Very unprofessional place! Employees are beyond rude, gossip about the clients, and not only that they’re extremely judgmental! The employees tried getting physical with their clients after we experienced them having no customer service skills, no compassion, and no understanding of women that’s there for an unfortunate situation. The list could go on. All of the women there were very nonchalant about the wait hours, not knowing that women come from out of state. The behavior that was demonstrated was very unprofessional, undeserving, and if this continues the clinic will not be open for much longer! 0/10 I would NOT recommend!!!!

Called on Monday to look for soonest appointment. Was told earliest for first appointment (ultrasound) was Thursday. I proceeded to ask when will the second appointment be because I’m driving in all the way from atl GA (for obvious reasons) was then told Friday or Saturday. I gave the ok to schedule because I didn’t mind staying in a hotel for two nights. Got scheduled for 9am Thursday. Drove all the way here. Arrived at 8:55am. Went in filled out paperwork front desk lady ask me where I’m coming from etc because a doctor won’t be in, and the soonest appointment surgical for that location is NEXT WEDNESDAY 🤬‼️ However, they could check their Lake(whatever) location for something sooner but they wouldn’t know until I finish the paperwork and they input my information. Be so fr‼️🤬 TWO things I don’t play with is time AND MONEY! For $740 they should be on business! People are driving and flying from all over just for inconveniences!? Unacceptable! They don’t care because it’s not their time or money being spent. I followed my mind, stepped outside to my car and called another facility(PP) that could get me in today and Saturday for $600.

I’m not trying to discourage anybody from getting an abortion just don’t go here. Firstly they over charge especially considering their lack luster customer service and as well as supplies and facility. When giving a urine sample you get a little plastic drinking cup. The staff are very rude. My initial appt was in the am since they don’t have a doctor on site I had to come back and wait to be given a 3 min consultation not even about what to expect but about politics. I wasn’t able to see the doctor until 345 pm that afternoon mind you appt was 9 am. My second appt I checked in and they require you to have a driver. Here’s the part that made me find a new clinic. After going over the forms I decided I would just get local anesthesia as I’ve never been put under and decided I didn’t want that and my driver to stay that long. I told the desk I wanted to opt for local anesthesia, to which I was met with an attitude and so much insincerity “yeah you can but you’re gonna feel everything.” I’ve been given local anesthesia once before and nobody has ever told me that and why as a customer service rep at a clinic would you discourage somebody from wanting what they want. It also raises a red flag as to why they decide to put most woman under. I was just taken aback by the whole experience.After sitting in my car for a little the clinic called and said again with an attitude, “if you’re not here by 415 you might as well reschedule.” After which I decided I’d find another clinic, I rather lose the money spent on “labs” then be uncomfortable. I don’t even write reviews but this clinic needs a serious revamp of staff and supplies. Again I’m pro-choice and this review was not to discourage women from doing what they want just consider going to another clinic. It’s already a tough decision the experience should atleast be comfortable and you should have knowledgeable physicians and staff.

I waited 5-6 hours just for a consultation. Appointment was at 9 & the doctor didn’t get there until 3:15 ( was not told in advance which is inconsiderate towards the driver ) . Very unprofessional staff & definitely don’t recommend abortions here !

I would give the customer service here a 5. These women really work hard to help people. I unfortunately had some complications. The rare ones. I had five appointments , 2 rounds of medication abortion and a surgical abortion and here I lay in a hospital bed close to going septic bc my uterus was never cleared out fully. So landed me a huge infection. Again, I don’t think it was the women’s fault. It’s just my body. But, I do recommend following up sooner than I did when you think the bleeding or cramping is more than you think it should be. Good luck

I really appreciated my initial conversation over the phone to ask questions & make apt. I was worried about being judged, for obvious reasons but also this was my 2nd time going to them AND another personal issue I had to be ashamed about. The lady made me feel COMPLETELY comfortable as if family. She went above & beyond to make sure I got all the help & funds I needed. It just made so much of a difference having such a great experience.At my appointment everyone else was the same, I felt so relaxed & un judged.ALSO: I am seeing a few bad reviews and I can’t see how they are true. I am sure they are from non patients who don’t want these places open

The woman that I spoke to Andre or Andrea maybe, whatever, was so rude. I have never experienced a person who was so unprofessional. If that’s what the front desk looks like I don’t want to know what the back looks like.

I live on the west coast but while in town and had some free time I made an appointment for an annual exam. The NP Susan was absolutely phenomenal. She took her time and walked me through everything. She even gave me some information about how our bodies work that I never knew. I wish I could take her with me back home. I would love her as my GYN! The other ladies were great too.

The woman who says she’s been managing this place for 6 years is rude & condescending. Her name is Tangela. I will be filing a complaint with the health department & the medical board.. She has a nasty attitude. She was rude over the phone and rude in person. Do not do business here. However, the doctor was a male doctor and he was nice.

I will start off by saying this office is very unprofessional! Theyre rude and the person who introduced herself as the one who manages the office is very condescending! The wait time is ridiculous along with constantly being called back and forth from the lobby to the back. Its just seems chaotic at times. The only positive aspect, the Doctor, she was very nice. Also ladies, go to this website for birth control nurx.com no need for a pap smear. Answer a few questions and theyll send your birth control directly to you.

The Staff was Wonderful, especially the 2 ladies that check you in. They made me feel at ease and not so nervous. The Doctor was a female and was so nice and caring throughout the process. Thank You for being their for all Women who need your services. Becca

This place is ridiculous and trashy. They have an ongoing drama with the people who stand on the street with signs saying they can help and greeting people going in with God loves you we can help. thats all they do they dont interfere theyre on the street Ive never seen more than five people there but I see the drama that goes on. This one lady is constantly barraging them saying they cant stand on the street or even on the city portion of the property. Let me enlighten you your property does not start at the edge of the street to the building. At least 8 to 15 feet belong to the city and since it belongs to the city they can stand there. I dont care one way or the other what people are doing because people make their own choices but I do care that when I walk by I have to see the drama unfold. The lady if you can call it that who works there is drama, trashy and should know a little more about the law before spewing out nonsense and getting angry at people who are simply standing there saying good morning and we can help. Her behavior is a reflection of her character. Now they have a sign that say Ignore them come in youre welcomed? Really? How professional get over it. They can be there whether you like it or not. If the people who are seeking abortions are grown up enough to get pregnant they should be grown up enough to say thank you but its our decision and move on and do what you need to do.

From the very first call every single person I spoke with was amazingly sweet and wonderful. I could not have asked for a better experience. They prepared me with great knowledge. Respected and helped me in what was best for me. This place deserves all the funding. Huge props!

A 2 because I’ve been on depo for over a year and a few months . I have recently changed to this office January . Have had 2 doses from them and follow all protocols and I ended up pregnant which is concerning to me

Doors were locked no one answered at 3:30 pm. Called and someone picked up. Very rude. Not empathetic at all. I asked about an appointment and she just had a very bad attitude. Not necessary whatsoever. Just wanted to see how far along i was.

Everyone here was very kind and helpful. They made me feel safe and comforted. They were patient, informative, and compassionate. Even the protesters were friendly lol.

The doctor here is amazing. Having to make this decision is not easy but he makes it easier.

Me and my girlfriend were extremely nervous when we went in but once we were explained the options and how everything was done we felt at ease..... they also gave us time to think about our decision instead of rushing us..... thank you

I called for birth control but I can’t be seen as new patient unless I pay $180 for a pap first. If you are looking for birth control only this is not a place to go.

They are slow and the doctor is one where to be find so you sit and wait all day until they close to see the doctor when your appointment has been hours hours and hours from then
