Medical Center Urology

Dr. Puschinsky was the on call Urologist at High Point Medical Emergency but did not come in to talk with me after being diagnosed with an unknown kidney obstruction. Was told to visit him at his office the next day for further management. And that he would remember our name that we did not need an appointment. We get there and the office ladies refused to tell him we were there because our insurance was out of network. But he was my continuity of care. If the office refuses for his patients to see him he should have seen us in the ER to explain my diagnosis and the steps forward. Now I am at home in pain waiting for days to see a PA in another office that knows nothing about my condition

Dr Puschinsky is an awesome DR. He and his staff are awesome. They are normally busy at times, which shows that they must be liked by many folks. I have mobility issues and they do a great job helping assist me. I highly recommend he and his team!

Dr. Puschinsky at Medical Center Urology in High Point, NC is extremely knowledgeable! He speaks to you so that you clearly understand and there is no guessing the information being relayed. He takes his time to find the problem and provides various treatment options. I was very impressed with the way he scheduled follow-up appointments. He didnt schedule appointments too far out. He wanted to know how his patient was progressing. Additionally, the entire staff is courteous and addresses one by name making it a personable and memorable experience. Customer service is very important to me and they do an exceptional job! Dr. Puschinsky fixed my issue and I know he can do it for you too! He is the best in town! Often times he and his staff worked me in to be seen if I was having an issue. Lastly, Dr. Puschinsky takes the time to talk to his patients on the phone if need be versus nurses relaying information.

Was expecting to be in a lot of pain , but didn’t have near the pain expected! Dr Puschinsky is an excellent surgeon and a very thoroughly urogologist! I have been having problems with incontintence for quite a while and I’ve been on Mybetriq for a year . It helped some but very expensive Medicare barely pays anything for it! It’s in their nonformulary! The actualcosts around 1500. Medicare only pays about a third of the costs of the medicine. I was talking with a friend a and she had a bladder mesh operation and it really helped her a lot! I talked with Dr Puschinsky and decided that I would like to try and see if my problem can be fixed with surgery. Procedure was fine. They owe me three hundred dollars and refuse to pay me. So I had to chase down my insurance provider and then have them contact the office staff (which, they did) and the office staff still deny being provided the EOB. So I had to do the same rigamaroll a 2nd time and this time my insurance provider even sent an email to their inbox. Its pretty screwed up that they fight me on the overcharge, but okay whatever. 1 star. Avoid.PS: If you refund me the amount you owe me then I will change the review to a four-star.UPDATE: Amount finally paid.

Of all of the doctors that I see every month. This is one of the best that I see.The staff, Nurses, and all of the rest of the Medical Center Urology.Is the most professional, caring people .When Doctor Puschinsky talks to you, he makes sure that you understand everything that is going on.The only thing that I have a problem with. I just wished that Doctor Puschinsky had smaller fingers.

Dr. Puschinsky has always been good to me . He did my bladder sling in 2016 and I’m getting ready to have another surgery done by him this week , I can say I’m scared to death but I’m glad he’s the one doing it

Too many appointments scheduled in the same time frame. Always have to wait two hours. This is unacceptable.

I’m not happy because we have appointment they make us waiting long time almost 3and I/2 hours that way I never visit this place again.
