Quest Diagnostics Jenkintown Cloverly Plaza

I went today to do my biometric screening , so bad that my company selected them for that , my appointment was at 1:30, I arrived 12:15 hopefully I can get in earlier, till 2 pm I was there & they didn’t call my name yet, ended up to leave & go online to schedule another appointment.Only 1 lady is there working & doing everything alone, sure service is so slow as others mentioned in their feedbacks.Someone’s appointment was at 12:30 & they called her name at 1:30.I don’t know why e schedule appointments if you cannot make it & we have to wait?I guess management don’t care about patients as far as people already complained before.They ruined my day , wasted my time & still have to go again.

I came here for around 710am on a thuraday and it was empty. Which was great no wait at all. I came here for blood work and it was fast and painless. JANE is awesome she was so happy to do what she does and she was so personable and next time I need any testing I am coming here. This is how Quest employees should be. Ive been to several Quest and this one is my favorite by far. Thank you Jane for being awesome and thank you for making my morning.

I went to Quest Diagnostics to get my routine blood work for Diabetes. I did a walk in at 12:45pm. When I arrived their where only 7 people in the waiting room. Several of them said that theyd been waiting for 1:45 minutes to 2:00 hours to be called back to get their lab work done. I didnt get called back until they lock the door at 3:00pm. Once I did in where the lab Techs were. They were not able draw my blood. I explained to the lab tech that I had very small veins. Also that in the past...lab tech used a butterfly needle to draw the blood. She was very nice and made two attempts to draw my blood with the butterfly needle. With no success getting my blood drawn. She told me that she couldnt get it done. To reschedule or come back and waite on anotner day. It was 4:00pm once I left that office. Getting nothing accomplishef as far as lab studies done.

I had to come here for a series of blood work and was happy with everything from start to finish. You can easily make appointments online, ensuring you dont have to wait to be taken back. Their hours are rather extensive, accommodating busy schedules. And parking is right out front. Staff isnt always super friendly but theyre professional and thats about all I need if youre coming at me with a needle. #Jenkintown #StickMe #Lab

Very polite, professional and prompt. I was greeted upon arrival. One person was ahead of me. We were both out in 10 minutes. No discomfort or bruising.

Super Friendly Staff. The office is welcoming and pleasant. Much better than the previous location I went to!! Love this location. Will be doing all my lab work here from now on!

Super slow! Customer service is terrible, there is no one in the fron to greet people. I’ve been there 2 days in a row from 10am-2:30pm waiting for a simple drug screen for employment. This place is ridiculous!

So happy I came here with our 8 month old who needed allergy testing, very nice staff , Maryan was successful from the first try and make it fast and easy and would not stick her until she found a vein she was sure of. Thanks 👍

Very slow service. Staff did a lot of talking to patients. Four people walked out. Hour and a half wait time. Staff constantly talking about personal issues while patients are waiting.

Always in and out for me. Very professional. Make sure you make appointment.
