I walked into the clinic feeling terrible and had been feeling that way for two weeks. Because I had registered online, the walk in process was painless. The receptionist was friendly and I felt welcomed. The nurse was friendly and competent, listened to all my complaints very patiently, and gave me Covidand strep tests. Since the tests were negative, the Dr was efficient and patiently listened and offered possible reasons for me not feeling well. I was given prescriptions and left feeling grateful and confident that I would feel better soon.In conclusion, my experience at the clinic was pleasant and I believe successful. Without hesitation I would recommend Midwest Express Clinic to anyone.

Like another reviewer, I am also quite surprised at the five star reviews. I was told an hour wait. Two and a half hours later I am finally led into an exam room to... wait some more. Dirty floors in the waiting area and exam rooms, literally people standing to wait because there are not enough chairs and not enough room. This was pretty much the worst urgent care experience Ive ever had. Go somewhere else, anywhere else....

I think the owner or upper management here has their friends give them 5 stars. There is no way this place is 5 star worthy. It is constantly packed & dirty (see picture attached - WHAT IS THAT?) Some rude person brought me back to a room, and had me wait by the door so they can “clean it”. By clean, they ripped off paper from the chair and sprayed who knows what on and then used a rag to clean it. Is the rag new? No idea! Did I sit on that chair? Absolutely not. I went in for a blood test for Lyme, figuring this would be quicker. The nurse practitioner was nice enough. The person that drew my blood was also nice, but she was carrying around the blood draw items in a tote that made me a little uneasy on already a dirty place. I was then told that I would receive a text message when my results were ready. I had to call today in order to get them because that text never came. The first person I spoke to, couldn’t seem to get my last name or first name then placed me on hold for 10 minutes, picked the phone up (you could hear them picking the phone up) and hung up. I immediately called back and same thing another person who placed me on hold, but finally got back to me. Stated they could not tell me results over the phone but would email it to me. Most test results are not straight forward so I asked if she could just tell me, which she did. The entire process felt like pulling teeth. I will not return here. If you go to yelp reviews you will see this place got a very low rating, which is why I don’t believe the google reviews are honest. They also keep sick people waiting. So you probably will end up sick yourself waiting in the lobby area and then in the dirty rooms. I also did not find the front staff to be very pleasant. Yikes.

My son got sick and we went to this Urgent care.It was fast. Medical assistant made all necessary lab tests. Doctor Elena Golub was very positive and polite. She gave good recommendations and necessary prescriptions. I liked her examination. All visit took not more than one hour.

I’m so happy that this place is located in my town,,,They are always so amazing, helpful. What a wonderful atmosphere I know you go there when you’re sick but they always make you feel so warm and welcomed. (very professional)Please do not unnoticed that the staff is wonderful. The staff here is excellent! It was a long wait time because a lot of people were ill. The staff apologized many times and saw us as soon as they could. The main thing I love about the workers here is that they are kind and caring. Thank you for always being awesome!

My daughter and I were traveling through Chicago on our way to Montana and we both had bad colds. Everyone at the clinic was extremely kind and made the experience easy. They took us in together and the nurse practitioner was thorough and helpful. So glad we went so we could travel on and get the appropriate scripts to feel better.Very appreciative because sometimes these experiences are brutal.Thanks to all at the clinic!!

Hands down the best clinic in the area. I have been to 2 others that are now purchased by the same company and they do not compare to this clinic. I will continue to bring my urgent visits to this clinic. They are so friendly, clean environment, and so attentive! My provider went above and beyond, helped me without diminishing how I felt. First time visit there. Was worried about been a long wait time. Definitely not from registration to vitaling my daughter and having a visit with the NP. I can’t complain everything went smooth and well. Very friendly environment love the rooms the decorations and they have reading books. Read a book while waiting in the room with my daughter.

Positive and professional experience from beginning to end!Jacky the nurse/tech was beyond sweet with my four year old; She was patient and creative with helping her to feel comfortable when she felt her worst. The provider, Mariola Grzeszczyk, was beyond compassionate, informative, and thorough. She took her time and ensured all of my questions and concerns were answered. She was incredibly passionate on the topics we discussed and was incredibly knowledgeable. I was very pleased with the top notch care we received and would absolutely return based on the service we received today. Thank you!

Great service!Staff are very nice and helpful..Nurse was working nicely and gently with my sone .He was so happy ,he didnt expect that ,he was so scared when we got there.Waiting time was fair.....I would recommend this clinic to anyone.The most think I liked is that they accepted me as walking in .they really saved me because I was traveling that day when my sone got sick.

Check in was easy and fast. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. The facility is modern and clean. I will definitely use them again when I cant get to my general practitioner.

For context, I went on Monday evening around 6pm. The staff was extremely friendly and kind, very patient. I was out within 40 minutes, seen in about 5-10. I didn’t even get to finish the paperwork before I was seen, that’s how quick it was! I was listened to and they made sure I knew what options in treatment they had available and what it looked like. I was extremely satisfied with my visit.

The staff there are truly amazing ❤️❤️ the front desk girls are kind and helpful and they have the best nurse ever ❤️ she’s kind and always makes you feel more comfy. The facility needs a translator system in place for the many immigrants that don’t speak English that come, and get frustrated on the front desk for not speaking their language… there are electronic translators that the staff can use to communicate with anyone that comes thru their doors making the job a lot easier too ❤️ and less frustrated visitors along the way…

I took my son in on Sunday right before they were closing. Everyone was very nice, starting with Jackie at the front desk, and then the MA who was very patient taking the tests for my son who did not want to cooperate. We didn’t feel rushed at all. Ms. Sylwia was also great. She was very gentle and patient. She diagnosed my son right away, we picked up the meds and my son already felt better the next day. Overall very pleasant experience and I will recommend it to everyone.

Front desk receptionist LMAOShe is unprofessional as they came.Calling patients “Love” on the phone..And let’s not get started on the music she was playing….switching from song to song like if she was in her car..never been to an urgent care and heard JaRule playing in the back ground.. pretty loudly at that. THEN once you get placed in a room the music was even louder coming from the hall way.. pretty crazyBeen here a few times, liked the environment those times, till now.Triage MA Marisa and NP Anita were great 👍🏻 would’ve got 1 star if it wasnt for them.

Ive gone to this clinic and everyone is incredibly helpful, youthful thoughtful and thorough. Recently, I went in with respiratory issues and was diagnosed with a Upper Respiratory Infection bordering on pneumonia. I came a couple days for a follow up and came to find out that I had a severe vitamin D deficiency. Without originally coming in, I would have never known about such a potentially devastating issue. Who would have known that potentially catching pneumonia would be a blessing in disguise!

Very well established place. Definitely is my go to now! Went to get my snitches removed everything was quick fast and easy! Staff is super friendly and nice l. Very clean and professional environment

I dont post reviews very often but I had to post one for Midwest Express Clinic... these girls were just incredible.. the girls at the front desk were so sweet the nurse was so sweet.. the doctor just incredible.. I would highly recommend this place to everyone whos not feeling well they got me in and out in 20 minutes I was floored in shock couldnt believe it.. I dont like to be sick but if Im sick again I know where Im going.

My go-to clinic for my whole family, for all routine health checks, blood work and lab tests, or urgent care needs. Staff are very friendly. Technicians and physicians are very professional, knowledgeable, competent and they do genuinely care about the well-being of their patients.

I have been to this location multiple times, mostly for my kids, and every time they were very professional. Sylvia did amazing job for my son last time, she was very gentle and kind with him, and she listened very carefully all my concerns regarding his health. I took my 4 year old daughter to Midwest Clinic for a throat infection. I was very happy with service. The provider Beatrice Biltean was was absolutely amazing, very smart, and caring. Took care of my daughter, gave her antibiotics and she is feeling much better now. I will be returning in the future if I need to.

Instead of opening Presents on Christmas Day we found ourselves at urgent care. I’m very grateful for the ladies that were working on this day because my son was extremely sick. It was fast service fast results in and out. I appreciate this place being open n a holiday !

Went by and the place was really clean, the front desk staff & nurses were so friendly and i was called inside within 5 minutes of checking in. Never had such great medical services before! Ill be coming back here and and time again. Highly recommend!!

My wife whos a teacher needed her shots done in this piss poor excuse for a clinic! These are the most rude, incompetent staff I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I called for some records several times and they lie to the patient whos paid their hard earned money so they can disrespect you by lying saying they have sent it to the email which they never did! Calling them back now and I been on hold for 20 mins and no one has come to answer!! These people are the reason These clinics get a bad reputation! UNDERSTAND SOMETHING! youre doing us no favors youre there to serve the public and you suck a it!

Shocked at the patience and quality of care provided at every step of the way. Wednesday night an hour before the clinic is supposed to close, staff is clearly swamped with a full lobby and everyone is handling it like the professionals they are. Thank you guys for making a stressful visit easier. Genuinely touched.

This clinic was very crowded when I arrived. The workers were working very hard to get every one through. Everyone was nice and pleasant. The nurse practitioner was fabulous!

Opening this emergency clinic in Norridge was one of the best decision so you don’t have to do to the ER and spent 5-6 hrs. The staff is very friendly! This young girl Mia is always sweet and with a smile. I highly recommend to visit Midwest Clinic.

Midwest was great! I was able to register before time & pick a time to come in. I got there checked in & was there for about an hour & that’s it. Fast, efficient & clean! I would recommend it.

Horrible experience. On the verge of pnemonia NYE and they didnt send the prescription to the pharmacy after calling twice the same day after my appointment. Called a few hours after my appointment when the pharmacy didnt receive it and then again before closing, yet still left the pharmacy at 9pm with no medicine. Fever for 4 days and this is the treatment they provide? Might as well have gone to the ER. Save yourself the time and energy and avoid going here ... also 3 hour wait time.

I injured my foot and needed to get it checked outI was contemplating doing the usual ER visit.Of all the ER visits I have been for myself or family, It’s always a minimum of 5 hours of wait time. And another thing I don’t have insurance.I always saw this specific clinic and googled if they did radiographs, and which they did, and I said eh why notMy total Wait time from start to finish, was 20 minutes. Pricing was extremely fair for the exam and radiographsI was able to get clear answers and the whole process was easy. Straight to the point.Totally would recommend it to anyone

This is my favorite imedicare, they are very accurate polite and show concern for their patients. I bring my son here all the time Im also one of their patients. Im happy that they open early and stay open a little late

Took my teenager son and my mother in law to the clinic in two separate dates. Both times we received the best attention and best services. Will highly recommend this over most of the imediate care in the area, since the staff is so pleasant , the location is easy to get to and it super clean. Wait time is not long and you can even see on line and set up an “appointment”

Out of all the urgent cares in the area I appreciate this one the most! Very easy to work with. Can schedule online or walk in. Staff always friendly. Doctors make you feel validated. They take most insurances including Medicaids. They have Xray in office too! Polish and Spanish speaking staff too! If you call after your appointment you usually can speak right with the physician you seen! 10/10 for urgent cares recommend

I have been haveing a bad Fleming cough for 7 days. Weezeing, feaver, body aches, headache, burning chest and sore throat.Flu, covid, strep came back negative.After nearly begging for a chest x.ray, they did one and DR.LUKASIK.S called me back saying its bronchitis and a flar up asthma.I was very unhappy with my care and reaching out for a 2nd option. Advocate for you health because they were ready to just let me go with no x.ray or antibiotics.Front desk, xray tech and nurse was greeting.Dr.LUKASIK.S was over it and didnt want to be there and lets say this wasent the 1st time!

Our first time visiting the clinic and it was a very pleasant experience. All the staff was very friendly, facility was very clean and our wait time when we were there was practically nothing. Would not hesitate to go there again and recommend it to family and friends. Its comforting to know we have such a service available in our area!

Don’t bring your kids there. First time when we were there they told us our son is positive for Covid , so we went to hospital for second opinion and it was not true.Next time they told us our son has strep throat and ear infection and prescribed us very heavy antibiotics. After just two days of using it our son lost 3 pounds of weight ( he felt very very bad after those antibiotics) so we decided to go to different clinic where to check on him again . At the other clinic they told us he never had an ear infection and shouldn’t be prescribed those specific medication at all.

This place is a SCAM. I would avoid this place at all costs. I thought because I could schedule an appointment online that would reduce the wait time but i still waited over an hour to get a flu test then was put back into the waiting room because they had no rooms available. Meanwhile I had covid the whole time.I kept getting worse and finally a doctor told me I had covid and they were going to have my do a breathing treatment. After she left my room I almost passed out in the room and had to call into the hallway for help. NO ONE CAME. I finally had to open the door to the waiting room and yell that I needed help in front of a room frull of people. I never received a breathing treatment, the doctor saw me for all of 5 minutes, and they ended up calling an ambulance.They just charged my card $300 after I tried calling, getting an itimized list of what I was being charged, AND called their patient advocacy line WHICH NO ONE ANSWERED OR CALLED BACK. My biggest regret was going to the clinic. Do not go to this place. You won’t receive any care and they will take your money regardless.

Do not have ultrasound capabilities unless you have it ordered in advance. Did an exam for 2 min and determined needed meds without knowing the root cause. The nursing staff were rude to customers. Was left in the room for another half hour without telling us that was the end of the visit. Overall not a good experience.

When I got there last night, I was voiceless and exhausted from looking for a clinic that takes my insurance. They took me right in, I got tested and seen by the doctor really soon. I was given some prescriptions soon after, and was good to go. I can thank them enough for taking such a great care of me. I highly recommend this place.

Went here yesterday. Where to start...My meds were never faxed to the pharmacy. I was only given 2/3 prescriptions. I think NP forgot the puffer. When I asked reception they would not print Rx and said it would all be faxed to pharmacy. Pharmacy received nothing. Was told I would be called with results and never was. I was admitted yesterday afternoon with a double lobe pneumonia and ? Sepsis to an acute care facility in the area and I am still there. The facility missed this my pneumonia diagnosis. Theres more... the receptionist would not provide the wifi password so I could access same to provide my insurance details. I am from out of the country and had difficulty with my internet. A kind client in waiting room was nice enough to give their hotspot. Receptionist also loudly said we do not take Medicaid in the waiting room with other clients there. I had just gotten off a 10 hr flight from Tokyo and very sick, hence my appearance, but was judged for that. Receptionist was told I was a Canadian citizen. Got the sense the triage ? Physician assistant was told to push covod, strep and influenza testing. I said I really dont think necessary pretty certain I have a penumonia but she noted we would do anyway. Ok, nbd. NP was nice, kind, listened to my concerns but I had to advocate for X-ray after listing my + complaints and ? Pneumonia. X-ray technician was a lovely person. Your receptionists could use some professionalism. Only taking the time to write this because Im here in hospital on isolation and nothing better to do. And two, as a healthcare professional your clinic overall is super concerning with respect to professionalism, ability to accurately diagnose and provide appropriate care, and lack of follow through on care. Please do not contact me further. I will not be elaborating on this. I hope this never happens to anyone else. Beware.

Intake staff and doctor were absolutely amazing and helpful. My daughter was nervous and they were friendly, encouraging which helped ease my daughter’s nervousness.

The whole team here was really great and I was very impressed and felt very taken care of when I was really sick. My experience with Mariola was awesome. She was very kind and considerate and figured out what was going on with me quickly and efficiently, and gave me time to ask any questions I had. I was in and out. Thank you Midwest express clinic; please keep this level of care and efficiency up as it’s not always easy to find these days!!

Used to be my go to but after today I Don’t recommend. They scheduled my son for a follow up appointment for 8am it’s 840am and we are still sitting, waiting! I was here 3 days ago for his allergic reaction to a bug bite. Why would you tell me to come back at 8 to just sit and have me wait. Then the receptionist wanted to tell me there was 2 people ahead of me when I scheduled I was told 8am is the earliest appointment. Very unprofessional whoever is in charge needs to change this!

I have never had a negative experience at this clinic. My family has always been treated with kindness and respect. Although the wait was a little longer than expected today, the service was still outstanding. Thank you all for providing exceptional care everyday.

I had an excellent experience at Midwest Express Clinic. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the front desk staff, medical assistant, and nurse practitioner. They were all kind, courteous, efficient, knowledgeable, and attentive. I walked in at 7:40 pm on a weekday. I was treated and issued a prescription by 8:05 pm, and that was with several people ahead of me. By the time I made it to the pharmacy, the prescription was already completed. I am happy with the service that I received and would not hesitate to return! I am also feeling much better!

I have never visited this center before. My son had an ear ache and his regular doctor was out of town. We were recommended here due to compatibility with insurance and other family having visited here. From the start the first person to greet was absolutely sweet, patient and professional. Paperwork and initial complaints were taken quickly and we were seen in order as we arrived. They were fast and prompt especially considering the volume of people coming in and the attitudes from some inpatient patients. They were thorough In researching the reasons and evaluating the symptoms and were able to connect with our preferred pharmacy for medication. I would recommend to anyone. As an added bonus, the doctor was absolutely beautiful 💕. I thank them for their support and professionalism. I hope they continue to serve this community.

Despite being seen on time and correctly diagnosed with a UTI, I very disappointed to learn, two days after my visit, that the urine sample was not sent toa culture as promised by the nurse practitioner who prescribed my antibiotics. It turn that the bacteria that os causing my UTI is resistant to the prescribed antibiotics, and the only way to know which are the right antibiotics is to have the results of the culture. I called today to inquire about this and was told it was there mistake

I’m sorry to give this reading but I couldn’t tolerate the nurse who come to visit my daughter today, She was like 22 years old and she was eating chewing gum when she visited my daughter this is unbelievable unprofessional, The doctor and the desk girl was very good, But I don’t know how can hire these people they can eat trigram when they doing their job and then you’ll pay for that..!?

Went in during the day on a weekend for a checkup and was nervous how long it’d take being a walk-in but everyone was very efficient and quick and seemed to know how to give their clients the best help and experience in the quickest way to help insure wait times weren’t long and people weren’t having to stay there any longer than needed. Will definitely go back for any future walk-in appointments needed.

I had an outstanding experience yesterday at Midwest Express Clinic with Dr. Kristiana Engler, who treated my daughter. Dr. Engler was incredibly knowledgeable, pleasant, and responsive. She took my daughter’s symptoms very seriously and promptly scheduled additional tests, ensuring nothing was overlooked. What truly stood out was her follow-through—she called back as promised, which gave us so much peace of mind.The entire staff at the clinic was friendly and professional, making the visit even more pleasant. I’m beyond impressed with the care we received and would highly recommend Dr. Engler and the team at Midwest Express Clinic to anyone in need of compassionate and thorough medical care. Thank you!

This is our 2nd time coming into this clinic (they accept Medicaid) and received care needed for my son. They are fast & friendly. Both times we were in and out within an hour. Thank you Midwest Express Clinic.

I’ve been going here I’d say for like a little over a year and I love coming here. The staff is great, the physicians are great, they have taken care of both me and my children when our regular doctors aren’t available. Last time, my son (3yrs) got really sick on a Saturday, I couldn’t make an appt. Until Wednesday for his regular doctor, but I made an appointment online here, brought my son in, he got checked, got diagnosed and got medication sent to the pharmacy. Also, they gave him not only stickers, but an adorable superhero mask he wore all day. Also, for me, since I’m on Medicaid, I haven’t seen my doctor in a while because 2x, over a year go, I got really really sick. I kept calling my doctor to make an appointment, nobody picked up for me. I kept calling, & calling, & nothing. Made an appointment here online, went in the next hour, got to see the doc, got diagnosed, got my medication sent to the pharm., & it was over with. I really do enjoy coming here with a passion. Also, they be opened til 8p some days & it’s just so worth it, I highly recommend this place to anyone, 100/10.

I walked in this morning as a first time patient. The front desk receptionist was very nice and knowledgeable. I had the pleasure to meet with Dr.Renalda for my visit. She was incredibly nice, and made me feel extremely comfortable. Despite how busy they were she did not rush my visit and talked me thru my illness, she even requested a follow up appointment just to make sure I’d be feeling better. I am so happy I chose this immediate care- their attentiveness despite how busy they were does not go unnoticed. Thank you for being so kind and caring… it is appreciated. Thank you!

No one likes to be ill away from home. The staff and dr were kind and understanding. Even though I wasn’t able to continue my vacation, I appreciated the advice on the best course of treatment for my condition.

I was sick and needed immediate care to tell me to go to the hospital. Thanks to immediate care I am getting better.

I was amazed to see that this place has 4.8 out of 5 stars. First, I spent over 45 minutes waiting in the reception area despite registering online beforehand for an appointment. When I walked in, I was told that my name was down and that I was registered. The receptionist waited 30 minutes to tell me that my online registration didn’t go through and I had to fill out all of the paperwork despite doing it online and receiving a confirmation email after registering. After finally being called to an exam room after 45 minutes, I had my vitals taken. After that, I was placed into another exam room where I waited for another 30 minutes before finally being examined. I then waited another 20 minutes until I finally was able to get X Rays and get a nebulizer for bronchitis. This all took place 2 hours after I walked in.Although the staff were nice and apologetic, it is absolutely unacceptable to spend over 2 hours at this clinic when it’s advertised as “express”. I’ve seen reviews of people being in and out of this clinic within 30 minutes, and I fail to understand why it should take me over 2 hours total for such a minor ailment. I understand if there were staffing issues, but that should have been communicated with me instead of making me wait absurdly long without any explanation.

The place is clean,not waiting too long time. We waith only two minutes. The doctor and stuff they are very good, polite, kind and positive. We were examined by Marija Vujovic, FNP-C. She is very nice and a good doctor, we are fascinated by her. She paid great attention to us and answered all our questions. A huge thank you for the attention of this woman and all the staff.

I have been here twice this year and it definitely one of the better urgent care centers in the area. The front staff is always nice and professional and the medical staff appears knowledgeable and helpful.

Was seen right away! Great place for urgent care!

Everyone there was very welcoming. The lab person was very patient with me because of my hearing loss. She did everything she could to make sure I understood. Then the doctor was very good listened to my my problem, and checked me out. She was also patient with me. Thank you to everyone there from reception, to lab person, and the doctor.

Receptionist at the front was really nice. Quick and easy check in. Nurse and doctor were both great as well! They were quick and efficient.

My daughter was throwing up and not feeling well. They were on point in what was going on and how to help her that same evening she was doing 1000X ‘s better than when we arrived and they were so kind and sweet to my daughter. If needed will definitely return for medical help.

First time going to Midwest Express Clinic, and my experience was very pleasant. The staff were super friendly and made my visit quick and efficient. The nurse practitioner who saw me, Marija, explained really well what I needed to do to get better and explained what medications I needed to get as well. Overall everything was quick and efficient and I didn’t stay there for longer than an hour.

I had some major blockage in both of my ears as well as an intense muscle spasm in my neck that was debilitating and hindering me from doing any work. When I first walked into the clinic I was a bit nervous, but it wasn’t busy at all so they saw me right away. The very friendly, knowledgeable, and personable staff got me sorted out right away and I walked out of there hearing more clearly and feeling better than I’ve felt in a long time. Thank y’all so much!!

My wife was seen at Midwest Express for allergic cough she had for years. We have seen our PCP and many specialists and nothing helped, but one visit to dr Maria and she solved all our problems. My wife no longer coughs and is feeling much better.

Nothin really express about it. This has no reflection on the staff…. I understand they all were working hard but the infrastructure within the process is a total disaster.I just needed a blood test completed which should take 10 minutes tops. I booked an appointment and waited in the waiting room for close to 35 minutes. Not sure what the point of making an appointment is when it’s not really followed. It’s legit first come first serve.After my number was called a few questions were answered in the exam room and I then proceeded to wait another 40+ minutes just for them to take a blood sample.I had to leave because I had things to do l. But the efficiency is terrible and they definitely should remove word “express” from their name because it’s anything but that. By no means should a blood test take close to 1 hr in a half.Like I said not a reflection of their staff. They all were running around and working as fast as they could but the process flow most certainly needs to be adjusted such as test work vs immediate care.I guess the review would be higher if they didn’t make it seem like an “in and out process”

I went in due to my heart rate being fast but it ended up just being anxiety related. They ran a EKG on me and three people ended up coming bc they wanted to make sure the machine was working well and ran many tests. The results were fine and the dr who ended up talking to me after was so nice and actually knew her stuff!! She also recommended dietary changes rather than just prescribing me something. I don’t remember her name unfortunately but overall good experience!! Made me feel like they were actually looking out for me.

Front desk receptionist is a rock star! A great one-woman show who acknowledges all patients in a timely manner and administered my X-Rays quickly and professionally.I had some questions for the doctor about blood pressure - she went above and beyond providing me with a print out log I can track and further information

I went in for an ear infection. I was greeted when I entered the facility and waited on right away with my registration. After I filled out the necessary forms, I was seen by an intake nurse within 5 minutes. I saw the doctor shortly after. I was in there for less than an hour, even though I didnt have an appointment. Everyone I encountered was SUPER NICE and VERY PROFESSIONAL!!! I would definitely recommend going this facility!!

I RARELY leave reviews, so this says a lot…I have come here plenty of times for my kids and myself. I like it because it’s close to home and very clean. However, this time blew my mind! The person who initially called to take my six year old’s vitals was rude and seemed obviously annoyed by him and scolded him more than once. She gave no warning before forcing the swab in his mouth making him gag and nearly vomit. Then rudely said, “I’m pretty sure that’s gonna be a bad sample”. Then not one but TWO different providers came in the room, one to ask our name (not the right patient), then again calling us by a different name, (again wrong patient)..how can things be so disorganized?? Makes me VERY concerned about the results of peoples’ labs and privacy…

It’s that crazy time of year where everyone seems to be coughing, sneezing, and sick. Like many immediate care centers, I expected this one to be swamped with patients and staff on overload. I was pleasantly surprised to see how cheerful and courteous staff was despite a full house! The facility is clean, and although there was a slight delay, it was not nearly as bad as I thought it would be a week before Christmas!

I registered online and filled out the paperwork in advance and when I showed up, only had to wait about 15 minutes for someone to see me. Everyone was kind and patient from the woman who signed me in, to the nurse who asked my symptoms, to the practitioner who saw me. They were calm and educated and helpful. Glad I made the decision to go in.

The facility is extremely clean and well kept. Even nicely decorated with cups and a water dispenser for patients. Well organized & a very minimal wait time. Every staff member was top notch professional, caring and thorough. So glad to know there’s a reliable urgent care in the area.

Every time I have come to this clinic it has been a good experience. Being in the Medical field I know this kind of job can be difficult. The staff is always friendly, and helpful. This last visit I had to bring my 2 year old and they were absolutely wonderful with him. I have never had a bad experience here. And I always recommend others to go here. Easy to get an appointment also. Their online site is also very user friendly.

Wouldn’t see my 3 year old son for a tooth infection because they don’t see “infants” for such thing. Only adults. How is an 3 year old an infant. Dumbest thing I’ve ever heard. And was told to go to aspen dental that they have an urgent care there but isn’t even open on a Sunday. The other immediate care down the street would see him but was told an over 2 hour wait. Ridiculous how hard it is to get emergency care on a Sunday for a toddler. Hopefully he’ll be okay another day to see someone who can help. What a country.

I was taken care of right away, the staff was very kind and thorough. I was seen by Jessica who had an excellent bedside manner. She listened to everything I had to say and took the time explain everything to me. She allowed me to ask questions after and was even available on the phone after I left to ask a question about my prescription. She truly shows she cares about patients.

My whole family gets seen here and usually all the nurse practitioners we see are wonderful and caring. Today my son was seen for a follow up on a cough he has had for 3 weeks. He’s coughing up phlegm, fatigued and just overall not himself. The first visit we were prescribed an inhaler and cough syrup and told it’s seasonal allergies. The inhaler was “just incase” he had trouble breathing. We opted to try allergy relief and home remedies. I mean who wants to keep their kid on drowsy cough syrupuntil suspected seasonal allergies improve. We were automatically put down as refusing to take prescribed meds and it felt like the nurse practitioner was annoyed we were there. We told her the remedies we were doing at home and the cough does not seem allergy related. She seemed annoyed we weren’t just using the inhaler anyways and drowsy cough syrup prescribed. She even became noticeably frustrated when my son kept taking deep breaths for a lung check, instead of breathing normal. She told him to “just stop”. She may have been having a hard day but that’s no excuse.My son was admitted into children’s hospital for a misdiagnosis when he was young. He went undiagnosed with a sinus infection that turned into orbital cellulitis. It was a long and traumatizing 3 weeks in the hospital with infectious disease doctors and interventions meds. All of that resulted from providers dismissing concerns. Today was another dismissal.

My baby had a lot of mucus build up and I could tell he was coming down with a virus. I called our pediatricians office, but unfortunately the doctor was not in. I decided to go to Midwest and I’m so glad I did! Angelica was wonderful! She made the whole process easy for us and got us in right away! The receptionist checked us in quickly and Sharon came right after to take all his vitals. Sharon was very gentle with him and made me feel at ease. The practioner Marija checked his breathing and suggested we do a RSV swab after observing him. It came back positive! She could tell I was very nervous since he was so little! Instead of just sending us on our way, she took the time to explain everything to me and made sure I didn’t leave panicking and guided us to the next step. Thank you to all the staff for taking care of us!

I was there with my son and the doctor was amazing. She listen to me what I wanna say, she understand me and she was very respectful. I really recommend this place and I don’t know if there is more doctors but I really really recommend that you will go and have the one what we had. I like how efficiently it was ran. The service was phenomenal from beginning to end. There were two doctors and quite a few patients yet they were able to get me in and out in less than 40mins...wow!

This was my first time at this Urgent Care and I wont hesitate to come back if needed. Staff was very friendly and wait time wasnt bad. I did schedule an appointment ahead of time for ease. My only complaint is that the online system for registering is not good-basically doesnt work, so I had to spend the time filling out paperwork once I arrived.

I would like to leave 1-star, as I expected more from this establishment. I had visited on December 24th 2023 (Christmas Eve) at 1:45 pm so I understand it was busy. I had felt very ill-Dehydrated and not myself. I was not able to hold water and a family doctor recommended an intravenous Vitamin shot-B12. For any regular day I could visit any medical spa and request this, & have no issue.Since my appearance was not ideal.. I was pale, messy hair, not sure why I need to explain but I was not looking well. My husband was reassured when he entered that a vitamin shot is no problem. After I had entered feeling completely HORRIBLE, I was looked at by the receptionist in Distress, and a disrespectful way. She told me no. At first I was told no, no. She SPECIFICALLY said she needs to ask her manager for approval. The manager didn’t even come out and look at us to make sure I was okay or even acknowledge my request. She came back and let me know that I could not get this specific shot as I am a RISK. My husband, upset and disheveled said but why? Why a risk? No response to this question.Then I was told in a not polite manner that sure I can see a doctor, see a doctor mentioned twice and they diagnose me but the point is the embarrassment I received and judgement from before the comment and me being a RISK. I would like this establishment specifically this receptionist to treat others with care and respect and as a healthcare professional have the compassion necessary to be in the healthcare industry.I did feel discriminated against based on my appearance and I hope no one coming here ever feels the same way or are denied the care necessary.Update: I had received a call from a patient advocate on Wednesday 1/10/24 at 8:59 am after adding this review, excited to see if anything had been resolved, or what feedback they had for me and I was even more disheveled after the conversation I had made me feel worse. Once again, I told this person I was there for care, for a simple B12 shot and since my appearance was in such disarray, I had the patient advocate tell me I was both drunk and high.. according to the report, mind you I was only looked at, and judged by the receptionist, not once did her manager look at me or assess my state.. To say I am embarrassed, is an understatement. I just want this clinic to truly assess any patient that walks into a clinic feeling unwell to be treated with empathy, care, and respect. I had not received any of that, and again hope this never happens to any patient.

Be careful about coming here if you are using insurance. My mom called and asked if they accepted her insurance and they said yes. We later received a bill from them stating that they were out of network from her insurance.Also, dont go here for a urine culture. They have their cups out in the open in the bathroom stacked on top of each other. You will get a false positive. I wont be coming back here.

Went on a day they were running behind due to them being busy and understaffed. They did theyre absolute best at being so accommodating, patient and transparent. From checking in, to seeing their nurse, doctor and when checking out, such a wonderful, compassionate and patient team! Hands down our #1 place to go to for any of our Urgent Care Needs!And did I mention how GREAT they are with Children?!

Awesome staff! I am from out of town and had a medical issue interrupt my air travel. They helped me get same day ultrasound results, on a Sunday! Midwest express clinic on 4700 N Cumberland did an amazing job for me, my Glands were so swollen past 3 days, They got me in and out, my prescription was ready really fast across the street at Walgreens ty MIDWEST CLINIC

What a great place! I was able to get an appt online for that day. The staff was super thorough, helpful, and pleasant. They ran some tests, diagnosed me, and sent my prescription right over to the pharmacy I requested- I had my prescription in my hands within a few hours and was already feeling better by that evening. They are wonderful here and I would definitely come back here for health care.

Like another person mention theres nothing expressed about this place with the staff very unprofessional! If they want to be an Express urgent Care narrow it down to who has the least medical issue! Like an eye infection.Whuch it should take long to be seen by a doctor to give you a script for your eye! I called 3 times since the morning,and all the say is a 2hr wait! What? They close at 8pm and its 615 pm and she said theres 8 people in the waiting area so how is everyone gonna be seen! This place is a joke! The last time I called you couldnt tell me how long it would be .What do you mean you do know it your job to know! I wouldnt recommend going to this jagoff place! Your better off going to the emergency room!

Fast, polite, professional and personal. Even after we had left the doctor called us 20 minutes later. As a precaution she added another medication to help our situation. To me it shows she didnt stop thinking about our care even after we had left the clinic. That is exceptional. I highly recommend this clinic.

Midwest Express clinic is right in my neighborhood (they have many convenient locations ) From scheduling your appointment to actually being seen. It is the most fast and efficient way to see a doctor. I have to be honest, if I need to see a doctor right away, this is the way I go.

My first visit here. My regular PCP is away until the 24th. I had a terrible sore throat and 103 fever. The reservation was easy to make. From the Front Desk to the Nurses to the Nurse Practitioner, they were very cordial and caring. They took tests and advised me I had strep. I was prescribed meds and told to return a week later to make sure I’m doing well. If not, I can just call and cancel my return visit. I was very satisfied with their care. The location was clean and sanitary.

Had the best experience, my son sprained his hand at school and Dominique took the time to explain all the questions we had. This isn’t like any other urgent care clinic, they are friendly and very patience. The clinic is very clean and all the staff is welcoming and friendly.

Everyone in the office was professional and courteous including the doctor, as she was very attentive. They were also apologetic for being a little behind schedule due to staffing. I’ve never had a clinic apologize for unforeseen delays. The clinic was clean and updated, has flexible walk-in hours and accepts appointments. I would definitely return to this facility in the future if in need of urgent medical assistance.

I am glad that I experience the warm service of Midwest Express Clinic. Even there are many customers when we arrive, everyone is accommodated fast as we can imagine. Staffs are caring and polite ,the ambiance of the place are relaxing and rooms are neat and clean. For me it might not be the best but rather one of the best.

I came here (Norridge, IL Branch) early in the morning because I was experiencing ear infection symptoms. I went to this immediate care because I needed immediate help for my ears and because my primary doctor wasn’t available sooner. They checked me up and Nurse, Marija told me that she would send my pharmacy a prescribed antibiotics. When I checked out around 11 am the front desk told me that they’d already sent an order to my pharmacy. I was told by the front desk the pharmacy should see the order in an hour. At 3PM I went to my preferred pharmacy for my prescription. I was told they didnt see any orders. I called the immediate care immediately and found out that they hadn’t even placed the order yet. AT 3 PM NO ORDERS. I had a 10 AM appointment with them. It’s absolutely unacceptable. It’s so called an immediate care but couldnt deliver an immediate aid to paitients. This is the first time I’ve ever experienced trouble like this with a clinic/hospital. I do not recommend this place.

I have been to Midwest Express Clinic several times in the last couple of years and each time i have gone there is was great.The service was very professional, caring and they serve you quickly. I will be using MIdwest Express Clinic every time i need to see a doctor for help and assistance. Thank you Midwest and the entire staff that work there for all your help and taking care of us quickly.

An appointment means nothing. We had a 12:30pm follow up appointment, got surpassed by other patients, and didn’t get pulled back until almost 2:30pm. Absolutely ridiculous. Everyone was very kind to us, hence the generous 2 stars, but they are very unorganized. Lesson learned: appointments mean nothing here.

It was very easy to register online. Upon arrival I said my sons name and I waited approximately 45 minutes. The front desk lady working was very polite and professional despite being very busy. The nurse practitioner Jessica was very attentive of my concerns, she prescribed medication and by the next day my son was feeling much better.

Had my first visit to Midwest Express Clinic yesterday, after being sick for a week. I reserved a time online, and was lucky to have no wait time. Everyone there couldn’t have been nicer and I ended up having bronchitis - I received a breathing treatment and and prescriptions and have a follow up visit on Saturday. Great experience!

Great service, excellent quality care and the physician was very wonderful. The only thing didnt like when the clerk ask for a credit card for file. You need to explain to patients if you get a billed your credit card will be charge. Even I didnt sign authorization form.

NP Kaitlyn, and Nurse Monica were empathetic and extremely helpful. They knew what they were doing, and took all precautions and handled everything with efficiency and good care. The most important thing is that they listened to the needs and medical history, and made good quality decisions with us, and allowed us to be a part of the decision making.We are so grateful that we were able to get the appointment on such short notice and that they were assigned to our case.

Everyone needs to stay away from this place nurses they are OK but the billing they are scum I took my wife to that place for the pregnancy test. She did the test. I asked him how much for the test they said $15 and some change she gave them our insurance and they said OK she gave them her ID they got all her information and address than We left after two months and a half. We reserve the bill from the collection they say we have balance due that we need to pay or we destroy your credit I told them I don’t have any bills when we checks we find that bill comes from this place. They said they send us the bill. But we didn’t pay it. But we didn’t receive anything when I call this place they said they sent us the bill my wife, she told them we did not receive anything. They told her you gave us, she told him no when they ask her for the address she gave them the ID and she gave them her email and she gavethem her phone number. She asked him OK why are you why are you didn’t email me or call me she say OK she asked them where is this bill comes from she told him when I get there you only told me $15 she told him OK that’s $15 what about the bill you send me $207.51 and your already took $73 from our insurance. They $15. For the test $19.00 for the customer service that took your information $119.00 because you are a newpatient and $29.00 correction and we give you some discount that’s why only $207.51 when we told them what should we do right now because if you told me I’m gonna pay all this money for test that cost $15 I’m not gonna do it you didn’t tell me can you put me one wrong address they said there’s nothing we can do that. She’s a little too late you should’ paid it.

I came in for pink eye. The majority of pink eye cases are viral. I was prescribed an antibiotic for bacterial infections. When I found this out the clinic was closed. 3 days later and my symptoms are worse… I called them hoping to get an appropriate prescription and was told I need to pay again.

This is the best clinic!!! All the staff are very professional, polite and willing to help. Great people work there. No pre-registration required. I and my family like this clinic very much.❤️❤️❤️

Went in early, checked in and was seen probably within 5 minutes! Which was great! The staff here was friendly and pleasant! I was fortunate to find this place, they helped me out and it prices were decent compared to other places !

Service was quick. Doctors were knowledgeable. Price is right. 125 first visit 40 after. Not bad for no insurance customers. Would go there again.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!! Ive taken my daughter here a few times. I have a 3 year old and shes one of those kids that cries at the doctors office.. what can I say shes scared of shots and always thinks she is going to get one.. anyways no matter how much she cries and screams the doctors and nurses have ALWAYS been respectful, kind and patient with my daughter. I would definitely recommend friends and family.. which I have already. My sister has gone and I took my father in as well.

Just went in for their special with the Lipo-B shot for $10. Was in and out in 5mins. Claire was amazing. I didnt even feel the shot and she explained everything to me. Wonderful staff and experience. Cant wait to be back for more!

Took my Ill 8 year old to ME, after Lutheran General and their clinic had no available appointments. Booked online, still waited an hour and a half, but were triaged, tested and saw a very capable, nice doctor in good time. Left with an Rx and the next day he was doing 100%better. I will be back!

I did not want to give it a review, maybe it’s because it’s a Great find. The front desk, Nurses and the Doctor are so on point with clean office, care and bedside manners. I managed private medical clinics and this place will take good care of you and the family. Well Done Staff. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I came here with my child a few months ago and it was a great experience. No long wait. The doctor was extremely kind and reception was quick and helpful. The second time I came was a nightmare. I waited over an hour (albeit; there were tons of people waiting) but I was told it would be a 40 min wait. The receptionist, Jordan was extremely dry and condescending.When I was in triage, the nurse pulled up a chat between her and the staff and these nurses and employees were talking about the patients and how annoyed they were that these people didn’t mind waiting and specifically there was a “family of 3 that was driving her crazy.” I felt so uncomfortable and disrespected seeing these chats between these women that are working in healthcare and should show a little more compassion and understanding rather than just worrying about “not getting any negative reviews.” I will not be returning to this location. Skokie is a much better location.
