Planned Parenthood - Kenosha Health Center

The staff were awesome and funny. They answered all my questions and were very comprehensive in testing to help find a solution. This was my first time at this location but I would definitely recommend.

The staff was incredibly nice, knowledgeable and caring. Better care than some of my experiences at my PCP or OBGYNS I’ve been to.

Planned Parenthood is an incredible resource and this location exceeds expectations. I’ve been going here over the years when my primary OBYN is booked up and have never had a bad experience with anyone. The ladies have incredible bedside manner and make you feel comfortable.

The staff here have always been extremely considerate and thorough, and they go out of their way to ensure that people feel comfortable. From my personal experience, people are able to get their birth control the day of their appointment (before even leaving the building).Theres blinds over the front door and windows, but these are for privacy- rest assured they are open.Staff members are very good at giving detailed information about birth control, including pros and cons of different methods and potential side effects. They are very educated on general reproductive health for both men and women. They never put pressure on guests and make sure comfort and safety are a top priority.The interior is clean, well-lit, and well maintained. They offer patients small bags with condoms, dental dams, lubes, and potentially other goodies after appointments.

I started going there 2 and a 1/2 years ago and the 1st time I was there the lady got my email and address wrong so that I never heard back for them so then I had to go back in to fix everything where they told me I was to blame . Then when I had a virtual visit last year they asked me what I would like to receive and I told them then I did not receive the correct things. I just went in and I had an appointment and their were a few people waiting. The front desk glared at me and I sat down thinking I just had to wait. 20 minutes pass after my appointment and a few people go back. Another person came in and checked in. I came to the front desk and said sorry I didnt know I had a appointment but nine was 20 minutes ago. She tells me Everyone has to check in in a rude tone then told me it would be an hour wait. I hate this location. Just go to the one in racine. Ridiculous front desk employees.

Not a fan of this location. The main clinician they have here talks down to you and makes you feel like your an annoyance. Ive been here twice now and each time I was given a pat on the head and sent on my way when I knew something was still wrong. Look, I fully support planned parenthood, but that said, this clinician is not very helpful.

The check in person is not always the nicest it depends on who it is. Everyone once you go back is very nice.

I stopped going to my obgyn, because the nurses at the desk made me feel judged.I started coming to planned parenthood not only because its affordable, but because judgement isnt allowed inside the building.

Wonderful staff, short wait time, clean and friendly! Better than any private gyno Ive been to in Kenosha :)

The staff here are very understanding, helpful, pleasant, and kind. Very sweet ladies.

My mom took me in there against my will, she talked with this hitman about taking me out with me in the room.

A great place for those without decent coverage to go for medical help.
