NextCare Urgent Care

This place is amazing. They are always prompt and very efficient. They care about you and Youre health and I highly recommend this business to everybody I know. My family and I only use this clinic for minor emergencies or something we wont have to go to the emergency room for.

I had an excellent experience at this facility. It was my first time there but they made my process quick. I hardly had wait time after completing my insurance forms. The nurse and doctors were as kind as the receptionist. I would definitely return if I ever felt sick again.

I had a good experience here today, came in just before closing with an injury. The doctor and various assistants proceeded, un-rushed, to treat my wound with utmost care. I sensed an atmosphere of respect for patients and for each other as members of a professional team.Im glad that I was encouraged to visit and grateful for their compassionate expertise.

The gals that work here are kind & amazing! I needed stitches and was worried because I dont have insurance. They have a program that helped me out tremendously. Olivia took the best care of me during the fix up. Im sorta a wuss with needles and stitches, but Olivia made the process comfortable and talked me through the whole thing! It was a super awkward cut, but she knew exactly how to tackle it. If anything ever happens again, I will be coming back here every time!

We took my son in to be seen about a cut he received from a tree. They sent us away to the emergency room because we do not have any anaesthetics. When we got to the emergency room and relayed this information they were flabergasted. The injury required 5 stitches. It was not ER worthy and definitely not ER bill worthy. Go to an Urgent Care that can provide urgent care. Maybe one with anaesthetics.

I visited NextCare Urgent Care, and I was really nervous when I walked into the hospital. However, the entire staff was exceptional. They are all very kind and personable. Turns out I need surgery and they referred me to a great surgeon.Thanks, guys!I would recommend NextCare Urgent Care.

Terrible. She told me it was viral and to wait it out. No prescription. I informed her that my throat issues had a history of not getting better. I had to go to another doctor to get a prescription because I got significantly worse overnight. Do not go to this place. They dont listen to what your symptoms are. Not sure why.

I’m not happy at all. I went in after 5 days of being sick. My throat was swollen and had an ear ache amungst many other sickness issues. They did a Covid test and sent me home. Never looked in my ear never felt or looked at my throat. Not happy. What if I have strep and my ear ACH has turned into an ear infection. I had to go to another doctor. This is the second time I have come in to this Urgent care, and I am reminded why I will not go again.

The lady at the front desk was pretty rude and seemed like patients walking in were an inconvenience. The doctor on staff wad great however and was very insightful.

Went in for a severe cough and chest tightness. Provider seen was very nice and listed to my concerns and sent in antibiotics and inhaler. 4 days later not any better at all. Called and asked for a doctor note for work as I work with preschoolers and coughing to the point of throwing up is not ok. They said the provider I seen isn’t there today so they can’t do that and I should just go to the er. The provider offered to give me nausea meds and cough syrup with codeine over the phone but no note for work. Here let’s just pump you with meds and send you to work with 24 little kids instead of getting to the bottom of the illness.

Had to give 1 star because zero is not an option. My daughter needed to be seen for an injury, we lost insurance so I was going to pay full in cash. They denied her service because cash is not an option. WOW!

Update: I credit doc o and her expertise, for keeping me alive until I figured out where I was being consistently exposed to mold. Much thanks.Doc O and staff are friendly, caring and efficient! Even without computer access today they saw and treated my emergency.

This was a great place to come! I had to wait a little bit because they had another patient with higher priority to attend to, but the physician made sure to come in and let me know.

They were nice and the office was so clean and cool and they were extremely fast I enjoyed my visit the receptionist and everyone in that office even the doctor that saw me was great will continue to come back thanks again for your help with my ear pain

This was the first time I used an urgent care and I was very satisfied with the service they provide. I was able to go online and make an appointment, the staff were very helpful, and the wait time was less then 5 minutes. I would recommend this provider.

I came in and was seen right away. Doctor did everything to get me feeling better I usually dont go to urgent cares but I would definitely come back here if need.

Great urgent care! Schedule time ahead and you’ll be in quicker than walk in. Front desk was amazingly sweet and helped so much. I knew what I was in for so everything was super to the point and everyone was very sweet. It took a little while, while in the room and while waiting for the bill. However, I expected a longer wait time. I got enrolled in their discount program as well which is a great deal! I will be back for any urgent care needs and again staff was super gracious and helpful!!

Didn’t do anything for my daughter when another urgent care gave her antibiotics and she eventually had to go to the er to get her tonsils drained from an abscess

The MA announced my child’s height and weight out loud in the waiting room. He was very curt and unfriendly. We will never go back.

Front desk staff, nurse, and doctor made my visit as pleasurable as possible with the pain that I am in. I love coming to this office for myself, and my children for our urgent needs. Thank you guys so much for everything

I needed to be seen for something quite mild, yet urgent. I was turned away due to “last walk in is at 7:30 and we just had 2 patients walk in” the website says you can walk in up until close. It was 7:32 when I called and I said I could be there in less than 4 minutes. It also said 0 patients in line on their site. So i don’t know if they are lazy and just want to go home, but don’t have on your website you can be seen up until close time then turn people away 30 minutes prior.

I have had I nasty cough and cold for awhile now and needed to go to the urgent care. This place was absolutely wonderful from checking in to leaving. Thank you all so much

Relatively fast, friendly service this morning for my [new pt] walk-in appointment. Other folks who scheduled online were seen really quickly. I was able to fill all paperwork out on my phone while I sat. Sickly me appreciated this small convenience today. Will return and tell a friend! Thank you.

This urgent care was wonderful to me. The receptionist, the nurse and FNP were wonderful people!

Amazing team!!!!! Blanca (receptionist) was very helpful and friendly throughout the whole time I was there. Daniel (nurse) truly has a passion along with Dr. Clark helping people. They both treated my one year old son in the most caring ways I’ve seen. They really made me feel comfortable and valued my concerns. Thank you Dr. Clark for going above and beyond to find out what was the reason behind my sons high fevers. I will finally get a good nights rest (hopefully 😆).I don’t live super close by but will definitely drive back to this location if needed to (I hope I don’t have to take my kiddos to urgent care 🙈). I’ve been to many urgent cares and this is by far the best urgent care I’ve been to with the best team. Thank you 😊

I went to NextCare Urgent Care for a probable eye infection. I was in a degree of pain, but not intolerable. I was a “walk-in” and there were a couple of patients in front of me, so there was a certain amount of waiting, which I fully understood. When I was called, everyone that I was in contact with was professional and listened to my complaint. I was treated with respect and was examined in a professional manner. Unfortunately they did not have a drug in-house to begin my treatment, but an Rx was immediately sent to my pharmacy. I was very satisfied with my experience.Note:, a mother and daughter arrived after me and was requesting a school sport’s physical. Mother was annoyed that her daughter wasn’t pushed to the front of the line because she “had things to do”. The staff was professional in stating that she didn’t have an appointment and would have to wait her turn. Again, professional staff in dealing with an entitled “Karen”. I will go back when I require urgent care.

Arrived Thursday night (12/1) around 7:30pm for my 6 year old daughter. She had a sore throat, headache and developed a fever over 101. When we got into the room, we told the nurse about what was going on and my concern for flu as family members had JUST gotten over having the flu. We were immediately told it was some viral infection.. no tests were done. I had to push to have these tests done.. they swabbed my daughter for flu, COVID and strep. Heres my first issue... When they swabbed my daughter for Strep, they just did her cheeks and not the throat.. I am a trained medical professional and knew right there THAT IS NOT HOW YOU TEST FOR STREP! second issue, NOT EVEN 5 MINUTES PASSED BEFORE THEY CAME BACK AND TOLD US EVERYTHING WAS NEGATIVE! All of those test should take a MINIMUM of 10 minutes with COVID taking 15 for rapid results... They came back and said everything looked good, if she gets worse bring her back.. SHE NEVER GOT WORSE BUT NEVER GOT BETTER! she had a fever all weekend up until yesterday. I finally got her into her primary doctor today AND MY DAUGHTER HAS STREP! She suffered all weekend with a fever and sore throat all weekend. I know how these tests work and how they should be done and with this urgent care closing at 8 pm, we felt extremely rushed and thrown out just so they could leave.. I will NEVER bring my daughter back or ever recommend it to anyone.. Very disappointed in the service we received. The only upside was the actual doctor we talked too was super nice and super friendly. But their testing is NOT standard and will miss it if you are sick with anything! Use caution if you do decide to use this urgent care.

Came in for a urgent matter. Was able to be seen right away. Staff was friendly and place was clean. All my questions were answered. Check in was easy and making appointment online was easy. Definitely would reccomend if you need urgent care in the area.

Most everything was great, my husband needed to take a covid test, as he had taken one the Night before (sat night) and it was a faint positive, so we wanted to be sure. My husband and I both elected to be seen, but due to my insurance being weird, I now have to submit the receipt to insurance to be reimbursed $250. The lady at check in was very nice, but usually they send the bill to insurance, and then to us...oh well. The Dr was decent, but not very personable, they have also been very busy, so I understand that as well. In a pinch, not a bad place to go.

Everything advertises that you do not need an appointment or a referral to get a covid test… when you pull up there is a sign that asks you to call first… I asked to get a covid test and they said sorry they don’t have any appointments available…

They are very quick at getting us an appointment, the physician was very thorough at listening to me explain the issues my children were having and while checking them. They had us in and out with in 20 minutes. I will always choose this urgent care clinic when in need

I came here because my son had gotten sick and wanted to be sure I didn’t need an antibiotic because he is on them but no rapid tests were done (at the little clinic). They greeted me walking in AND out, did all the rapids. And even though I came back negative for all tests they did an additional to send to the lab and gave me all the recommendations as possible to get me feeling better. I 100% recommend this place over the little clinic ANY DAY. I should have been coming here sooner! All the staff was friendly and polite! Would recommend to anyone! 10/10.

I walked in yesterday because I had symptoms of a bladder infection… the doctor or nurse lady that saw me, told me she was not going to send in my urine sample because she can just look at it and tell I’m fine and sent me on my way, which I’ve never heard of that before. I went somewhere else today, and they ran tests, I do need antibiotics. Skip this place and go somewhere else, you will not get accurate results.

I didn’t feel like I was properly taken care. None of my symptoms were taken into consideration. Honestly wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I’d give it zero stars if I could.

They were able to get my son in within an hour. The staff was friendly and efficent. The provider was knowledgeable and compassionate. We have been coming here since Covid began and find this clinic to meet our all familys needs.

Do not go here. Nothing urgent about it. Front desk receptionist extremely rude. Feels dirty when you walk in.

Friendly staff, they were quick and I liked that you can make an appointment. I do wish they would have told us they really couldnt do much for my son and sent us somewhere else so we didnt have to pay for nothing.

Very efficient, friendly people. I have taken several covid tests during this pandemic at several different locations. Although not all were bad however this one was by far the best setup. Love the the text communication and check in procedure they have in place. They make it very simple. There was a little wait time past my appointment time however we must remember as the numbers go up in this city of thousands we must remember there are only so many health care workers tending to us all. Remember these people are working all day tending to us all. You all are awesome! Thanks for your friendly service and professionalism.

Use to be my family’s go to place for sicknesses but I went in tonight, and wasn’t given a single prescripton, and I had told the doctor, look: I can’t sleep with this dry cough, they tested me and I was positive for the flu.You’d think if i’m coming into urgent care while i’m sick and saying I can’t sleep or eat cause of how sick I feel, theyd precribe. If my medicine over the counter was working at home, I wouldn’t have came in but it wasn’t working so I was hoping these folks would help me but no, now i’m up still at 11:20 at night, haven’t been able to sleep still, and I just have to struggle bus it cause they don’t feel like sending me home with something? Even a cough syrup or something to help me, they did absolute nothing for me. won’t be coming back and will be sharing with all my friends and family not to come here anymore since they don’t treat you.

I went in for a CDL DOR physical with a same day appointment I scheduled in line. It was easy and done in an hour. The staff and Dr. was nice and informative.

I went in with complaints of a sinus infection that I have been struggling with for a week. I told them Id already tested negative for strep last week. They immediately gave me a strep test, never even looked at my sinuses, said they would prescribe steroids and cough meds (even though I did not complain of cough), and said to call back in a week if I wasnt better for antibiotics. No meds were ever called in and in looking at my chart notes, it said my sinuses were normal and I had no complaints of bloody mucus. We specifically asked about bloody mucus, as I have been experiencing it, and she said it was normal. In trying to call the office to ask about the prescriptions, I have been on hold for over 10 minutes already for a call center. I wasnt listened too and the fact that I cant reach anyone at the office I went to... I wont go back.Update - After holding for 20 minutes, I spoke with Dolly, who was wonderfully helpful. She was kind and thorough and quick to send a note to the doctor to get my prescriptions filled. NextCare needs more Dollys!!

The NextVare Urgent Care has friendly staff, good organization, and Ive honestly loved everyone there, my only complaint is getting a hold of them. They dont have a direct number, which isnt bad for setting up an initial visit, but trying to get a hold of someone for a follow-up is impossible!In my case, I went in for treatment and was put on a medication, and I went home. I had a bad reaction to the medication so I wanted to call to talk to the doctor again, but when you call, it just goes to a call center. I ended up texting AND getting a response from my doctors office WHILE still on hold for the urgent care call center. Now, rather than just getting a new medication, my doctor, of course, wants me come in for another appointment.

The receptionist, Doctor and her assistant, were all very friendly and compassionate. I was amazed that I was able to get an appointment so quickly for a covid test. Only one day. I hope I dont need to use this urgent care again, but if I do, Ill definitely be coming back. Thanks again ladies! 🤗

Had made an appointment for 6:20. Was 5 minutes late. They put me in as a walk-in at 6:36 even though the timing was wrong. Kept putting walk in patients In front of us. And I’m still waiting. An hr later with my child who is miserable. Absolutely do not recommend and will NEVER come back here. Wish I could give 0 stars.

Rapid Covid testing. Very efficient through the app. Made appointments via calling office Medical team came right to the car. Very professional and nice. No hassle. No waiting in long lines. Waited in the car for approx 15 min, she brought results to us. Along with paperwork needed for work. Highly recommended

Great facility. Had to go for a rapid covid test. Everyone was incredibly friendly. Was shocked to be able to talk to a doctor while waiting for my rapid test. He was amazing. I do most everything homeopathically and fear going to the doctor with terrible past experiences. This didn’t feel that way. The doctor was a cool, educated, ordinary nice guy who didn’t make me feel inferior and wants to truly help and educate his patients. I really enjoyed him and his staff. Nice to have this facility for an option for the future!

We needed a last minute rapid covid test. Long story. They were so kind to fit us into their schedule. The results were delivered relatively quickly. They congratulated us on being able to make it to the concert we were going to later today. I recommend this office!

Very easy seamless online appointment setup check in and paperwork. Got checked in via mobile and in to our appointment right away. Were seen by provider within minutes of sitting and after quick eval discussed tests and possible dx. All took less than 20 minutes. Great friendly service

All the people there were professional, and really helpful. I was unable to get in yesterday, and was told to check back in the morning. When I called they remembered me and were able to get me in today. The nurse practitioner was really good and explained everything so I could understand.

Honestly, the only reason we have come here is because we have Cigna and they have a contract with Nextcare and have paid it 100%. I much prefer Uchealth or Centura health systems to this place. The staff here is hit or miss. There are a few MAs that are really nice and receptive, but there are a few that act like they are providers and don’t listen. I don’t throw the “I’m a critical care RN” card often, but today I had to be sue the MA threw attitude at me, cut me off and said “k” after everything I said, and tried to treat me like I’m stupid. The provider we have seen here the last two times recommended giving our 16 month old cold medicine which is a huge no no and gave recommendations that made me absolutely cringe and I’m sure would make other providers cringe as well. We pay too much for our healthcare system in the US to be treated like trash by MAs that are on a high horse and providers that don’t make safe recommendations. Fortunately, I know better, but it’s scary for the people that may trust a providers’ recommendations simply because they don’t work in medicine.

Update: Visited NextCare Urgent Care once again on 11/3/22 and as always staff is attentive, friendly, caring and fast.Staff is very pleasant and helpful. Gotten tested twice for COVID and both times they were prompt and attentive.

Went and had swollen tonsils for a week and the doctor just walked in handed me papers, said take ibuprofen and go home and wait another week to see if they go down! Only nice person was the receptionist…Went to the er after and they gave me antibiotics since I had already had symptoms for a week! So thanks for nothing

I was checked in very quickly, filled out paperwork online, and felt very secure that proper care was being taken to minimize risk and avoid contact with other patients. My concerns were addressed, and my results were reported to me by the nurse practitioner with follow up care recommendations. A very good experience overall.

Been here a few times now and I have been seen by Evelyn - FNP each time. She is GREAT and so is her staff. Very happy with this clinic!

Without giving any personal information of my visit I have to say that this was my first visit reception the nurse and the doctor were all very kind very professional yet very warm. I left the office feeling much better than I did went I went in and will probably feel even better after I start taking the prescription the doctor issued for me.

I went with my sister to her appointment here. I had never been here but was pleasantly surprised. The office was very clean and there was no wait. The staff was extremely kind and professional. The bathrooms were very nice and well maintained. My sister was seen and sent on her way in only about 5 minutes with all the answers she needed. Highly recommend.

200 just to talk to me. They told me they werent even able to prescribe any medication in this place but I could of sworn about 5 years ago I got diuretics here. Maybe they didnt like me. Went down the street to a walk in clinic for less, got a ekg and prescription all in one visit for less.

Of course I started to feel bad while out of town on a holiday. I called NextCare in Greeley due to their proximity, went there due to their customer service. I had called two other places in the area, one couldnt do a rapid test for strep or staph and the second seems bothered that I called. As I entered NextCare, I received a warm, reassuring greeting immediately. After describing my symptoms she seemed to genuinely care and was very helpful as I tried to keep my emotions in check, I was scared and nervous about someone believing me when I told them what I thought was going on. Everyone was prompted, friendly, and listened to me. I was out of there in no time with a prescription called into the pharmacy just down the street. The fee was only $35! I dont know if thats a copay, I have Kaiser, or just their regular fee. If I ever need care when I cant get into my regular doctor, and maybe even if I can, I will definitely come back here.

Not impressed at all. I understand our health care workers are overworked right now, but when you cannot get in to see someone in person or virtually for 24 hours, that is not what I would expect. Then to top it off, no one ever appeared for my virtual visit. I waited 45-min with no one ever showing up. I tried calling, no one answered. I emailed and no one answered. I texted the number that gave me my reminder for my appointment, no response back. Very frustrating, esp. when you are sick.

This urgent care facility was wonderful! My son was seen quickly & didnt have to wait. We were in and out within 45 minutes! We were visiting from Texas and were very pleased with the service of this facility. The receptionist was kind, the MA/LST was friendly, and the provider was excellent with my son. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone who needs to be seen quickly for minor emergencies.

Unfortunately, I have had to take both of my boys in for illnesses.This place was so amazing.UCHealth urgent care is closer to my house, but we drive pass them to go to Next Care even though it’s 10 minutes away.Next Care has great service!!!

We needed a PCR test done to travel over seas. My husband made an online appointment with NextCare Urgent Care for the next day. I was apprehensive to go get the test done because I heard so many terrible stories about how the test was administered. But, the lady that did our test was gentle and kind. I wasn’t uncomfortable at any point when she was administering the test. And, just like that, she was done. I was so impressed with her. I do recommend NextCare Urgent Care to go get your test done. I am extremely happy. Thank you guys!

Just got Covid-19 tested here (non-rapid, throat swab, results come back in the next business day) last Friday and all of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. From the phone operator I spoke to, the nurse who took my vitals, and the nurse who administered my test were extremely kind, informative, and didn’t have me waiting long at all. Call ahead to make sure there are appointments available

Paid 50$ for nothing waste of time all they did was tell me to buy other products to help cure my problem did nothing for me!!

The staff is great here! Went in to get stitches done, and it was so fast and easy. Everyone was polite and professional and actually made getting stitches an easy time. I would recommend anyone to head to NextCare Urgent Care for quick medical needs.

If you like sitting in your car for hours on end wondering if or when you will finally be called for an appointment.. then head on over. I would highly recommend any other Urgent Care location aside from this one. I sat in my car almost 2 hours before giving up only to NEVER receive a call to come in for my appointment. What a joke of a facility.

We have used NextCare Urgent care over the years. We have never had an issue, staff is great, quick, and very helpful.

The doctor that saw me made me feel very comfortable and took good care of me. Gave me antibiotics for an infection and got me taken care of really quick. But didnt rush me in and out of the door like some places. Very grateful to have been seen today and by such a good doctor

I like the services they have the offer and the way they handled my appointment was quick and easy. But, the actual doctor was quite rude and rushed me out. Im not sure what her name was, but she was very hard to understand and I left with hundreds of questions that were left unanswered. The facility was fine, just the one doctor i had an issue with

Easy on-line/in-app registration and scheduling. Upon arrival can check-in on-line or by phone. Seemed just a little slow getting started but I had the first appointment slot of the day. Everyone was courteous and professional. Things ran smoothly. Very pleased.

Currently one hour and 15 minutes behind my scheduled appointment time and still waiting.Meanwhile I can hear EVERYTHING through the paperthin walls including patient test results AND them mocking patients for their responses to questions about insurance.Will never come back here again and do not recommend anyone come here.Incredibly unprofessional.

Needed a rapid covid test 48 hrs before my cruise im going on this weelend. I was able to schedule my wife and Is rapid tests on Thursday and had an appt on Friday. And trip on Sunday. All online super easy to schedule and we stayed in the car and 20 or 30 mins and we had negative test results for our cruise. Very highly recommended if trying to avoid all the congested phone lines and need a quick easy option to test.

Great urgent care, very polite and helpful staff!

I am throughly impressed with this urgent care. I was in and out as a new patient in 40 minutes. The facility was clean and the staff was patient. The nurse was extremely efficient in taking vitals (not conversational but thats not his job) and the doctor was on top of her game. Furthermore, I was actually able to have an intelligent dialogue with her about my symptoms and she wasnt condescending like other doctors I have met. Just because Im not formally educated in the medical field, doesnt mean I know nothing or havent done hours of legitimate scholarly reading on various aspects of Medicine. She respected me as a patient and a person. I felt a lot better after my visit and I recommended this facility to anyone unsure about heading to urgent care for problematic issues.

Daniel was extremely efficient and thorough. I have a concern about the provider. I didnt catch her name. Shes not up to date on current recommended therapies. I do love that I can schedule on line!

This has been the worst experience of my life coming to your facility! First of all we went on Monday October 26, to be tested for Covid-19, told we would get the results in 3-5 days, I had to call your facility 3 times to get someone to call us back, finally returned my call on Sat. Oct. 31, was told I would have to come pick up the results, no problem been waiting outside for 45 min. I will never return to your facility and will let friends and family know GO ELSEWHERE. This is not an urgent care facility. It’s ridiculous! If I could not give any star’s I would!!!

Terrible experience as an urgent care. Been to this location twice in the past two months. First was for a shoulder injury. I requested a note for missing work and it was sent to my employer with the wrong dates and contradicting information. Was told I had to come back in person to get the note fixed just to drive 40 minutes there and figure out the doctor who wrote it was absent that day. The lady at the front desk (who absolutely was no doctor) scratched out the doctors note and wrote a note in pen and signed it..... like my employer would accept that? Finally got a correct doctors note sent to my employer a couple days later that stated I needed to be on crutches for my shoulder injury....Joke. Second time I was seen for strep throat. I was not immediately told they could only test for one type until they had already taken the swab away. It came back negative and they told me it needed to be sent to a lab. I needed to wait four days and they wouldn’t give me an antibiotic. I told them I didn’t want it sent off, it would be mostly healed on its own in four days. Four days later I receive a phone call saying my results were in? Guess I will deal with that bill when it comes. Very unsatisfied and highly unprofessional. Won’t be back again.

The doctors were nice.Most of the receptionists were nice but one had a hella attitude. I mis-heard what she said, and oh was she so annoyed by it. I was getting a covid test and am 34 weeks pregnant and was positive for covid. My brain was no longer working and I was nervous about my test and messed up hearing her, but I did not need her attitude, especially because I was super sweet, just also super dumb. Im sure she was stressed out with it being the end of the day but her attitude was too much and she probably needs to real that in because it was uncalled for.

This facility got me in on short notice for a COVID test after waiting in line for 2 hours in Loveland just to be turned away with only 3 people in front of me. They were very caring. As soon as I got into a room, I waited maybe 5 minutes for the dr to come in. Very professional, thorough and kind. I would come to this facility again and I don’t even live in Greeley.

The staff as well as the Dr. All rock very nice ladys and the place is in an easy location and I Never have any kind of bad experience when Ive been there its the only one Ill go to.

I started to get symptoms of covid on Sunday. Tried to schedule a test with my PCP and the soonest they could get me in was a week later. I have a job that won’t let me come to work until I have a negative test result. After looking around my area I called NextCare and they got me in the next day. My appointment was at 2:15. I arrived at 2:00. Took care of all my “paperwork” over the phone and was let in to the office before 2:15. Received a rapid test with results and was out the door by 2:30. Staff was courteous and efficient. Would highly recommend going here if you need a covid test. Just make sure to make an appointment and they will take care of you.

Went here for a work physical. All of the staff was very kind and knowledgeable. The process was super quick. Highly recommend.

The only thing that was horrible about this appointment, the only thing I can complain about is the wait time. I checked in at 6:24, my appt was at 6:30, I had to wait 23 minutes after my appt time to hear from anyone then another 31 minutes to see the doctor. The waitlist said that there was no one before me and 2 walk-ins. The wait time was horrible! Otherwise they were all very nice.

I like the online check in. It was convenient, and gave us a good idea when we would be seen. Also, every person we came in contact with were very kind to my daughter. They took great care of her.

I love the clinic! But there’s two ppl that I have a complaint against two members of the staff. First one is Blanca she has been very rude at times and I was told by the dr that my referral would be waiting at front desk when I got up there and it took her almost 25 min to print it out. She was on the computer when I walked out there. No reason for that long of a wait. I didn’t even see the dr that long omg! On a second occasion Dan did a strep culture and flu test and was very rough and rude also about it. Every time I go in there these two are the ones I have problems with. I’m so irritated. 😑

Everyone in there was great, professional and friendly. You can tell they were short staffed as a scheduled appointment took a lot longer but I had planned on that.

Needed to get a urgent COVID rapid test for travel after other providers let me down, they quickly got me checked in and tested even though I hadn’t booked an appointment. Got all the documentation for travel from them, wasn’t a hassle at all. 5*

Went there last week with my kiddos! They were AMAZING! I feel bad because Some people that came in were so rude to the staff because they couldn’t take anymore Covid tests. Covid is crazy right now, BE NICE PEOPLE! this clinic is run by humans not robots.

Absolutely do not recommend this place! Everything went fine until FNP Hu walked in, glanced at my injury and preceded to tell me how I was lucky because another one of her patients had it much worse. After describing his accident and injuries with me, she barely examined my injury. She sent me for X-rays where the Male employee placed the lead apron over my stomach to protect my lady parts. How completely unprofessional and disrespectful! Overall, this was not at all what I expected when I came here and I will not ever come back.

I had to take my three young children to get covid testing done last night. We called and asked what that procedure would look like and if we needed to know anything beforehand and we were told no. We showed up and started the process and were met with harshness and little patience. The receptionist informed us that we shouldve been there by 6:30 for the testing and so doing it now would be a favor for us. I mentioned we asked and werent informed of that and she said it was because who we called was a call center so they dont know either. We finally get in and my son gets tested on the chair and obviously jumps away. He is three and smacked his head on the stone top side table because they were in a rush and didnt do it on the procedure table. I did receive an apology but that was miniscule in the grand schemes of things. I dont recommend this place. We got very quick results which is the only silver lining.

I did online check-in for a COVID test. I showed up, called in, a nurse took my temp and heart rate, another lady came out and did the test. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. They were very professional and knowledgeable about all the questions I had.

The best urgent care in town! They have never turned me away and offer great service. They scheduled my son sooner because of his age and symptoms. Great place!

Made an appointment online for a covid test. Was given txt and phone call reminders. Staff is very friendly with check-in, organized and informative for their curbside and very clean for their actual in house visit. The system they have in place is very much appreciated.

I took my daughter because we suspected strep they confirmed it but also suggested looking a bit deeper since this is a frequent and reoccurring issue. They have sent off her test for further evaluation. Can’t say thanks enough!!!!The visit itself was also a dream. My daughter was seen as soon as she had completed the paperwork. The staff were all friendly and went far above and beyond including printing out the notes from the visit for her follow up with her primary care Dr.

My day was not going as planned; after taking fall on the ice on my way into the office, I was sent to urgent care. Any negative thoughts or connotations associated with long wait times, and indolent professionals can be tossed out the window. The staff at NextCare was kind, professional, timely and put me at complete ease. Ive never felt so well taken care of - Maggie Champion and her staff are truly great at what they do!

Usually very fast, and always very nice! They are still taking extra precautions still which make you feel very safe. Theyll go the extra mile for you to make sure you get the care you need!

Doctor refused to write a work boot note for me to get better shoes at my work, told me I wasnt going to be billed but they still billed my insurance. Didnt get the bill until 4 months had passed I still payed them and they still sent it to collections 4 days after I had payed them. Im never going to nextcare again!!

This is the second time I’ve had to come to this clinic. Both times I got extremely good care. Would not hesitate to come here for any after hours care! Super nice and didn’t feel rushed at all! They’re a good team!

Went in for a pilonidal cyst, which are extremely painful cysts on the tailbone which makes it sooo uncomfortable to sit. Waited 45 minutes for a doctor, she was a little Filipino woman, she immediately told me that cysts aren’t painful, which just isn’t true. Then she pressed as hard as she could on the cyst, nearly making me cry and proceeded to tell me that she felt something under the skin but there’s nothing there. I went to the ER today and got the cyst drained and was told I have to have surgery. It was a complete waste of time to come here.

Rushed to get my daughter seen before they closed, because my daughter has a very bad cough and sounds a bit congested. I took her to her primary dr weeks ago where they did a covid test that came back negative. Her cough just hasnt gone away. They refused to see my daughter because they would have to do a covid test and they stop doing covid test at 6:30. I was so angry that they refuse medical treatment because they wouldnt do a covid test. I will never come back to this so called urgent care.

I needed to come in multiple times for blood tests and each time it was a professional and respectful atmosphere. They recognized me by name and wished me luck. Highly recommend this place.

Online check in was quick, front desk receptionist was rude and not friendly while checking in. She told me that I had a copay when I was just seen at the same clinic a week before and had no copay.After seeing the doctor I was told to get a note for work. I went to see the receptionist and she asked me what I needed. I explained what the doctor said and she told me there was not one for me and that I would need to ask to talk with the doctor.

Every time I come here (which is too much because of asthma) I get treated great. Dan the nurse, the receptionist, and Dr Jeffrey Wallace all we’re very professional and helped me to feel better. This is a place I go to when I can’t get in to see my pcp.

I love everyone from the receptionist, Medical assistant and Physician! They work as such a great team. Physician is very thoughtful and thorough!

I was seen quickly and the support staff was kind and helpful, however, Nurse Hu seemed highly incompetent. She forgot to run one of the tests she thought necessary to diagnose my illness, gave erratic and nonsensical explanations and in the end wrote me a note with incorrect dates and incorrect cause.

Refused to give me a covid test because they were at testing capacity. Parking lot was almost empty. Ive had to go here before because its one of the few places open on Sundays. Its the worst urgent care Ive been to. Avoid if possible.

Amazing experience with them! Needed two stiches from a cooking accident and the whole staff was pleasant and fun! They made it feel less like a doctors office in that they were personable.

These Doctors are some of the best that have ever treated me. Recently, I had unknown symptoms- was very ill and the dr. Discovered I had echoli. I got meds and got better. This time I stepped on a nail. They were awesome. Co pay is no different than my regular doctor and I recommend going here for all urgent matters.

In the past few months I have gone to this clinic for both urgent and primary care. Everyone is always so nice and helpful. I chose to return time and time again because of the level of care they provide.

When the dr. came in she didn’t even introduce herself. I told her my symptoms and she said that it sounded like my gallbladder or pancreas. They took some blood and said the results would be in the next day. I waited 2 days and when they finally did call, it was just to see how I was doing and they said the results would be in between noon and 2pm. No one called so I called them at 3:30 and they still didn’t have them and was asked to give them until noon the next day. The next day, did not get a call so again I called them at 3pm wondering where my test results were. They did not know and told me they were going to call the labs and see what was going on. Of course, I didn’t hear back from them, so three hours later I called again and finally got my results. They were normal so I asked if the tests showed any concerns for the gallbladder and was told they didn’t test for that because when I came in I said the pains were random and sharp, like a sword going through my belly. Well, I remember being asked if that’s what I felt but I said no, that it was heavy and always after I ate…and she was the one who said it sounded like a gallbladder or pancreas. I was told now to make an appointment with a GI Dr. or my Primary Dr. However, I just gave Nextcare $75 to do blood work, for who knows what?!? And didn’t eat for days while I waited on these results for nothing. I am beyond frustrated. Oh and they said they are still waiting on one test to come back from the lab…that was yesterday and it is now 4pm and still have not heard anything. I understand that most gallbladder issues need an ultrasound, but to be specifically told “it sounds like your gallbladder” and then do nothing for a gallbladder is crazy. And to still be waiting on blood work 5 days later is a joke.

Online check-in is a joke. Spend 1.5 hours waiting in office after checking in online. Receptionist went out of her way to make sure woman after us on list went before us by taking her vitals. First time I have seen receptionist take vitals. It is true that they will not see you if you come 10 minutes before close. This place is a joke!! Last time I will be coming here for myself or my kids. Much fast to go to hospital or another urgent care than here. No one here cares about sick people.

They were very fast and very thorough in the tests that they ran.... it took a bit longer to get the results back .. but none the less everyone was very friendly and professional...I would recommend Next Care Urgent care to anyone!!!

Probably the most unprofessional clinic I’ve encountered. With a surge of Covid cases, we understand all health care providers are backed up and overly busy. But to have signs on your door saying, ‘do not leave a voicemail’ and ‘we are busy answering 10 other calls’, is not business like when a community just needs help. They are an URGENT care for a reason.

What a joke this place is! I arrived at 9am, had gotten bit by a wasp and my arm swole up, was very painful. They did not have a front desk women and said they couldnt check me in but to wait the lady was on her way. 15 mins later no one has addressed me. I asked if I should just leave and they assured me I would be taken care of promptly, being as I was the only one here.

I came here because the reviews were good. My son fell and we wanted to make sure he didnt break it so they did a X-ray and they told us it was only a fracture. They couldnt do the splint there for some reason so sent us to the er, which they said theyll be able to put a cast on him and little did they know, hospitals dont do casts anymore because of the swelling. We ended up going today to get his cast at the drs and they did another X-ray and found out, It was broken. Waist of time going here and apparently they dont know what a broken bone looks like.

Went in there for chicken pox like dots all over me did a flu swab? Not sure that was necessary.... and walked out of there with no answers of what they may be. And charged us 300$ for nothing. How much of that are they pocketing? I went to an urgent care for my broken hand and between xray and visit I was charged 150! Theyre scamming people out of money! I recommend not going to next care. Uchealth is the way to go!

From the first person I talked to on the phone, to the person who checked me in, to the person who performed my test, to the person who gave me the results, the service could not have been better. Very proficient and professional. Will definitely return should the need arise.

The doctor said my son had Whooping Cough without running a test for it.The next day I took him to see another doctor and they said he had a cold and a restricted airway (probably asthma). They gave me a nebulizer and hes doing much better.I am really upset about this visit!I wont be taking my kids here anymore and you shouldnt either.

Took over an hour after my scheduled appointment time to be seen. After that I was told 15 minutes before the doctor was with me. It was ANOTHER HOUR before the doctor came to the room. Horrendous experience that took ALMOST THREE hours to complete

It says online they accept walk ins for covid tests, this is the only place I could find with availability for walk ins when I am showing symptoms and have school I need to get back to if I’m negative. We drive 1 hour out to the clinic and see a sign that says they are not accepting walk ins for covid tests that day. Maybe you should update that on your website.

Absolutely terrible service. Went in May of 2020 the representative at the front desk try to charge my husband 500 for what should have been a 25 dollar copay. Now I have called them at least 15 times since May of 2020 and still can not seem to get my refund check. They state they sent it through the mail 4 times now and I never seem to receive it. This place is an absolute scam.

Writing this review as I sit down in the lobby. Absolutely awful wait time as well as treatment. My father hates seeing health care providers, and this experience only made it worse. They treated him like he was stupid. I would recommend going somewhere else.

Quick COVID testing- checked in online, didn’t wait long to be tested. Was in and out in 45 minutes, during a time when EVERYONEi s getting sick it seems. People were great too!

The receptionist are friendly. The wait time to be seen is fast. You are able to just walk in, or if you are on a tight schedule you can make an appointment. The nurses and doctors are amazing.

Went in with sensitive lump on my ribs. I feared the worst. Lisa saw us, and assured me that what I had was a local problem (bruised rib or strained muscle), and not attached to any vital organs. Saved me LOTS of money by telling me she didnt think I should go to the ER for x-rays or ultrasound. Ice and anti-inflammatory, I am fine.Thanks! That could have cost us THOUSANDS at the ER!!

I was able to make an appointment online an hour before. We got right in and was seen with no problems. Every one was very friendly.

First the lady at the desk was rude the entire time I was checking in. When I saw the Dr she barley looked me over, walked out, then got me on my way a few min later. I go to fill the Rx she gave me but was $140 which I cant afford. The pharmacy called to see if she would switch to something I can afford. She put me on the exact same medicine I have been on for almost 2 yrs. Why ask for my medication list if they are not going to pay attention to it? My insurance wouldnt cover it since I just filled my original rx a few days before. I even called your office crying to ask what I should do and still wouldnt do anything to help. My Dr is on vacation so the office said to try urgent care or the hospital. I did and I wish I didnt. It was a waste of my time, money, and insurance benefits. Its been 2 days since I went to your urgent care and Im still in the same postion I was in before I went. So now I have to deal with this issue all weekend with no help and just hope I can call my Drs office monday and see if any other Dr will see me and if not I dont know what else to do. They treated me as if I was making it up even though u can clearly see and feel the issue or that I didnt matter. I was just another patient to get in and out so they can get on with their day. All I wanted was some sort of help until I saw my Dr since she wont be back for a couple weeks. I felt like it didnt matter what happened to me because my issue isnt theirs so it doesnt affect their lives.I really felt like no one cared.

Took my 5 month baby sister in because my family and i thought she had an ear infection because she was pulling on her ear screaming. They told me that she was just teething and didnt know where her mouth was, i obviously live with her so she does know where her mouth is when it hurts. and they refused to even check her ears because it would “traumatize” her. so we will be taking her to a different place because this was not okay, they’re really going to tell me she doesnt have something and doesn’t even check. very upset

Am having a procedure on thur n this visit was on tue. They got me right in n did a rapid test for covid, so i had the results within 15 mins. I have recommended this clinic to my procedure staff for further testing. Thank you staff for your kind n professional experience. Stay safe n again thank you

I have had two wonderful experiences here before going there and having Stephen Toth diagnose me. I came in not being able to breathe, swollen tongue, salivary glands, and inflamed soft palette, told him I thought I was having an allergic reaction to something, couldnt swallow and was in pain....He gave me a prescription for thrush....even though I had no symptoms of thrush AT ALL. I wound up going to the er that night to be treated for an allergic reaction....and was told by the er doctor that there was no reason whatsoever I should have been diagnosed with thrush, was immediately put in anti-inflammatory meds, antibiotics and lidocaine. Every other time I have went has been great, but this man needs to find a new profession.

This clinic is amazing. Not only is the wait time very short, there is not one person who works there who has been anything but friendly, nice, and highly knowledgeable. I wouldnt go anywhere else!!!

Truly terrible. I am amazed this place is even open. Took my child in for elbow pain and the doctor came in and did not even listen to what we had to say, did not do an exam, just went straight to x rays and $200 later we were told that they are not equipped to handle pediatric patients. Something we should have been informed of before they checked us in and we would have gladly gone elsewhere. This place is a complete scam.

Treated with disdain by front desk. Clearly because it was ten min till 8 00 closing. Waited 50 minutes for the doctor i belive Bryans or something to that effect. After seeing the nuse. I heard the staff closing up and then leaving. I finally walked out after wating 50 minutes without seeing that considerate professional DOCTOR. Noting all other staff had left. Worst doctor vist Ive experienced. I will never return. SPREAD THE WORD.

Today went in the nurse I seen was nice, her name was Angela she was very thorough in explaining everything to me answering all my questions.All around you can tell she cares about her patients!

I would not recommend them. They insisted I need additional lab work. They had no idea what the charge would be. I was to have results in 3 days! Still no results and they are closed now for the day. 👎🏻 I guess the lab results wasn’t that important.

Waited an hour only to be called back and told by the nurse that there wasnt anyone available to do xrays. The website says xrays are performed at the facility. You would think the receptionist would tell the patient upon check-in instead of after a wait.

My boyfriend got attacked by a dog. He was bleeding and clearly hurt. Sweating pale and about to pass out. THEY TURNED HIM AWAY because they were to busy doing Covid testing. Like wow! Someone who is clearly hurt and about to pass out and you turn them away because youre to busy with testing. Im appalled!

You’d think for $127 for a literal 1 minute exam would lead to at least getting your prescription filled right. I had them send it to the King Soopers next door and they sent it under the wrong name. Now I’ve been here for 30 minutes and they just now canceled and supposedly sent a new one. Absurd waste of time.

My visit went very well everyone is very friendly, and they did everything in their willpower to help me feel better to their best ability, I appreciate the help and the professionalism I did not feel like just another number!

All the MAs and Front desk are Nice... Dr. Deeter was pretty cool... PAC Stephen Toth on the other hand was the rudest and meanest person ever, trying to talk to me like I didnt have any knowledge what so ever. His bad attitude is above and beyond. Why would he tell me to buy an antihistamine for a really bad cold and fever? Hes such a joke.... Im also glad he knew I was upset... I would suggest for him to work somewhere else or change careers if he hates it that much.

You can make an appointment on line and fill out the paperwork out on your phone when you arrive. They made it simple and a quick in and out visit.

I came in to have X-rays of my foot done. I took a little over 2 hours for the whole process. There is a lack of communication between staff that caused me to wait an extra 45 minutes. The receptionist wasn’t friendly at all which spreads to the patients and the staff on her team.

Never answers the phone. False promises on when my covid results say would be in, after advertising on their website they have rapid tests, upon arrival it was revealed that this was not the case. Overall, very poor service and poor business practices.

Checked in online prior to arriving. Waited over an hour after the supposed scheduled time and still have not seen the Dr. Absurd. If youre not going to honor the online check in remove it from your services. Not urgent what so ever. Not even busy either.
