Long wait times. Even after waiting several minutes sometimes hours. Front desk tells me dr. Cant see me. So disrespectful as I work and dont like losing income and work full time. Unlike other patients who just live off welfare who have time to wait. Some dr very unprofessional both behavior and appearance. Therapists are great here and very timely and professional. Front desk not the best at letting patients know when need to reschedule due to overbooking appointments

I’m a college student who receives Care at sun river health. I’ve waited almost two weeks for this health center to provide my school with documentation detailing what I’m suffering from. Let me just tell you I’m still waiting. And while I’m waiting I’m also suffering because people in the office don’t care to be prompt. I’m in college with no accommodations while my mental health is slowly deteriorating -_-

They are on time and help patients. What I dont like is doctors some of them dont take patients health serious. If you need particular meds they wont help. My advice. Go online

Unfortunately waited forever, or two long hours, to be seen by the doctor; and when able to, did not receive adequate care. Doctor could not render service.

THE WORST! The clinic is always making you wait for hours no matter what time your appointment is. The doctors are unorganized, lazy with flippant attitudes. They will constantly reschedule you cause they are overbooked or give you an referral to places that are closed.. They dont answer messages on the portal.. Trainees are training each other. This clinic is runned by medicaid and it shows..

Dr. Who is amazing and so are the nurses. Everyone else...with the exception of the Asian guy at the front desk could benefit from a training seminar/workshop. And last but certainly NOT least, If the doctor leaves early you will make the journey there for nothing. The ppl in charge of scheduling do not communicate with the call center where appointments are made (whats that about?) or the patients about schedule changes. Do yourself a favor and make sure the doctor is there before

The services are great, however the wait time is horrible. My appointment was for 11:30am it’s well over an hour I haven’t been seen by the doctor. She literally be walking back and forth. Her calendar was clear from 10am up until 2:30pm on the web so I don’t understand the long wait.

I first just want to say that there are two people at the front desk who are great and 1of the nurses... Now the sloppy security rent a cop is an absolute tool. He speaks down to patients and is extremely condescending. He refused to tell me his name .... But by no means should this social reject work with the public ....I could go on ....do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Not only was security condescending but also threatened me

Borderline malpractice!Two visits to see my Dr. about a serious skin infection resulted with the first time being misdiagnosed, and the second time being prescribed prescribed a topical cream. The cream is not covered by my insurance however the ointment of the same product is. Trying to get a new prescription for something for something so simple has taken 4 days multiple phone calls, and no results. Its a good thing I was able to get the product needed from a friend, as trying to get a simple prescription called in has been more than a challenge.

The staffs are unprofessional. They lied to me about seeing the doctor today, knowing there werent any doctors present. Then they lied about telling me that I would see the doctor, but I recorded the conversation and played it to the manager. No integrity. Stay away from this place. They are only interested in money.

Terrible customer service representative center. To change one pharmacy to another I already have spent 1 hour and it will take more time I think. Representatives on the phone have big problems with understanding what you are telling. They have problems with English. Yes, of course, everybody emigrants and have different accents but it is too much! To provide first one my personal data like name, last name, date of birth I need to repeat everything for 5 times really and she still is not able to find me in the database, then she just has dropped the line. Second representative just has dropped the line. Third one went to check something and has dropped the line again. Gonna call it the 4th time now. Whats going on with your call center guys? And its always like this! All calls to you like nightmare and time waste! Please do something! Thanks.Update: 4th one finally got my data and went to check something again, put me on hold and I am listening music already 15 mins.Update: Has dropped the line.

The place is really small to the point its crowded all the time and they never have anything in order. The reason I gave it 3 stars is that my doctor, James Ho is really helpful and very knowledgeable. The staff however knows little what they are doing and the people at the front desk are rude and unorganized

This Brightpoint Health Clinic is far from Perfect. First, the location is very SMALL! The Staff here lack order & coordination as well as Professionalism amongst other things! That being said, I am Greatful for the Services I do receive from Mr Fano (np), the Medical Assistants. I write this, Not To Belittle Anyone at Brightpoint Health Clinic, but to bring this to the attention to Management that this location NEEDS HELP To Do A Better Job.

Therapist,Derek(@Suphtin Blvd in Queens)doesnt play games with your mind.As I told my husband,He does what he has to do,writing in your file your discussions with him and makes you feel comfortable speaking with him (no pressure).Youre free to be yourself around him&his time of voice is not judgemental.

Today was our first time there, we hadnt appointments, yet everyone we encountered was very helpful. This place was recommended by a friend. Thank you!

James Ho is a great doctor & that nurse Alecia is very attentive. The rest of them🖕🏽

Ilene is an amazing person who has always had my back. If you decide to attend please ask for her.

Dr. Sonja Punj is the best. Although I am going through some personal crisis She is professional, patient, and addressing my concerns. 5🌞

Came in early 12pm for 1:30 appt was seen on time. Appt was thorough lasted 30 minutes and staff handed out a good lunch

Besides them stopping the pizza, and how small this place is, I have no complaints. Every time I went I had good service and standards and needs were always met.

Dont go place has been reported many times for misconduct staff dont know what they are doin they hire new staff that are dude and unprofessional dont know why this place hasnt been shut down yet but it seems like its only a matter of time

DONT EVER COME HERE. Keran Hill does not follow up with you . The worst place I ever dealt with.

The service is excellent, everyone is very noble, professional, attentive, they really like to help, they like their work, they do it well, from the moment you walk in everything is pleasant, I feel comfortable every time I go, the workers are happy, this Its good, Im glad that they treat everyone with respect, patience and good attention, you dont always get to a place where they make you feel good.. but here this is one!!! Congratulations on your dedication, I cant complain about anyone here, they really are nice people!
