Just want to say a big thank you to Dr. Laurice Bou Nemer and her amazing team. Especially Brittany R. I started my unknown journey of IVF in 2019. I went through a lot of Ups and some downs. Brittany was a great strength for me every time I visited the pines office. She met my husband and I with a smile on her face every day, asked how I was doing and genuinely cared for me… I had my beautiful miracle daughter in 2022 and the support, kindness and compassion is still there. I can’t type everything down here but I just wanted to share how AMAZING Brittany is. You have no idea I am doing this but I just wanted to say thank you and God bless you. I had such an amazing experience at this office from the start. I worked with Dr.Christie and he was amazing. He always took his time explaining things to us and I truly felt I was in great hands from our first consult with him. I was taken such good care of especially by Brittany R. and Karina at all of my appointments, I loved working with them and wish I could take them with me through my whole pregnancy, lol. They always made me feel so comfortable and safe. I would absolutely recommend this office to anyone on this journey! 🤍

Dr Daniel Christie is one of the Best Doctor we met. Very knowledgeable, Have a lot of patient, always listen and answered my questions.Our Journey started in 2016. It wasn’t easy but now we have 2 healthy and beautiful boys.7 years old and 4 years old. Highly recommend IVF Pembroke Pines office. Thanks for all team! And good luck to a new couples- everything is possible when you have a Great Dr.

As usual Dr. Christie was very professional and informative. But my nurse Brittany was phenomenal. Not gonna lie, my anxiety levels were at an all time high and Brittany explained the entire process of the testing I was about to have and she really helped put my mind at ease. From beginning to end she was willing to assist if needed. Overall the professionalism of everyone on staff was EXCELLENT!!!

Front desk staff need some training! Keisha S has a habit of misquoting procedures and then when time to pay the price increases after only 24 hours. This should be a place that is not stressful and the front desk. Staff doesn’t know what they’re doing. Gasoline is not very nice when talking to customers I would recommend going to a different office because the doctor and the nurse practitioner are really nice but I do not recommend dealing with the front staff at Pembroke Pines!

I have to say this is one of the most awful experiences I’ve ever seen with any medical office. They do not respect your time, especially women’s time. My wife and I had a tele health appointment at 10:15. We thankfully had the day off, so we were both at home. Regardless, around 10:30 we called and they told us the doctor was behind schedule. Then we called back around 11:00 and got the same speech. They called us around 11:15 and said the doctor would call us in 15 to 20 minutes. The call never came and we called back at 12:00 and they claimed they called us twice. The phone was in my wife’s hand waiting on the couch so we could continue with our day. We never received a call, text, email, or any way to connect. Making us wait 2 hours is absurd.If this was the only time, I understand things happen, but the last tele health visit was similar. We were at work and they said they’d call around 9, but we didn’t get in touch with the doctor until around 11. VERY disrespectful of time. The worst part is tele health was the only option for these consults.If you need to see the doctor, they make you wait 2 months for an appointment! My wife had surgery with Dr. B and they would not schedule her for a post op appointment because they had “none available”.When I went to provide my sample to be tested months ago, I got a call later that day they it was “lost” or something dumb like that due to a power outage and I had to go back taking another day off to provide another. Not only that, but they would not work with me to make an appointment around my schedule forcing me to take a second day off work for their error. They made me feel like a criminal due to this unfortunate situation of which I had done nothing wrong.Overall very uncaring, unprofessional, and disrespectful. If you have another option, I suggest you take it.

This is the most disorganized office ever. Ive been seeing Dr. Barrionuevo for about a year. When you have to schedule a telehealth appointment, please know that they made us wait for the telehealth phone call for over one hour one time and over 1h and 30 minutes another time. This is so disrespectful. Today, they scheduled my appointment for 10:15am and we called them to find out what was going on after about 15 minutes and 30 minutes. At 11:10am a lady called apologizing for the wait and that I still had to wait more because the doctor was finishing up something. I called them back at 12:00 and another lady told me the Dr.s nurse said they had called me at 11:47am, but I did not receive this phone call. I was sitting on my coach with my phone next to me the whole time. Im not saying they are lying, but I have no missed call coming from them, except the one at 11:10 telling me they will call in the next 15-20 minutes. This is NOT the first time my husband and I had to wait this long. We put everything we were doing on hold for long time and this is what we get from this IVF office every time. If you are trying to get help from a fertility office, DO NOT go to this one. I regret that I started our journey going to this office.

This is the absolute worst clinic I’ve been to very poor communication throughout the whole process had three IUI procedures done here never felt informed or even cared about as a patient. Had an appointment with the doctor and the day of the appointment front desk tells me I need a referral something so important and not even that was informed to me. Me and my fiancé took time off from work for this important appointment all for nothing they didn’t even seem to care. This process is already stressful as it is and this clinic made it 100x worst with their careless service all they care about is the money and not their patients. Please go somewhere else.

I’ve been to a few different IVF clinics, but none compare to IVF FL in Pembroke Pines. Every time I go I’ve been greeted by the sweetest girls. Gaslin and Jailene in particular have always made my experience beyond comforting in a time Im feeling most stressed. Thank you to everyone at IVF FL, I wouldnt be a mom without the amazing doctors and staff!

I am not a fan of waiting to be seen but all the staff from the front desk to the nurses to the doctors excelled at making my wife and I feel comfortable and at ease. IVF can be tough at times and the two ladies (Gaslin and Jailene) really stood out in making my wife feel at ease. Thats all a husband can ask for!

My second time having a wonderful experience with under the care of Dr. Christie! He is so pleasant and makes the entire experience very smooth. His demeanor is so kind. I also have to hit the spotlight to Brittney H. who was so kind throughout my first experience and even better the second time. She’s so bubbly and sweet, perfect for the environment.

Brittany assisted Dr. Christie with my ultrasound. Due to the position of my cervix, it was a difficult task. Brittany was so sweet. Her demeanor and overall energy was so pleasant. She checked on me, held my hand, and made me feel so at ease during a tough time. Dr. Christie is always amazing, but I was happy to encounter Brittany and have her support as well.

I cannot say enough good things about IVF Florida and Dr. Daniel Christie. Even though my journey wasnt easy, they were there every step of the way and never gave up. Dr. Christie is an amazing practitioner, he is knowledgeable and truly cares for his patients. My little one is now 3 years old, and I owe it all to IVF Florida and Dr. Christie.

I had an amazing experience with the clinic, the nurses are very friendly, the staff is always trying to help and make you feel more comfortable with the process, and no matter which doctor takes your appointment, they are all very respectful and kind, my baby is 6 months old now 💙 Thank you IFV Florida and Dr Barrionuevo for making my dream come true!! When I had my final check before being transferred with my OBGYN they gave me a gift bag with this beautiful onesie

I’ve been to IVF Florida only a handful of times and its always been to the Pembroke Pines location . Every time I go I’ve been greeted pleasantly across the board . From the front desk to the clinical team to my wife’s and I actual doctor . I recommend this location in its entirety and I really want to give a special shout out to the girls at the front , Gaslin , Jailene , thank you for always smiling and helping my wife with everything she needs !

My wife and I began this journey years ago . It’s been a rough journey but we find that with the support of the pines office we have been able to endure this a bit longer . My wife is an absolute trooper and I am so glad that she has an amazing team supporting her when I’m not there . A special thank you to the wonderful girls at the front desk Gaslin and Jailene . Such sweethearts and a lovely thank you to Jackie M phlebotomist at pines for being so careful with my wife and to Britney Hall MA for making her laugh when my wife is nervous ! The entire team was amazing and we are so grateful for all they have done for us. Dr. Hoyos is so kind and made us feel comfortable and optimistic from day one. He never allowed us to lose hope which was so reassuring and kept us positive. We have no words to express how thankful we are to have found Dr. Hoyos and the IVF Florida team.

I have been going to see Dr.Christie for about a year and a half and I wouldn’t ask for another doctor to help me during this journey. He’s very knowledgeable and has helped me through a difficult time but you won’t regret seeing him ! I would also like to show appreciation to the front desk ladies, Gaslin Marte and Jailene Urena. They always welcome you with smiles and is always attentive if you have any questions while you’re waiting for your appointment. I wouldn’t ask for a better team when it comes to being on this difficult and long journey.

Im very thankful to the wonderful Dr. Hoyos and his team, especially for having the patience to answer my often- times panicked emails throughout the process. I needed a lot of reassurance, and the nurses and the doctor were there to provide it. Everyone at the clinic is super nice and very supportive. I had a bad experience with another clinic in the past, and am glad I decided to switch to IVF Florida.

I gotta give this special shout out to Gaslin and Jailene at the front desk. From the moment I stepped into IVF Florida I felt understood and taken care of. This is a frustrating journey for most couples and, after 4 IUIs, having a team that takes the time to explain things, reassure you everything is under control and is willing to help any way they can is really hard to find. These two girls have made an impact on my experience at IVF Florida from day 1 and I can only wish them the best. Gaslin/Jailene, Thank you for all you do and keep leading by example; those welcoming smiles go further than you can imagine.

Please dont take lightly those one star reviews as i did. This clinic was so far one of the worst experiences i ever had. Dr. Daniel was amazing, but literally every other individual i interacted with was a nightmare experience. I came to my IUI schedules at 8am with my husband who they let go home without mentioning that he needs to sign some additional documents, and they kept me in their office til 2pm. This place is PROBLEM Focused with rude nurses and front desk. I kept telling staff that my husband did sign forms online - (which he did) sent by email and they kept postponing my process due to luck of technical knowledge of their own platform / while blaming me for not signing forms and threatening to cancel my procedure. The nurse finally kicked me out of the office and called lier on the day of my procedure. I cried for hours and after finally getting the contact with a doctor Christie he decided to take me back and finish my procedure at 2pm. I was so stressed at the end and no wonder why my procedure was not successful. My second interaction was in their Coral Gables office when they kept me 4 hours for blood work!!! They had stuff on training poking my veins 4 times and kept telling me that i need to drink more water, and finally when that poorly trained person was not able to take my blood they got someone more experienced who did it in seconds. Out of 17 interactions with this office staff all 17 went wrong. I waited days to access my results, they send me someones mammogram instead of semen analysis i kept asking for weeks, they never answer their phone and good luck if you have any questions cause youll ask one person on portal that will respond and if you have another question that questions their question after waiting days someone else will try to pick up on that .. and in few days youll go back to the main question that was never answered since theres 7 different people answering and they have no clue whats going on there.. Everyone is lost .. absolutely lost in communication. How to trust office that cant even handle emails and phone calls with keeping your eggs and embryos...Anyways, i lost months with this clinic and luckily switched to another clinic and got pregnant at 40. Its really sad that i needed to make this review, especially because Dr. Daniel Christie is an amazing and knowledgable and ethical doctor, but women that go through IVF really need to know this.

My doctor was amazing and very helpful however some of the staff just don’t allow you to enjoy the process. Communication is very poor.I’ve done bloodwork with no feedback on the results, was prescribed a medication to take for 10 days to on a cycle (it didn’t work) and I let the office know this yet- the very next month I was prescribed it again (didn’t work again). Calling to speak to my team was always sent to voicemail, the only time I received a call back is when I called to let them know I conceived without assistance. The phlebotomist with the longer head shape seemed to never know what was going on and sent me to a room for treatment that I wasn’t setup for and another time was confused on why I was there that day although I’m sure my chart reflected to draw blood to predict my cycle.After conceiving I setup an appointment with my OB but IVF called to say I needed to come in for a final bloodwork and ultrasound. Well- I came in and there was only bloodwork, that’s the 3rd time that’s happened, but was told the staff are “just used to saying bloodwork and ultrasound”, which I would think you’d fix instead of telling the patient it just always happens. After I asked why I even needed this, I was told they were measuring my hcg until it reached a certain level… this was my 3rd time giving blood in 1 month. I asked to end treatment since I did not use assistance and had appointments setup elsewhere. Love the doctor, but wouldn’t recommend this facility

Im grateful to have found Dr. Hoyos and his wonderful team. Id had four miscarriages and had lost hope of having a baby. Im currently pregnant and all is going well thanks to the treatment Dr. Hoyos has me on and after all the tests that helped determine the reason for our losses. My husband and I couldnt be happier and more grateful. The staff at the Pembroke Pines and the Margate offices, were always very friendly, always answering my portal messages, giving me any information I requested, making for a great experience.

Long story short: Their communication skills are weak sauce. I liked my Dr. Christie (met him once tho and spoke on the phone/video calls), but I did not like how the office was run. Do you know how long the wait is in the morning for your bloodwork/ultrasound? Set aside at least an HOUR or come REALLY early to sit on the floor outside the office. Want your phone calls answered? They wont, you have to send a portal message and receive an answer after 3pm unless youre lucky. I was extremely sad and frustrated throughout this emotional process and I felt zero support from this clinic. I watched youtubers who had amazing support so I was so disappointed. Save yourself time and a heartache, go elsewhere. look up questions to ask a clinic, i wish I did.

This place is the worst. I am a patient at this moment with this company and this facility. The Doctors have no idea how badly their practice is being ran by their front desk personnel. This company never ever everrr answers their phones other than only: Option 1 to make an appointment, for that trust me someone will always answer. You will never be able to reach a medical assistant, or anyone from the lab, or anyone at check-in or check-out. “Your call will be returned” in 24hrs if you call after 4pm it says or and if before 4pm the call will be returned the same-day they say. That is a lie! The Doctor is very nice once you are in a consultation with them but all the process before him is not worth it. If you want assistance the same day you call or need anything, this is NOT the office for you or me. I am over this office and a very dissatisfied patient unfortunately. I need it them obviously but they sure dont need me as a patient, they have plenty of other patients. Me and my husband are just another couple to them.

I am very happy with this fertility clinic, everyone is very empathetic, flexible and always try to accommodate you to your schedule, I would like to thank all the team, nurses, phlebotomists, technicians, front desk staff, and doctors, all are important during this process. I want to thank Dr. Hoyos, I feel lucky of having him as my doctor, he is thorough, compassionate and always available.

Facility is great , locations throughout SFL, nurses are great and respond in a timely matter. Dr Boudimier is amazing and caring. It’s a tough experience you spend so much time with them they end up feeling like a family.

I would not recommend this facility to anyone. In August 2021 I reached out, made an appointment and was able to virtual see Dr. Christie. Everything was seemless at this point, Dr was great and answered all questions. After, I was able to set up my lab and ultrasound and get them done. From this point on, it has been impossible to speak to anyone and emails have gone unanswered. I, still, to this day have 0 clue of what my results are. I finally got a hold of someone 6 months after the initial visit and she apologized saying they didnt receive the voice-mails and didnt receive the emails. They said I was missing one lab test that I needed to do before I receive my results, umm what? So they proceed to email me internally the slip which I tried to get ahold of again to let them know there was no attachment. I gave up chasing shortly after and recently, a few months ago, decided to reach out again. 2 voicemails later, no call back. Just emailed them today asking for my records so I can just move on from this fiasco. I, still, to this day have 0 clue of what my results are.They run this facility like a factory with 0 care for the patients. Clearly they value the dollar from the insurance over patient care with their poor communication.

How I WISH I had throughly read the reviews before going...I went there today for an ultrasound and bloodwork. The next step was to come back for an HSG, I stated I would prefer to discuss my results from procedures done today before moving forward with an HSG. I was basically told that I could not discuss my result from today with the doctor UNTIL I got the HSG, that the plan from the doctor was for me to come back for an HSG and that I was required to do that. It felt as though my result were going to be held hostage until I went through with the procedure. It felt predatory and like I was being taken advantage of. I left this location in tears and with my skin crawling. It was one of the worst doctor office experiences in my life and I will not be returning. Maybe other locations are better, but dont go to this one.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Any woman looking for a pleasant experience on their fertility journey should avoid this place at all costs. Speaking as someone who has had experience at other fertility clinics, all I can say about these guys is that they are horrible. Ive had 4 appointments, still never met the doctor. The doctor was too busy to meet me. I had to resort to a telephone conversation (for which he turned up 45 minutes late) whereby he scammed me into having all the treatments i have already had, even though I had medical records to show him. The next 3 ultrasound appts I had, he never showed up. Each time i had to wait at least one hour for the ultrasound as they have no respect for peoples time. Staff were rude and unhelpful. Refused to communicate any of what they were seeing during the scans, just told me to check the portal. Please please do not subject yourself to this horrible clinic. There are plenty of better ones in the area, and all over.

UPDATE 09/20/22:I decided to change my rating to 3 stars because i had a better experience today with my appointment and staff interaction. The nurses at the Pembroke Pines office were professional and knowledgeable. I also recieved a call from the corporate office regardng my previous experience with the billing department and hopefully they address the customer service issues with the billing staff. I am cautiously optimistic.Original Post 09/19/22I usually do not leave a review but I am so disappointed in the service that I have recieved from the staff that I am compelled to leave a review. Each intreview with Dr. Bou Nemer was pleasant and informative. However, the interaction with the staff was very frustrating. Not everyone was rude but the staff that I interacted with especilly in the billing department was unhelpful, rude and lack compassion for women who are going through this process. I am very reluctant to continue with the process not because of the doctors knowedge but just not wanting to deal with staff.

I was so happy with the treatment plan and the staff till the day I did the insemination. I went to the previous office in Margate with appointment and when I got there they told me I had to wait 1-1:30 hour. I waited and when they did the procedure they told me I had to wait 15 minutes and then I was able to go. I waited more than 15 minutes (nobody checked on me) and when I was walking to the front desk I realized that they left me by myself in the office. Everyone left!!! I work at a hospital and we never leave a patient unattended!! Also, when I called to let them know that the treatment didn’t work, I found out that they were moving to another office. Dr. Christie made our dreams become a reality! I remember sitting in Dr.C’s office in 2018 and him telling my husband and I that we 100% needed to do IVF. I vividly remember my heart going to my stomach and tears begin to drip down my face. I had no idea what to expect. Dr.C made the IVF process as “easy” as could be. He explained everything (many times!) very thoroughly and promised that we will be able to bring home a baby one day. We had our first miracle in 2020 and our second miracle arriving in February 2023. Dr.C worked his magic. He truly is our superhero and I cannot say enough good things about him. I begged him to come deliver my children!!! If you need a calm, SMART, thorough, and gentle doctor---Dr. Christie is your guy!

My experience here has been very disappointing and depressing. Although there are some friendly staff members, overall you will feel alone and often not have anyone to properly communicate with at this location. There is only a message portal to speak with someone and they are not always the best with communication on that method. There is a team number to call but no one ever answers the phone and you will not see your Doctor in person, only seldomly via FaceTime calls. Due to this I have been alone basically assisting myself 95% of the time with EVERYTHING! My uterus and Fallopian tubes were very healthy, my progesterone was healthy (no blockages,no scarring,etc) my fsh levels improved and I had healthy follicles so I got the iui method, had to take clomid medication and a trigger shot (which the pines location was very disorganized and poor in communication with setting up for me) they also failed to let me know that the clomid may make you at risk for an ectopic pregnancy. I felt weary about taking the clomid and trigger shot but trusted the instructions on the portal to do so prior to the iui procedure. Fast forward to now, I am pregnant with an ectopic pregnancy in my left ovary and the emotional/physical support or service I have been receiving from the pines team through this traumatic experience has been horrible and devastating to say the least. I would never suggest anyone with fertility issues to come to this pines location under the current faulty, disorganized, non empathetic rude service! I wish someone would have given me this advice so I will give it to you, DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION!

I was extremely disappointed with the treatment of the office staff in the Pines office. For a facility that is all about creating families, they sure dont seem to respect couples. They tried to literally separate my husband and I because we came in for an appointment together! Are you not supposed to be supported by your significant other in this kind of treatment? I cant believe this came as a recommendation from my doctor. The actual televisit with the dr was fine but I wouldnt continue going there because of the office staff. This isnt something I want to go through and have to deal with rude and inconsiderate people like that. This is not the right practice for those women. I wish I had read the reviews before I had any visit with this office.

I had the best experience at IVF Florida!! Dr. Laurice Bou Nemer, MD was outstanding! I loved how comfortable and confident she made me feel from the minute we met. I will never forget how she told me that “We are going to have a baby one way or another”. Her words became true as I am currently 12 weeks pregnant and can’t thank her and the team at Pembroke Pines enough!! Yessenia my nurse was also so amazing and supportive! Thank you all!! Can’t wait to bring the baby by the office!!

I recommend IVF Florida Associates. The Pembroke Pines office team, medical support staff and Dr. Bou Nemer were amazing! Dr. Bou Nemer squeezed me within her schedule at short notice when I thought I had a medical emergency (luckily I was being overly cautious). She would call me personally to address my after hour calls. Her personal engagement is worthy of praise. I wish I could recall the nurses and staff by name who made my experience great. The only shortfall is you cannot reach anyone during business hours. You always have to leave a message or contact the office through the portal. Other than that my overall experience was good.

I am very surprised with the 3 star reviews that IVF Florida has.My OBGYN recommended Dr. Bou Nemer. We have come up with a plan and have decided to start our fertility treatment. I usually do not wait too long when I arrive for appointments and the nurses are all so sweet and knowledgeable.Vanessa has done my Friday round of IUI and I am excited with the journey and what’s to come.Thank you for the great service thus far. Hoping with all of the doctor and nurses good vibes and positive thoughts we will make a baby in 2022! ❤️

I had a wonderful experience with the doctor and thats the only reason I gave them two stars. Dr. Christie was very informative, reassuring, and helpful. Beyond that, working with IVF Florida has been very frustrating. They insisted on early morning bloodwork to get same day results and when I showed up to their office I was told mine would have to be sent to labcorp due to insurance so I didnt receive results for 4 days. I told them for future bloodwork I would prefer a later appointment so I dont have to take off work since I cant get my results same day anyways. They were not able to work with me on that. Then I requested a copy of my labwork and they assured me it would be in the patient portal. It is over a week since I got the labwork done and it is still not in my patient portal. My phone calls all go to voicemail and are never returned. I finally received a response to my messages in the patient portal where they just stated my hcg, no actual document for me to provide to my obgyn.

I would definitely recommend IVF’s doctor if you need fertility treatments. Specially Dr Hoyos, he has been very informative, professional and nice in all this process. He answers all your questions no matter how many times you ask the same questions and he even answers very fast by email.I got pregnant naturally after all his help. Unfortunately I had a miscarriage at 7 weeks and he has been very supportive. Also, his staff (Yesenia &Vanessa), other nurses in Pembro, front desk staff, are very friendly, sweet and professional. Thanks for everything, Im sure I will have another baby soon.

The staff and my Dr are very nice and professional. I’ve never waited for my appointment, granted I always ask for first thing in the morning. The communication is very efficient through the portal. Dr. Christy takes the time to walk you through the process and he explains it in a way that’s easy for us to understand the pros and cons! So far, I’m happy... just waiting for the right cycle!!! 🙏🏻🤞🏻

I love this office. Everyone is friendly and kind. They remember your name and have always had availability for appointments. Im not sure if these negative reviews have actually gone to the Pines office but theyre amazing. Dr. Bou Nemer is my doctor and she has wonderful bedside manner, she explains everything and truly cares about her patients. I would definitely recommend her.

After trying to conceive for one year at another IVF facility unsuccessfully, I decided to try my luck by trying IVF Florida. Dr. Hoyos and the staff there were very professional, caring and respectful. Dr. Hoyos took the time to do additional testing and medications on me to assist me with conceiving. That same month, I was pregnant!. The team at Pembroke Pines is amazing and I give nothing but positive praise to that facility. Everyone from the phlebotomist, nurses, and those at the desk were so kind, caring and funny.

I had such a great experience. The staff was polite and kind. The ARNP, who did my procedure was very detailed and gentle on exactly what was going on.

I should of read reviews before going to this place! I had a procedure done which my doctor obviously gave me a referral for .. it has been now been 3 weeks and they still do not send the results to my doctor. When I called medical records she said who’s the doctor that I need to send the results to? Do you have the fax #? I haven’t sent results because I don’t have your doctors information.. that’s BS the referral paper that they asked and kept has all my doctors information. & if that was true why not call the patient??!! Terrible customer service. This place is a joke!This office is a mess, they need to hire better office staff! I will not be going to this office again!

I did not expect to have to go the IVF route. But after suffering a terrible loss due to brain abnormalities my husband and I decided to try IVF. Dr. Laurice BouNemer is awesome. She is a professional with outstanding bedside manners. Dr. BouNemer takes her time to explain every step of the treatment and is honest of what to expect. Her positivity and hope made this highly emotional process manageable.I will be honest and say that there was a mishap as a result of a nurse not being efficient during my treatment. But once Dr. BouNemer became aware of the situation she did her best to rectify the problem. I am blessed to say that we are currently 14 weeks pregnant. It has been an emotional, scary, and stressful journey but my faith in God and the outstanding medical professional of Dr. BouNemer has made it possible for us to be here. I will forever be thankful and grateful!!!

We came here as everybody else: full of expectations, very nervous and anxious.We started working directly with Dr Hoyos and he has been and incredible support during the whole process and even after.Dr Hoyos works with you to address all your concerns (that understanding how complex the process is, they are a lot!). But not only that, he takes the time to make sure you have clear information on your options.When you work on something that you really feel passionate about, it’s noticeable and thats the case of Dr Hoyos.In my case, that helped me a lot to find peace and trust among the process.In forever grateful with Dr Hoyos andI would recommend him a thousand times.

This process can already be so nerve-wracking when youre here trying to find out the result for a future family and they make you feel so comfortable here! This is by far the best office of all the IVF Florida offices. Pretty much the whole staff is wonderful here and you feel very comfortable with them, which is important if you get treatment because youll be seeing them a lot. IVF treatment is very expensive, but it will most likely be like that anywhere you go in Florida. Dr. Weitzman was very thorough and Im very lucky and thankful she was my doctor. Dr. Sueldo was wonderful as well.

I have to admit the negative reviews sound so horrible and I feel terrible for them. This was not my experience at all. The doctor was amazing, the staff was great and their patient portal is so easy to use. I did have to go to Margate to do a test in which I did have to wait almost 45min before they called me.. in all honestly this is the same and ANY clinic and super common so I just make sure I plan accordingly.

If you go there make sure you have all the details regarding your appointment,they schedule and reschedule you without your consent...they dont care about peoples time,However Dr. Christie is a very excellent Doctor.

Avoid this place at all costs. Horrible customer experience. Will tell you what you want to hear to get you to go there but pull the bait and switch with providers and who is allowed back after you drive 2 plus hours.

If I go into details, this office will not have 1 patient left. They never answer their phones. If you need a referral, you have to drive to the office to talk to anyone, pretty much beg them to even fill out a form. If you miss a call from them, do not bother calling back. Drive there! It’s like you’re a bother to them.....

If I could give them no stars I would. They are there to take advantage of you financially. I have been treated by an infertility doctor for the past two years. Great dr, just expensive. There is nothing wrong with me, Im just old and I dont have a partner. Ive been doing as many IUIs as I could afford, hoping there is still one good egg somewhere in there. I switched to IVF FL to save some money, so I could continue with a few more IUIs. I brought in my records, and they wanted to repeat all the identical tests I already had done at my original doctor...especially the test thats very expensive and my insurance doesnt cover (Hysterosalpingography). I told the doctor repeating the test was unnecessary. Since the last time Ive had the test done (less than 2 years ago) I have not been sexually active, Ive never had chlamydia or gonorrhea to scar my fallopian tubes, and I dont have cancer. Therefore, checking for scarring in my unscarred fallopian tubes is not medically necessary...oh, but I forgot to mention, it is necessary for his billing. They would rather do whats bad for the patient just so they could make more money. I am a medical doctor, so I do know what I am talking about. I just feel bad for all the women who are desperate to have a child. Sadly, they trust the IVF FL doctors, because they dont have the medical knowledge to doubt them. Its a shame that IVF FL doctors would take advantage of women who are at their weakest point of desperation. I walked out!

I went to this office for an HSG exam which was supposed to be sent to my OBGYN office, I called my OB and they havent received any results and I been calling them for about a week to have the results sent to my OBGYN and I have not been able to reach a single individual at the lab... SMDH such a shame.

I have only done preliminary to prep for IVF. I feel the financial cost needed to be shown from the very beginning so people know what they are getting into prior to even starting the preliminary screening. This will give them more time to seek out Grant monies and other options. I felt like I went through all those costly appts & payed out of pocket funds for only to be told later the true finacial cost of IVF & addtl required stuff nobody tells you about when I am two weeks away from start simulation it can break your spirits. Had they been forth coming and show best to worst case financial break down from jump at least people would know what they are walking into so they can be better prepared. There is no real info on the TRUE cost anywhere cause it all varies and insurance coverage varies but worst case should be presented that includes the extra appts before you start any treatment. Advance notice of cost of appts should be present prior to the appt day not on the day of.. all financial cards should be put on the table from the start. Complete out of pocket v.s. possible thing that can be covered by insurance. It is already overwhelming on a family to not be able to have a child naturally or for some us who didnt get married until they were older so they are trying at chance to have a family much later getting true cost after all that running around 2 weeks before gettting the numbers..feels like a costly $30-60k penalty for people who werent so lucky to find their partner at an early age so it not until later they start a family. Be forth coming and clear.

To good to be true i guess. Ivf Florida is highly unprofessional. I was only able to get in contact with the appointment department and financial department which still they werent able to help me. Upon reading the reviews this is something common and im in disbelief. The doctor was super nice and informative but thats all there is good about ivf florida. There good for nothing.

Terrible service. The lady in the front desk have attitude. When we called for appointment they said their going to charge us the OOP and when we got there my husband can’t remember how much they charge and the lady said if u don’t remember i dont know. Really u cant check it? It was 3months ago. It’s ashamed people paying thousands of dollars and you get sucks service.

If Walmart had a doctors office they would be better than this place. Good luck trying to get test results that you already paid for or talk to someone on the phone that is anything other than an answering service.Save yourself much stress and go anywhere else! They are incompetent.

Im very comfortable with IVF Florida, Ive just started with my lab test and appointments and the staff have been very attentive and professional. Im sure that Ive chosen the right place for my fertility treatment.

I give them 3 stars so far. While scheduling an appointment the young lady was so rude and impolite. This really turned me off!! No customer service skills at all. Will update when I go in to my appointment coming up.

The doctor we saw was nice but we ended up being told wed have to pay for our diagnostic exams as they wouldnt be running them through our insurance...when I got to the office for the appointment...

Received a notice from their IT service provider that there was a data breach containing my personal information and that of likely many other patients. Not sure why they chose to retain my information as I was only there for a consultation and never received any services ... AND THAT WAS 11+ YEARS AGO!!

Amazing and kind dr. The absolute worst nursing team. You can reach the moon faster then getting someone to call you back. It’s like a factory and no one cares about you.

Wonderful, very professional ALL. I have no complaints about any of them. Nurse Melissa is very affectionate and with this I am not saying that the others are not, but the one I have dealt with the most has been her. The nurses who draw blood are very happy as is the lady who does the ultrasounds. When I have any questions or would like to speak with a nurse, I send a message to the patient portal and they quickly respond or call me. And they are never in a hurry they take their time to explain everything so we can understand. I hope all clinics are like this with that professionalism, education and patience. I do recommend this clinic. And I recommend Doctor Daniel Christie and his wonderful team.

For the second time in my family we had to undergo an exam in this laboratory that seeks to solve our infertility problem. and it has been impossible to obtain the results, in both cases the order has been to send the results to the Dr. in charge of our case and we have had to reschedule new appointments because this laboratory does not send the results of the exams on time, in the We have lost two opportunities for more than 4 months because rescheduling appointments in this country is like that. If you are about to choose this laboratory, keep in mind that they do not mind sending the results. By the way, it wasnt economical.

In our experience we only want to say that the patient care is very bad, there was no communication with us, among them they do not know how to do their job professionally. I think that the inseminations should be done by doctors, not nurses, without experience, they do not know what they are doing, they order analysis. They are not really necessary, they do not make appointments on time and you have to wait more than 3 hours, they do not call to find out how everything is when they do procedures and you pay out of your pocket, nothing is given and the insurance does not cover the service for this process. front desk customer to make appointments very bad they dont answer every time you call its 20 minutes or more waiting for someone to answer when they give instructions on the procedure they give them half way I know why it has such bad reviews apart from that be careful who They dont use them, they keep them, they dont let someone take them somewhere else or someone else takes charge of the vials, which each cost more than $900 dollars and they keep them just like that, just to be sorry for the bad service, dont waste your time, To discard a product they make you sign a paper which my wife went one day to sign and just because she didnt give him the second last name which is not used anywhere in the USA they made her go again they think you are wasting your time because they do not train their staff well and that you do not have time to waste when you work.

The customer service attention, especially in the call center, is very bad, not at all friendly, they respond with an unpleasant attitude.As for Dr Marcelo Barrio Nuevo, an excellent professional, a medical person, that is why he continues here but for service, it would be good if they listened to each other when they spoke or received customer service training.
