From the minute I walked in to the clinic, I felt at ease. The front desk staff were so friendly and knowledgeable. They explained how things worked and I felt relaxed. They are so professional! The nurse and doctor were both very knowledgeable and friendly. I received such a warm welcome during my visit. I will recommend to anyone I know. 😊

Hello! I am going through the worst time of my life. The team took me in with open arms. From the time I walked in, to the time I left, I felt comfortable that there are people in this world that actually care. Sweetest, nicest, and most welcoming experience Ive ever had. There are 2 that need to be recognized the most for their passion and love. Thank you from the bottom of my heart..

Uncrowded, fairly quick service. Was hoping to see a doctor but saw nurse instead. Exams were minimal, no COVID or flu testing performed though our symptoms were fairly severe. Got Z pack on site which was convenient

Easy to book and got right in.  Staff was great from the front desk to doctor assistant to doctor herself.  They listened and had a good dialogue to understand what’s happening and land on best treatment.  After a couple of quick tests to rule out Covid and Flu we went forth with treatment needed and I was on my way.  Would definitely go here again.

My experience here was great! Everyone was very friendly. Didnt wait very long to see the doctor. Didnt do anything was unnecessary! Great price especially compared to MD Now Urgent care. They wanted $180 just for the office visit. It was $100 here. Well worth the money! I would definitely recommend!!

AFC urgent care Were all very helpful. Checking in for appointment online was better than I thought it would be and it made my visit seamless. I highly recommend this establishments to get care on an urgent basis if you dont need the emergency room. And it looks like they even have the ability for basic care and testing if need.

Made appointment online. Went in. Staff were very nice. Had all my information. Nurse and doctor were efficient and helpful. Diagnosed, meds ordered and out the door. Faster than my general physician.

Absolutely LOVE this place. Honestly we take our kids here more than their own pediatrician because they are always fast, theres hardly ever a wait over 15 minutes, the staff is incredible and so kind, the doctors are all amazing and really know what they are doing and always just wonderful with the kids. They are better than most doctors in the area. They always listen to your concerns, answer any questions you have, never ever ever make you feel rushed no matter how many people are there. They all just always go above and beyond, even taking time to call later or the next day if you forgot a question for the doc and need an answer.Best place around!!! And they take most insurances and have decent self pay prices. You cant go wrong going to AFC urgent care.

Easy to make an appointment and fill out any required paperwork online. Wait time was less than 5 minutes for us but obviously varies. They accepted our insurance plan and also offer reasonable prices for anyone without insurance. Would definitely return if needed, far better option than an E.R. for non emergency medical services.

Beautiful bright clean office.Every person in front office assistant and Tiffany was so welcoming and pleasant. For the first time I feel like Ive found a really great office and practitioner and would recommend to everyone.

Would NOT go here again. Came in for flu symptoms. I had a fever and low oxygen. They didnt do any covid or flu tests. Just basic very basic exam. I ended up at ER days later where they tested me and was confirmed I have the flu but because of the delay I was not able to take the flu medicine.

Everyone was amazing! I was in & out in 30 minutes. The girls at the front desk helped find my insurance because I misplaced my card.The Dr was amazing. I described what was happening with my eye & she agreed it was allergy related & prescribed eye drops.I will DEFINITELY go back!

Went in today and staff very friendly, courteous, kind, and caring. I was seen quickly. The doctor this morning Daryl, had a great bedside manner. He was informative with the perfect balance of humor. Would definitely go back to this Urgent Care.

This place was amazing, everyone and I mean everyone was so nice and actually cared. They go above and beyond. Its not just a job to them. They all should get a raise or some kind of bonus they are amazing. The office was nice and clean. Amazing Experience, Im been to other urgent cares. Nothing compares to this one and Im not b*********** I mean it.

They were absolutely the most professional urgent care I have ever been to the wait time was very very short which was very good because I could barely walk I have pneumonia she diagnosed it quickly by doing an x-ray and tested me for covid and I am already feeling better today and I just went yesterday they are very professional kind people and they care really care about their patients and it shows

Horrible service.I called over the phone to see if they would see me for a knee injury. The receptionist was really nice and told me to come on in. After waiting to see - doctor, I’m met with a nurse who without even looking at my knee at all, not even touching it, said we can give you a steroid shot and you’ll be good to go back to work tomorrow.Why not tell me on the phone there was nothing they could do? No scans, X-rays, examinations, nothing. I haven’t been to a doctor in almost 10 years, there is something seriously wrong with my knee, and that’s how I was treated.If you have any injuries please avoid this place. Complete waste of time and money!!

First time visit at AFC urgent care in Holiday.. I was extremely happy with the staff a long with the doctor who cared for me .. Require.an x ray , And was Given a prescription to follow-up with an M.R.I. I was very grateful for that.. And will definitely follow-up with thas well.As I will follow up with them to give them an update So they can have it in my records. I highly recommend this place.They were very knowledgeable ..

Staff quickly answered my initial phone call & was very professional & direct with better pricing than competitors. Everything was great at my walk in appointment. Very courteous & professionally expeditious. Highly recommended to anyone, especially those without insurance.

We r from Ia. My husband was feeling rough. The lady at desk helped him do paperwork nurse gave him 2 injections n nurse that took his problems were excellent. ARNP was great She talked so we could understand her. All staff was so wonderful

Annoyed as I was just in there with my 6 year old daughter and was seen by Tiffany Szcurowski and I couldn’t even get the Courtesy of the doctor coming in to tell me what was wrong with my doctor but if she didn’t have time whatever that’s fine but at least let the nurse know so the nurse knows what to tell me. She literally had the nurse walk in hand me my paper and said I was good to go and that was it. Very short and very rude . I come in here often and usually never have an issue so not sure if it was the doctor or nurse but when you work in this field it’s not fast food in and out at least let your patient know what’s wrong with their child not just hand her papers and send her on her way.

We had a great experience. We drove here after having a negative experience at another urgent care. We were in and out within 30 minutes with good care.

What amazing Service and treatment I got for my daughter by Dr. Jillian and nurse Heather, both of them fantastic and very professional check the time to hear what I had to say and thoroughly checked out my daughter we both went in smiling and both walked out. Smiling I really appreciate. both of them so much

The team ensured I was comfortable throughout the entire process. I want to especially thank Lori Kelvy, APRN, who was incredibly patient with me. She took the time to thoroughly explain my situation, providing me with clear guidance and reassurance. Her professionalism and empathy were truly remarkable.I am deeply grateful for the care I received at AFC Urgent Care, and I cant thank Lori and the entire team enough for their dedication and kindness. Everyone was very helpful and very professional and it was quite busy in there and they got me out really quick I definitely go again if I had to only if I had to thank you and God they built that by a close to me . Also this place was immaculate you could eat off the floors it was beautiful inside made you comforting.

The doctor prescribed a nebulizer after Christmas, which is most difficult to receive. Both pharmacies were out of the nebulizer so therefore I had no treatment that day or the next day. I had to on my own to track down a nebulizer. I had to go between two pharmacist Walgreens and CVS Why? The other thing I did not like the staff in the facility except for the physician. They all called me, babe, hon. Anything but my name. They do not refer respectfully to an adult who is obviously older than them.. I would not go to another thank you another urgent care again. I would not refer any of my friends or family to ever go to an urgent care. Here I am with respiratory and hard to breathe and very bad service.

This place is so freaking efficient, its a godsend. Im always so busy, and ER wait times are nuts. Staff is super friendly, and Im usually in and out of the building in 30 minutes.

This is my first time at urgent care. I was very pleased with the service. They treated me like family and took care of the problem that I went in with I will pass on the word.

Dr. Szczurowski really listened to me, listened to what my Dr. thought it might be, and agreed. She took great care in watching the truckload of meds Im on and finding the right meds that I needed that would Not interact with anything Im on. Just over 24hrs later and I feel so much better!

Heather and all other providers were very helpful, polite, and informative. We was in and out in no time and they even helped my to understand the paperwork process!! Highly recommend

My mom had stitches removed and they took very good care of her. She’s 90 so she was a little nervous about it, but the nurse was great and talked her through it.

I do not have insurance at this time and they were able to give me information on a company program that will save me a ton of money for medical needs. Little to no wait and able to schedule appointment even for a last minute urgent care needs.

I had a wonderful experience considering a loosing battle with an avocado and 13 stitches.The APRN Lori was genuinely the best. My visit was awesome front desk helped and corrected me on a few things I didn’t fill out and was very nice the wait time was a bit longer then normal, I came in during there rush the medical staff was so nice and no one had any rude attitude or anything they were very nice and funny too. The doctor was funny, nice and helpful the tests are quick and waiting for papers is a breeze. All around an amazing experience. Would I go back? 100%! Best urgent care I have ever been to!

Really fast service, all staff was really friendly, and I was able to get a prescription filled fast. I didnt even need to ask for a doctors note for work, they already had one written for me.

I visited this office due to a bad rash. The check-in process was easy, registration questions were done from home, and they were transparent about pricing. Melanie was great and made me feel at ease upon arrival. I was seen by Lori Kelvy, who was amazing, as well! I felt like she actually listened when I explained my symptoms, and she was extremely friendly and professional! I would definitely recommend this office to anyone needing immediate care!

5/29/24 was my second visit. I was greatly impressed from when I walked in and saw the provider. The Medical assistants melanie and Brittany were very attentive and pleasant. Lori the provider was very thorough and explained everything. I would absolutely go back again.

If you have a sprain don’t go here. They have nothing to wrap it with. An urgent care that has nothing to wrap a sprain is just odd.

I want to thank Pamela at AFC sooo much!!! I went in Saturday with abdominal pains thinking I had a stomach virus. She told me to go to the emergency room immediately. It turns out I had appendicitis that was ready to rupture. Had to have immediate surgery. If it wasnt for her, I might not be writing this review . Bless you Pamela💗

They sent the prescriptions to the wrong Walmart when I told them the right one in the paperwork it’s the next morning and I still haven’t got my prescriptions

A 10 for AFC Urgent Care.The service was great. Staff was kind, patient and professional. The young lady who conducted my urine screening is very kind, patient and explained everything, which made me feel part of the process and put me at ease.Very little to no wait time.

Front desk employee was very unfriendly, not polite, no manners, mumbled, slouched in chair, no smile, no warm welcome. Not a good first impression. Everyone in the back of the clinic were kind, actively listened, and I felt heard and cared about. Torn between 3-4 stars based on initial impression but dont want the low review to reflect the providers and staff that treated me as they were great. Nurse or med tech didnt take my temp though during vitals which I thought was odd.

Daughter seen right away! Awesome care, rather go here than to PCP!

When choosing an urgent care when the need arises, I would give AFC Holiday tremendous consideration. Pamela the PA was absolutely amazing, comforting, professional. You want Pam if you have the need for AFC.Prior to Pam we received such amazing bedside manner and professionalism from Melanie and Emily. We actually walked out of and Urgent Care 2 min from here based on what we observed with a patient in front of us.Melanie and Emily were so very caring and comforting. All 3 made a stressful situation as comforting as possible. Treatment was 2nd to none. This from a former healthcare worker.Thank you ladies for everything you did for us today! Friendly staff and great service. I love the online registration and appointment system. Fast and easy.

I was in and out in 30 minutes. I was treated immediately for a contusion to my right foot. After a visual examination I had X-rays taken to check for broken bones and I left confident that there as no permanent damage or fracture to my foot and that the best treatment for my injury is RICE THERAPY, i.e., rest, ice, compression and elevation.

Very clean. Pamela, Melanie, and Kelly were all very friendly and welcoming. Didn’t take long to be seen. In and out in all of 30 minutes tops!

I was able to make my appointment on line, filled out all necessary forms. My appt went smoothly: staff was courteous and helpful. Matt, the Nurse Practitioner was thorough, knowledgeable, professional…diagnosis done, prescription faxed. I’m well on my way to feeling better! Thank you all at AFC Urgent Care!

I wasn’t feeling good, so I needed everything to go easy, and it did! Everyone is very helpful even though my handwriting was terribly sloppy, and my focus was not much there. I have no doubt that I will be feeling better in a few days! Great Care!

Very quick in and out and when you dont feel good that is a perfect way to get through the day

Didn’t want to take pictures of the bathroom but it was disgusting. Dried urine on the seat, all over the floor, rolls of paper everywhere. This is a doctor’s office! Receptionist doesn’t say hello, have a seat, thank you. Would be nice to be greeted when you feel like you’re dying. Nurses were great.

Very friendly staff. Very Clean. It wasnt a long wait at all. My daughter and I were both seen in under an hour for 2 different reasons, 1st time for both of us. The nurse apologized to me about the wait but I thought the wait was very reasonable. The receptionist, nurse, and doctor were all kind. I came in with an upper respiratory infection that had been going on for over a week I just could not kick it. But I’m feeling much better with what the doctor prescribed me.

Go there, take my money, call me into a room and then tell me they cant take an x-ray even though their sign says they can. No refund either. Do not go there. No Dr either.

I was seen at AFC Holiday, this was my second visit here, the office is always clean, I was seen by Pamela who explained what I had and was sweet and caring, and Melanie whose just as caring and nice went over my discharge paperwork, I am so glad I came in to get checked out by these lovely ladies, soon to be feeling better!!

Great experience I have been here at least four times, and each time everyone is very helpful, Pamela the APRN and Brittany the tech that was there treated me so well, I felt so safe in a very nerve wrecking situation regarding my health, we need more healthcare providers like them, the staff is always so friendly, Melanie and Kellie did not make me feel like a bother when I called they both made sure I was taken care of and so attentive to me through the phone and in person. I appreciate and truly trust them with my care, best urgent care in the area.

I have been to this urgent care three times. They have been very courteous and kind. There never is a long wait. Each time they addressed my problem. Yesterday I had x-rays. That was great to find out what was going on with my knee. I would recommend them to anyone in need of urgent care.

I went into Urgent Care because I had a very serious skin condition on my leg. Lots of pain and swelling. From the front desk to seeing the doctor, everyone was so pleasant and very professional. I got in immediately to see the doctor, and they called me in some medications. Thus is my second day and I am already feeling better. I would definitely refer UC! Thank you to everyone. And...it was only a 95.00 visit.☺️

Thank you all that helped me today. Haven’t been feeling well for 2 weeks, dizzy, ear aches, sore throat, cough, weak, headache and tired. I was informed by the nurse practitioner that I had an ear and sinus infection. She prescribed antibiotics and cough medicine.I thought I would be waiting for hours as most of the Urgent Care facilities are like this. I was in and out. Which i truly appreciate this. When you’re not feeling well you just want to go home. I may have been there 30 - 40 minutes. Fantastic!Thank you all from the front desk, nurse and nurse practitioner. I’ll be back if I get sick again….

Amazing job on all around services seeing as we just experienced a major hurricane!

It was a nice experience no long waiting and the med asst Melanie was very friendly as the provider Bassant was very nice and explained everything to me. The front desk person Iyjah was very helpful also. I always go to this American family clinic when I need medical attention quickly. The are very professional and helpful.

If you are still going to the Urgent care that MD Now bought, STOP! Go here! Its cheaper, its faster, and its better. Trust me. My son gets painful ear infections and he no longer has insurance since the state dropped his Medicaid.They made my day because I dread taking him and this is how it should always be. To the point and only $95. The other one use to $110 but they raised it to $150. I would have been going to this one since it opened had I known.

Bassant Gerges explained my condition so I understood what I needed to do to feel better.The office called with a follow up which is very impressive to me!Would recommend to anyone who needs a medical appointment but doesn’t want to go to the doctor.

This is the best Urgent Care in the Tampa area. With their technology u can make a time for an appt. On the appt website u can see the wait time.all of ur paper work can be done on line to expedite ur appt. They have a certified radiolgy technologist who is 12/10 and functions well above any from Tower or Excel radiology.this urfent care can handle more major illnesses and injuries than CVS minute clinic.The front desk personnel are very knowledgeable,and have great customer service especially when u r not feeling well and may tend to be a little irritable. Oh my the professionalism and delivery of care of the nurses is 10/10. After the Provider sees you,the treatment modalities that he or she orders are carried out in a relatively short wait time. The Providers APRNs/PAS see u in a timely manner,and are excellent diagnosticians. Tjey have had excellent bedside manner amd compassion.I have been seen in this urgent care 3x. Twice for the same condition that worsened(complications of RSV). Each time I was in,seen.received treatments including IM injection and neb treatments and out within an hour feeling much better. Yesterday I was seen for an ortho problem.today I had a follow up with my pcp. She was astounded that all of my records were sent to her including the radiologist report of my x-ray. I would highly recommend AFC urgent care 15/10.

This clinic is far superior to the surrounding urgent cares. Staff is fabulous, manager is exceptional, providers are friendly, and the restrooms are freaking CLEAN. And of course their patient care is absolutely spectacular, I couldnt have asked for a better visit. Thanks AFC, you rock!

I went to the urgent care for sore throat and clogged ears. They informed me that I had an ear infection due to untreated allergies. The team was very polite and kind. They asked all the right questions and made sure that I was comfortable when doing their exam. The nurse practitioner made sure that I understood what was going on and why, she was very straightforward and informative. They also made sure that I knew how to prevent the issue in the future. Had my ears cleaned they prescribed amoxicillin I had sinus infection which I didnt know about and it only cost me 75 worth the month will be back

I went to the Urgent Care in Holiday Fl. I was greeted professionally and with respect. The nurse practitioner was thorough in the exam when I described my symptoms. I also received a follow up call to see how I was doing. I recommend Urgent Care.

The staff is extremely nice and helpful. The doctors always try to help in anyway they can and take time to answer your questions. The wait time is always reasonable or really quick. This place is always my #1 choice when I need to be seen by a doctor.

Being hearing impaired and having an ear infection makes communication difficult but everyone was super nice and helpful from the minute I walked in. With no insurance my regular doctor charges more for the visit than I paid to see someone today. You are all wonderful!

Staff was wonderful, Im pretty easy to deal with, some of the other patients werent as friendly but everyone handled them well. Everyone I interacted with was very sweet and helpful.

Came in tonight with my two kids and I was very impressed with the professionalism, kindness and quickness the staff here at AFC urgent care provided. I was in and out with their antibiotics in about 40 minutes. I believe our nurses name was Pamela, she was very gentle and patient with my kids and I really appreciate that, as I’ve had horrible experiences else where. While on a wonderful girls weekend I started what I believed to be covid symptoms. Wanting to be safe rather than sorry, I visited this urgent care in Holiday. The facility was clean and the staff was extremely kind and helpful as I am not from the area. 5 stars and 2 thumbs way way up for them!

Very easy to fill out paperwork and quick to be seen. Provider Bassant, MA Shandra and Front desk Athena were all very nice and professional. I will definitely come back here the next time I need urgent care.

I made a one star review a few weeks ago and it seems to have disappeared? So Ill make it again.I made the mistake of coming here back back in November. I had some skin lesions And didnt know what they were. The doctor told me they were infected flea bites (Even though my house does not have fleas). I Paid the fee and went to the pharmacy spent $50 on medications. A week later I still had the lesions. So I go to a dermatologist. Its ringworm. How a so-called doctor misdiagnosed ringworm is beyond me. I did get a call back from someone who said they were a manager and asked how my experience was and I gave her an honest review. She told me she would call me back. She never did.$150 wasted because they dont know what ringworm is LMAO

I had a wonderful experience here! Came in for a dog bite and was treated very quickly with almost no wait! The staff was lovely, and they played Disney movies in the lobby and back in the rooms which was comforting for me! I am glad to know this is so close to home if i ever need it in the future!

We absolutely LOVE these providers! The office is friendly, they are FAST and efficient. I brought my son here for the first time today (he was super scared) and by the time we left he said “mom, give them 100 stars!”

Clean clinic. Front desk check-in was quick and didnt have to wait long (less than 10 minutes). The staff is very nice. In total, I spent less than 20 minutes there, got diagnosed, a prescription, and back home to rest.

Today was the first day that I ever visited an AFC Urgent Care center.I had scheduled my appointment with ease online earlier this afternoon & I was able to get an appointment for the very same day for myself & all three of my children.At the time that I scheduled the appointment, I didnt pay much mind to the physical address that was listed, so needless to say, upon arriving, I was surprised to see how close it was to where I lived. Definitely a bonus.When I walked into the AFC Urgent Care Center, everything was so clean and neatly organized. The staff was friendly. I was immediately greeted & my children and I all felt welcomed.We didnt have to wait long to be seen either. Everyone was amazing. Our concerns were immediately tended to & before we knew it, our visit was over.Conveniently, CVS is located directly across the street from this facility and our doctor was able to have our prescriptions sent over electronically. By the time that I got across the street to them, our prescriptions were ready for pickup. I couldnt believe it.I am ever so thankful for our experience at AFC Urgent Care today. We were treated with respect & had the best experience that a person could have.To all of the staff members at AFC, thank you. God bless each of you. Thank you for helping my family today.

Went on Sunday. Its clean, people were great .did tests in a very timely manner. Was out in about half hour .it was early Sunday morning but still was out really quick .

I took my daughter there to be seen, and they were so friendly and fast. Matt was awesome and Melanie was Awesome invery helpful.

Staff were friendly and professional. The provider was awesome being friendly, personable while being professional at the same time. He has an excellent personality.

Had a great experience here! most places nearby were closed for lunch so i called the front desk and got a very friendly and immediate response, i came here to AFC and they got me in right away. melanie and bassant were very helpful and extremely nonjudgmental when it came to private issues. the entire building is super clean and well kept. i’ll definitely be bringing me and my family here for our urgent care needs!

Went in first thing Sunday morning (made an appointment on their website 30min beforehand, they were the only urgent care open early enough that I could go in before work). Had the worst sore throat Ive had in recent memory, it hurt to swallow, woke up coughing, got tired of it after a few days so I went to see the doctor.They saw me right away, the desk lady was very nice and friendly, the doctors were too. Took my blood pressure, pulse, asked about my medical history, basic stuff. After telling them my symptoms they did an examination and determined I had a cold and reassured me it wasnt step throat (which was my biggest concern, not gonna lie). They gave me a list of OTC meds I can take to help and a script for the pain from the sore throat.Was out of there in less than a hour and was able to make it to work on time. I was extremely grateful and am finally getting better too :)

I was really impressed by AFC Urgent Care in Holiday. I put the address in my GPS and it brought me here. I thought I was going to a different Urgent Care in Holiday, one that Ive been to before. I was so happy I made the mistake after I went in. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. The wait was short and I was soon taken back by Danielle. She administered the few test I needed. She was compassionate and professional. If I need an Urgent Care again, AFC in Holiday will be my choice.

Matt (the provider) and Melanie (the medical assistant) had me in and out really quickly! Matt and Melanie were also very friendly.

Great service and it didnt take long at all. Had to take my daughter the other night.As soon as we left, we drove across the street to CVS and got her prescriptions immediately. 🙂

I went to AFC and saw the doctor on 8/25. I was told if i was not feeling better i could return at no cost within so many days. When i returned today i was told they only allow you to return within 5 days. I am at day 6 because they were closed for a hurricane yesterday.

Wow not impressed. Unprofessional, unorganized, HIPPA violations, not cleaning tablet after patient use and waiting time was 2 1/2 hrs after being told maybe 45 minutes at the most. Obviously they are busy and that can’t be helped. But on the side of the patients don’t advertise that there are no wait times and the when there is one don’t lie about it. Be honest and give quality care. That’s how you get more business and less bad reviews. After being seen by the male whoever he was because he did state his name or his qualifications. He toke 5 minutes at the most and left the room. Makes one wonder why is the wait time so long if he only takes 5 minutes with the patient. Oh I have the answer… most of the time is spent waiting. Word of advise employ enough staff to run the business adequately and efficient.

Staff was all nice and professional. I was taken in back immediately after arriving and the Medical Assistant was very polite and listened to everything I had to tell them. The doctor also listened to everything and was very thorough with my care and made sure everything that needed to be done that they can do was done. I highly recommend this urgent care

This place is new and I could not be more pleased with the friendliness, time management, and service provided. I took my 89 year old grandma there this afternoon and it was amazing! Kudos to the staff, process, attentiveness, and care! I hope it continues this way.I will say that it wasnt busy; however, I feel that it would be a similar experience if so.

Went in with a very bad eye infection and try my best to Be patient with them however they were more focused on watching TikToks than actually helping. I end up leaving with a refund Because I was unable to see an actual doctor . If youre in desperate need I do not recommend going to this facility..

This urgent care is brand new. Very clean, Staff are amazing! Very helpful, and friendly staff. There was Slim to no wait time. They offer many services and accept most insurances. This was a great experience, I look forward to visiting again.

This is the BEST Urgent Care and Physician Office I have ever been to. Clean, kind, and the best care. Britany checked me and in and took great care of me. Dr. Van De Cappelle listened to me and realized how much pain I was in. I have been fighting an infection for weeks and my own doctor was dismissive, she knew exactly what to do and what to prescribe. I feel like I am finally on the road to recovery. If you are in need of Urgent Care, this is the place to go. You can tell that it is a great place to work as everyone is happy, all physician offices should take note of this practice.

I wish I could make yall my PCP. Great staff and excellent care. Everyone made me feel like a person not just a number. Thank you 😊

I needed care today but of course couldnt get in to see my primary care doctor. I went to this clinic and got right in. No appointment needed, no waiting. The facility was spotlessly clean and the staff was very professional and pleasant. I would definitely recommend it to anyone in need of a doctor that cant get in to see their own doctor.

A total scam! I went with my husband on the afternoon of March 29, 2022 due to an injury on his right knee which happened at work. Because it happened at the end of the day he was unable to report the injury to his supervisor and decided to go to this urgent care instead.We explained the whole situation to whoever attended us. After charging $50, taking his vitals and making us wait in a small room, the same clerk who took his vitals informed us that the Dr. would not see him and was recommending that my husband be seen by the insurance that covers the accidents in his job. She told us that once we bring proof that the injury will be treated as a labor accident, they would return the $50 collected. The next day we presented them with proof that my husband had begun to be treated by his work insurer, and they told us that it was impossible to return the money to us on the spot and that we would have to wait a period of three months. Upon reviewing in detail, we observed that the receipt for the $50 we paid said that the reason for the charge was the placement of the FLU vaccine, WHICH HE DID NOT GET. ITS FALSE. Finally, and after three months, exactly today, we did not receive our money back. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO TO THIS PLACE. WE WERE BRAZENLY SCAMMED!

Amazing experience, very clean, staff was helpful and nice. The Dr herself, Kelly Sommers, had excellent bedside manor.My reservation was at 8:30 and went in early about 8:10 just to be there and ready, the online reservation was awesome! I was able to fill out all my paperwork online so check-in was just that, telling them my name and all my other info was in their system already. Thanks guys I’ll be here again, hope not too often lol but thank you

AFC Urgent care has been great, we usually get in and out, receive wonderful care and the staff are patient and empathetic. If you or your family are feeling under the weather it’s worth a stop here!

I went in with as a walk in stated I had tested positive for covid 9 days prior and was still having bad symptoms. The 3 female staff members that were working on the evening of 1/26 were absolutely amazing. Unfortunately my insurance was out of network so I had to pay a co pay which wasnt a problem. Once I was seen this was the most comprehensive exam Ive ever received. They did an EKG, x-ray, checked all the vitals and explained thoroughly to both me and my wife what I needed to do in the next couple days to stay out the hospital as I was diagnosed with COVID pneumonia. I received some medicine right there to get the healing kick-started, and was given prescription for the rest. Overall judging by the other reviews it seems staff is hit or miss, well Im glad they were working that evening and hopefully read this review. Thank you.

I went to this urgent care a few weeks ago after onset of COVID symptoms. Couldn’t find at home tests anywhere and a lot of other facilities did not have availability or were way too far to drive (my own job’s clinic closed at 2 pm that day… super inconvenient). I was desperate as I’m a nurse who works with immunocompromised patients and wanted to test ASAP.I was able to make an appointment online (thankfully) but ended up being able to go in as a walk-in even earlier as one of the ladies told me it was slow at the office! Only a few people were ahead of me and I was seen within 30 minutes. They were upfront about prices of the different covid tests and made check in very easy. Everyone there was super nice and the facility was very clean. Thank you!
