We relocated from NYC to Seattle and didnt know what to expect. Dr. Cho is amazing and has been the only doctor who really listened! THANK YOU!

The staff here are very personable and helpful. They understand the varying degrees of fertility issues, and everyone always seemed to be on the same page. I felt understood and heard and treated with respect.

I will never be about to write enough about the level of care SRM offers. They are what all businesses should aspire to be like. Dr. Cho and Tina are the best!

Dr. Cho treats paying customers COMPLETELY inhumanely and ridicules them for even considering trying to start a family as well as talking down to them. DO NOT support this location. If I could vote a negative amount of stars, we would. NOBODY deserves to pay for an appointment where theyre laughed at and leave the appointment crying and feeling hopeless and no longer wanting to start a family... NOBODY.

Nurses here are nice and professional but kind of hard parking here.

I had a bad experience with SRM Kirkland services, I would not recommend SRM until you have no other option.

The staff was very kind and knowledgeable. Appointments were on time. The location was so easy to access.
