I will never recommend this office. I consistently have to wait over an hour for my appointments. The staff have no compassion. My doctor has not listened to my concerns, has not offered a working solution, and I feel dismissed. I try calling with concerns at 8 when their website says the office is open but the line recording says they are closed until 8:30 and to call the after hours line if needed. I call it only to be met with another recording that says it is closed and to call a nursing line where I have to provide the name of the doctors office and my doctor which tells me its a mass nursing line that I doubt will be of any help. Repeated issues with this location and its staff. Do not recommend. I would find elsewhere if youd like to have your concerns addressed.

*Urgent* please readI felt led to share my experience I had 13 years ago with this practice regarding the OB/GYNs recommendation on terminating my pregnancy. 13 years ago I was pregnant with my very first child. Every ultrasound was showing that she had a brain abnormality & a heart abnormality and she would possibly have a low quality of life (therefore we should consider abortion). They sent myself and my husband off to genetic counseling (I believe that is what it was) to try and talk us into terminating this pregnancy. I was 21 years old at the time (perfect for being super impressionable). HOWEVER, I have always been VERY pro-life and I believe and trust in Jesus Christ. As a Christian, I know that we SHOULD NOT murder. My husband and I trusted in God and prayed, prayed, and prayed some more. We trusted in the very God who gave our baby life that He would hold her in his hands and heal her. Let me tell you, our 12 year old today is a BRILLIANT young lady with absolutely NO BRAIN OR HEART ABNORMALITIES! There is nothing wrong with her! After she was born, it was determined that it was a “normal variant” they were seeing on the ultrasounds, NOT a syndrome. Our daughter gets A+’s in every subject and excels in every area of her life. If we would’ve terminated this pregnancy we would’ve missed out on the joy of who she is. What I am trying to say is that the doctors DO NOT have all the answers. Trust in God, abortion is in fact murder. If you have had an abortion, I am not condemning you. Repent and believe in Jesus Christ. If you do this He will forgive your sins. Lean on Him in your times of trouble. But, DO NOT abort based on a “bleak diagnosis” they give you.

I have been coming here since 2015. The doctora and nurses are freindly however with my second pregnancy it was like every other apointment that they would be behind and i had to wait 30 to 40 minutes to be seen. Morning apointments are a breeze. They go by very quick. Would reccomend scheduling in the morning time.

My wife and I have insurance that covers our pregnancy visits. After we left they suddenly started charging us extra, so much extra that the insurance which they told us covered 100% of the visits and the testing, so much extra that they say we may owe $1000+... Of course this was after they had huge computer billing system issues which made it sound like they lost important information in the transfer. What a scam of a placeGlad we left

PSA pregnant women! If youre deciding on where to birth your baby this hospital will outright deny you of epidural even if you were begging for epidural your Doctor will deny you. From personal experience I do not recommend this hospital!! Please do your research! From personal experience the experience has left me with post traumatic disorder from the vaginal birth!

When making my appointment I made my religious concerns upfront where the reception immediately mocked me. This is not a place that has any respect to honor religious or cultural beliefs!!!! Stay away from this discriminatory practice!!

My first visit I was given the wrong address by the call center and missed the 15 min grace period ((by 1 min btw) and this isn’t just an office it’s located in the hospital so i had to park in the parking deck, wait for the lady downstairs to print a sticker, then go up to the fifth floor) and immediately a younger bigger blonde lady kept saying I couldn’t be seen. There was a nicer lady who was able to get me a later appointment which was nice but I felt like the doctors did not care about me at all. The next visit I was told my labs from a previous doctor were not found and that I had to do new labs. I asked someone if I could show them my chart from Cone and they preferred to do the labs. Ended up being $1000 and I was so upset because it wasn’t necessary to do as I already had labs done. A few visits later the doctor was on call which I knew when I made the appointment weeks prior but I still came in. I get checked in and weighed and over 30 minutes later no one follows up with me. I call the front and the doctor was called for a c-section. I had to go home because the other doctor was called to assist as well. I wish someone would’ve told me the day of that she was not in the office but I was an after thought. A few days later I logged in to my wake health and see that the doctor made notes saying everything was normal and she didn’t even see me that day. Which makes it hard for me to trust them. So my experience at this office was not a good one and wouldn’t recommend this office to anyone. All of this happened over the course of 7 weeks.

I ended up missing a 2pm appointment due to getting lost. I was very appreciative that a 2:30 appointment was available and I came in a minute or so after that. Front desk was very nice. I was supposed to see Dr. White. I was seen by a nurse who hardly spoke to me and just seemed miserable being there. Usually nurses are very sweet and carry on conversation. I waited in a room for almost an hour and never saw a doctor. I ended up walking out. I will never come here again. Asheboro location is much better and I hardly ever leave negative reviews.

Dr O’Keefe and staff are great!! He is my Dr here on out!! He makes you feel comfortable at all times great facility

Don’t go here. Went in and left out with the same problems I had. Was told I was negative. I think they need to go back to school cause even a blind ox knows a UTI. I don’t know how long these docs have been practicing but it’s a waste of time and money if they are clueless of what they are doing and you have to go somewhere else to get better. I thought I’d be better for the holiday. If you are going here for baby deliveries I can only imagine. Lol. Luck there no such thing and good you will not find.

I showed up for my first patient appointment late because my car had literally just broken down, tried calling ahead no one answered and never got a call back, so i showed up thinking everything was still okay. The receptionist then proceeded to ask me very rudely why i was late and i explained to her why she then just types away at her computer asks me why i was having an ultrasound before the new patient appointment which was set up by the doctor not me and when i tell her its because one of my gestational sacs became unviable she acted as if she didnt believe me typed away again at her computer and with no explanation or reason told me we will see you on September 28th. This is very disheartening as its my first pregnancy and thats the first experience i have as this places new patient will look into another doctor asap as i no longer feel comfortable. I have already filed a complaint with patient relations and hope something is finally done as after reading other reviews this is not the first time they have been rude to expecting mothers.

I went there to to confirm my pregnancy, had a ultrasound at 6weeks, at the time I was 19 and I was always getting the most sideways looks from the staff. Lord forbid you have a question, I saw my dr once out of all the app I had there. I saw two other drs that werent mine that both made me feel like I wasnt meeting standards(I had severe nausea and couldnt eat for 2weeks and I was asking for help). On the day of my last scheduled appointment it was a 10wk ultrasound and meeting with my dr to go over stuff. Well there was construction making me late so I called and said I was going to be 5-10min late Im so sorry, they responded they have a 15min grace period so I was okay and they would see me then. I made it there 9mins late unfortunately and I apologized again, they tell me to sit down after checking in, but call me back up shortly stating I was way to late to get my 10wks scan, and my dr wont see me without it. I asked what they meant since I was in the grace period and they acted like that didnt exist and I was wrong. I asked what we could do about it they said well you can go get a scan in 30min and see a different dr in 3 hrs. It was RIDICULOUS. I understand I was later but I would have rescheduled if I knew thats what they were going to try and pull. Specially after telling me there was a grace period then acting like that.

I had surgery at High Point Medical this week and am VERY impressed with the facility and the staff. I was treated with great care by everyone and felt well cared for and safe.

I love my provider, Dr. White. I have been going to her for over 30 years and have appreciated her so much. She takes time with you and makes sure everything is going well.

I been coming to this OBGYN on and off for years and I never had a bad experience. All workers are nice, willing to help, and I will recommend this facility to any woman looking for an OBGYN.

Hello, i have been a patient there since i got pregnant last year, i have to say that it has been one of the best experiences i have ever had. Dr. Okeffee is AWESOME, so patient and loving, had a great experience, i just delivered my baby boy a week ago and Dr. Robinson was my dr that day and i have to say, HE IS SUCH A GOOD DOCTOR! Love the clinics everybody so friendly and all my nurses in the labor delivery room so very sweet and professional, defenitely if im still living here for my next baby i will choose them again.

Dr. Robinson gets top marks for being an amazing doctor. He is caring, smart and thorough. The support team is also wonderful. Id highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great doctor. Im so thankful I found this practice.

Dr. Wagner is an amazing gem of a doctor. She listens to you and treats you like a human being. She takes her time to ask good questions and lets you give a full answer. She gives clear and concise advise and direction. Love this doctor!

I have been coming to Dr. Ty Robinson since, July 2018. I had a procedure in August 2018. Started coming to him for my yearly paps after that. Hes very caring, honest, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to.

Dr OKeefe is absolutely wonderful and came highly recommended by several of my friends. I switched from high point obgyn because no one would address my infertility. Dr OKeefe addressed all of my concerns on my first visit and began treating me right away. All of the nurses are very friendly and understanding of my situation and make me feel hopeful and welcome at each one of my visits. I even got a phone call to wish us good luck on hopefully getting pregnant. I am so grateful to have found them!

Dr. OKeefe is really awesome. He listened and explained everything in detail and it was easy to understand.

The staff is nice but they are always running behind. Waste of time and when you are pregnant, you cannot sit for hour and a half sometimes 2 to just see the doctor. My wife has had a rough experience there with this issue. Other than that they are friendly and helpful.

I would NOT recommend this practice to anyone! I initially came to this practice with lower abdominal pain and pain in my ovaries after several hospital visits, Urologist, GI specialist who all cleared me and felt as if I needed to see an OBGYN- especially with my history. 9 miscarriages, 1 successful birth via c section, ectopic pregnancy, appendix removal and partial hysterectomy. I have been back and forth to this office with NO HELP what so ever. After more than 1 month, they have still failed to get my prior OBGYN records and only want to put me on the shot Lupron for possible endometriosis which I was told that I no longer have- after the birth of my son in 2005 and hysterectomy in 2010...now if I am in pain and Ive had these problems in addition to this practice seeing cysts on my left ovary- why in the world would I want to travel once a month more than an hour one way each month to get a shot that will put me into menopause when I dont have endometriosis? The doctor seems to contradict herself and after they mailed me info regarding a laparoscopy, I call them and they schedule the consultation and I drive an hour and arrive at 3:32pm- my appointment time was 4pm. I was finally seen at 5:55pm and still left with no answers, and the office closed and I walk out at 6:20pm! Furthermore after this, it will also be reported to the medical board. If you have any issues which involve any type of pain and cause them to do more than take blood, blood pressure and urine...do yourself a favor ahead of time and find another doctor. These folks will cause a woman with issues to be depressed because they obviously do not read and obtain proper records on their patients.

This is my first pregnancy. I haven’t been given any information as to what to eat, what not to eat. The prenatals I decided to take gave me stomach problems, I told the nurse and wasn’t given any information on an alternative. I tried to get an appointment because of cramping( I am a high risk pregnancy) and haven’t heard anything back. I have to research everything by way of google which shouldn’t be the case. I feel completely neglected and am going to try to find another place ASAP

I called for an appointment and Donna was soooo helpful. She went above and beyond when setting up my appointment. She also gave me thorough directions bc this place is a little hard to find. The entire staff was amazing but Donna is heaven sent!

Was one of the worst experiences of my life from attitudes to waiting almost 45 min. to be seen and only being seen for 10 min. I had to say hey I have a few questions because they were about to basically run out of the room smh

I love this obgyn, I go here now and all the doctors & nurses have been nothing but nice! Doctor Okeeffe is my favorite, hes very helpful and dose his job well!

Would NOT recommend this place to anyone who is pregnant especially being high risk!!!! I have had problems 2 different times and I tried to get seen by a doctor and there exact words was their to busy to get you in they are not professional at all I switched OB!

They never pick the phone up and they will do all your billing incorrectly. If you have insurance they will run test that you dont need to be done. I always have problems.With this company.

I would not recommend this practice because they ALWAYS run behind; you can easily spend 2 hours in the waiting room for your scheduled appointment.

The doctors are good, but the overall level of care, compassion, sense of urgency and genuine concern are sorely lacking.

They are very unpleasant , rude and condescending. If you are pregnant do not go here you will be highly disappointed . Also they hardly ever answer the phone .
