She took the time to explain every step with clarity and always approached our interactions from a place of care and compassion. I would also like to acknowledge with gratitude her excellent team, including nurses Kim N., Erica H. and Nataliya D., as well as the amazing staff at the Teaneck location, Hennie, Cherise and Rebecca. They are all truly kind and wonderful professionals. Highly recommend!

I scheduled a consultation with Dr. Thompson in early Dec ‘23 for secondary fertility with an AMH of 0.67 and was discharged, pregnant, in late May ‘24. IRMS is an efficiently run business with easy to access staff available nearly 24/7 to address any concerns I had. I cannot recommend Dr. Thompson and IRMS enough, my experience was incredibly positive.

Dr. Thompson is a LITERAL lifesaver. She and her team cared for me in the early stages of what became a very high risk pregnancy. Through careful monitoring, they caught and resolved an issue that would have resulted in a miscarriage, and I brought home my little bundle of joy some months later. Everyone in the office was kind, knowledgable, gracious, and thorough - precisely what you want in medical professionals. I would recommend Dr. Thompson and her team to anyone in a heartbeat!

I had a very good experience with IRMS. They are accommodating, pleasant and had been very patient with me as I went through my 7 year journey with them. Special thanks to Dr. Stephanie Thompson, who had been encouraging me in my ups and downs and providing the most appropriate and effective protocol for me. To my attending nurse Kim Neilley, who’s always been very kind, attentive and supportive to all my questions and concerns. To Jeanette Moreno, who’s always been accommodating to my appointments and requests. And to Dr. Patricia Hughes and her team who also assisted me during my embryo transfer. Dr Thompson is a great doctor and I couldnt be more grateful to her.The best decision I made was coming to her office.She is very prompt and always provided me with accurate diagnosis.She cares for her patients and really goes above and beyond . We are so thankful to Dr. Thompson - she is beyond exceptional! From the first visit in her office, having to share difficult results in a calm and clear manner, without panicking us. And, when asking her opinion on the best course of action - giving us a decisive and confident response - Dr. T in coordination with the entire IRMS team (nurses, billing/insurance, reception) are the reason we have 2 beautiful children less than 3 years from that first visit. Dr. Thompson and IRMS is the best decision my husband and I ever made!!

Dr. Stephanie Thompson is the best!! After a few years of issues, I saw Dr. Thompson at the Hoboken location and then Teaneck. She is straightforward, intelligent, and caring. I always felt like Dr. Thompson was listening to my questions/concerns and she was very thourough during the entire process.

She helped us and was successful on our first round, and her clinic assistants were ALWAYS kind and helpful (even when I barfed in their trash can! 😳).If you can go to Dr. Thompson, you won’t find a nicer, intelligenf, more professional fertility specialist anywhere.
