My partner and I have been utilizing this program for a couple of years now and everything started out great, AT FIRST!!! Now, I cant EVER get my benefits on time, my case manager is a joke who cares more about making the company look good than she does caring for her clients... I am so disappointed in my care that I am seriously considering removing my name and partners name from the program so they no longer get sponsorship for services they ARE NOT PROVIDING!!!! If you go here for services, make SURE you dont get a woman named Kris as your case manager!!!!! 😡😡😡

FREE testing for STI/STDs including same day HIV testing. Staff are professional and extremely kind. The faculty was clean and felt very inclusive.10/10 would recommend

I refer folks to Step-Up all the time for FREE STI testing. Its where I always go for my three month testing. They have after work hours on Tuesday and Thursday! Every tester has been wonderful. It is so clear how much they care about what they do. Its a safe and judgment free environment. They have other services as well, but the testing is all I need at this time. Cannot recommend them enough!

I love this place! They have amazing resources and even bigger hearts ♡ and miss Stephanie Jackson is amazing thank you for ALL you do for me my family and our community ❤

This is a place of resources and care coordinations. They strive to make peoples lives in our community better... These people have an understanding of what folks go through in their day to day, and are there to pickup and help with the things when we fall short, or need help in answering prayers... They have access to government funding as well as a knowledge of other accesses to funding, housing, health benefits as well as clothing and food... If you are at a point of need, genuine need in your life, this could be the group you need to seek advice from... Truly worth the 5minutes of your busy life, to see what they have to offer

The BEST ASO in Indiana, hands-down. Many former Damien Center clients have switched to Step-Up and are wise to do so. Damien Center unfortunately only exists as a facade for its upper management to glorify themselves and the actual services they provide and clients they purport to help are all tertiary to their tending to their own egos.

They are so helpful for those they serve!

This place is a god send. They are providing me with some financial assistance as well as a caring community to find emotional support. I hope that they thrive and expand for the benefit of everyone.
