Gabby has been warm, friendly, and caring every time I’ve been in to have my blood drawn. She listened to me when I explained that my veins have proven to work better with a butterfly needle, when most nurses at hospitals don’t even listen, then do what they want instead poking me several times until giving in and using the butterfly. I feel like visiting friends when I go there, and enjoy both woman who do amazing work there! Thanks ladies!

The staff who work at the location are kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I had a hard time with forming my hand into the correct position to be printed, but the agent worked with me in being able to obtain the scans I needed. I was embarrassed at first, but the employee did not make it awkward. It made me feel so much better!

Their customer service was great. Only 1 lab collector that day and time but she was great with communication about wait times and directions for specimen collection. 10/10 recommend!

The young lady that was in the lab the day I went was very polite although she was with someone she peeked out to let me know she’d be right with me. When it was my turn to go back she had me confirm my information. She then gave me clear instructions on what she needed me to do. After I purchased a vitamin b-12 injection and she explained that as well, before administering it. Over all she was great.

Staff was very great, respected my privacy. Was in and out in a timely manner.

I went for fingerprinting. I made a same day appt and was helped immediately. The appt itself went quicker than scheduling did. I really appreciated the prompt service.

Went for a drug screening and also got an injection while there. Was greeted immediately and she was great. I believe i was there a whole 20-25 mins and thats because there was someone ahead of me already. My only complaint isnt really a complaint, but more of a request/recommendation. The hours arent really for working clients. I was wanting to come in for injections weekly but I work 8-5 and i work an hour away so making it to the office Monday- Friday 9-4 wont be feasible. So now I am looking for someplace thats open later or on Sat to get my injections.

I’m a CDL driver and subject to random testing. I have never been in and out so quickly since random testing began, nor treated with more respect. Definitely a pleasant experience.

I had some issues with the third-party vendor, but the staff was absolutely amazing and took good care of me

I came to do dna testing today and I had a great experience. They were able to take me a little early so my breastfed baby could go ahead and eat, they were super nice and informative and all around just pleasant

Random drug testing requires you too watch while they label your specimen and initialize it, that’s fine. What they don’t do is allow you to see when they dispose of any leftover specimen, why not! I was told when asked about it that I could’ve requested to do so. No, it should be a part of the process, just like all these other requirements you have. The person doing the testing didn’t like the question but that’s ok too.

The experience was quick and efficient for pre employment screening. Clean sample cup, and pretty blue water in the facilities. Would absolutely urinate here again.

DOT random. Walked in, checked in, taken back right away. Maybe 10min total from the time I parked to the time I was back in my truck. There are some urgent care facilities close by…don’t go there. You will sit and wait for hours before being able to provide the sample needed. I’ve made that mistake before…never again. Thank you for the professionalism and speedy process!

Honestly a good experience, I went in for pre employment drug test. Staff were nice, and they have a awesome $99 vet help Option that gives you a whole bunch of testing included in the $99

I came here for pre-employment drug testing. I arrived around noon and there was nobody else in the waiting area, so I signed in and was immediately taken back. The whole process from signing in to finish took less than 10 minutes. Maybe less than 8. The person working there was kind and professional. Really great experience.

Easy to make appt. Lab followed-up and was helpful in ensuring they had Rx info from primary care provider. Lab-tech (at reception and when drawing labs) was helpful, very competent, and super pleasant. Was out in < 10 mins. Could not ask for a better experience.

I highly recommend ARCpoint labs over any other clinic that I have been to. I have gone there 3 times (2 for blood work and 1 for urine analysis) and have had such a positive experience. I highly recommend requesting Gabby as she has helped me in all 3 visits. Everytime she was very knowledgeable and drew my blood without me feeling the needle. I wish more clinics were ran like this. Again, I can not recommend this place enough!
