Im my opinion Dr. Patel is the only good doctor at this clinic. But hes not just good, more like amazing. I have been going to a obgyn for 18 years and I have had some good doctors but none as good as him. I would never see anyone else and Ill cry when he retires.

God Forgive me 😩 I don’t know how I will Forgive Dr Guilford Abigail . She pushed me to have c section and I ended up having multiple issues 😩 it has been 9 months but I still cursing her every day of my life. She was not patient enough I don’t know if she thinks that c section is good for everyone or she likes money 😩 What I have been through after the horrible c sections it’s unforgettable 😩Lord forgive me .

My experience with Quaker Lane Obgyn was subpar. Front desk staff very nice, along with other staff. Never got to meet Dr. Eisenberg who delivered until I was at the hospital. I also never met Patel but had met the other doctors. It was disappointing to not see them all before delivering. Anatomy scan was disrupted by an argument between either a patient or staff member. Tech left me exposed as she urgently opened the door and left the room to check on the matter. Was asked multiple times to get pap which I was not comfortable with in pregnancy. Fill in nurse was suposse to check urine one time during visit and instead dumped it out as she was in a hurry to leave early. I was able to provide sample again before leaving which showed very high levels of protein and I was preeclamptic. Felt as if I was pressured Into induction even though my BP was at the beginning of high. Induction did not go well. Babys heart rate went down low about 5 hours after starting. No intervention was taken. Waters were broken and meconium was in it. No intervention was taken for meconium which I believe attributed to her getting bacterial meningitis at 6 days old, which led to a 17 day hospital stay. My baby could have died from their medical negligence. They let her go home at 4lb. I also mentioned her mottled skin which can be a symptom of it while still in the hospital, was told it was normal. Will not use obgyn associated with High Point Regional again. There are many other stories where proper care resulted in death or bad ailments due to medical neglect. There are interventions they could have taken due to possible meconium aspiration and they chose not to. Babys xrays showed that she wasnt clear which indicates possible meconium aspiration to me. I did like Dr. Eisenberg. Im not sure who is to blame for the medical negligence, OB or pediatricians but my baby was failed. They need to be more proactive in situations.

Dont have a query here. I attended with Dr. Eisenberg and left crying with disappointment. She didnt even check me. I waited for the doctor to arrive for more than 40 minutes and the consultation with her lasted 5 minutes. I explained to her what was happening to me and she didnt seem to care, she wanted me to answer what she wanted to hear when I told her that I wasnt trying to get pregnant but that birth control pills werent a good option for me, she responded angrily and as I say , he didnt check me. and she only ordered me to do tests that were of no use. By the way, they forgot to order other tests and they wanted me to come back but with that bad attention I wont go back there, you know the worst thing is that they charged me more than 300 dollars for a horrible consultation where I mistreated and where the exams were of no use. I would like to know how to sue them so I dont have to pay for how are you consultations.

Today I had an appointment at 3pm. I got there late & I let them know I was going to be late. The lady on phone says I couldn’t be more than 5 minutes late because I was having an anatomy scan. She knew I was having an anatomy scan but no where in MyChart said anatomy scan. So she knew more than I did about my own appointment. I had been late before and they still saw me (15 minute grace window for all other appointments). I asked to speak with the office manager, got put on hold for 10 minutes & then the lady clicked back over to tell me I would have to speak with the office manager in person or she could just reschedule me on the phone. I said I’ll speak with the office manager once I get there because I have already taken off of work to get to this appointment. I get there the office manager isn’t there at all, spoke with some other lady that tried to reschedule me after I just told this woman I have taken off of work for this appointment. She didn’t care or have sympathy. I had one appointment at 3pm and another at 4pm to speak with doctor. I said you’re not going to reschedule me, I will find another doctors office at 18 weeks pregnant, she gladly got me the transfer of records paper and went on about her day. There aren’t any African American doctors here, for black women trying to get quality care, and have an office that actually gives a hoot about you. Highly dissatisfied & I won’t be returning.

If I was able to give less stars, I surely would. I had seen Dr Eisenberg previously and was happy to be returning to this practice. Sadly, I returned and was beyond disappointed with the care I received. Between the judgmental and snarky remarks made by the medical assistant, the lack of care I felt from the dr, not receiving the link for the app I had requested to NOW, almost a month later NOT receiving a call about my pap results, I will be finding a practice better suited for caring for women. I would not recommend this practice to anyone. I’ve received better care for my pets at their Dr than I received here.

I had the unfortunate pleasure of having Dr. Barbra Eisenberg as my doctor who is pushy and emotionally unstable. She told me my baby was going to be 87th percentile. She told me the risks of trying to have a vaginal birth. Which I understood yet told her I still wanted to try vaginal. People have big babies vaginally every day. When I got to the hospital the day of my induction date Dr. Patel (who was great) started my induction process, and told me it was best to try vaginally first. So the nurse started the induction process. The next day, Dr. Patel went home and I woke up to Dr. Eisenberg convincing me that my baby will die or have brain damage if I continue to try to be induced. Would not even consider continuing the induction process.I told her I wanted to try vaginally and she would not even check to see if I had dilated since that night. She then told me after we had disagreed multiple times that she would no longer help me that I needed to go to a different hospital because she did not want to induce me.I was not going to another hospital. I had already started the induction process and hooked up to machines. I had to wait for the next doctor to come in to do anything. Finally, Dr. Robinson came from Pinehurst which was a wonderful doctor. But I had already been scared by Eisenberg so I went ahead and did a C-section.My baby was 8 lbs. 10 oz.Today I got a letter in the mail that I have been discharged from their practice because of the trust of the provider patient/relationship.I was also at my sons doctors office, where I got my sons check up, and was talking to another mother, and she said the same thing happened to her with the same doctor. So if you decide to go there, make sure you are cautious about seeing her. She is about the money, not the mothers wishes.

Never a bad experience with our baby. Every doctor is amazing. Was worried at first that we wouldn’t get to know the doctors very well, as you rotate through them all during pregnancy. They each make you feel very taken care of and cared for. You get to know them all so that whoever is on call when you deliver, a stranger won’t be delivering your child. Highly recommend.

I have seen multiple doctors within this practice. Every single person of the medical staff has been wonderful from the very first appt. Every doctor I ever met here came to check on me in the hospital when I gave birth. In particular, Dr. Eisenberg literally saved my life. I had a rather large postpartum hemorrhage and lost a lot of blood. Without hesitation, she and the incredible staff at the hospital began working on me to stop the bleeding. Had she not been as quick to react as she was, I would have lost my ability to have any more children or worse. I am thankful to God for these people and now I’m going home with my baby girl and my uterus :)

I was a high risk pregnancy after a miscarriage 5 month prior to my second pregnancy they didnt identify that I had a incompetent cervix at that time. Well once I received my cerclage by Dr. Eisenberg everything seemed to progress well. I had a great support team with her and Dr.Patel who removed my cerclage. I and Dr. Cope delivered my beautiful and healthy baby girl 2 days after the cerclage was taken out. My experience started off rough but I have the best gift of being a mom to an amazing 3 yr old and they helped guide my path to motherhood. So all and all I would go right back to High Point OB GYN. They are like family now.

Definitely the worst OB I’ve ever been too. First of all, how does a doctor seem to think that what you eat has nothing to do with your blood sugar? Good job on not knowing your own field of practice Along with horrible bedside manners, Dr. Eisenhower. The way she spoke to me in that office, I promise she would not do the same outside. She definitely would have received something other than a smart remark back to her. Second of all, when a patient refuses to do another glucose test because YOUR staff messed the first one up, you BY LAW cannot tell them, and let me quote her words, “either you can do the test or you can go to another OB with our recommendations” The glucose test is not a medically mandatory test, therefore, I HAVE THE RIGHT TO REJECT IT. But that mouth of hers, and then the women that took us to the exam room, laughing with dr Eisenhower RIGHT OUTSIDE OF OUR DOOR, clearly knowing we can hear everything you’re saying, and they are both laughing about how if I don’t do what she wants I will go to another place for medical attention. Please don’t try to be funny to everybody, SOME PEOPLE WILL smack you BOTH and not care. I promise you it took everything in me not too. On top of this, THIS DOCTOR CONTINUES TO ARGUE WITH ME. What did the office manager do? Alex? Not a damn thing. You CANNOT BY LAW, FORCE ANYBODY TO MAKE ANY TYPE OF MEDICAL DECISION BASED ON WHAT YOU WANT OR WHAT YOU WOULD DO. PLEASE DONT CHOOSE TO PLAY WITH ME A SECOND TIME. Everything that’s funny isn’t funny.

I called in to make an appointment because I recently moved to the area and my last ob doesn’t tell their patients that they cannot currently deliver babies until patients are 30 weeks. The person on the phone barely let me talk and refused to make any accommodations for a transfer even though online it is listed that their MD’s are accepting new patients.

This place will not let you decide anything at all about your own healthcare. I asked to move my appointment two weeks later so that I could know the sex of the baby upon my next visit. I was refused, in the name of Its mandatory, is the excuse i got, which is not true. On top of that, they were very rude about it. If its not a law they cant make you do anything. I dont know who they think they are, and they must think everyone is stupid but I wont be back.
