Very professional facility clean and well staffed. Service was prompt and efficient. Tracy was was very polite and the care of my situation was well attended to.

I made an appointment online and when I arrived I was taken in at the time of my appointment. The staff member that I saw was very professional. I explained that I thought I had a sinus infection. I was examined and a prescription was called in to my pharmacy. I am so appreciative of the time the staff person took to listen to me. She was very helpful. I have been to this Urgent Care three times, and all three times they have been very helpful in getting me the help I needed to get well. I would not hesitate to use this Urgent Care again.

Great experience! I think that was the fastest urgent care appointment Ive ever had. The doctor was knowledgeable, thorough and easy to understand. I dont have insurance and the prices for private pay and other costs were presented upfront so there was no question on how much it would cost.

Very bad experience here. Ive had bad ears for months, it only started to cause me pain earlier today on Saturday. I chose this place because of its steaming reviews and clean looking and safe atmosphere. The staff was nice enough but the woman doctor, clearly didnt seem to know anything. I had been to the pool earlier today, an ended up getting water in my ear. I told her how it started as pimples in my left and then moved over to my right, she asked if I clenched my ja in my sleep, or grinded my teeth in my sleep? Then she looked down my ears. looks like swimmers ear. From pimples, from months ago? When i literally JUST went to the pool for the first time this year today? She didnt ask any other sort of questions. Looked at me for two minutes, max, and diagnosed me.I had a very terrible experience here, and Im still in pain. She prescribed drops for my ear, didnt give me anything despite me saying I had pain could she do anything faster. In, diagnosed, out.Im a STICKLER for bedside manner, if you have that you could tell me i have cancer and I would be okay. But it was straight, blunt and honestly kind of rude to ignore my questions about how I got it.If youre looking for fast no questions, this is your place, if youre looking for actual answers, look somewhere else.

I would give negative stars if I could. First time I went here everything was fine. Last time I went I was vomiting constantly and having diahrreah. The receptionist was a total cold-hearted jerk who literally said nothing when I started vomiting in the lobby, and then called me up to say we cant find your insurance, you need to give us another card. By this point I was feeling dehydrated and asked if they could even help. She said you shouldnt have come here for that. This is an urgent care. More of a band aid practice. Yet when I said I needed to go to the hospital, she refused to let me go saying someone needs to see you first before you leave. All this in spite of becoming more dehydrated and panicking worse by the minute. The doctor finally came in, took my vitals, then said cant help you, go to the hospital and prescribed some ondasetron. Not even sure what her purpose of seeing me was.Edit: So anyone here knows, I DID fill out their contact form, got a response, then got billed for this the next day, and when I replied to the agent via email asking about how I could be billed for this, all Im getting is radio silence.Edit 2: A manager from Novant reached out and spoke to me over the phone. Hopefully this will be made right and future customers will never have this kind of experience for themselves.

Heather at the front desk greeted me with professionalism and a big smile. She even remembered me from my last visit. Ryans exam was thorough and he is patient. The medication he prescribed for me began to work immediately. I did not feel rushed at all. I felt as if all bases were covered from the time I stepped into the building. I do not recall the name of my nurse but Id like to recognize her for ensuring that she asked the right questions for my issue. She helped me to relax and feel as if Id be well taken care of.

Speed of care is great, but all they do is push covid testing... everything is covid...must get kickbacks for testing.. Ryan suggested we test forcovid because the president has it..lol... two days later my son was fine..just viral. No regular covid symptoms.. just sore throat and headache before. He was very condescending when I refused covid test and didnt care to spend any more time with us.Common theme for the low star reviews > Ryan the PA. Look down through reviews before Ryan started there and theyre all 5 stars...

Friendly staff. They were so comforting to me. I was physically hurt with a broken wrist, elbow and 3 broken ribs. I am a registered nurse and take care of other people. To get hit by a vehicle and be so broken and hurt and have other people caring for me was an amazing act of love and kindness. I can never say thank you enough you kind human beings. My love to you all.

Found an awesome urgent care in High Point! NOVANT HEALTH!!! on Samet Dr. Awesome service, super clean offices (and they play great music) compassionate employees!!! Signed in online, paperwork online, super easy and efficient!!! If you have to go, now you know!!! 🥰🥰

I took my wife to this facility because she was sick. They say walk-ins are welcome we was at the front door at 9:00 a.m. and no one else was being seen or there. And they wanted her to wait until the first appointment did not show up before they would see her and that was at 10:15 a.m.. this is so like our Healthcare System. All screwed up. Im a very patient person but this is uncalled for to have to have someone to wait an hour and 15 minutes to be seen. And it says on the building walk-ins are welcome. I think thats a joke that theyre playing on the public that needs help with medical sickness.

After an unfortunate accident at work the staff here really took care of me. From my injury to billing, they were very helpful the whole way through. I cant thank them enough for their cleanliness, service, and all around kindness ! Special thank you to Ryan and Ms. Melinda 🤍

Novant Urgent care took me in right away. The staff were friendly and professional. The PA was very professional and knowledgeable.

On 12/23 I drove 30 minutes (different city) because all of the appointments in the city I live in were taken. I scheduled three different appointments (myself & my children), all about 45 minutes apart. They were able to see us all at the same time. Both the nurse and the provider went above and beyond.The nurse was very kind, understanding, and met my needs. Even though she told me she was testing us for for two things, I suggested she do a third test, and she did. Event though the test I suggested came out negative, I appreciate her listening to my needs.I was already feeling comfortable, but the provider made it better. He answered all my questions and did not seem to be rushing. He made my children feel comfortable as well by explaining what he was doing before examining them.I have been to other urgen care clinics and have never felt so comfortable. Both of nurse and provider are compassionate, caring, and empathetic. I will literally drive back to that particular clinic if I knew they would be the ones taking care of us.

I received great attention and they didnt make me wait. I loved the doctor and her assistant, it was very professional and human quality attention.

Went there for a sick visit last month. Just received an online invoice for $835.00?!?!I wasn’t there more than 20 minutes total. And 15 of those minutes I was waiting for test results for flu/Covid/strep (all of which were negative). This is outrageous pricing. I have been to several other facilities for the same thing and NEVER have I been charged more than a copay! And this facility is in my insurance network. Robbery!!!!!

Nurse Ty and Ryan Hagan PA-C were superb in their efforts to treat me with respect and care. Ryan was particularly articulate in instructing me what to do after leaving thee Urgent Care facility.

When I called to see if they took walk-ins the gentleman was quick to ask what was going on with me and offered to schedule an appointment for me to make the process easier. The attending physician was very pleasant and made sure to cover all areas of concern to get me to feeling better. She was very thorough with her examination of me and I was highly pleased with the quality of care that I received. I am on my way to feeling better after a long time thanks to the wonderful people in this office!! Keep up the good work!

It was an easy process from start to finish. When I walked in, the facility was bright and clean. The staff at the front desk was kind and helpful. Being able to provide my documentation (insurance and ID Card) through the app really streamlined the check-in process. I was seen quickly and felt the level of care was great. The PA took the time to explain the diagnosis and was empathetic.

I went to the urgent care on 18 August after injuring my eyes. Ryan took care of me and the entire staff was extremely helpful and nice. Ryan was able to procure an appointment for me the same day with an ophthalmologist and call me later at the doctors office to check on me and again after hours he called me at home to make sure I was OK, I was very touched by his concern. Two days later I took my wife to the urgent care for something totally unrelated and again Ryan was there and took excellent care of her as well. The facility is easy to get to. It’s very clean. it’s a fantastic place to go. I can’t say enough good about it .

Was there in 2023 but yet my visit I was considered a new patient, that is not right. I will be taking My Chart to Cone Health! I am done with Novant, very unprofessional!!!!

This is the BEST treatment we as family has had here in High Point since we moved here from New Jersey 5 years ago. Doctor and nurse were kind, patient and very efficient! Thank God we found this urgent care near us. The rest of the palces around just want to filter you and try hard no to let you in. But this were fast, efficient and welcoming! We loved it and we will go again if we need it.

I had the best Urgent Care Experience here. I had not used them, but saw they were close by. The staff was friendly, and knowledgeable. They explained the tests they were preforming and why, the results, medications they were prescribing and how they would help, and finally follow up care. The service was quick. I would and have definitely recommend them to others.

I unfortunately went here for an injury to my wrist that happened at work. The NP Melinda spent about 2 minutes looking at my wrist and said its not broken Im not going to do an x-ray. She said occupational therapy would call me in a day or 2. They never did, I called and left 3 messages, nobody ever called me back. Finally I went back in person and they said my case was closed but I could call and set it up myself and gave me the number.

I have been to this urgent care several times and it was wonderful experience until the last 2-3 weeks. This location has a younger guy in there recently I think he is a PA and it was a bad experience with him all three times me and my two family members went in there. He is condescending and did not seem to care. I brought my 6 year old in and felt like he didn’t listen and was hesitant to prescribe any medicine. I also felt I got quizzed on what I gave my child at home when I said children’s Tylenol - he said “good job”. I remained kind but I didn’t like his tone. My spouse went twice and had the same experience finally drove to another urgent care and took health concerns more seriously especially with having a history of pneumonia/asthma. I hope they address the attitude and find out why this one particular practitioner feels insecure and talks down to people. Sir, if you’re reading this just know there is always room for change and the capacity to improve on bedside manner before it impacts the Novant name. Not sure if I’ll go back.

I loved that I could make my appointment online, including uploading insurance info. I was treated with respect and they were very prompt at getting me in the back to see the provider. I would highly recommend this urgent care.

New to town and my son needed his stitches removed. Ryan was thorough, efficient, and highly skilled. The facility was immaculate and super clean. The staff was friendly and super efficient. Highly recommend this facility!

Registration process is ridiculous, waited over an hour to be serviced and thread from the removal of stitches was left in my finger.

Staff was amazing. Their actions really show that they care. Very professional and understanding unlike the Thomasville office. That office really needs some work on patient care. I work in a medical facility myself and patients are to be treated with respect and understanding at which the office on Samet in High Point really does well. I live closer to the office in Thomasville but will from now on drive the extra distance to someone that I know really cares!!!!!! You will not be disappointed!

This was by far my best experience at any urgent care! The front office medical receptionist and Brian Devlin -PA-C were awesome!! They were so warm, professional, made me feel at ease, and got me out within 25 minutes. It was the quickest urgent care visit I’d ever experienced… I’ll definitely use them for my future urgent care needs!!

Best UC experience ever. Fast and friendly. I especially appreciate not having to fill out two clip boards worth of the same information on my drivers license and insurance card :)Glad we went out of the way to visit this urgent care when my son got strep during our vacation.

This is the best walk in clinic I have ever been to. You can truly check in online with no additional paper work in the office. I was brought back early, properly diagnosed by a PA who listened to me, he was wonderful and so was the nurse. We drove from Greensboro and it was worth the few extra miles. I highly recommend it.

I went in during the week and there was no wait time. I got checked in and taken into a room within 10 minute. The doc came in within 5 minutes. Everyone was nice and professional. Doctor was great and knew exactly what my issue was. I will definitely go back if needed and recommend this urgent care to anyone.

The pros were, I was able to make an appointment online.Cons, everything felt a little rushed, the NP who saw me never sent the prescription she said she would for my flu symptoms. My only guess would be she forgot because it was only her and another employee running back and forth getting stuff done. Healthcare should not be delivered this way, I have had other disappointing experiences at other urgent cares and thought this clinic might be different given the positive reviews, however this clinic did not meet my needs.

The absolute worse healthcare facility that I have been to. The healthcare service was horrible!! The PA Ryan !! Should be replaced!! He had no idea to care for a patient!! He was unprofessional and inconsiderate!!! He seemed to have an attitude. I explained my health concerns and he just looked over them and was in a hurry to get me out there. I do not recommend this facility to anyone. Go somewhere else!!!!!!!

The nurse was super friendly and caring. The Urgent Care was modern and clean. They played upbeat music. The P.A. that I saw was friendly and super caring. I felt listened to and left with medications to help me get better. I also noted that they had X-ray as well.👍🏻

I went to to urgent cares on Eastchester, AFC and Fastmed.AFC had a three hour wait and wanted to see me the next day, Fastmed was closed for the night at 6:30 PMWe drove almost 15 minutes toward greensboro to Novant Urgent Care and they gave us speedy service, the thorough questions about my issue , and they cared enough to make sure I got my medication the same night by calling around and finding a drugstore that was open.Thank you for going above and beyond to help me get a good nights sleep and alleviate my issues.

Fabulous experience. Only one nurse and doctor working, but both were professional and patient centered. I switched to Novant after a medical emergency in 2020 and have never regretted it! They really seem to have it together and I love using MyChart to handle almost anything I need!

It was a great experience, i especially like the way I was sent a link to up load my id and insurance card and then a txt to say they are ready for me.Once inside the lobby was very clean and great music playing as I sat and waited I sang along to the songs playing. The PA I saw was very kind and knowledgeable.

Took me right in. Waiting a few moments and based on my pain area, sent me off to the ER for CT scan.

Staff was very nice. Doc was very good with explaining things and it really felt like he cared.

Best experience I have had with a urgent med type facility. Extremely friendly staff and very efficient. My appointment (on a Sunday) was for 2:40. When we called to verify insurance at 11, I was told to go ahead and come in immediately. I had no wait, and was treated and out the door in less than an hour.

I went in a couple of days ago for pain in my chest, there were only 2 workers inside and they were able to help me quickly even with appointments ahead of me. the staff was super friendly, did a thorough evaluation and were super helpful. i left feeling better than when i went in. i would definitely recommend this urgent care.

Have been here once before and had a great experience with which is why I give 3 stars instead of 1. Yesterday was much different!! My 6 month old daughter was sick and I tried calling several times to make sure they could see her before driving there - No one would answer the phone!!! So I drive up there at 4 (saw online they close at 5) and walk in at 4:13 (45 mins before closing). Im greeted with unless you made an appointment online we cant see you today. Might I add that theres no one in the waiting room and one person checking in at the desk. My response- why not dont you close at 5? Girl says yes but we have two people in the back to see and we close at 5. Ok? So do you close at 5 or 4:15? I asked when they stop taking patients for the end of day if it was a specific time frame so Id know for the future and she couldnt tell me. This really irritated me especially since I had TRIED to call several times before driving up there with my 6 month old sick daughter. So they turned me away with a sick baby 45 mins before they close. All their signage on the front says walk ins welcome, we take care of the entire family - this should be altered to say only if during convenient hours. I understand if you close at 5 you want to try to leave at 5 but at least put what time you will accept your last patient on your website so you dont waste everyones time. I will considerGiving them another try in the future onlyBc my first experience with them ~ 6 months ago was fabulous. However yesterday was lacking in multiple ways.

Great, timely, and professional service. Healthcare providers often talk about providing excellent service, but in actuality they often falls short of this goal. The service I received was spot on as the patient (me) was at the center of care. Don’t change anything.

My video visit with Charmeen M Wilkes was extremely productive. I appreciate how she took time to explain the difference in antibiotics and what they are prescribed for. I was very ill for the last two weeks. Ms. Wilkes listened, was caring, and efficient. She was respectful of my time. I was seen the day before in person; Saturday at Novant Health Urgent Care on Samet- High Point by the PA-C. He was unconcerned and indifferent. I guess he felt because it was Saturday, he was there to take it easy!! I explained to him I do have symptoms of congestion, sore throat, and sinus pressure. He administered a COVID test. My wife and I asked about antibiotics, he said he saw no need, we asked about something for cough, he said there was also no need, we were taking Mucinex anyway. My wife asked about something for a respiratory infection or Prednisone. PA-C reply was for what? He wasted our time. Told us to literally take care and sent us on our way. So we waited until Sunday for a video visit after church service. I will let those in our community know, do go to that location for any urgent care needs. This is the second time my wife and I have experienced this level of disregard and lack of care. I hope they employ caring and concerned healthcare providers in the High Point location because that is my local Urgent Care center.

Everyone was so very helpful and kind. They were very professional yet still warm at the same time which is extremely rare at doctors offices or urgent cares nowadays. They found out what was wrong with me and prescribed what was needed for me to get better. I will definitely go back if I am sick again.

There’s one mid level provider (NP, PA) and a medical assistant. Service is extremely SLOW if there’s more than one patient. I don’t blame the staff but they should definitely add another provider and medical assistant. Two people isn’t enough to run a complete urgent care.
