Planned Parenthood - Hartford North Center

My appointment is at 10:10. This is not the first time Ive had to sit in their waiting room LONGER then needed. 10-15 minutes fine. Every single person in front of me as been called before me! I am never coming here again. Id rather wait the time to be seen at my primary care doctor even if I have an egging issue.

Very helpful and respectful. Had to deal with an emergency pregnancy and they were very understanding. The wait time was maybe 2mins top. They even gave me medication to deal with a blood disorder I forgot i had incase I wanted to get pregnant again in the future. These ladies are awesome !

Review all your lab charges breakdown before you pay. My insurer already paid for my labs but still they charged me separately. I felt so stupid coz I paid for it without reviewing my coverage. They could be real cheeky... so careful. The physicians visit could be very expensive... Try telehealth or online options if your condition is not that severe.... They are way more cheaper even without insurance. Just my 2 cents.

Quite literally the most comforting, nurturing, and friendly medical staff I have encountered in ANY doctors office. Period. Hannah was incredible. My APRN, Heather Harris, is an angel. I shamelessly leave my name with this review, as a proud patron of Planned Parenthood--if you need ANYTHING, go to this location.

Second issue for the day with planned parenthood and misinformation. Call center says to show up here for a walk in. After I drive 20 minutes with a toddler, when get here I’m being told I can’t be seen because the provider (APRN) is new and not doing walk in’s. MIND YOU, the waiting room is empty. ZERO patients. Receptionist couldn’t care less.

I had an appointment here and they refused to do any testing. I had to go to a different doctor to get results.

I not sure what her name was but after my named was called I go in a room to talk to her and right off the bat she was so judgmental and rude I brushed it off but then they made me go to a second room and the same energy I received from another lady. Very judgmental place I wish they would get rid of this staff and bring in a whole new one

Amazing advocates for women. Helped with a crisis pregnancy and were absolutely kind & respectful. Brought another friend hear a short-time later and she received the same help. Thank you so much!

Very clean in the inside , it is in a discreet location . The staff and nurses were very nice and helpful .

They were always so friendly and kind. Each visit was quick and they always had an answer for each question i had.

No picketers out front. 10/10, good to be in a blue state.

Conveniently located on a main street, there is parking. The staff are friendly and kind.

Extremely long wait time had to leave after an hour and a half of waiting they still werent ready
