Staffs awesome recovery options are endless I use them everyday to recoup from workouts and playing softball the nights before the Doctors are very knowledgeable and get u on the right track. If your on the fence about coming in and trying it don’t wait any longer they can get u on the right track and feeling like a better version of yourself. Remember normal is optimal

#over50 , Im so glad Optimize came to my town, (so is my wife!). Im starting feel like a real man again! The staff at Optimize is great. Very professional. Go get get your levels checked. (for me its T Injections, red light, compressions and cryo therapy). 5 stars if you could stay open later or earlier.....

They made me feel comfortable answering any questions I had. They understood my just sceduale and worked me in for just a QandA face to face soon as I had asked. The treatments they offer are on a much better level than most places in a small town and they have compassion when it comes to knowing your story and what could work best to help your whole health. This place has fully started a new chapter in my life with options that have already started changing me healthier within 30 days. So grateful to the front desk ladies and doctors that run this place. I high recommend to anyone looking for better options for long term happier health. Mental and physical.

I have been going to Optimize U for almost a month. I have done the compression, cryo, red light, and sauna. All have been amazing. The entire team is super friendly and helpful. Hanna, Dominique, and Angie have all been fantastic at explaining everything available and how to use each therapy offered. Hannah draws blood like an expert and she is incredibly funny.

Love Optimize U! I’ve been coming for 2 months and taking advantage of all of their services. I feel much better, stronger, and living my best life having investing in my overall health. The staff are very knowledgeable and supportive!

Love this new facility. I’ve literally visited this place at least twice a week since I’ve signed up. The front desk staff gave me a tour of the facility my initial visit. Explained all the different methods of recovery that they offered at the facility, and the benefits of their use. Since I’ve been coming here, I feel like it has truly reduced my recovery time, and the labs have given me better insight on what’s really going on with my body. As someone who really likes to keep track of their overall wellbeing, I’m really glad this facility is around, and appreciate the awesome staff that’s here to support it.

Had a great experience from start to finish at Optimize U - Hopkinsville. From the time I walked in and was warmly greeted by the staff I knew that it would be a good experience. The facility is immaculately clean and up to date on equipment. The Dr thoroughly went over labs with a detailed description of results. They’ve got a ton to offer and looking forward to the new Cryotherapy they will have soon!

I use the red light sauna five days a week when I am able to. The staff makes it easy to schedule and coming into a clean/ welcoming facility is the best way to start my day!I also use the clinic, getting regular bloodwork to make sure that my body is functioning at full potential has me feeling exceptional and has completely changed my life mentally and physically.

Hannah and Dominique are so knowledgeable and helpful. We love coming to this location for recovery. The cold plunge and cryo are both great and the atmosphere is so welcoming.

Omg I came home for the week and the girl at the desk (dominique) was really good to me like wow already had my sauna ready with towel and a water in there great services!!!!!

Amazing facilities with even more amazing staff. I wouldn’t trust getting hormone therapy anywhere else.

Stopped in to try the cold plunge, It was definitely cold! But after the 3 minute session I felt great! It cleared up my leg and lower back aches and pains.

Cant find anything bad to say about one thing they offer, amazing staff, and theyve got me feeling like Im in my 20s.... GO CHECK THEM OUT
