The staff here have been great to my family and I. Dr. Coffey and his team are a pleasure to see, and rarely is there much of a wait. Since coming to One Community my health has improved and my quality of life has gone through the roof. I trust them for a healthy future and recommend them to any one in need.

We love our physician Dr. Natalie Speck!!! We tend more toward the holistic lifestyle. Dr. Speck has the western medicine education and comes from a background of herbal and holistic experience. Our wellness has greatly improved because of her expertise. She truly listens and works with use in alternatives.

My doctor and her nurse take the BEST care of me although my regular Dr has cut back her clinic hours even more so can b hard to c right away sometimes. Other times I can get right in it just depends however I always see another Dr. If its something I feel can not wait . I would give 10 stars if I could I luv Dr Serra & Kim!!!!!!

The staff here is great and always helpful in setting appointments and answering questions. However, on my last visit, I noticed that one of the older secretaries with glasses slid over the counter, which I thought was completely inappropriate.

Every one is kind and very courteous. Sonde is my PC. She listens to meShe has only me on her mind. Sometimes I need more time she gives it to me. I usually get appointments when I need them. I really see Sonde as a friend. As a retired professor from one of Californias high ranking Universities and with years of experience as a professional musician, extensively researching touring and recording in the US, Caribbean, and Europe, I have received medical care, when needed, in a variety of global locations as well as throughout the US. Dr Souflees skills, mannerisms, and demeanor elevate her to the very top of her profession. She has a capacity to generate comfort in her patients without diminishing required care. RB

Brooke Nicolas at one community health In hood river is absolutely amazing. She is so sweet, and you can tell how much she cares. She took us in even tho she was booked for the day. My newborn is having a high fever and we are all really sick, and I was really scared. She gave up her lunch to see us! I just think that shows how committed she is to her patience, and there children. This is the second time she has squeezed us in due to different circumstances. I just cant praise her enough. All of the doctors there are amazing, I just had to mention her because I am so greatful for her.

Wonderful experience. First visit. They got me in to my appointment quickly. Every person that I encountered was so happy, friendly, patient, and kind. Dr gulley was amazing. She spent so much time. Did not feel rushed at all.

Great place to get your healthcare. They usually are able to schedule appointments a month out and are always very thorough in getting you what you need. Yana little is amazing at her practice. She makes you feel very comfortable and makes sure you are okay with everything she is doing. Acupuncture was something I was little unsure about but let me tell you it us amazing and makes you feel great. Its a must try for all kinds of pains, stress, and sleep problems ect. Definitely book a appointment you wont regret it.

I love the courteous and pleasant admitting office personnel. I also love the office assistant if Dr. Acosta. She is kind, knowledgeable, competent and efficient. As for the good Dr. Acosta, I think he’s great! He’s very knowledgeable, and kind, efficient as well. Dr. Acosta treats me very warmly and lets us patients feel that he is approachable. He also is very thorough and doesn’t make one feel rushed.

So grateful for OCH! They saw my son early, on a walk-in appointment. We still only waited 10 minutes to get in for a temporary filling and they found a slot for a permanent in 7 days.This is heads and tails above what our experience with another pediatric dental office has been.The staff was kind, engaging and encouraging. They even listened to my 8 year old while he communicated his feelings. He left, looking forward to his next visit.

Usually have a good experience with one community health but after calling about setting up an appointment they were rude to me for no reason. Interrupted me probably 4 times. Wouldn’t give me the simple info I needed about wait times, instead told me in a rude way that I need to walk in instead. Made me feel dumb for asking about emergency dental appointments saying they don’t exist when OCH website says they do. Overall not a great experience, I hope some retraining on how to professionally speak to patients is done.

My mother has chronic pain and is on daily medication. OCH consistently makes it difficult for her to obtain her prescriptions when they are up for a refill. Messages in MyChart take days to get a response. She consistently goes days without medication, during which time she is in excruciating pain. I have to call as her personal representative, demand to speak with someone who can fix it and be extremely firm with them to get OCH to take action and release her medication. It shouldnt be this hard to receive quality care!

Hood river one community Health is the best!... i still feel its the best! The year is 2024, and i have the best Doctor!! (Shout out to my primary care doctor! Dr. KATHLEEN MCKENNA!), i thank her for her patience with me. Never judging. And professional care and genuine sincere compassion. Thank you Dr. McKenna! Beyond terrible experience.The dentist that I saw was extremely rude and disrespectful and made me feel really bad about having anxiety.I understand everyone has bad days but taking it out on your patients and fat shaming them and making them cry and telling them that they just need to take a Xanaxis not ok.What was also disappointing is that the dental assistant just sat there and didn’t say or do anything but stare at the computer while the dentist was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional.Just all around a horrible experience and I wouldn’t recommend going here at all

I had made an appointment to get my wisdom teeth removed. When I got there, a lady attended me and told me that I had to get them removed even though I already knew I had told the receptionist I needed them removed, she scheduled me again a couple weeks later. The second appointment was canceled because the one who is going to remove my teeth was no longer working there and I was not informed. They rescheduled me a month later and I went in and again they didn’t remove my teeth. At this point I was very mad and I’m in a lot of pain. So I still have to wait till they can find someone to remove them. And I’ve tried other dentist, but they can’t remove my teeth. I feel like they wasted my time, my designated driver, and along with other dentists.

I had to have 3 teeth pulled, Dr. Gina Vinsky and her (I dont hear well enough to catch name) assistant are an awesome team working together, and they made sure to cover all aspects of possible concerns to help the experience during my visit. My wife and I are/have been extremely happy with our visits for dental work.🙂🙂

It was my new patient physical, it was a great experience. Dr. Connie Serra was great, was like talking to a friend. I also love how OCH looks after the community with health a wellness offering free exercise classes, and many other community programs that can be accessed.

I have tried and tried and tried to get in for an appointment same day, the woman on the phone put me on hold every 10 seconds, and i’d be on hold for 5 minutes every time, i was put on hold around 7 times within one phone call with the same receptionist, she was very unclear whether id be able to get in same day or not, making it seem like i wasn’t already a patient there. Very confusing and frustrating when I am trying to figure out my health.

I have been coming to this location for my medical care for several years! My Dr. & her medical team are amazing. I have never been made to feel badly about myself, or feel like they arent listening to me. I get prompt responses to messages/calls, & they have always gone out of their way to help me with anything Ive needed. I truly feel like they care about my well-being.

Dr Hankins and staff are very friendly with our kids, and go above and beyond to ensure that they have a great experience for their visits.Like all medical offices, do expect some waiting time once your visit is initiated. But the wait is worth it.

Camie (I think was her name) was just great. She was really nice the whole time. She even had me feel like I didn’t scree my teeth up quite as badly as I thought. She just made me feel like I wasn’t a complete idiot for having put off dental work for mental health related issues. Super nice, and she did a great job on my teeth!

Dr.Fauth is beyond the best caring Doctor I have ever had, Iam so happy she has been with me through the past 12 plus years caring for our family and helping us through the rough times. Thank you Molly

Was in need to speak see a therapist/counselor. Set up an appointment in the beginning of December. Earliest they could get me in is February 6th. On the 6th I go in to see them, and they tell me the counselor is not in the office. They told me I had to reschedule, so I go to, and the soonest opening is march 26th. A nearly four month wait is absolutely ridiculous.

I absolutely love my Dr! This is the only Dr I have had that actually listens to me and gets things done! I have been seeing my Dr for less than 6 months, and already he has gotten me into physical therapy, Im getting acupuncture, had a lump removed from my shoulder area, has sent me to a clinic that has agreed to fix my herniated discs soon, and Ive got an appointment tomorrow to see a specialist about frequent headaches! Im moving to the Dalles in a few weeks, but Im definitely staying with my Dr and everyone he has referred me to! Thank you everyone for everything you do! I couldnt ask for any better of care givers!!!

I gave 1 star because I had a bad experience. They really went out of their way to resolve the issue so were back up to 3. There is communication issues between the front desk staff and the dentists that could be improved. Well see how my next few appointments go.

Dr. Flaiz and her assistants were very professional and so good with my son. They got us in quickly and addressed our needs very efficiently. His gums feel so much better.

My experience at OCH today was very positive. All employees, Nurses , lab tech are professional and kind. Dr Serra is an exceptional physician, she is genuinely interested in my wellbeing and takes time to listen and ask me follow up questions. I recommend OCH for great professional healthcare.

Excellent medical facility.The staff is always conscientious, is focused on me as a patient, and seems to be very efficient and knowledgeable.One thing though, they ask patients to arrive 15 minutes prior to their appointment, and you need to arrive then, not 2 minutes before the scheduled appointment.

I have been going to this clinic for over fifteen years. Dr. Acosta , Dr. Hankins, and now Dr. Coffee (aka Dr. Cappuccino), are just incredible providers. They listen, they acknowledge, they respond, and they add great value to my and my family’s life. I am so grateful to this clinic for hiring and maintaining this exceptional group of doctors.

Very Rude Staff and unhelpful when making simple requests for records, I have also had three notices in the last eight years pertaining to my private medical records being compromised. I have never accessed my records online myself. They clearly have no accountability for losing patients private medical records and I have no doubt that it will happen again as it happens regularly with them.In addition there is an individual that works here by the Name of Fernando Polanco, AKA Dr. Polanco who I saw because my doctor was out of the office. I simply was there to get some test results and was badgered by him to get the covid 19 shot. I showed him unrefutably evidence of the dangers and side effects of the so called vaccine. He didnt even listen and proceed to call me a Flat Earther. As most people know by now this is factually correct that the vaccine did not work and has hurt many people. This individual wears multiple homosexual lapel pins on his work attire as well. Very unprofessional in my opinion. This so called doctor does not care about his patients and seems to only be interested in his kickbacks from big Pharma. I can only hope that in time he will be held accountable for his shortsightedness and ignorance. Patients beware! Remember < Real Eyes Realize Real Lies........

She always make sure that we have addressed all my current health issues, and when she is not able to, she refers me to others who can better address my health concerns. Brooke Nicholls is amazing! I really liked Dr. Parker as well. The last year and a half I have had a hard time finding good providers I can trust after having such a horrible time with doctors during and after chemotherapy. Have been going to this clinic or taking my children to this clinic for 27 years. The Doctors are great and the staff are friendly and truely care about their patients. Their new building is beautiful, hard to get to right now as there is currently only handicapped parking. This is a great medical practice to get care for the whole family at.

Was not crowded at all, I was wearing a mask though, which was appreciated by the workers. I was in and out at the scheduled time for my 7th Covid vaccine!

I am a new patient. I love my doctor and most of the staff is great. However I have had to call three times to get a perscription called in to my pharmacy. It is now Saturday and I will be out of my medication Monday morning. I called twice last week and once today. I do not know where in the chain things got messed up. This is the first time I have called in for a script. As I am a very new client here.

I have been seen by Dr. Taggart on different occasions for dental needs. He is outstanding. I felt relaxed as he explained everything to me. He goes out of his way to do exceptional work. He is the best dentist that Ive ever gone to. I highly recommend this team.

Admin sucks. They bill you wrong and send your referrals out wrong. If you don’t mind chasing them over and over to do that right then they go because the providers are pretty good.

Be cautious... I went in for one of the early morning emergencies due to severe tooth pain. The Dr and staff were excellent while repairing my tooth, trying their best to save it. I was given a root canal and a temporary filling to be made permanent at a later date. Well, life happens and it took me longer than normal to get back for the procedure but when time came I needed it done? Well.... Im not a client of theirs because I have only been in there for emergencies so Im unable to make an appointment AND they arent taking new clients. Counter staff is just rude and has no answers. Im thankful for their emergency care but very dissatisfied with their logic and/or policy. Leaving a person with a temporary anything n telling them to come back knowing its not possible is just wrong.

One Community Health has consistently given me the best health and dental care that I have ever received. I’m so grateful for all of these amazing practitioners, staff, and facilities.

The service was excellent. The front desk personnel were efficient, and courteous, and Craig Kozeluh was personable, discussed options, and explained all he was doing. I like the bite dam and block to assist with holding the mouth open. The wrist blood pressure device was very inconsistent and varied widely from my usual reading. I had an appt. upstairs following the dental and her bp was accurate.The appt. went quickly.

I have been going to One Community Health for many years, since it previously was La Clinica. I have been blessed with a lineage of outstanding doctors and practitioners and have always, without exception, have received nothing but true care and caring within a holistic approach. My symptoms werent the only focus - who I was, why I was, what I was - were always forefront. I cannot recommend highly enough to anyone seeking care, in the truest sense of the word, that you will be cared for.

This place is a life saver I was having the worst pain I have ever felt I couldnt sleep I couldnt even think though the pain I ended up making an emergency appointment and the got me in as soon as they could then ended having to pull a wisdom tooth that had a cavity ( I also have massive anxiety and panic attacks when it comes to tooth removal because of a different dentist experience) they removed the tooth and where very kind to me now 2 days after I didnt have to take any tylenol the entire day I was able to eat and sleep peacefully thank you guys so much I could not have asked for a better experience and results. I truly appreciate all that you do.

Been going there for a very long time. Dr Fauth is my doctor and is great and listens to me. I have all ways been treated by all staff members with respect and not treated like a number.

The treatment by Yana is excellent. However, the space she is given to do her treatments is abominable. She needs to be given a designated room that she alone can set up and use all the time. Or even 2 rooms so she can care for 2 clients at the same time.

I got what I payed for here having free healthcare. A doctor who dismissed my debilitating symptoms, didnt have the time to listen to my concerns and made no attempt to help me figure out why I could no longer walk or use my hands.Wrote a prescription for a rollator, but waited 3 days to ask a nurse to fax it over. Ordered the wrong x-rays, never sent the labs, all the while knowing I couldnt walk unassisted. Ignores messages and concerns. The care has always been decent. Never great. But after being a patient there 9 years and my life is now in jeopardy. When desperately need someone to help me. Not an option. I wont be returning.

I made an appointment for a dental cleaning as a new patient. After a nearly 2 month wait to get in, as I sat down I learned there would be no cleaning today, only an exam by the doctor. Then that didnt even happen because doc was having computer problems. I probably could have been accepting of the intake process if I was told up front it would take two appointments to get my teeth cleaned. I may give a second chance but after losing an hour of my work day I felt it better to just exit the building.

Ive been trying to call for 3 weeks now to become a new patient. No one answers I have been on hold each time with no one picking up. Currently a patient at Providence womens clinic and have been with my last pregnancy as well but I want a better experience with my 2nd child and I have heard good things about One Community Health but I can never get someone to pick up for me so Ive honestly just given up🤷🏼‍♀️

I have had my choice of dentists because I can afford that. No matter your economic circumstances this is BY FAR the best clinical setting in the Gorge, this AND they are the most invested in our community. Support One Community Health!

All of the providers here are amazing, I dont usually review doctors offices but Im extremely pleased with this clinic and the staff here. I have a newborn whos premature and I really feel heard and validated with every interaction here.

I went in to office to make appointment completed all paperwork. Made the appointment about 3-4 weeks after with the doctor I wanted. They called to tell me my appointment was cancelled to call back. The day of the appointment they called to ask if I was coming. I said no you cancelled it but I would like to reschedule. She put me on hold and came back and said the doctor was not taking new patients. The most unorganized staff I have ever dealt with at a doctors office.

It was a pleasure from intake to identifying my dental needs. Professional and courteous staff from reception to technician to doctor. Made me feel at ease despite my tendency to feel very anxious during dental visits.

Hood River Clinic is truly amazing and always welcoming, caring, and very comfortable. The doctors and nurses and aides do everything in their power to help. Referring to specialist when it is best.

Dr. Fauth is the best! She has always provided excellent care technically, but she also shows beyond a shadow of a doubt that she truly cares about her patients as individuals and she clearly loves being a doctor! She’s been my pcp shortly after she arrived at OCH and when I brought my aged and fragile mom to OR to live with us, it was Dr. Fauth whom I trusted with her care. Love her!!! I’ve also had the pleasure of working with Dr. McAllister and Dr. Serra and have been super happy with both of them! Very caring and both demonstrate true empathy. My husband’s PCP is Dr. Parker and he has been most happy with him! Very supportive, knowledgeable and kind. Funny too!

Dr. Parker is my primary physician and I will never change Dr. He is a caring person who listens to his patients. He truly cares and helps you help yourself. I have tried to quit smoking 100s of times. Dr. Parker set me up with a stop smoking aid, but the best part is he didnt stop there. Dr. Parker then put me in touch with Sara. Sara is a wonderful person who has given me many exercises to help me self sooth myself and techniques in breathing through my cravings. I can now say I am a non smoker. One Community Health is my and my familys Health care center for live.

Just had a dental visit at OCH and was very impressed with how streamlined and innovative that place was. Their COVID best practices are some of the best I have experienced in a health care setting and their use of technology made the check in process quick, easy + efficient. On top of that, the staff was incredibly friendly, helpful + empathetic. If Elon Musk could have designed health care, this would have been it!

Dr. Vinsky and her assistant, Olga, are always so nice when I come in. Where, other dentists I’ve encountered, have typically been lacking in this department. I always leave their feeling like they’ve done all they could for me.

The Hood River Doctors and hygienists were awesome. The problem is the front desk reception area. They are outright rude, cold, and appear totally unqualified for the job they are attempting to do. Been here 4 times and the same is true every time. I think their face would crack and crumble to the floor if they ever tried to smile.

Dr. Taggart is an amazing dentist who does especially well with children. He and all the staff at the clinic are friendly and helpful!

I saw Dr. Vinsky, and even though I have dental phobias, she was gentle and very professional. Her assistant Lane was great and reassuring, understood my needs.

New building is incredible and the staff is friendly, bi-lingual (Español/English), and efficient. Most recent visit was for the COVID-19 vaccine and the longest part was simply the 15-minute waiting period after receiving the shot. Very organized. A great resource here in Hood River.

Call after call...no answer! Trying to make appt for my ill son is impossible! 1pm and no one answering phone. Checking desk always unorganized. Staff is more into talking about their past or upcoming wk ends!Only reason I stay with this office is because Dr. Hawkins is great with my son.

Update 2023: Someone hacked this clinics web servers and instead of paying the ransom, they (the clinic) just let everyones personal info get posted all over the Internet, including MY Social Security number, which is now being used by people in Chicago at fast food restaurants. They had a class action but didnt notify me. I will take them to court. You can never contact anyone in this clinics administration and they do that on purpose. Because they think they are unaccountable to the people they supposedly serve.If youre poor and Latino you might get good care. If you are an illegal migrant farm worker, youll get excellent care. But if you are old and white and poor, you get the shaft. And the mostly Latino staff at the front, which is highly disorganized, will make fun of you in Spanish, thinking you are a dumb white person who doesnt speak Spanish. Well, I do. It happened to me. I will never go back there.And look at the responses from owner on these reviews.Hi______ and then the exact same copy and paste fake caring bs. It sounds like you had a tough experience. Id encourage you to call during our open hours and share you concerns with our staff. Those phone numbers are not made public. At all. All you can do is call the main number and after waiting forever, you end up getting routed to someones voice mail. Ridiculous.

I had very nice dental visits overall and wish my dentist a blessed future and I am glad to meet him and glad for his new experiences with his new clinic.

Dr Warrell truly cares about the work she does. She wants her patients to get better. She isnt there for money or politics, but to bring her expertise in health and wellness to the people in the community who need and want it the most.

This clinic should be shut down by the Medicaid fraud division for the state of Oregon. Because most of their patients are low-income or Hispanic they believe they can compromise the level of care and get away with it. Sick child? Good luck getting an appointment within a month. Infection that causes pain easily treated with a call-in prescription? Regardless of the times you see OCH Drs for the SAME problem, youll be denied a refill and told to wait, in pain, until you can come in for a visit. Why? Youre poor, and its not worth even opening your chart if theres no money to be made, since most are on medicaid, they get 200$ or more per appointment. Need mental health care? Addiction treatment? This clinic received a grant from the state to provide these and they still send patients to state HHS. Minimal care, maximum profit. Oh and if you miss an appointment no matter how many times you cancel theyll send you a letter threatening to put you on a blacklist, folks who arent allowed to schedule appointments. Yes, refusing care. Why? Because missing appointments cost them money, and they dont care about patient care.The administration of this place should absolutely be ashamed of themselves. If they ever intended to do good, theyve long since turned to greed and incompetence.

My mother-in-law was suffering with unexplained bleeding which she explained had been present for years. She had been told it was a bladder infection by her physician in southern Oregon.I asked Dr. Parker to look over her case and he was astounded at the poor care she had been receiving. He took charge of her case and quickly ordered testing which indicated Uterine cancer. His office got the needed referrals and quickly and today following her post-surgical check up, she is healthy and done with her care! Bravo for Dr. Parker!!!

I’ve yet to encounter a provider at OCH whom I don’t absolutely love. This is a clinic filled with caring, competent professionals, who take the time to know their patients and then give back to our community in many, many ways.

The Hood River office personnel are always very nice and courteous. Dr. Kozeluh is a very good dentist and is very nice. I would recommend him and the office to anyone.

My father had a horrible experience he went in to see Kristen Nicolescu because his primary doctor was full for that day. When he was there and tole Kristen his symptoms she laughed at him. Yes the doctor laughed at him when he was being serious about his symptoms this is unacceptable. Never again will he be seen by this doctor. Mind you my father is the type of person who doesnt like going to the doctor anyway and with this happening it isnt going to help at all.

I saw Dr. Bierle and all the staff was really polite and kind. I have never had a doctors appointment that felt so inclusive and safe.

There is dysfunction between the front office and back office where the doctors are. Forms don’t get processed or calls returned in a reasonable amount of time. The doctors seem great, but they seem to fall down with the paperwork at that clinic.

Everything went very smoothly. My appointment started on time and the physician was thorough and knowledgeable.

Im actually the first dental patient to receive dentures at the hood river facility and I cant thank them enough. This clinic has given me everything I need medically.

I truly hope they got a new dentist since my traumatizing experience. If not Dr. Butcher should lose her licence! Lousy bedside manner.. Humiliated me over the condition of my tooth.. Like I was a nasty person and they attempted to pull a severely infected tooth out of my head , that she cracked in half and got angry when I screamed in horrible agony.

Ive been seeing doctors here since 2011 and love the Doctors here. Never had any issues with insurance or any staff problems.

Dr. Flaiz is an outstanding dentist for preventative care — Charismatic and focused on mission of beautiful and healthy teeth.

No one really would choose to come here, they come because this is the only place their health care will pay for. That said, this place is the worst example of taking advantage of the lower income. The rudest staff and doctors have zero bedside manners. They will belittle people thinking they dont speak English. This place should be shut down.
