I must say I was very impressed with the staff – Eric and Dr. Jose! The nurse and the intake person were also great. I suppose the only part that was a little bit tough was the wait. In the end, it was worth it because my evaluation was so thorough and personal.

I made an appointment online and arrived at my appointment time. I was taken back quickly and saw the doctor in a timely manner. The doctor was kind and listened to my concerns and gave an educated diagnosis and provided me with a note for work. The facility was clean and organized. I would recommend.

I was a little nervous because I only wanted a female Dr. That is exactly what I got. She was quick and through. The ladies at the front and the assistants were kind and welcoming. Not bad at all.

I checked in and waited under five minutes to be seen by the initial medical person to take my vital signs. The physician came in shortly after and helped me with my issue and prescribed me the medication I needed. The facility was very clean and I had a great, quick experience.

Slow service. Front deck help is poor. I had to pay $50 dollars copay to sit in the room and wait for almost and hour. If I had not went out to the hall and ask if someone was going to see me. It may have been longer. The doctor was just as bad in service as the front desk person. I will never go back .

Been coming to this urgent care for a while now. Very clean and the staff are amazing. The last 2 appointments Eric helped me out taking vitals and made me very comfortable with what I needed from the beginning. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for fast treatment for whatever you need .

The doctor (np) was great with my daughter. He had a ton of patience and was very kind.The nurse that checked us in and took my daughters vitals is so good with kids!!!

Terrible experience. I went as a walk-in and no one was there in the waiting room. Filled out all the forms was taken to an examining room and told the doctor would come in to check on me. Waited 45 minutes and no one came. I finally left never finding out whether I have pneumonia or not. Unless you’re dying, you Might wanna avoid This location

This office was clean; high on my priority list. I waited no more than 15 minutes before I was called on. The doctor had a great bed side manner. Id highly recommend.I gave 4 stars because I always leave room for improvement.

This clinic is one of the best urgent care locations I have been to in years, and it will definitely be my go-to in the future. The checkin process is smooth and easy, and the staff and provider were all competent, polite, and thorough.

We told the lady at the front desk what we needed and even though. However, that facility does not provide that service. She had me check-in and wait 20 minutes to see a doctor that told me she cant do anything for me and we already knew that and the woman at the desk knew that, but they checked me in so they could bill the insurance anyways, and I think thats absolutely Ridiculous, and I will never go there again...

I went in due to a allergic reaction to poison ivy my eye was starting to swell closed they took me right back thinking the worst case scenario checked me out seen I was okay other then my eye. So they went over everything they needed to got me a prescription and on I went they were phenomenal in my visit from start to finish. Thank you so much Vybe Urgent Care

It was great! I had to go to Urgent Care for some minor stomach pains and the staff were friendly and very comfortable to be around with. The wait wasn’t too long and they gave me a very helpful spreadsheet of what medication I needed and the types of things I should eat / drink. Be mindful of the fact that this is not an ER, so if you want to go here for an emergency, it’s probably not the best idea.

Taneash was amazing. Had to go to get stitches in my lip. Im terrified of needles. She made my visit the most easy an anxiety free Ive ever had. From any hospital or urgent care. Highly recommend! The Dr put stitches in my lip! Barely felt it. Great all around experience given the circumstances.

I’ve gone there a few times, the most recent was today. The staff was amazing. The Dr was very attentive and made sure my breathing was in the safe zone before discharging. I highly recommend!

Made appointment (which is not possible with all urgent cares). I’ve been here before and got great care and today was the same. Dr Seriatos along with the entire staff who were involved were wonderful. Took their time with me, were able to give me a needed breathing test and xray. They were very pleasant and professional and I knew I was in capable hands. Mine was a cough and breathing issue which I was very concerned about but left there feeling much better than when I walked in knowing the medicines prescribed should do the trick. I highly recommend this office.

This was my first time at this facility since moving to the area a month ago. Although we had a long wait for the PAC , the medical assistant Landa was the most kind, warm hearted, caring and loving person towards me in dealing with my condition. Landa was so patient, reassuring and listened, she shared her experience and that gave me so much comfort, and hope. She went above and beyond by giving my husband and I more information and resources. If she ever became a doctor I would be her first patient.

The service was top tier! I didn’t have to wait long. The staff was very nice & friendly. Dr Timothea was amazing. I highly recommend vybe urgent care. 100% better then the emergency room

VYBE urgent care on west chester pike in Havertown is great! I scheduled an appt on their website within 30 minutes.Fast and friendy service from the receptionist, the techs, and Dr Harnwell!!I definitely recommend this place .

Fast check in and about half hour wait to see a doc, which is much better than other urgent care in the area. The doc I see spent the time to explain to me the diagnosis and also the treatment plan. Will definitely come back when there is a need in the future.

Very unprofessional. Booked an appointment, was then made to wait 45 minutes to get my son a sports physical. After he got his 5 minute exam, he was made to wait a further 30 in the examination room for someone to stamp his form. Multiple employees spent considerable time helping a different patient find a lost article while my son was forgotten about. Won’t return.

Cut my finger needing 8 stitches. Sandra did an amazing job stitching my finger. The entire staff was extremely pleasant and professional. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

I went here for TB and physical for my job, I had insurance but I was told insurance doesnt cover the test. Ok! They said I can only pay from pocket $80, $75 respectfully. I paid, they drawn my blood for TB and got my physical done. They said come back for your TB result. I went back and collected it no problem! Few days after, I received a bill of $369.97 from Quest diagnostics for some blood test. I was surprised, I never went to Quest! The bill kept coming. I had to go to vybe to verify whats going on! The nurse I met said, they sent my blood sample to Lab, thats why I got bill from Quest. So is between me and Quest! there is nothing she can do! She also said manager isnt around! I said no one told me about lab charge! That was how they put me in unwanted debt! How can I do TB test for $80+$369.97=$449.97?I emailed the address given here. Someone from their billing department contacted me and the issue was resolved. Im no longer responsible for lab bill.Thank you Vybe owner!

I got there 15 minutes before my appointment and they got me right into the back! The nurses were absolutely amazing and helpful and the lady Dr that seen me was even better! I never go to the Dr or the hospital but I will for sure go back there anytime I ever have a problem!! I highly recommend this urgent care!!

Edited to add: surprise surprise I just got the call back saying my results were positive, and because the provider put no effort into listening to me or taking any substantial amount of time with me, I have been walking around contagious with three young children at home. Had she listened to me perhaps she could have called in antibiotics and my kids wouldnt be sick. Costing me time and money. I will not be returning. Terrible clinical skills.Typically I have good experiences here but this time not so much. I sat and waited 40 minutes to be seen for less than 5 with no answers or opportunity to ask any questions. Not sure how you can properly assess someone who youve been in a room with for less than 5 minutes. When I asked the MA if a flu or COVID test would be done they shrugged their shoulders and said I dunno. Not my call.

I left feeling frustrated as I went in for a COVID test and hopefully Paxlovid. My whole family has dealt w COVID this week. My symptoms have increased throughout the week. After taking 6 COVID tests at home, all coming back negative. I was hoping for some answers and relief. Instead I was given a script for Flonase and a mouthwash to gargle with. Was told, even though I have numerous chronic health conditions that affect my quality of life daily and my 2 family members having COVID that I dont qualify for Paxlovid. They wouldnt even do a COVID test. So frustrating and I didnt feel listened too.

Service was quick ans easy. Sent me to another location for xray, read then in 10 min. Great service.

I did not have an appointment but I was called back quickly. Everyone was friendly and listened to my concerns.

Health care was great, but to go through insurance coverage & payments before anything was disturbing. If Im sick care for the patient as a human not a cash machine.

Very easy to make an appointment and was seen and taken care of right away. From the front desk Shawntay, to the lovely MAs Ralonda and Gabriel everyone was very sweet and sympathetic . Dr Seriatos was super nice and able to diagnose me right away “pink eye” which is always fun and they had me on my way in 18 min total . Picked up my medication and was home in under 30 min. Thank you Vybe!!!! I will def be coming back .

I am usually very happy with Vybe. However, today that was not the case. Had an appointment, was taken back pretty much right away but then waited 2 hours in the room. People that went back a while after us, came out before us.

Kelly was the best PA I have ever met! My 9 yo daughter has anxiety of doctors and Kelly took the time to explain and show her everything before doing anything. My daughter loved her too! I just wish we could go to Kelly for everything now.Also, the staff was friendly and we were lucky and didn’t have to wait even though we didn’t have an appointment.

Had bruised hip was concerned it was broken , employees very nice but seemed like long wait for X-rays did not seem busy. I did like they had all my information from previous visits

I brought both of my boys here and paid out of pocket for one of them and the cost was $135. My other son I used Insurance and the cost that day was $0 out of pocket but I received a bill for $154 dollars because Vybe decided to charge the insurance company $380 for the exact SAME service. The face that this company is charging more when you go through insurance is beyond unethical. Just because they know they are going to receive more money from them and force you to pay more than what you would have if you went in and paid out of pocket. The customer service reps in billing are beyond rude and unhelpful. I will never bring a child back to this establishment. What a joke.

Good place if you need a quick service, specially in the weekends or afterhours..they are also very accommodating and will try to get you in.Was just there for a COVID vax for mom-in-love, they got us done in few Monon a Saturday.Never had a bad experience with them.

I had two reasons to visit the urgent care. An injury to my knee and a TB test for foster parenting documentation.I am not even sure where to begin but the fact that I HAVE to do two individual visit instead of one because they cannot run two transactions in their system is ridiculous. To top it off you are not allowed to do both services the same day for the same reason. People with hourly jobs have to lose out on work for this. People with kids have to make arrangements twice. This really discourages health goals and makes it as inconvenient as possible for folks.Technology is far enough advanced to accommodate two transactions. This is a bottom line rule, nothing else.

Really wasn’t happy with my visit. I went in last week for an issue with my shoulder. All the doctor did was move my arm around a little bit to check my range of motion which was none, I had zero range of motion and she didn’t feel the need to do an X-ray. All she did was prescribe me some anti inflammatories and send me on my way. I ended up going to a different urgent care a few days later that actually took an X-ray and discovered I have calcific tendinitis and needed to see an ortho doctor. My visit with vybe cost me $182 for a 2 minute visit. I won’t be back and I do not recommend.

I had an urgent need to see the doctor and I was able to get an appointment immediately after signing into the website. I was in their office within 20 minutes. When I arrived, they took me right away in to see the doctor. There were no issues checking in or signing out because all of my information was stored previously in their records from past visits that I have had at the same location. An attendant took my blood pressure and brief history almost immediately after situating me in the room. Within less than five minutes the doctor came into the room. She was thorough and very pleasant and I feel she gave me excellent care. She answered all of my questions and got to the root of the problem quickly. To be fair I have had lengthier wait times at this location in the past I suppose due to them being very busy. But today I would give them an A+ from start to finish. I am very grateful to have had the opportunity to go to Vybe today because my own personal doctor was not able to get me in for my acute problem for three days. It was something I felt could not wait, and it was very good to have Vybe urgent care as an option for my health care in this particular situation.

I went here a few days ago, I was suffering an allergic reaction. The receptionist, did not ask me what was wrong just had me do their checkin/walkin process. Then told me that becsuse I didnt have my insurance card on me they could not treat me and/or I would be charged before my service out of pocket. I asked if they could look up my information the receptionist said no. So if you are every suffering an emergency and literally need urgent care, I would not go here.

. Staff was very friendly, and check in was easy. They were short handed without a receptionist but they made the best with the staff they had. We saw the PA and he was very thorough and explained everything very well. We were in and out in about an hour.

Made an appointment for 315 for a reason. I understand waiting 15 minutes to be seen not over an hour. If you Make an appointment you should come before walkins.

We had an awesome experience! My daughters earring backing was stuck in her piercing hole. The doctor was SOO patient, and no one batted an eye when she needed extra time to be brave. Thank you!

I went this past Friday and was given great service by the doctor and receptionist. They were both friendly, helpful and efficient. I started filling worse Monday morning so I went back… this time the receptionist was barely present, very unfriendly and curt. I was signed up for the 1st appointment at 8:10. I was not seen until 9:15. When I asked the receptionist how long she thought the weight would be she told me whenever her colleague was ready. When I finally got seen it was a quick half done exam. I said I was having issues with my eyes, my throat and ears. I was told everything was fine but she would call in eyedrops to relieve the irritation. Now I have horrible ear pain, a sore throat and itchy eyes and have lost half a sick day at work for nothing! Very frustrated with service!

UNIMPRESSED- the staff and office are nice. Thats it. The website says my insurance was ‘in-network’ however it was not. Therefore, I was charged $250, even though the self-pay rate is $135. When I called, they told me the bill had already been processed and closed out. I have have made multiple attempts contacting their billing dept. with NO resolution. Not to mention my son was misdiagnosed, sending us to his pediatrician a few days later with viral pneumonia.

Even though I made an appointment, I went in early and got right in to see a doctor. Everyone was friendly, efficient and professional. I was in and out in no time at all with very satisfactory care.

First time at this location. Entire experience was top notch. Super easy to schedule and check in online. The staff were all friendly and helpful as was the Dr. The location itself was very clean and cheery. Couldn’t be more satisfied with the care and service.

The front desk is really nice but when it came to the doctor, it was super impersonal. I’ve been sick with a terrible cough and fever for over a week and all they tested for was Covid, which was negative so still not sure what is wrong. There are other illnesses: strep, flu, bronchitis, pneumonia… and they didn’t test or look for any of it. It’s super frustrating to spend $100 on a copay, wait 40 minutes to see a doctor (with an appointment), and be super sick and leave without an answer. Not friendly and wouldn’t recommend. Not every sickness is Covid, please test for other illnesses.

Make an appointment is my only suggestion. The staff and doctor were courteous and knowledgeable.

Watch out for hidden charges. I asked what this was going to cost me and I was told the basic price for the visit but they didnt mention that there were additional costs. The lab fees are reasonable but $115 just to write the prescription? $135 to spend 10 minutes with the nurse practitioner and it took her 2 minutes to write the prescription and charged $115 just to write a prescription for 10 pills? Ridiculous! I think the nurse practitioner could have been a little bit more experienced as well. Did not solve my problem. And Ive never had a doctor that charged extra just to write the prescription

So easy to make an appointment online and I’m not a tech type of person. Everyone from reception to the CNA to the DR was really nice, hospitable , and friendly. Will def be back if need be!! Thanks!

Everyone was professional and courteous. Staff really made me feel at ease, even with my medical anxiety. The doctor was thorough and compassionate, making sure to take the time to address every issue I presented and helping me feel validated throughout my experience. I got the care I needed and truly felt better.

As a walk in I expected a wait, but 2 hrs was a bit excessive when your under the weather. When I did see the PA she literally spent approximately 60 seconds total examining me, told me nothing other than it sounded like Covid symptoms, and ordered a test. It wasn’t until I read my summary that I saw what she thought it was, surprise, an upper respiratory infection. So I basically paid a $50 co pay for a covid test. She asked if I needed a Drs note and I said yes, but unfortunately did not receive one. I called the following day requesting one. I had to call again the following day requesting it and still have yet to receive it. However, the gentleman who took my vitals was awesome, empathetic, and super kind which is why I gave 3 stars.

Visiting Vybe urgent care was the worst decision of my day. I did not get the care I needed but rather ended up wasting 3 productive hours of my morning and had to pay for information I could easily have obtained over a Telemedicine consultation at no cost to me or at the checkout counter at any pharmacy. Don’t waste your time or money by going there!! I’d go to a hospital instead.

Very little wait time, receptionist and nursing staff were friendly and efficient. I do appreciate the service that the physician assistant provided but the individual seems to be uneasy around patients and has a prickly personality. This was my second encounter with this individual and I may not return to this facility in the future.

Made an appointment and was in and out within an hour. That included an X-ray.

I went in for a gash on my toe requiring 5 stitches. Everyone in the facility was excellent. Some of the best care I have ever received. They made me feel comfortable. Made sure i was not in pain. All were extremely friendly. They took their time with me care despite arriving 20 minutes before they closed. I will be returning to have my stitches removed and if ever needed again this is where I will bring my family.

Grateful for UC especially when you can’t get into PCP. Thank you for doing what you do.

The ladies who checked me in were pleasant and helpful. I was treated very well. Both the MA and the nurse practitioner genuinely listened and helped. A bit of a wait but I know they moved as quickly as they could due to all of Delco being sick right now.

I don’t recommend this office. A few months back, I needed to have testing done and there were huge errors in ordering the testing with this office between Labcorp and Vybe. I called for the results for 2 weeks before receiving a call with another person’s testing results. After correcting the PA, and doing 2 hours of investigation, I wound up finding out the test I really needed was never performed because Vybe uses outdated paperwork and Labcorp does not do the test that was ordered anymore.When I went into the office to discuss why I didn’t have the missing results, they announced my results to a similar test in the lobby for all to hear and an X-Ray technician declared he reads results for a living and how dare I question him. Turns out, he doesn’t normally read these (or know how to), and when I told him it wasn’t the result I was looking for, he basically told me I’m still wrong and I needed to get over it. (I’m pretty sure that this isn’t only a HIPAA violation, but also an ethics violation and a demonstrated his lack of professional integrity.)I was irate over this and had to have a blood draw done over again after another 2 hours of back and forth, because they initially did not want to be bothered to fix their mistake.When the office manager finally called to discuss it, I was told the whole issue is not their fault because they essentially forgot they’d been told by Labcorp that they don’t do this test anymore and that it’s still my problem, not theirs. I was told that they did an additional draw and they did not need to apologize for the mistakes made. I never received any apologies for the violations or the unprofessionalism, and I was told none of this was their problem, even if they did make mistakes. Do not go here.

The staff was very pleasant. However my vitals were never checked so saying my vitals were abnormal shows Unprofessionalism trying to charge me for a free service is Unprofessionalism and not asking if I even have insurance whether the service was free or not is Unprofessionalism trying to charge me days later for a free service is Unprofessionalism and I Will Never Come Back

Terrible place with horrible services. NO X-ray today but will be available tomorrow why not today ?? am i not paying today for visit. doctors supposed to send to medicine for my son but they only sent one. so i called they said my son told doctor that my son dont need it. i was with my son and he never said it. doctors made mistakes and now they blame on my son. and we have to wait three days for covid test results. anyplace covid test results available in 15 minutes they taking three days.vibe charge lots of money but service is poor. nurse practioner is seeing patience have no idea what to do.Definitely wont go there in future.

Fast courtesy accurate service. The Doctor was very polite and engaging. He made my daughter feel comfortable.

This place is absolutely wonderful. The location has free parking w a huge parking lot. Handicapped parking right across from the front door. The people here are so kind & friendly. The care and attention I received from the doctor and support staff in the rear clinic was excellent. However, the initial intake experience left a lot to be desired. Not very welcoming and not accommodating.

Nice environment. The warmest and friendliest staff from reception all the way through to doctor. Despite being busy with 3 patients ahead of me, they moved very quickly and I was seen within 20 minutes of arriving. Highly recommended if you need to see a doctor!

I was experiencing excruciating lower abdominal pain and the staff was very friendly and compassionate. They took me back quickly to see an NP who was also very kind. I ended up going to the ER because they had no imaging equipment, turns out i had a kidney stone. i am very thankful for the kindness and quick response extended to me while I was experiencing such a traumatic medical issue.

I didnt know what to expect when I booked an appt online. The online checkin process was simple and extremely efficient. I got there and I didnt have any wait. The receptionist was awesome, incredibly friendly and helpful. Everything was quick and easy. They took my medical history and vitals and a few minutes later the doctor came in to check me out.I was out of there in under 45 minutes and my prescription was ready when I got to my pharmacy. I was very impressed with the profesionality of Vybe, and the free coffee station was a nice surprise. I would definitely come back here again and recommend it unlike some of the other franchises that waste you time and money.

Not happy with the physician care. She’s was very fast, did not do a through exam and it felt like she had one foot out the door for the 15 seconds that she spend in the room. We will not come back!

Got in quick w/ no appt, was seen, given a treatment plan, and back home in bed.Doc and staff are top-notch professionals.

This place is clean and I appreciate their attention to masks. Ralonda (I believe that’s how it was spelled) was so incredibly kind and didn’t make me feel like an inconvenience for being here like most urgent cares do. I felt very heard and cared for

I took my son to have his sports physical for school done after finding out last minute that he needed one the next day for tryouts. I was able to get him a same day appointment and it was quick and convenient. Everyone was nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

I was scheduled for both a flu shot and a CIVID booster. Upon arrival I was informed they didn’t have the COVID booster which means I have to schedule another appointment somewhere else. In addition they didn’t accept my insurance which provides for a paid-for flu shot. Highly recommend going somewhere else.

Quick and easy check in. I registered on-line. The place was easy to locate. Convenient parking. I was seen 2 minutes before my actual appointment time. Great service. It was super easy to make the appointment on-line too. The office was clean and the staff very friendly. Would definitely use again.

During these trying time it really nice to see a friendly staff....There was no wait at all because I had an appointment and everything was done professionally!! I’ll definitely recommend this clinic for anyone to visit. A special thanks to the receptionist, Yolanda I believe was her name, she was very helpful and knowledgeable, she answered all my questions without hesitation. As an auditor for my company I would give the receptionist 10 out of 10, however the lady in the back which I didn’t get her name, should’ve explained what she was doing before hand. A little explanation goes a long way. Overall thanks again for a great experience!

First, the positive - I was able to be seen quickly as a walk in. I only had to wait 10 minutes.Now for the not so positive - I was given a prescription which was later changed as I was walking out. I was told I could pick up the prescription right away as I was in pain. Two hours passed and still there was no prescription at the pharmacy. I called the phone number on the prescription form and was connected to a central answering service. When they tried to transfer me I was disconnected twice - supposedly because theyre not answering the phone over there. Finally I drove back to Vybe to get a printout of the prescription only to find out when I got back to the pharmacy that the new prescription was extremely expensive even with insurance. This all took 2 1/2 hours while I sat in pain. So yeah, one star.

They were very helpful and I was out of there in no time. X-rayed on the spot, and saved me a trip to St Davids.

By far this is the best urgent care I’ve been to. Not only were they professional but very efficient. From the receptionist, the Med Asst., to Dr .Seriatos !!!! You deserve ten stars, not five. I have to thank my daughter for referring me ! Oh !! Forgot to mention , there was no waiting. I was out of there in less than 20 min

Came for a dog bite on my hand. Eric took great care of me. Gave me a tetanus shot. Which I didnt feel at all. If you are worried about shots have no fear Eric is here.

Very unhappy with my visit. I asked the doctor why I had other symptoms and she refers me to buy Vitamins and such, she ignored my concerns I felt. Most places like this also test you for atleast something and I was not tested, even though I have felt unwell for the past Two weeks.

I have always had positive experiences here. Today I just needed an antibiotic but got steroids and nose spray instead. When you have pain when you touch your face it’s a sinus infection and you need antibiotics.

Great PA and nurse. 4 stars because of front desk staff. Front desk staff was outside on the phone as a line built up and finished her call before helping the customers.

The care tends to be time efficient. However charging multiple money cost for needed forms is a huge disadvantage to the patient when only one exam is being done. So there should only be one fee cost not several different amounts charged.

Great experience from start to finish! The front office staff member was friendly and got me checked in quickly. The gentleman who took my vitals was friendly and thorough in his review of my issue. Everyone one that worked there was pleasant and made my visit comfortable. I interacted with 4 different people and all of them were helpful and professional. Everyone took their time and explained everything clearly and took the time to ensure they had all of the information they needed. I highly recommend this urgent care. We made an appointment for my son, arrived early and completed all of the paperwork 15 minutes before the appointment time. It took them 35 minutes after the appointment time to bring my son back for his height, weight, temperature. Then they put us in a claustrophobic room to wait another 20 minutes. When we opened the door to get some air, they scolded us. At that point, we reminded them that we had an appointment and that they were not able to provide the service of evaluating my sons illness that we wanted our money back and would leave. Of course, they claimed that they had no authority to do so and had to call their manager, who was unavailable. We left in disgust and will continue to pursue a refund. I am not sure why they accept appointments if they have no ability to honor them. Very disappointed and not recommended.UPDATE 12/13/2022 - VYBE processed the refund.

Had a 1st Time Walk - In to Make an Appointment . Everyone here is Very Nice , Kind , and Helpful . They were busy , but did not have to Wait Too Long to Be Seen . The Tech Assistant was Friendly and Easy to Talk Too . Shortly after , The Physician Assistant Came In .She Was The Best and Listened To Everything I Said . Checked me out and Explained my illness and Called my Pharmacy for my Medicine . This is a Very Very Great Place to Come for Urgent Care . Bye

Couldnt get an appointment with my primary for a month and had a bad sinus infection. Great experience with vybe. Was in and out inside of an hour. Everyone was competent and pleasant and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

First of all, the receptionist is BOMB! She was very polite. I went in for my physical and she helped me out and made me feel welcomed. Im contemplating just going there to just sit and have a conversation with her. She is THAT good! OHMYGOSH dont even get me started on the doctors *Chefs Kiss* every one of them! It was very cheap! The front desk was helpful and wait time was none! The nurse who took our covid tests was the sweetest, including to our 3 small kids who were with us. She was very kind and professional. Thank you for being a part of our adoption journey in such a stellar way. We drove 40 minutes to be seen here and would do it again. This was a Saturday afternoon appointment.

Even though i was a walk in, they saw me almost immediately. Very polite and not dismissive of any concerns. Somewhat on the cheaper end too.

Vybe Havertown is my Urgent Care location of choice. The facility is clean. The team is friendly. And the price is right, with my coverage. It’s a great alternative to the emergency room for minor issues. You can see their website for a list of services.I left off one star for the wait time once taken back to a room. While less than an hour in most cases - it seems lengthy nonetheless. Otherwise you can’t go wrong with this Vybe location.

This is the second time I visited VYBE Urgent Care and I couldn’t be more pleased. The gal at the front desk was friendly and courteous and the check-in process seamless. I was seen by the doctor in under a half hour and she, too, was friendly, professional and concise in her explanation of my injury. I would highly recommend VYBE Urgent Care in Havertown.

Update: I tried to get additional testing done at this location but there was no pricing available. I called their location during business hours and went through 2 minutes of phone tree hell before the system told me they had too many calls, and hung up on me. I guess they dont need any more business.Original review: Decent clinic, but they seem to be constantly half an hour behind schedule. Each appointment Ive had here, Ive arrived 5 minutes early and was seen 35-40 minutes later. Someones screwing up, every day. I bet its management.

This was my first visit to Vybe Urgent Care and it was pleasant and ironically enjoyable. The receptionist was hospitable and welcoming. Brianna my nurse was just as friendtly, patient and informative. James Pratta was easy to talk to and throughly explained my next steps to ensure that I am as healthy as possible.
