Everyone is so lovely and welcoming. I’ve had two acupuncture visits so far and it’s been wonderful. Each visit they go in depth on what you want to work on and how your last treatment went. It is very individualized and each treatment is done with purpose and care.

Ive been visiting Thrive for acupuncture treatments for a few years now! Its changed the way I think about pain management. The providers listen and truly focus on helping me alleviate problem areas. I highly recommend giving it a try.

I was a skeptic, but found a fabulous practitioner (Tessa) who explains health benefits of each treatment. She tailors each session to respond to my bodys needs, and uses multiple techniques including accupuncture, moxa and cupping. Great outcomes for me! The office itself is very comfortable.

If you’re looking for the best acupuncture - look no further than Ariel. They are hands down the best, and despite my fear of needles we have worked together over the past 6 months and have seen a significant increase in better sleep, lower anxiety and less headaches. Can’t recommend this practice and Ariel enough.

Where do I even begin? THANK YOU Thrive Integrative Health! Thank you so much! After many years of unexplained infertility, several rounds of failed IUI’s, we were very nervous. Quickly approaching forty, we kept asking questions, explored options and we decided to switch fertility clinics. Our new nurse practitioner recommended keep doing “what you’re doing,” (wink wink) but add in acupuncture and a few new vitamins. She explained that while not a guarantee, studies show a significant improvement in pregnancy rates when acupuncture treatment is added in. This is when a quick google search and asking a friend for a referral lead us to the team at Thrive Integrated Health.I was depressed, tired, nervous, we longed to start a family. I had no previous experience with acupuncture, but when you’re in the thick of infertility, you ask lots of questions, you try lots of recommendations. Acupuncture? Sure, let’s try it. The team at Thrive were so kind and compassionate. They asked thoughtful questions and walked me through everything, step by step. I showed up for appointments, we followed their advice. And after a few months of weekly treatments… my headaches were gone (bonus!) and… we were pregnant! Finally! After all these years, we got pregnant! Nine months later we have a healthy, happy and thriving baby! Thank you just doesn’t seem like enough to explain our appreciation. Simply put, the Thrive Integrative Health team helped us build our family! We will always be grateful!

Dr. sacher is great; very welcoming, warm and nice. Happy to find a practitioner who seems to be invested and caring towards her patients.

I suffer from migraines and after a few sessions with Carsten my migraines are much better. My husband was a non believer and after going in for acupuncture he is hooked. So happy that they now are in Covington also.

OMG. I feel great! After months of neck and shoulder pain I feel hopeful! After two sessions with Ariel and Carsten I feel the best in months. Both are excellent providers. Today with Carsten, he had thoroughly read my records, asked excellent questions and made me feel in good hands. I strongly felt with both of them they had a vested interest in my health. They were clearly on my team to better health. Although the l session, while intense, I felt confident that I was in good hands. Seriously the happy chemicals the two sessions have stimulated have left me feeling very hopeful that I can conquer the pain challenges ahead of me. I am nearly euphoric after this last session. My neck and shoulders havent felt this relaxed and released in ages. I have a healthy sense of skepticism on anything new to me, I am also open. After two sessions, I feel like a true believer. I would have never thought.

I had a great provider however the administration of this practice lacks accuracy, honestly and professionalism. After making payments after every session, I received a bill weeks later that they changed the code and I had an outstanding balance. At this time I had a newborn and did not pay attention to receiving mail. I assumed that since I payed the sessions right after, everything was fine. Weeks later I was hit with several late fees and almost got sent to collections. I called the office manager Claudia and they ignored my request and told me I should have known ignoring the fact that I had recently gave birth and paid all my payments at the time of service. It was very uncalled for and honestly the billing admin should have got their codes right after the session.

I’ve been seeing Gracia since October to help with fertility problems. My husband and I had been trying to conceive for almost a year at that point. Not only did Gracia do her job as an acupuncturist, but she helped teach me how to increase my chances of fertility in other ways outside of the office. With Gracia’s help and support, I was able to get pregnant within two months of working with her. Not only has she helped us get pregnant, but I have been able to continue to see her to help prevent a miscarriage and help ease those awful pregnancy symptoms. Gracia is one of the sweetest and kindest people I’ve ever met and always makes me feel comfortable when I’m with her. I will forever be grateful to her!!

Ive gone to this place for acupuncture on and off for about 2 years now. Carsten and Anna are both really good. Carsten helped me with some really tricky recoveries that even the PCP and ER doctors misdiagnosed. I saw him for TMJ in the beginning and then continued seeking care for a variety of neck and shoulder issues. Great ambience too and I always leave this place feeling really relaxed. Highly recommend.

Ive been to three other acupuncturists in my life and have never had such a hands on/clear health plan put together for me in the first meeting. It made me feel heard and expectations were set from the beginning.it has given me so much relief in pain that has been constant for years.

Tessa is gifted and amazing, I tell everyone to go here!

FYI to anyone who comes here, they will deny service to you if you have other medical conditions (I had an upset stomach). They dove into my upset stomach with tons of questions instead of asking about my muscle tensions or mental stress. Went there to relax and get some stress taken off of me with acupuncture but after telling them my other struggles they said that they can’t help. I mean what just happened? I’m not asking you to cure me, just help me relax. Wasted my entire work day. So unprofessional.
