Courteous, Timely and professional. I trust this Clinic. I bypass many urgent/ Immediate Care Facilities to get to this one. I have been been going here since they originally opened. They have not disappointed me at any time. Rachel, nurse practitioner was very informative, from the front desk to the clinical assistant who took my blood pressure, excellent excellent
The BEST Urgent Care in the area! I was seen within a couple of minutes, treated and was on my way! The staff was very nice and the NP was great! She explained everything and made sure I understood my prescription. I’ve been to an urgent care before but this one is the BEST!!!!
All the doctor are great! But Doctor Rami was patience and nice with me I had to get an injection in my knee and very nervous. But it worked out well and it didn’t hurt👍🏾😊This week 04-19-23 I seen Dr. Rachel Kennedy she is awesome so understand and always have a listening ear so I can vent when I’m frustrated.
The staff is very kind and professional. They even give you an approximate wait time before you commit to the visit. The nurse practitioner I saw their was very friendly and listens to you. The xray tech knows how to do her job very well. Also, the facility is very clean and nice.
I came in for an infected eye. The receptionist Alize was very pleasant and friendly. I was brought back to the room by Elba where she took my vitals and she was easy to talk to about my concerns. Rami the provider did a wonderful thorough inspection of my eye. I am very happy with the sevice I received and it will definitely be my go to clinic when needed.
My last name is actually Crosby but I had the smoothest experience with this urgent Care center that was one that my health insurance recommended to me. The medical staff was very professional and I was quickly waited on by Nurse Practitioner Rachel Kennedy. She was very thorough in her diagnosis and prescribed medications that are indeed helping me now on my 3rd day. The medical assistant took my vitals and readily read them to me without me asking. I never had to use urgent care but I have to give this group a thumbs up on everything. Even when I called them 2 times I got someone on the line right away from their call center and they were able to answer my questions. Thanks for the great experience I had on Friday May 27th guys!!!!!
There was no wait. I was there a total of one hour. Got my daughters test results in 15 min. Everyone there was so kind and helpful with my toddler. She isn’t the best patient but everyone who saw her from triage to diagnosis was so kind and patient with her. I was at ease the whole time I was there.
On line appointment made and was taken care of on time. Nice and efficient receptionist. Medical assistant was professional and listened to my issues.Jeanie NP was very easy to talk to and reviewed my test results. Offered a prescription to help me and advice at home care. I’d recommend this Urgent Care Facility.
I was in and out within an hour. Staff was very nice from the receptionist on and facility was clean. Rachel is who took care of me, she was very nice and made me feel comfortable. I had an issue picking up my prescription, I called and they pulled my file right away, Rachel got on the phone with me and had everything fixed in minutes! The issue was my insurance nothing they did so I was happy she was able to help me right away!
I used to love coming to this location and would recommend my friends and family to come here. The staff and providers have always been very professional and caring, until now. I was seen by Jeanne Schramm, who was extremely sarcastic and very unprofessional. Any question asked seemed to bother her and doesnt care of the well-being of others. I was diagnosed with Influenza A and her words were Pretty much the flu, a common cold, which is a lie and its not just a common cold. She also failed to mention how contagious it can be and if i should quarantine my self from others. I was very disappointed with the lack of information provided to me as I also had my child test positive for Influenza A and we received no details whether or not she should stay home or continue to go to school.
I made my appointment agrees of timeA room was waiting for me when I arrived. Everyone was pleasant and helpful.I was in and out in about an hour and half. Ihad x rays. Tested positive for flu A and the x rays showed pneumonia. This is my second time there I wouldnt go anywhere else.
Great experience. The staff was amazing. The nurse practitioner I had along with the assistant were kind and knowledgeable. The overall cleanliness of the facility was amazing! I was in and out fairly quickly while having all of my needs taken care of. Would recommend to everyone I know. Thanks physicians urgent care 🤗
They were very nice, professional and patient on the phone with me all my questions . Other place I called seemed in a hurry and not willing to answer a lot of questions. I ask questions so that I can decide where to get care. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The service I received there was great.
This was the best urgent care Ive ever been to. I love that you can reserve a time for your visit online and that when youre waiting the TV says your name and how long your wait will be. The doctor actually listened to me and didnt hurry through the visit. I felt cared for from the moment I checked in. I truly appreciate the staff here!
They assisted on getting to the bottom on why my back was in tremendous pain. A work related issue and now I’m on light duty at work. Thanks for helping when the job doesn’t believe that you do get hurt out there. Workman’s comp/fast and pleasant atmosphere
The staff was professional. We had to wait a little bit once we arrived but that was expected. I made a reservation for myself but brought my husband along to be tested as well as a walk in. They accommodated both of us. I chose this facility over others because they offered rapid testing. Made a difference for me! Id definitely utilize this facility in the future, if urgent care was needed.
I ended up in the Urgent care Friday night. They were awesome. All staff were friendly and professional. They did a great job of making me feel comfortable. Wait time was great. I appreciate all their care and kindness!
I usually always go to this care facility because it’s convenient, fast, and professional, But today was different. I came in for a reevaluation for a back injury. The doctor told me not to make an appointment, just come in we’ll discuss and see if you can go back to work or need more time. Quick in and out 5 minutes was what he promised. Well I showed up first thing as I was told to had the front desk clerk roll her eyes at me and talk very rudely made me set up an appointment and refused to talk to me further. Got into the appointment and told them what the doctor said and they said if I have to see a physician I have to be charged which is not a problem just feel lied to and wasting my time but I still have soreness so I want to get better. So to wrap up was told one thing got the other. Had the staff be rude and waited 2 hours for something that was promised to be no more than 10 minutes. Only reason I gave one star was because the nurse and doctor were very nice and professional, but will definitely be seeking different care in the future.
I am a health professional myself , so critiquing as a layperson and professional . The facility was neat and clean. Staff were friendly , courteous . I felt that the MA was knowledgeable , explained my health issue , treatment options and why he chose the plan he did . I was in and out in a much shorter time than expected. Prescriptions were called immediately to my pharmacy. Text to check on my status was received the next day. Not one complaint . 10 out if 10. Hopefully I will not have to resort to an urgent care in the future but if I did I would definitely return based on my experience as well as recommend your facility to others. Thank you !
Was very satisfied with the service and professionalism of all the staff. I was in and out very quickly, within 25 minutes for a bcrc drug screen. Usually, it takes around an hour and a half to two hours at other places. Very satisfied with my experience.
My experience at the Highland Urgent care was such a pleasant and memorable visit. The staff was very friendly and Dr.Strange was amazing. He sat there and talked and explained to me what was going on. I recommend this Urgent care to all my family members and theyve had nothing but positive visits also. So reassuring that when you dont feel good and you have to go to the doctor that you know your visit will be quick and pleasant.
The staff at the Highland Physicians Urgent Care is always so welcoming and caring. Their facility is impeccable and very clean. The process is efficient and I never have to wait a long time for a diagnosis. I will continue to come here for all our urgent medical needs.
This is my 4th time being there, I had two quick and easy wellness checks and then two visits for Sciatic nerve pain, which were relatively quick and easy. The reason Im so bothered by my last visit is that the PA who was very nice by the way said she would get me a note to give me a few days off from work, which she did, however when I got there my job requires a leave form be filled out and when i told the receptionist this and she says yeah but to do that its going to be $50, I had my two wellness forms filled out on previous visits with no additional $50 fee. Ive asked around and no one I work with who need to have the same sick leave filled out have ever heard of having to pay $50 to have that form filled out at any of their doctor visits. This of course is out of pocket as well. It just doesnt make sense but to go elsewhere as paying $50 out of pocket to have a few lines filled out on a simple form isnt acceptable.
Very fast and thorough care provided. Ive never had such a good experience at any other ER or Urgent Care clinic. If you find yourself in need of care, more quickly than your primary care provider can see you, I would highly recommend Physicians Urgent Care in Highland!
Physicians Urgent Care is awesome! If youre in need of a professional & thorough provider physician Urgent Care is the place to be. I had a great experience. My visit was pain free! Everyone was friendly and efficient! I didnt spend my evening in the waiting room. Thank you to the Dr. & the staff for such great service!
I was in the office a week ago and had a wonderful experience. This visit was not so great. I brought my daughter in to be seen and as soon as the NP found out that she was not up-to-date on vaccines, we were snubbed the rest of the visit. The NP felt the need to explain everything at a 4th grade level and interrupt every time I tried to speak. She confirmed that everything I was doing was correct and pretty much said to just wait it out.
They let you check in online super convenient. super nice staff Randy Brush was really friendly, professional, and detailed oriented on my treatment plan. If I ever need to go to the doctors again I recommend this place.
I knew it was more than a cold, and I tested negative for C19. Although not technically an MD, Jeanine (NP) was able to quickly make the correct diagnosis, prescribe medication, administer a breathing treatment and send me on my way! Almost a pleasant experience! 😉 I hope I never have to go back. But if I need medical attention, its where Ill go.
The people there are great. The appointment was right on time. However, I went in and had ear wax removed. However, Ive felt worse ever since. Going to try what they recommend hopefully that helps. With all that being said. I would definitely go back and recommend them to others.
The Nurses, Drs, and receptionist are very friendly and caring at the Urgent care in Highland Indiana. If I cant see my personal physician this is the place I go to. Thank you all for your caring and serviceCharles Jones
Fast service friendly staff. The NP listened and answered my questions. Then she told me step by step how my procedure was gonna go. Very happy with my visit
After waiting nearly 3 hour 😴 at a local Clinic to see a Physician I decided to leave. Someone told me about Physicians Urgent Care, so I decided to give it a try.I must say, I was totally impress! The Receptionist was very friendly, and the Doctors was polite, cordial and very professional ! Whether its a minor or major condition , it shouldve been treated as such!!.....(Excellent review)
My DOT physical went flawlessly from the front desk scheduling my appointment so I did not have a 2 hour walk in wait, all the way through to my physical. Great communication and very cheery people working at this facility. Thanks again!
It was a very smooth experience. They were a bit behind in calling me back, but they sent me a text to let me know why. That was awesome! The whole staff was very nice and professional.
If you have a serious ailment, bypass them and go to the ER. I went on a Monday for chills, fever, and body aches. Told them I thought I had a kidney infection. They said my urine, flu, and Covid tests were all negative, so they sent me home to treat the symptoms. Went back on Thursday because my symptoms were worst, they did the same tests and said I have a viral infection that had to run its course. Went to the ER on yesterday and I have a double kidney infection with dehydration. I’m awaiting my blood tests, to make sure I’m not septic.Gave 2 stars because the staff was nice.
Physicians Urgent Care is a conveniently located and clean facility executing a wonderful operation. Everything was easy from scheduling, registering and all the way through examination. I especially appreciate being able to track my space in line.
The website was easy to navigate and setting up a appointment was a breeze! Also able to pre-register, so did not have to touch anything. Everyone was so kind and friendly, much appreciated! Who wants to go to urgent care?!? No one! So to make the visit smooth and pleasant makes lifes hardships easier to bear.
Really appreciated this experience. From the clear wait time displayed in the waiting room to the after-visit summary, this was a great and easy experience when I was not feeling well at all. Didnt feel like clinic was trying to prescribe meds that they got a kickback for prescribing. Appreciated the clear explanation from the doctor as to the diagnosis and treatment plan. Will definitely be using this location again in the future for urgent clinic needs.
Oni made my registration smooth as can be! EASY online contactless registration! Wait was 0-5 minutes! At an urgent care?! COME ON WHAT MORE DO WE WANT :)Jennifer did an amazing job with vital taking. Along with ensuring I had a smooth experience.Rachel, (N.P) did a fantastic job at explaining the reason for my visit and how it came about!Brenda did amazing with discharging instructions, especially my medication instructions.Very Caring from the front desk to the clinical staff! Very CLEAN! Good job ladies!
I went last night for a respiratory infection.. Jordan took care of getting all my information.. She was a sweetie.. Then I saw the PA on duty, Jeanne...another really nice, caring person. I had an excellent experience. I was in and out very quickly but I would have understood if it would have taken longer if people were in worse shape than me. Thank you so much, all of you, for making me feel better! I would recommend you all!
Came in with bad mucus congestion, runny nose, wheezing at night. After a full exam it was detected that I had acute bronchitis. I would put on a 10 regime of steroids (five days) and antibiotics (10 days). It’s now Day 5 and I feel like a new person. I am very thankful to be feeling this good again.
I had to go in on December 26th, 2021 for what I thought was a pulled muscle in my ribcage. It turned out to be a rib fracture! The three people that I interacted with, the receptionist, the nurse, and the doctor, were all friendly, professional, and helpful. The clinic was very clean, and I felt that Covid protocols were being taken very seriously. I was able to get X-rays, a very thorough consultation, and a clear diagnosis. They were very busy, as it was the day after Christmas, and everyone was coming in for Covid testing, but still I felt like I got an excellent quality of care. This was my second time using the Physicians Immediate Care in Highland, and I would definitely come back and recommend it to others. Thanks to everyone who works at the clinic!
I would like to know who you actually work for. The people that come in with a work injury or the companies that send them to you. I twisted my back and informed the staff that it felt worse then when I herniated a disk. I was diagnosed with a back strain. I couldn’t walk, sit or stand without crying out in pain and I was cleared for work with a 10 pound lift restriction. I went to the clinic because I couldn’t sit in my chair without excruciating pain but sure…go back to work. I didn’t want a huge bottle of pain killers but a few to ease the pain for the first night would have been nice.
Staff was great. The Dr was as well and had a great bedside manner. Was very comfortable and clean. Wish I could come here for my other health needs. The only thing I would have wished they did was give me print out of the services rendered, with the costs, and an average break down of what insurance may cover. A little afraid of the bill that may be coming! Overall a great experience!
First impressions...front desk and waiting area was drab. The girls were courteous but seemed in a rush. The nurse practitioner was quirky imo. However, overall I received the immediate care I needed and got my meds right away. Id go back for sure.
The receptionist was very friendly. The whole staff showed interest in my visit. I felt relaxed as I waited to be seen by Rachel. Keep up the great work.
Was diagnosed with cellulitis in my leg. The Nurse Practitioner was awesome! I’ve had this before and have been prescribed antibiotics. I have never had to get a shot but she wanted it to start working faster than my oral antibiotics would.
Everyone at the facility was extremely helpful and professional. I took my child there for an issue with the ear an the nurse took my childs vital signs an wrote down everything my child said was hurting an when Nurse Practitioner Kennedy came in she had all the information she needed. Explained what was wrong an wrote a prescription to help my child.
Started out great, would put 5 stars but my last experience made me feel stigmatized. I rolled my ankle really bad and experiencing random pain that is nerve related and the refuse to treat my pain issue. The NP Jeanne Schramm also lied about medication gabapentin, told me its a narcotic which is false in Indiana, Google is pretty accurate.3 stars because the staff is amazing and friendly. Thanks for reading, anyone have any thoughts or same experience,Id love to read it.
There was some confusion with the booking of my appointment but the the lady at the front desk took care of it. The staff was very professional and helpful. Accommodated what I wanted to watch on the television while I waited to be called. Nurse and doctor were very instructed and straight forward. Plan to be there at least an hour to two hours the most.
I was very pleased with my visit. The inside is very clean. The desk help was super friendly. I was in and out within an hour. I will definitely come back if I am under the weather again.
I came there feeling very sick and suspected Covid but also had my ear clogged for weeks for keeping my head under the water for so long. The NP/MD looked inside and said no irritation and to take allergy medicine. I went to a different urgent care because with all of the fluid in my sinuses, my headaches and earache are unbearable and finally got treated properly. I won’t be coming back to this place due to bedside manner and the lack of completion of medical care I went there for.
Their catch phrase is Avoid the line. Reserve your time. is beyond false and a very misleading representation. I made my appointment for 9am and arrived about 8:25. I was finally called back into a waiting room and after 9:40 and then waited another 20 minutes. When I asked why offer/encourage others to reserve your time online when it is just better to walk in. I was told that I was incorrect and that I should not receive any preferential treatment to a walk in. I stated that I was not looking for special treatment. But had their website not been misleading I would have arrived at 8:10. I actually sat around and waited a little while before leaving since I had an assigned time. Then I was rudely asked well what do you want? Wait, what???? Um, what I would want is for you to have accurate marketing, employees that are not rude and disrespectful. VERY VERY VERY unimpressed!
I was very happy that I was able to visit this establishment. It was very clean, friendly, and convenient. Everyone was very nice and I was seen and diagnosed in a good amount of time. I especially liked that I was able to receive my medicine right there. I was diagnosed with the flu and the last thing I wanted to do was to have to go to another place and wait for medicine. I have already recommended this place to others.
I went in to get a covid-19 rapid test. Be aware that the process for doing this is roughly 5 to 6 hours. I got there at 7:30 a.m. it was not called for my screening until 2 p.m.The staff were nice and professional, but the line wrapped around the building. I was able to go to a different ER for free.
Me and my husband were diagnosed with covid 19 on Nov 2nd & 4th 2021 when we came to this urgent care facility for a rapid Covid test. Afterwards, we began experiencing severel side of effects which were life threatening. So we ended up going back and forth to this urgent care for treatment. Every time we came, the staff at the front desk were so pleasant and the nurses were so nice which we really appreciated since we were feeling so sick. Our attending PA every time we came back was M. BANKS. She was awesome. She listened to all of our concerns and did everything she could within her means to address them. She treated us like family and was determined to keep us from having to go to the ER.
This is my go-to place when I cant get into my primary care doctor right away. I always go to the Highland, IN location. The nurse practitioners are warm, very informative, and extremely competent. They listen to your concerns. Most importantly, after several urgent, but non-emergency visits over the last few years, I trust them. They are conveniently located, I can book my appointment time online, and my wait time has never been longer than 15 minutes. The friendliness of the front desk staff has been hit or miss in the past, but the last couple of times theyve been very friendly.
I went here for a pre employment drug screen and it was a hassle. Apparently masks and social distancing arent enough for these people. Instead you have to wait in your car or, like I had to, stand outside their door in the cold rain. Although the seats in their waiting room are spaced apart theyd rather have you wait outside. And when i went through the intercom chat from their vestibule and they forget to get something from me then its back and forth from my car to the front door where once again I had to stand in the cold rain. 3 times I had to stand outside their door in the rain while just trying to get in to take a urine test. Some of the worst customer service Ive dealt with. I gave them 2 stars instead of one because when I finally got in to test the lady that took care of me was nice.
After I registered I had to wait outside in the cold for them to first call me to give them my credit card information then I had to wait for another call where a woman who isn’t my doctor asked me if my parents have any medical issues? Do I have depression or anxiety? Do I have abdominal pain? No? Are you sure? What pharmacy would I like in case I end up getting medication? Before I was allowed in. I was outside for like 15 minutes. Then near the end of my visit she kept trying to take my temperature orally with a thermometer that didn’t work, like 4 times, and she was getting frustrated with me about it saying I must not have it under my tongue? doctor was professional though.
The nurse is amazing I dont remember her name but I got to be honest I think she saved my life.No medicine just working out and drinking water lowered my blood pressure where I dont have to be on medication she changed my life thank you
I absolutely love this place. The care that I received from the front desk to the physician asistatant was fenomenal! I’m used to walking in to doctors office where nurses and staff are just not friendly and very rude at time. Even when it’s busy this staff deserves an absolute A in patient care. I didn’t believe in good bed side manners anymore but you guys changed my mind. My daughter was very sick when I took her In, Marielva was so caring and helped my daughter feel very comfortable. I felt bad because my daughter puked in the room and I thought they were going to get upset but no, they came in the room and where very polite and caring and didn’t care about the mess my daughter did in the room. I work in the medical field myself and I believe there are not many doctors offices/hospitals/ that really care about how patients feel, you guys have changed my way of thinking and I’m so grateful with you. I even received a personal call the next morning from Marielva asking how my daughter was doing! Thank you guys for caring about us!! Will definitely go back!!
Amazing place. I cut my hand wide open and the nurses were so nice and even held my hand during my sutures. My N.P. Banks was so professional and friendly! This is by far the best place Ive ever been treated. Thank you again. And P.S. my hand is doing great thanks to uour staff!
I was very satisfied with my experience. I was a walk in. The only thing upsetting was they ordered an antibody infusion and the home office couldn’t schedule it for me. I was reallt looking forward to getting it. Orher than that the people were very polite
PUC in Highland has great people who put the patient first! My experience with Brenda and Randy was very compassionate and personal. Even while I was waiting for my test results, I heard laughter and chatter amongst the people in the office, which lifted my spirits because these are the people taking care of us in a tough time and they have reasons to still find joy! God Bless y’all!
Wait was really long but it was a holiday, the care was amazing! At first my symptoms seemed to be related to current medical condition so they released me on steroids only to call me minutes later stating it is a lil more serious after the X-rays. Thank you team 😀
My visit to Physicians Immediate Care in Highland, Indiana was great. Their office is extremely clean and their staff was very kind and fast. I love that your place in line and wait time is displayed on screen in the lobby. They will also send you a text when it is close to your appointment time so you dont have to wait in the waiting room if you dont want to.
I showed up close to closing, everyone I encountered was pleasant, no waiting, and Crystal was awesome. They took time to explain everything did not rush and very professional. I would recommend this facility to anyone. Thank you to the workers on the night of 9-19!!
My go-to for quick and easy covid testing. Making appointments is easy. Arrival and check in are easy. Can wait in your own car til the room is ready, which is smart. Music in the overhead was pleasant and upbeat. In and out service is awesome. I joke that Im going to #ClubCovidTest. I recommend often and will likely be back should I need future covid tests.
I went to the urgent care center with a wrist injury. I had an x-ray which was read by a radiologist and the results given to me by a NP. She told me that it was broken and the x-ray indicated that it was from a fall. The radiologist said it appeared to be fractured prior and the fall rebroke it. We had a 20 minute conversation regarding the diagnosis. I took 3 weeks off work to let the bone heal. She told me to wear a wrist splint immobilizing the wrist. I came in for my follow up 3 weeks later and the NP that I saw said my wrist was never broken. She showed me the paperwork I never received from the first visit that stated the radiologists findings of no abnormalities. This wasnt a misunderstanding, the first NP I saw lied to me and no one at the facility was able or willing to give me an explanation. The staff made it seem like it was a simple misunderstanding. I am an immunologist. I am capable of having a conversation about medicine. I was told I had a broken bone, which I subsequently took weeks off work for, for what reason? I am seriously hoping it was negligence as opposed to malicious intent. I was told I would receive a phone call from someone at Physicians Urgent Care for an explanation, which I never received. I was also informed their Quality Assurance department would be calling, which they did not. I have since seen an orthopedic surgeon. He told me that the injury could have resolved on its own if treated more timely but my wrist now requires surgery and physical therapy to rectify.
Called for an appt (non emergency) was given an appt same day. I waited 30 minutes was seen and everyone was so nice and so professional. Clinic was clean and very well run. I would definitely go again if I was in need of medical attention.
The front desk staff was very friendly. The wait time wasn’t too bad. The physicians assistant was great. She took time with me. I even had issues with the pharmacy and when I called, the PA got on the phone and handled it right away
P.A. was very professional and listened to my concerns. She did not waste my time doing or administering unnecessary test. Acknowledge my symptoms and gave me meds to get better.went there cause my Primary doc was scared I had COVID and asked for me to make my appointment virtual!!! uh no!!
My grandson asked to join basketball the last minute at 4 pm. I went online and Physicians Urgent Care popped up. We drove and walked in and 25 minutes later walked out with his physical forms filled out. Thank you, for having late hours and having a safe environment for the community to use, for emergency services.
Urgent care is great! It beats sitting in an emergency room at hospital for hours when it’s not a matter of life and death -OR - you cannot get in I see your doctor for days, especially when you need to see someone now. Not my first to me there. Service is great.
Facility was very clean and up-to-date with technology. Check-in process was very easy the staff was all friendly and knowledgeable. I was in and out quickly and was able to go about my day.
The doctor and staff went above and beyond to help my 4 year old overcome her fear of doctors. It was 4th of July and my daughter came down with a very high fever. They were so caring and helpful and really took the time to make her feel comfortable. In such a stressful moment as a parent I myself felt calm and better because of the staff. Thank you so much! I will be recommending your office to everyone!
Edit: 1 star. Charged $240 to be told take $10 supplements from a vitamin store...They were quick to get me in a room and everything was clean. Then it went down hillThey filled out my reason to visit with things I didnt say. Listing a discomfort level I was never asked and symptoms I never gave. Could easily result in a wrong diagnosis. And treatment wasnt provided due to monitoring needed. I can come back, I can schedule an appointment. I was even directed to competitors. If you cant do a job without MD. attached to your name, dont charge me after keeping me in a room for an hour while telling me to take vitamins/supplements and see someone else.
Dr. Strange and the rest of the staff took very good care of myself and my mom. He took his time and explained about about our illness and the medications. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone who needs promt care. The online check-in is very convenient.
Theyre terrible here. Only went there because its close to home. They told me a wait time then increased it without telling me. Another patient was complaining because he booked an appt and they treated him as a walk in. Up front staff had no explanation. Anyone who says the staff is great on the comments is lying. Theyre inept. I had to return because prescription wasnt strong enough. They charged me for both visits, didnt care. Go elsewhere if you can.
From the front desk on I had an excellent experience. Pleasant and professional. I want to particularly acknowledge Corie. We had to get 12 vials of blood for our purpose. Corie was kind, gentle and efficient.
Everyone was VERY nice. I did not wait, got right in. I also liked how it wasn’t the “convenient or fast” thing to just give me and antibiotic. They explained it’s probably viral and not a bacteria and gave things to try BEFORE taking an antibiotic. This was great and exactly what I wanted. I will be having my entire family go here from now on.
I had very high blood pressure and was very nervous the doctor talked to me and settled me down I was so h a pay to have her got pills and information. I rate her and the office. 100 % so happy I went there..
Hardly any waiting time even though I was 4th on the list. Nurse was thorough and professional. Doctor was very friendly and x-ray technician was warm. Doctor called me with x-ray results because I had to leave. Very good experience!
Very professional, knowledgeable, thorough and personable staff! I’ve been impressed every time we visit this facility. Rachel Kennedy is amazing and Physician’s Immediate Care is blessed to have her!!We will continue to visit here. Thanks
The facility was very clean. The staff was courteous and professional. There was minimal wait time. I was seen promptly and treated by the doctor thoroughly. I was pleased with my experience and will return if necessary.
The wait I can understand. There is no way to know how long treating the previous patients will take .The part that is very upsetting is seeing some of the staff not wearing masks. They were within 6 feet of a co worker and were not wearing their mask.I (as a patient) walked right past another worker who had their mask on their chin.I respect the health workers, but they should know better and set an example.Received a call on 11/13 from the office manager who informed me that staff are required to wear masks at all times except when in the break room or taking a sip of water. She said that the staff will be reminded of the mask policy and thanked me for bringing it to her attention.
Everyone here was so kind and polite. Everything was explained clearly and thoroughly. Hardly no wait time after I booked my appointment on line. I felt I received better treatment than at my regular doctors office.
PA-C Marielva Banks is the worst excuse for a medical professional I have ever encountered. I was sent here for a worker’s comp injury, and she saw me for all 4 appointments. First two she didn’t even touch me. Just talked down to me.Another staff (Great girl, very sweet) took X-rays. They were normal. Banks sent me home with Ibuprofen and acetaminophen. Put on work restrictions.Had to return the next day, my pain had gotten worse to the point that I couldn’t walk independently. Banks ordered another staff to give me an anti-inflammatory shot, she said it would work in 20 minutes. It didn’t. Sent me home with a new anti-inflammatory pill and a light muscle relaxer. More restrictions added. Told to come back 3 days later.Came back in the same condition. Banks finally touched and inspections injured area, gave me a pain pill, and sent me home for 2 more days.Saw Banks today, and she released me to full duty even though I still cannot walk or do anything without assistance. Banks told me that if a work injury lasts more than a week, it’s obviously a pre-existing condition.Seeing a actual doctor tomorrow. Wish me luck.
Poor set up. Two covid-19 testing appointment made at the he same time for he same household (1:15p and 1:45p) and pre-registered online. I was instructed to arrive 15 minutes early. Arrived at 12:50p waiting in car up until 2:50p with no communication. I cancelled. The receptionist was very snobby and truly need to seek her calling. She couldnt tell an approximate time after waiting 2 hrs. And now you want feedback. You really do not.
I made my appointment online. I did not have to wait to start the process when I arrived and they were very thorough. Jeanne Schramm was amazing… I wish all doctors were like her! I would definitely recommend this place.
Staff was nice but terrible experience. The waiting time was horrible for a scheduled Covid test. It took two hours for a test that only took 15 minutes. If you’re taking the Covid test and scheduled an appointment you’ll get a text that says to text “here” when you arrive to your appointment. I highly recommend texting “here”before leaving your house and only leave when they call the second time to ask about Covid symptoms (because the first time is to collect payment, of course!) Otherwise you will be waiting in your car for a long period of time. I understand long wait times but I don’t understand making me be outside in the car when I could be home and they could call 20 minutes before I need to be there. The appointment time really means nothing. If I was to get another Covid test for traveling I’d drive 30 minutes to chicago and go there and spend less time overall than going to this location.
Being in a lot of pain..this place was great. Staff was friendly and pleasant. Felt like a friend instead of a patient so helped ease the nerves. Went above and beyond to address the cdc recommendations to safeguard against covid19...felt completely safe during my visit! Would highly recommend!
I went in with pneumonia and could barely breathe and I had a high temperature and a low oxygen by the time I left I had no fever I was breathing twice as good as when I got there and I had no fever they are AWESOME! Its my second time there and I would go there anytime I have a problem they are the best!
Used the reserved time feature on the website but really didnt need to, it was not busy at all. We walked right in as new patients and was seen by the physicians assistant within 30 minutes.Front desk staff not very friendly or hospitable but the medical personnel were great.
I am so thankful this place is here. I havent taken the opportunity to find a family doctor, and often times you have to wait for appt with doctors. This place offers walk in service. I have been here twice in the past three years and they have provided fast friendly service, no appointment, both times. One time for a leg injury, another time for a severe sore throat. Thank you so much to everyone at Highland Physicians Urgent Care.
The only reason I gave one star is because the staff at the front desk was on point. The nurses and medical assistants in back were sloppy and unorganized. The doctor was rude and uneducated. I was seen on a Saturday morning. It’s now Monday morning, I’m now sicker and wasted money on meds that are not working. I have an appointment with my real doctor this evening. Steer clear of this place if you want to be diagnosed properly.
I waited a little over three hours to see someone just for them to tell me that they had no idea why I was in pain. Sent me home with no medicine and no diagnosis. Didn’t even bother recommending a different doctor.
This time around did not go as expected due to the reason that I should’ve been given a steroid shot for my allergy reaction but I was given an oral rinseThat had no effect on my mouth that was swollen only made it worse My gut feeling indicated to contact my doctor! great part I was able to go to my doctor not a nurse practitioner and provide me with the shot that I need it it.
Caring, professional, accommodating, timely. Had an appointment and once I got to the location, checked in and was triaged on the phone and then told which treatment room to go to. Social distancing and quick results. Just found them and will continue to use them for care. Thank you
All the medical staff was very professional and so pleasant. I would highly recommend. Doctor took the time to talk to us, explained everything and answered questions. Thank you!! Outstanding care!
Great urgent care facility! I put a nail through my foot and was able to get it cleaned out, my tetanus shot, and my prescription in 20 minutes. I would have had to sit for hours at the ER. Dr. Blagojevski was really helpful and attentive. I would definitely go back next time I get hurt.
It was very easy to make an appointment online. The only thing that gave me a hard time was uploading pictures of the insurance and drivers license. The staff was extremely friendly and polite.
First time at this facility. Everything was great.Staff were very helpful and thorough. The Dr I saw was caring, concerned and thorough. I was happy I chose to come here today.
I’ve been to Physicians Urgent Care twice now for Covid tests. The on-line registration and sign-in is simple and effective and the staff are friendly and professional. Highly recommend!
My go to for the kids since their pediatrician never seems to be in when they are sick. Totally calmed my fears one time with my youngest, giving her a chest x-ray to make sure she hadnt developed pneumonia. Otherwise weve been there for sinus, ear and upper respiratory infections. Never had to wait too long with online check in. Had a problem one time with an electronic prescription, but that turned out to be a Walgreens under staffing issue. They went above and beyond to help but if Walgreens doesnt answer their phone in the pharmacy, not much they could do either but resend it.
Efficient. Fast. Professional...on Labor Day. Everything was explained ahead of time about the process. All information was taken before I got there. As hectic and complicated as this entire COVID situation has been for everyone, it was incredible to have it go this smoothly with that level of customer service which is uncommon to the medical field to begin with.
Exceptional wait time service for a walk in visit. Nurse practitioner and staff were caring and treated my son with care and expertise.
I took my child to Physicians Urgent Care recently and was blown away by the service. I was able to get in and out quickly. The physicians asst. Jeanne was amazing and incredibly informative. She explained to me when antibiotics are necessary and when they arent. I have never had this fully explained to me before. Imagine that, healthcare and health education!!! :)))))))
Top notch, clean, professional, friendly, efficient, and thorough. They took time with me and did a proper medical history on me. I will definitely use this clinic again.
Dr. Schram was great. She took care of my burns. She was very very nice and answered all of my questions she was very patient.
I like the fact t that i was able to find a place to do my sons physical at the last minute but the only thing i didn’t like was the wait times . the staff was great from the front the front end to the people in back but the wait times was just ridiculous seeing how they only had one provider that day . but besides that’s everything else was great
My throat was closing up and I went to Physicians Urgent Care. I was diagnosed with tonsillitis, prescribed medicines I need to take and instructed to follow-up with my primary doctor. The entire staff was professional, kind, friendly and very compassionate. I highly recommend them.
This a great Clinic. Everyone is very friendly, professional, and made our visit a very good experience. That this Clinic has a lab to process our tests quickly was a real plus for us. Thank you for your service.
The nurse did a great job of taking care of me at this facility. I went in with back pain and a bad ear ache and came out pain free. I would definitely recommend this place for urgent care.
Went to this facility a few hours ago. The staff and nurses were very pleasant, but the Doctor...thats another story. I coughed the entire time I was there, I had not slept for several days, I was having blackouts, etc. He never gave me the diagnosis...which happened to be bronchitis...my wife had to call back and ask for the diagnosis. This doctor decided that I would be able to return to work the very next day!!! After seeing how sick I was, this is what he decided. Of course he didnt communicate that either, my employer called me to clarify this information. Worst communication by any medical doctor I have ever experienced.
I was told by my sons preschool he needed a physical exam or an annual exam in order for him to attend. We called his pediatrician and there are no openings for over a month. We were referred to our local urgent care. We decided to use this location as we have visited several times before. Normally we are in and out with no issue. Today, we were asked to show the forms we needed to have filled out. The nurses seemed confused. They said there was no way they could give him his physical because they didnt know how to fill out the form. I called his preschool and they said they could use whatever physical form they had on file or they could give him the equivalent of an annual check up. Again, they refused. One of the documents said to be filled out if your child has allergies, my son has none. On that form it said it needed to be filled out by an actual doctor not a nurse practitioner. Again, I contacted the preschool and the assistant director had never heard of anyone having such issues. We were then turned away from the urgent care facility and asked to come back at a later date when an actual doctor was present. We drove down the street to another urgent care facility and we were in and out in no time WITH the form provided by the preschool filled out. This is the second time we have had an issue with this location. I assumed the first time was just a fluke. Now I know we will no longer be using this location and we will be telling our friends and family, along with the preschool who recommended us to this location, to no longer use this urgent care facility.
I had a scheduled 3:10 appointment and after waiting in my car since 2:40, I was finally placed in a room at 4:30. The staff was nice & said they had a few traumas come in that pushed my appointment back.
Had the best experience at Physicians! they were very welcoming and humorous! very clean and my need were met completely!
The people that have taken over this place should be ashamed of themselves. I took my son here yesterday for symptoms related to a stomach virus, food poisoning, or some sickness related to the digestive track. He has already been vaccinated and showed no signs of COVID however they still wrote on his paperwork that he had been exposed or around someone with COVID which was not true. Nir did I ever tell them that.. Then all they did was an antigen test and check his stomach for pain then, sent us on our way saying there was nothing they could do. Additionally, they said I need to keep him home for at least another 24 hours becausr thet didnt know what he had gave him a doctors note for school and said to give the school the covid test results. Mind you he was never there to begin with for anything COVID RELATED! All these urgent care and physicians first facilities seem to care about these days is the COVID cases and the monies they received from testing and reporting they dont care about anything else to the point that they would falsify paperwork to suit their own needs instead of the patients wellbeing! For shame!
My only complaint is that I have not gotten better at all. I was going to wait till I am well to write a review but I am worst today than ever. I cannot swallow without wanting cry, my right ear still hurts and Im still experiencing fever fluctuations and my neck lymph nodes are still swollen with discomfort. Marielva Banks took care of me and prescribed me bezonatate for a cough that is not bothering me at all, citrezin, sudafed and a nasal spray, only to feel my nose more clogged than ever, ear pain much more uncomfortable and throat too sore to swallow or talk. I was seen on wednesday and there is no sign of relief since then. Place was clean in general. Technician was so sweet. I trusted marielva banks but I was very disappointed to have spent money on a visit and meds that are not helping.
This is our new “go-to” for the immediate care needs of my family. They were prompt, professional and kind. Everyone we met was exceptional and I could not be happier with their system. From scheduling to check out, this place knows how to run a business!
Go to the nearby CVS Minute Clinic instead!I went to this clinic with a simple bladder infection, a common malady that often gets an Rx over the phone & can be diagnosed in a very short time.I started out with time constraints, working that Friday til 7pm in far south Chicago plus carpooling so less in control of when I could head to this clinic. Checking their website I was happy they were open til 8, but didnt feel I should reserve their last slot (7:20) since I didnt know if I could make it by their 15 minutes late deadline. The warning was strict, I didnt want to be THAT jerk, and their site showed zero wait time.As my roommate drove, I watched that wait time jump to 20, then 30, then 45 mins. Uh oh..., but Id still get there before they closed. Not great after working 12 hours, but with 2 more 12 hour shifts Saturday and Sunday, I didnt have other options. When I got to the clinic at 7:30 and signed in I was told the wait time would be an hour. I wasnt pleased but handed her my insurance card and made good use of my time by doing a Google maps search for nearby pharmacies and their closing times, glad that there were a few options, closing times @ 9, 10 and a walgreens a little farther away that showed they were open 24 hours. Then I waited as the hour passed, wondering if I should ask for my card back, which clinics usually return right away. Nah, I didnt want to bug them. One man came out of the inner sanctum and left, I thought, yay, progress! But after about the time to smoke a cigarette he started knocking on the door, then all the windows for several minutes until the desk lady finally came back out to reception then let him back in. And he went back in the back. What? Then I waited much longer, watching as closing times for the nearest pharmacies passed. Seriously? My frustration was escalating. I asked the receptionist for an approximate eta. She said they wont call for you until youre entered in the system. What? What the heck had she been doing for an hour and a half? So thats why I hadnt gotten my insurance card back... I was starting to boil.I finally got to see the doctor maybe 2 hours after I arrived. The actual visit with the doc was ok & since it was so late by then that all the pharmacies were closing soon (I discovered that the 24 hour Walgreens meant the store, not the pharmacy!) she said they could fill the Rx right there (for almost 3x my copay!) So I took the other option and she sent an electronic Rx to the Walgreens I figured I could make it to before their 10pm close. But when I got there, I had somehow beaten the speed of the internet! I was informed that electronic prescriptions can actually show up hours or even days later! I asked and was informed that yes, if I had been issued an old-fashioned paper Rx they could fill it immediately! Resigned to getting no relief until my day off (Monday, 3 days away) or taking a day off to fill an Rx (who can afford to do that?!) I drove home. Id just taken my shoes off, so wound up and uncomfortable I wondered if I could fall asleep, when the nice Walgreens pharmacy lady called - the Rx had come in, but it was 9:54, I could come pick it up in the morning (hours after my workday starts.) I begged her to hold on, Im luckily only a mile away & think I can make it. I dont want to bust myself, but traffic laws may have been broken, but I made it with 1 minute to spare. This should be the end of my complaint/review, but wait... theres more! Somehow tho I always take antibiotics religiously, it became clear that the infection hadnt been cured so I went to the CVS Minute Clinic (no way Id return to this terrible clinic!) I needed and got the same services, but was done in maybe 30 minutes including the wait time. When I got the 2 bills, the total for the Physicians Urgent Care was $50. The total for the Minute Clinic was a $20 copay. PUC was the worst in every way possible, other than that I think the doctor was just fine.Go to the Minute Clinic instead! Its so close. The experiences at the two - not close at all.
Everyone there was so friendly and helpful. From the time I called in, to when we exited the clinic, the process was efficient and the staff was just amazing. The had us in and out. Thanks so much!
Extremely professional staff. The NP listens to your concerns and does a thorough check up. Explains your medical condition and release instructions. Highly recommend.
The entire staff was up beat and extremely pleasant, making my visits more than tolerable. Lets face it, who likes going to see a dr. I did find it annoying to fill out the registration for every visit.
5 stars great place for a employee health physical. Very thorough and very friendly staff. Organized and clean. Nice texting service and they allow you to preregister ahead of time.
I had a great experience at PUC. I had just suffered a fall injury resulting from a ski accident and the clinic saw me immediately. There was no wait time, the entire staff was very friendly, courteous and professional during my visit. PA Lukac was very thorough during the exam and explained the prescribed treatment and recovery in a very understandable manner. I highly recommend PUC for anyone in need of medical care.
Extremely rude Receptionist!! When I told her I was not using insurance she had an attitude when I questioned why a covid test was $240 for a child. She proceeded to tell me that I should have went to a free testing site then and hung up on me before I could ask any other question.
The staff was very sweet. My only suggestion is the time I waited outside, I got dizzy from overheating. It would be great if there was a moment where I was under some shade because the sun was extremely overwhelming after a almost four hour wait.
Their system had glitches. It did not accept my appointment. They were very professional and adaptable to getting me in for a covid test. Great group of ladies !
I really love the dispositions of the whole staff here! They are all so very nice people. The providers are also very thorough with you and very willing to provide any additional info that they can! Thanks for a great experience!
Very clean and I was comfortable being there. The doctor was very professional and treated me. The felt better after I started with the medication.
Everyone was very nice. The provider was great with my son and prescribed him medication that worked right away!
Service was good beside the receptionist had a horrible attitude.I do not know if something was going on in her life, or if she is like that all the time. I almost erupted on the receptionist but somehow, I managed to hold my horses. She was rolling her eyes, not responding to questions, showing attitude, disrespect, and frustration. She should work on her communication skills. Aside from the receptionist, the other lady (with copper stetoscope), which did my drug test, was very professional and in the end did the work of the receptionist, who could not even make a copy of my original drug test form because the carbon copy wasn’t readable.
I don’t know why my review disappeared. For some reason I cannot post a photo of my previous review. When I went there with my baby, a lady from the back came out & pointed to my baby from afar (in front of everyone) & said “That, that’s 2 hrs”... we had an appt & the front desk told us it’s an hour wait prior. Rude & horrible.Never going back here again. My baby & I just left & went to another urgent care later that day.Update: I filed a complaint & Manager called to apologized for her employee. I questioned why my original review was removed & she said they can’t remove reviews. Anyway, I hope this stays up here.
My wife went here the other night after rolling her ankle really bad. An x-ray revealed a fracture. (They didnt tell us this until after we left and they called us an hour after we got home). She was telling them how much pain she was in and Dr. Strange wouldnt do anything about it except order a CT scan and told her to take ibuprofen. So now my wife cant sleep and is in constant pain, working 2 jobs and caring for our 2 year old daughter. This place blows, I wouldnt take my dog here.
Hands down the best service I’ve ever experienced from a healthcare setting. Every single person that my son and I Interacted with were simply amazing. I wish I would have gotten all of their names so I could give a personal shout out.
I took my 4 month old around Christmas time and they were so nice! Happy holidays was said when we left and the or practitioner was so helpful and sweet with my baby. I’d highly recommend!
My child had Covid-19 symptoms so when I was asked if we wanted a Covid test I said no, it wasnt necessary. As soon as that was my answer our level of care went downhill. The NP demeanor had completely changed after that. So when the test in fact came back negative it was downplayed to a common cold and we were totally dismissed.
We brought our 18 month old son here a couple of days ago for a cut on his knee that we believed could be infected. He also had high fevers previously that week which we believed to be unrelated. We didn’t have to wait too long which was great since our son was very irritable and upset. The nurse called us back and began to ask questions about his symptoms, behaviors, etc.Although she was nice, it quickly became obvious that she didn’t know what she was doing. She was trying to take our sons temperature with an ear thermometer which is what we use at home and it took her several minutes of trying before having to go get another nurse to do it for her. This was a tad annoying since I knew how to use to it and my son was very unhappy for a stranger to be shoving things in his ear for such a long time. When she measured my son she somehow decided that he was a near 2 inches shorter than he actually is. She put her finger in the middle back of his head saying that was his height. Just sloppy work. When we finally saw the doctor (who I think was actually a nurse practitioner) she gave our son an accurate diagnosis of hand foot and mouth. She proceeded to tell us that we could use Orajel for the sores in his mouth and that he was no longer contagious after being fever free for 48 hours. (We found out later that the CDC says children with this illness are contagious until all sores/blisters are gone)We got our end of appointment papers and left. Upon reviewing them I noticed that they said our “chief complaint” for coming in was a rash on his right elbow. What??? Not even close. We proceeded to go to 3 DIFFERENT stores looking for Orajel which we had heard of but never used before. After finally talking to a Walgreens manager she informed me that Orajel was RECALLED and that it had been all over the news several weeks prior. Of course being very surprised to hear this I started searching on the internet to find out it was recalled nearly a full 2 months prior for being very dangerous for children under 2.You can only imagine how upset I was that a MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL ADVISED ME TO USE A RECALLED MEDICINE FOR MY SON.We will never be going back to this facility. The only reason we went was because it was a Sunday and our pediatricians office was closed.
I got a Covid test. That went fine except nobody checked me out to see why I was having trouble breathing. I was told to keep trying over the counter meds which is fine If someone would have spent some time checking me. I came back the next day( I’ve been here before with good service and figured I’d try again ) and to my shock I wasn’t even allowed to see a dr because the NURSE diagnosed me over the phone and said basically I should go to the ER because there’s nothing they can do to help me once again IF SOMEONE HAD SEEN ME!! I went to another urgent care and was given a chest X-ray and the lab read Covid test ( which I did as a precaution) and treated for looks what could be pneumonia. If you can’t or don’t want to spend the time to help people then close the doors and go find a different profession.
I needed a drug screen test I came in and was ready to give sample. Was told there was an 1.5hr to 2hr wait. Who can hold their urine that long. SMH
Absolutely do not recommend. This place is a complete scam. One year after service I am receiving bills for over $1000 dollars. Do not waste your time or money.
Scheduled for 3:30 Covid test for my daughter. We had to wait in our car until 5:30 to be seen. If I didn’t have Covid, I sure did by then. We wore our masks the whole time, but this wait time was ridiculous. Don’t schedule appointments if you can’t keep them.
I walk in and theres no doctor . Theres a lady name Ebony .. plays like she know what she is doing , but actually doesnt know . She does not even know what she is talking about. Shes not even. A medical assistant.. They should not even have this unprofessional .. it wasnt like it used to 5 mos ago they have a very nice Assistant i left
Great place to get quick help. Been there maybe twenty times. Friendly staff. Its my main place for healthcare . Use it as my primary doctor. Though I see many.
COVID-19Need to update their site gave me a time slot with no confirmation. I show up along With over 10 others who went through the same situation as I did even took a screen shot they didn’t honor. Basically said we are out of luck. For an immediate care facility having multiple locations they need to run more efficiently.
Organized, clean and professional. Everyone was polite and showed empathy for their patients.Jeanine was especially informative and had a great bedside manner!
The entire staff was professional, caring and kind. It was very hot and about 70 of us waiting for curbside and they all kept their cool! Thanks for taking good care of us!
This is a really good place to go the staff and the female doctor Marielva Banks there that I saw are awesome the wait time was the most minimal I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE... Very well operated. Friendly and the treatment I received from them especially the doctor was spot on.,😁😁😁😁
During these hard times we need more places like this. I need a Covid test in a major hurry so I could go back to work. I had been exposed and couldn’t return to work without a clear bill of health and a negative Covid test. I went to get tested and they told me they were already full for the day. I told them the situation and they squeezed me in. I was able to go back to work that day with my negative test results in hand! Thank you so much.
Lovely people, very kind, understanding, and informative/educational. Great experience. It’s165 for tier one (lowest tier) with no insurance/self pay in case anyone is wondering!
Walked in to this place. Sat for about 20 minutes, went in took temp, blood pressure, asked weight. Sat for 10 more minutes saw a nurse practitioner, looked at my ears, throat, listened to heart & breathing. I n network Cost was $225 WITH INSURANCE. Will NEVER go back or recommend.
Very fast and accurate! Staff was very pleasant from the beginning to the end. Receptionist(Alize) very professional, MA (Kelly)very professional I will definitely return if needed.
The nurses were very nice and calming. I have referred others there. I wish they did COVID 19 testing every day, they only do it a couple of days out of the week.
Set appointment @ 11 for a COVID test for work & I was first denied then finally after talking to my company they gave me the test 2-1/2hrs later... How in this day & age are you going to deny someone from getting tested for the pandemic were in?! & $240 for a test is just ridiculous
I got there as soon as they opened. I was seen right away. Doctor and staff was very nice. They even have certain medications you can get right there in the clinic. Overall nice experience.
Fast and easy process to get a Rapid results PCR test. The staff was so kind and accommodating - thank you so much Physicians Urgent Care team!
I came here Tuesday just for them to tell me to try Claritin and Flonase. I’ve head phlegm in my throat for 2 months and felt a bad cold coming when i went in. Now it’s 3 days later and i feel worse than when i went in there. I think it’s ridiculous to pay a copay just for them to tell you try over the counter medicine. Also only saw the doctor for maybe 2 minutes!
I live a little ways away from this urgent care but i drive all the way from north hammond to go to this one. The people are friendly and the wait time has never been bad. I feel the care they take and the way you are treated there is worth the drive... Thankyou for all you guys do.
Everyone was nice and friendly from the moment I walked in the doors. They were attentive and explained everything to me. Great experience!
Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! The blood draw went very well. Always always always a great experience!!!
I have been there twice now for DOT & Pre employment physicals for my job and the doctor & nurses are great, very professional & seemingly caring people!I’ll definitely recommend them any day!
We had to have a test for traveling to Europe. It was fast and easy. Every one was very nice and professional. My friends are going next week to have their test. Thanks everyone.
This clinic is horrible. My daughter I went there earlier this year, and I have been making monthly payments on my balance. I went there to be seen today ( after making an appointment) and they refused to see me unless I paid off my balance in full. Will never use this clinic again.
The stuff is amazing. Time wise is horrible. Appointment is at 8:10am been waiting in the waiting room for 20 mins haven’t been called back. When coming here be prepared to wait awhile.
Physicians is awesome! It took a total of about an hour total but I got my test back in 15 minutes! No waiting 3 days. I was so relieved!
No wait time. Providers showed professionalism and care for my son and I suffering from flu symptoms. I highly recommend this health care provider.
The Staff was super nice went in for ear infection. Had problem getting medicine filled they kept in contact with me and pharmacy to make sure I was taking care of. And Suggested to me where I can save $ on buying medicine thanks.
Had and appointment for my son there. The staff is very nice but had an appointment and still had to wait over 3 hours to be seen and had to wait in the car with him.
My experience here was very good! They were on time they took proper COVID precautions! I would definitely use them again!!!
They quickly got me into see the doctor, he diagnosed my condition and prescribed some antibiotics which I bought directly from the clinic to avoid waiting at the pharmacy. Great Experience.
Please dont come here, i came for covid test,Doctor using one glove , he couldnt cover the tube, at the front desk the lady wasnt using golves to pack the tube, the tube opened spilled the liquid fron the tube on the desk, and she act like nothing, im calling my insurance to repor
I always have a great experience when I need medical attention here at Physicians Urgent Care. Great Atmosphere, Great Workers! Thank you for all you do!
They were quite professional despite my illness. Diagnosed correctly, got prescription, and left. All within an hour. No ER could do that.
The only place we go . Always friendly staff and minimal wait times. I like that we can also make an appointment.
We completed a sports physical and were in and out in 20 minutes! This isn’t the first time there, they are always so helpful and kind and get you out quickly.
Staff here was friendly. Getting my Covid test here was quick and easy. Physicians Immediate Care never disappoints me.
The staff is very welcoming and friendlyIt was not fun to be sick on a trip but going to Physicians Urgent Care was a good choice!
Exactly where you want to go when you don’t feel well. I made an appointment at midnight and was seen by 3pm the next day. Friendly service from staff and medical provider.
Awesome experience, had to get there early so that I could be among the it’s 20 or so in line! After the wait everything was good. The staff was friendly and well organized!
I found this place to be absolutely courteous and friendly. I actually filled out the form wrong in registration and they did everything in their power to ensure my child was still able to be seen in a timely manner! Thank you!!
I was diagnosed with a sinus infection, even though I reported chest pain, shortness of breath and severe cough. I went to another facility immediately after because I knew the diagnosis was incorrect. Chest XRay there showed I have left lung pneumonia. This is a HUGE medical mistake!
Never going there again Keep pushing me to do a test and I refuse to take I feel like I had a sinus infection but the nurse practitioner was pushing me to take a Covid test and I refuse to take it I’m fully vaccinated I even got the booster I know my body I just didn’t like the way I was treated when she gave me the discharge paperwork I threw it away because I was so mad I’m very upset the way I was treated
I always have a good experience while receiving health care for myself or my children. The staff are very professional and caring.
The staff and doctors are really friendly and have great communication. Their office is very clean. Definitely recommend!
This place was great if you need urgent care. Staff was professional and the wait time to be seen was low
Very nice and quick place to get seen or tests done. Every one was pleasant working here as well
The best staff anywhere, very friendly, efficient and professional; short wait time. Would not hesitate to return!
Ive been there several times and have been treated professionally. The medical staff was great and Ive never had to wait more than five minutes to be seen.
Everyone was kind and caring. Great quick service. Truly an amazing place. Would definitely recommend this urgent care
The appearance and cleanliness of the facility was exceptional.Customer service definitely a 10 star experience.
