I had the very best experience at RGI…they were always so kind and helpful and really made this difficult process as seamless as possible. The receptionist and Jenna at the Independence location went above and beyond working with my schedule and answering the many questions I had. Lastly, Katlin my navigator handled everything and was just amazing. Thank you all!

Truly would give RGI a million stars if we could! We love RGI so much, and especially love Dr. Maseelall and our navigator Courtney B! We went to Dr. Maseelall after receiving quite uninvolved/insensitive care from a doctor at a major hospital system. From the start Dr. Maseelall made us feel like she was going to do everything possible to help us build our family. She validated our losses and always used incredibly thoughtful language. She is truly an inclusive and trauma informed provider who deeply cares about her patients success. If it wasnt for Dr Maseelall we wouldn’t have the privilege of being parents. We are so lucky that she shares her gifts with the world. Dr Maseelall is an angel and to be her patient is a true privilege! Thank you Dr. M!!Courtney is an amazingly attentive and thorough navigator who always met us with compassion, care, reassurance, and support! Courtney is always incredibly prompt and even popped in for our big appointments to show that she was here for support. We couldn’t have asked for a better navigator and are so lucky that we had Courtney every step of the way for our era, transfer, and pregnancy. Thank you Courtney for making sure everything runs so smoothly for your patients! You are the best!Every person we’ve encountered at RGI has been so kind. The staff at both the Cleveland/Independence and Akron locations are all amazing! The NP’s were always so sweet and thorough. We also saw Dr Bhatt and Dr Nash for many monitoring appointments and always felt they emulated the same awesome qualities as Dr M. Every provider there is truly exceptional. We have referred 2 couples here and both now have their sweet babies too. This practice truly contains the best reproductive endocrinologists you can find in the state! Thank you all for everything you do to help people like us create the family we always dreamed of!

Dr. Maseelall was awesome and helped us to create our little miracle baby! She made the whole process easy and fun. We saw most of the doctors at Cleveland & Akron at one point or another and all of them were top notch! The staff members in the Cleveland office were always helpful and accommodating. Would recommend RGI (Cleveland & Akron) to anyone going through infertility! :)

I can’t say enough positive things about RGI Cleveland! Mariel and everyone on the staff here always made me feel so comfortable and cared about! It didn’t take long for them to remember me by name as soon as I walked in, which is very comforting while going through infertility. It always felt like they cared about me and my journey personally and wanted the best for me. I am forever thankful! I truly looked forward to every appointment here.

RGI has blessed us with our first miracle. Dr. Zolton and our navigator Dakota were both incredible and kind. Although there isnt anything easy about this journey they were the best at guiding us through all the bumps along the way.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about our experience at RGI. I know smaller, private clinics aren’t affordable/accessible to everyone, but the level of care was exceptional. I always felt like I had access to my doctor, they took to the time to answer questions, and I felt supported by the entire staff along the way. Both Dr. Zolton and Dr. Maseelall were progressive in their approach, thoughtful, and so knowledgeable. If you’re in the infertility trenches, RGI is a great first step.

I’ve been a patient of RGI for 3 years now and if I could give more than 5 stars I would. The CLE office is a great. The staff is beyond friendly, accommodating and just wholeheartedly supportive. You don’t feel like just another patient there, you feel like you’re part of a family/friend group. Can not thank them all enough!

Dr. Zolton was wonderful! She made us feel so comfortable the whole way through this process and was very kind and caring! She is very professional and thorough. All the doctors here at RGI are great and I would highly recommend them!

Her virtual support was readily available, and she responded promptly to all my inquiries, no matter how trivial they seemed. Melissas compassion and willingness to help made a significant difference in my overall experience.Overall, I cant thank the entire team at this clinic enough. Their commitment to patient care is exceptional, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of top-notch medical assistance.

Dr. Maseelall and her staff are amazing! Dr. M can formulate a plan for each individual situation and is always knowledgeable and super friendly. The staff is always quick to respond to any questions or concerns and makes the environment so comfortable. My husband and I would highly recommend this office to anyone in need of a fertility specialist.

If I could give negative stars I would . After going somewhere else it truly opens my eyes to how bad this place truly is. What a waste of over 6000$.
