Impeccable customer service experience, amazing staff and I felt like a new person after having IV Fusion Therapy! I had the Immortal Treatment and I loved it. I was referred by my esthetician Sonia Marie and I can definitely see why she loves this OBGYN. The staff is amazing and its evident that the doctor is a great leader.

I’ve never met another Doctor like Dr, Espinal. Shes an amazing Doctor. From the first day I met her she listened to my concerns, she’s very professional ,she’s very caring and very Friendly. She addressed my main concern and up until today we are still working on it. Shes very knowledgeable, she definitely knows her stuff. He staff at the office is very friendly with me every time I go there. She did my procedure yesterday and I’m home resting now, I’ll see her in 3 weeks and I can’t wait.

Personally, I dont understand why there are so many negative reviews. Dr. E is awesome. I have been a patient for 10 years and I am extremely happy. Whenever you go to a doctors office you have to realize you are not the only patient so therefore you will have to wait from time to time. That does not change the quality of service provided by the doctor or the staff. Dr. Espinal delivered my daughter and will be delivering my son in October. She is very pleasant, and caring. She strives to make each office visit as comfortable as possible. She is BY FAR the best doctor I have ever had!

Dr. E helped me get my quality of life back! She performed an endometrial ablation and it was the best thing I’ve done for my health. She takes her time getting to know patients and reviewing labs, panels etc to prescribe the best treatments to improve patient health. There’s a slight wait sometimes, but when Dr E takes her time with you, you’ll appreciate her care and concern for your needs.

I had the BEST EXPERIENCE!!! As my first time to an OB, it can be nerve racking. The Doctor was so kind, personable and made me feel comfortable! She is truly an angel. The staff was very welcoming and pleasurable. Thank you so much ladies!❤️

While Dr. Espinal and her MA Monica are wonderful to deal with and in my opinion seem the be the only two with a full understanding of your case, the office staff never seems to know exactly what is going on. The lack of communication amongst themselves and patients alike, is frustrating and extremely unprofessional. With about 4 more weeks till I will be 39 weeks and I have yet to be contacted as to when my planned c-section is to take place. As an educated, working woman in the corporate America we live in, it is more than frustrating not to be able to give my staff members and my executives a clear answer as to when I will start my leave. Not to mention, I also need to coordinate my care after my c-section, giving enough time to let the person who will assist with that make the necessary arrangements in their schedule. My next appointment will not be till I am 36 weeks pregnant; my fear is I will not be scheduled at exactly 39 weeks as previously discussed with Dr. Espinal. So needless to say, I am basing my plans around an assumed date which may or may not happen.

The doctor is very nice but the office staff and nurse manage everything and they are horrible. Im not sure if they are under staffed or just incompetent.Took 3 weeks of me calling to get an update on a prescription refill. Another time, I was called and notified that the doctor needed me to go in but they could not schedule me. Id have to speak to someone at a later time.Every time I call, I am out on hold for 10-20 minutes. I could not keep taking time off of work so I asked about their Saturday hours and they couldnt give me an answer.

A visit with Dr Espinal is always memorable! Not only does she go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, she listens to EVERYTHING about my health, and not just the easy stuff. And she remembers everything, even personal stuff I dont even realize I shared with her... she will ask me about in my next visit! So when I tell you she listens to everything, I mean EVERYTHING! She always explains everything she does and, most importantly, WHY she is doing them. When prescribing medications, she makes sure to explain why she is prescribing them. I never feel rushed. I feel comfortable asking even the dumbest questions. I can definitely confide in her, something I deem highly essential in getting the best care I can for my feminine health. She is definitely a gem of a doctor and I highly recommend her!

Dr. Espinal has taken care of myself and my entire family for many years. She is one of the only Doctors I know who actually looks into the root causes of the issues rather than just sending us away with medication to fix the symptoms. She dedicates her time and resources to her patients and truly takes care of you as a person and not another number. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a holistic care approach.

I had an appointment today at 10:45. I arrived, filled out the tedious paperwork, and waited in the waiting room. I was then called in to do the pre-screening with the nurses before officially seeing the doctor. I make it to the room, sit there in the robe provided, only to be told that the doctor had to leave because she had a birth to deliver.My mom is a nurse and I do understand that these situations happen. I just did not like the way I was treated. I have concerns too. Instead, I got dress and WALKED MYSELF OUT. No one was waiting for me outside of my door to direct me to the exit, or to direct me to the reception to reschedule. I took two hours off of work that I do not get paid for.Had I been treated a little differently.. I would have tried to overlook the situation. OR.. how about call me and let me know that the doctor has a scheduled birth and that I MAY run the risk of not seeing her.Overall, I left so upset I nearly cried. I was happy to finally have my questions answered and my worries resolved.I was called IN THE CAR asking if I could come back 3 hours later. No, I unfortunately work. And fortunately will not be returning.

One start for the staff but the Doctor shouldnt be practicing she really needs help as a professional and personal life. This woman is extremely unprofessional and rescheduled my appointment manny times during my pregnancy, at the end of the pregnancy she send me to the hospital several times and advise to lie about going to my visits to her office. I was also sick for the first trimester admired twice and waited for a zofran pump for 3 weeks cause the staff didnt know how to request an authorizations to the INS. Sorry but this woman is should not be in charge of pregnant woman.

I guess I agree she is nice but I didnt see that really cared. Everything she said she said it quick and shed mention another doctor,like if she were repeating their quotes. I dont care if shes a vegetarian, she made me feel as if i were the one doing something horribly bad by eating meat. I didnt find her genuine, I found her complex, she was an entertainment . Entertaining her medical student that followed her in the exam room. I didnt see professionalism, she talked too much! and I dont even know why I would care about half the things she said. I felt like she was going to make fun of me after shed leave the room. It didnt feel right at all.The one thing that made me want to write a review was her advice, wow ..dont bring your young girls to this doctor because it is just shameful! Yes safe sex is necessary but just have fun and if something happens ,Ill take care of it? ARE YOU KIDDING ME

If we were not so far along in our pregnancy, we would never come back. We have never been seen anywhere near on time, even after booking the first appointment of the day. Never have we had less than a 45min wait. She has cancelled our appointments, then reschedule them for days that they are not opened. We were scheduled on a Saturday (half the reason we chose this doctor, for the weekend hours) only to find out they were closed. After calling the answering service, we were told they stopped working weekends, although THEY scheduled us for it. We got a call 2 days later from her office telling us to come back in a month. The time that we have had with her feels rushed and cold.Bottom line, if you value your time and schedule, pick another doctor, I would not recommend her to anyone

Dr. Espinal was very friendly and explained things in detail. Unfortunately, I will not be returning. I had to call FIVE times for lab results. No one answers the telephone in her office. I left messages for the nurse and office manager. No return phone call. After over a month I finally received lab results. I now need my results faxed to a second doctor. I have called FIVE more times. No luck so far no matter which prompt I choose. The phone just rings and rings until it disconnects. I need my results by 10/8. Im praying I get them in time. Ill keep trying. Also, I tried to send a message online. I received a message indicating that I could not make an appointment or send message online. The online message says to call the phone number. So disappointed.

Dr. Espinal is knowledgeable and caring, her office is very clean and professional. She did my PRP therapy various times and because of treatments I do not have knee pain when I walk. She is the best.

Dr. Espinal has been my doctor for many years. She is a wealth of knowledge. Always researching and current with treatment options. Excellent bedside manner!

First time going to see Dr. Espinal, and I had to wait about 2 hours before she finally saw me. on my second appt. which was for lab work, I waited for an 1 hour before the nurse saw me. And I had to call them back, because it was almost going to be 3 months and I had not heard from them regarding my results.Dr. Espinal was really nice, but the service needs ALOT of improvement.

I was a new patient with an appointment set for 9am. I arrived 20 minutes early to complete paperwork. An hour later, I am still not called back and 6 people went back before me. I had to stand at one point as there were not chairs in the waiting room left. Would not recommend the facility. Never met the doctor but good luck waiting hours-while standing.

This office is full of incompetent people, even from the first visit they took 2 hours to see me, the Dr. is nice but does not care about her patients. I was schedule to do a surgery and the stuff never send the correct paper work for my insurance to approve the surgery, and the wost is that they never told me anything until the day of the surgery,I had to miss work and everythig. Jessica the office manager is the one incharge of everything and she does not know what she is doing and never returns calls. I do not recoment this doctor to anybody, worst experience ever.

I am very disappointed with my experience at Ladys Care Center. The doctor was pleasant however I did not feel my health was top priority. I will not return to this doctor because of the lack of concern for my overall personal health, lack of good communication, and dissatisfaction with the office staff. I will never return or recommend anyone to this office.

I love this doctor! I had my daughter with her 7 years ago and Ive been coming to her office for my annual checkup since then. I absolutely love her! she knows what she does and shes super nice and funny :).

Love Dr Ladynez, she delivered my son and daughter and is just all around a beautiful person. She truly cares about all her patients and goes above and beyond for them.

Is sad she was soo good as a doctor when she was still a student but now shes earning bad reputation with her patients. Shes sarcastic, she also was laughing at me just because I ask her to remove my IUD. Is not a professional reaction as a doctor. 👎👎👎👎👎

I have been going to Dr Espinal for over 10 years. Profesional and she is very informative not only abou woman wellbeing but overall health. She is awesome!

Everyone there is very nice and friendly and eager to help , i always have such a pleasant experience when Im there .....I absolutely love and appreciate my doctor very much she is the best!.. always takes the time to explains every tiny detail to you never in a rush, her bedside manners is impeccable sometimes I forgets that she is my doctor she is like a friend.

I absolutely adore Ladynez! She makes you feel so comfortable & we all know that is hard to do in her line of work. Thank you for all you and your staff do !

Absolutely the best Dr. in s.florida, knowledgeable, caring and helpful. She explained everything and her staff is also very professional..she called us back after hours which I thought was nice..

No time management appointment at 9:00 am and DR walk in to the room at 12, and spend not even 10 minutes with me, this is unacceptable and is a big shame because DR is good.

The clinic has incompetent staff, customer service is lousy, the clinic have an unprofessional personal.I do NOT recommend this clinic, really BAD customer service.

This doctor is not professional and has no bed side manner. Real talk. She a joke OBGYN.
