Emily Ryan Emmet, MD

Dr. Emmet is great. Shes my regular gyn, I havent had a pregnancy. She and all the office staff Ive encountered have been great. For me, Dr. Emmet is the perfect blend of friendliness and efficiency. Im never left waiting too long, I never feel rushed, she takes time to listen and answer questions, but is concise and warm, while not being overly chatty (which I appreciate).

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Emmet! She is extremely kind, patient, and makes you feel very comfortable during your appointment. She made sure and answered any questions or concerns I had and explained everything very thoroughly to me. The ladies in the front office, and the nurses are very nice as well! I’m so happy I found Dr. Emmet and her staff.

Dr. Emmett and her staff are wonderful. Everyone is nice and they stay on schedule. I appreciate being brought back on time and Dr. Emmett’s professionalism. Dr. Emmett answered all of my questions and is very caring.

Waited 2 months for an appointment that got cancelled by them the week of only for them to say they can’t reschedule to accommodate their canceling my appointment for another 2 months. I practice internal medicine myself so I understand things happen, but I’m having acute issues that need specialist attention and I’ve already waited 2 months. If this were my own practice I’d have worked a patient like me in. This whole ordeal is ridiculous.

Always comes late by atleast 30 mins of the appointment time. Always in rush to leave. Does not listen patiently.

I went in this week for my first prenatal appointment, after doing some light research on Dr. Emmet, the reviews are definitely accurate! Her and her team are simply amazing. Very nice, kind, informative and helpful. I didnt feel rushed at all and she took her time to answer all questions that my husband and I had. We are looking forward to going through our pregnancy with Dr. Emily Emmet and her staff! We feel like we are in good hands!

My first visit was awesome. Dr. Emmet answered all my questions and was very polite. The office is nice and clean. I am excited to have my baby with Dr. Emmet. My sister delivered her two children with Dr. Emmet and she made it a smooth process for her. I know my baby and I are in great hands.

I have seen Dr. Emmet since early 2006. She is amazing. She has the best bedside manners and answers every question with such patience. There is never an uncomfortable moment with her, she really is the best! I am so thankful to have had her for all these years and three babies later!

Dr. Emmet is by far the best OBGYN I have ever come across. I found her 8 years ago after I became pregnant 4 months after I lost my twins. She was so compassionate and did everything she could to make sure my pregnancy was successful! She has delivered all of my babies and I would never even fathom going anywhere else.

I really like Dr. Emmet. She is compassionate and thorough. She explains what we are going to do, next steps, and always asks if I have any questions before she leaves the room. I recently moved to Texas from California, where I had my doctor of 20 years, so I was hesitant to switch. A friend recommended Dr. Emmet and she has been great!

I am moving Doctors because I had a nurse here call me and tell me I had HPV only to find out at my next appointment that I dont have that and no tests were even ran for that because they found the cause of their questioning way long ago.. I stressed myself out for two whole weeks, not hearing from absolutely anyone. I just dont feel safe having my baby boy somewhere where they dont even know who I am and I have to keep reminding them things every single time I go. Dr. Emmet is a very good doctor, this place is just too busy to take on any new people because theyre too backed up. So this makes them have to impersonal and vague...which I do not prefer for my first pregnancy.

My daughter has seen Dr. Emitt for five years..she is finally pregnant after a long journey. We went in for a special sonogram and the lady was almost an hour behind. Dr. Emmett was not there and neither was her office manager. My daughter told the woman at the front that we all had to be at work soon. The woman came out and never even introduced herself. My daughter asked how long it would take. She said about 20 minutes. My daughter said well you are almost an hour behind. She snapped and said it was not her fault. I suggested she apologize but, she said she had done nothing wrong. She demanded my daughter up in the table..her husband said we are just going to leave. So we left. My daughter had to use the rest room..we went back in and asked if we could still get it done..they said no. Apparently now Dr. Emmett wont see my daughter. The office manager and the doctor were not there. They made up a bogus story and put it in her medical records. Now no one will take my daughter as a patient. She is five months pregnant. Dr. Emmett has not even tried to talk to her.

Everyone in her office is very kind! Visits are quick but thorough. She is a very sweet Dr and I like her a lot. I also love the MyChart portal. They are very quick and efficient at getting information out and responding to questions on there!

I have been a patient of Dr. Emmets since 2007. Dr. Emmet is very patient and kind. She answers all of my questions and makes me feel very comfortable. Several of my friends and family members also see Dr. Emmet. I would recommend her to anyone.

I am very pleased with my first visit to Dr. Emmett. Very nice office, friendly and efficient staff, and very short wait time. I felt Dr Emmett answered all of my questions and took the exact right amount of time with me. I was there less than 45 min from check in to till check out.

She was so nice and kind. She answered all my questions and offered to sterilize me at 21 which is something not meant doctors will do. She was very accepting and said your body, your choice. She did not think my requests were invalid because of my age and i got the birth control i needed until i can get a tubal.

Dr. Emmet and her staff are always friendly and helpful whether I visit in person or contact them online. Dr. Emmet is very knowledgeable and is an EXCELLENT physician. I would recommend her to any family or friends.

I was scared because I went with my first choice but I’m so glad that I chose Dr. Emmet! Staff is always friendly and helpful, they never have more than a 5-10 minute wait time and I’m always in and out, once I get back to the room. So far, so good!

She is a very busy lady but so amazing I really appreciate how much she cared about me during my pregnancy I had a rough pregnancy and always felt like I was getting the best careAlso her assistant I think Stephanie is amazing as well

I had all three of my children with Dr. Emmet, and I like her a lot. Very practical, up to date on research, and willing to spend time talking you through the information.

I have had many doctors over the years, but this is the nicest ,and best place I have ever been too. They are very informative and always get back to you with results, and prescription very quickly.

The staff is always sweet and helpful. The doctors are great! The visit and wait time has always been very promptly.
