Dr. Neal and the staff were personable and professional. The information they provided as new patients was informative and will help to alleviate issues. However, the manner in which the information was given gave us (my daughter is also a new patient) insight into the working of our unique body and what can be achieved with options provided. Dr Neal has been my Gynecologist for 23 years. His office is in a convenient area. The ladies at the desk are helpful and professional. I absolutely love Dr Neal and his Nurse. Dr Neal goes above & beyond for his patients, is friendly and very professional. I always feel extremely comfortable…even though it’s no fun to go to the gyno. I can’t thank Dr. Neal enough…I’ve had a condition for over ten years. Have been seen by three different gynecologists over that time span who said that they must do a biopsy to find what is wrong…I knew they do not. Frustrated, so I decided I would have to live with my problem, until….a friend who worked as a nurse told me to give Dr. Neal a try. He is the best, he knew exactly what I had without a biopsy, and all within a minute or so. Gave me a prescription, which worked immediately! He has a wonderful bedside manner along with being the best. So please don’t hesitate, if you have health issues, call, make an appointment with the best doctor ever….i absolutely love Dr. Neal and you will too

The entire experience from making the appointment to my actual visit was wonderful. I spoke with Dee to make my appointment and she made it so comfortable for me. She was very sweet & very patient with me when I asked my numerous questions. Sarah ( Dr. Neals assistant) was very warm & friendly, I accidentally left without my prescription & she called me right away to make sure I got it before I was too far away from the office. Dr Neal is such a teddy bear! His elbow hugs are the best. You will not be disappointed with Dr.Neal or his staff!

Dr. Neal is a delight. He greets you with a smile and plenty of laughter and you can tell immediately, that all of the staff have a great working relationship. Dr Neal is always great. Hes very welcoming and i love the way he always explains step by step what he is doing or what is going on with you. He was with me up until delivery time of my 1st child and I wouldnt have it any other way. Hes very attentive and informative, since I had 21000 questions, being my first pregnancy.Ive been seeing him for over 10 years and I dont plan on going anywhere, hes great! Very recommended.

This practice has wonderful doctors and nurses who care about their patients! They spend the time to make you feel comfortable and cared for. I feel lucky to have found them. They were very quick with a response to needing to make an appointment and got me in quickly when I needed to see a doctor.

Was going to Dr Neal from when I was 20 until I was 37! He delivered both of my children and is an awesome Dr! After having a hysterectomy at 37 I started seeing Barbara the NP! Have been seeing her the last 16 years! She is also awesome and takes the time to listen and stays in the know of the needs of women (hormones, vitamins, aging etc.)The whole staff is awesome and knowledgeable! I have been going to Dr. Cowen for over 20 years. I went to him for a second opinion and never looked back. He is caring, thorough, kind, friendly, skilled, and knowledgeable and so is his staff. He found nodules in my thyroid when no other doctor did. He sent me for scans and made sure I was handed off to the correct specialist. He has done one major and a few minor surgeries on me. Through no fault of his, I developed pneumonia after my one major surgery, and he was at by bedside at 3am to make sure I was ok. For my sake, I hope he never retires. He and his staff are the best!!

I visited Comprehensive Women’s Healthcare as a new patient. I made it to the office ten minutes early to complete paperwork. The appointment started right on time, there wasn’t much of a wait. I vistes with Nurse Practitioner Barber Buckley. Barbra is a amazing, I have very complicated medical history and I am from out of state. She wanted to make sure I had all the details of my past operations, so she reached out to the previous hospitals in Ohio and received their operation notes. She called me and went over all my lab works and operation notes. Barbra is very caring, funny and she gives it to you straight. I traveled an hour to see her, because she came highly recommended, I will continue to drive an hour, because she is amazing.

Dr. Neal is the best. Ive been seeing him for over 30 years, delivered two baby boys. Every visit is exceptional. Dont know what Id do without him.

Dr. Neal is amazing!! He has the best personality, and did amazing work with my cesarean! He listens, and is very patient and understanding! He wasnt pushy on what he wanted, he listened to me and came up with a plan for us! He understands everyone is different, and he tailored my delivery to me! Barbara Buckley is always so energetic and exemplifies her healthy lifestyle. Her advise on womens hormone replacement is very helpful as well as healthy lifestyle living for women over 50. I travel over an hour to see her for my daily appointments and annuals. She is worth ot because of all the knowledge and insight that she gives and stays up to date on womens health

I switched over to Dr. Neal nearly the end of my pregnancy. The only regret I have is not switching earlier. He makes you feel comfortable , and his team are very welcoming group. Dr. Neal is SO GREAT!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND him!!! Dr. Cowen actually delivered my son (since he came early!) and he was so great as well! The staff at the front desk and check out are SO sweet! The nurses there are AMAZING and so friendly!! The nurse who draws blood there is super nice and fantastic at her job! First stick every time and painless!! They respond to any requests you make on your patient portal almost immediately and were very flexible with appointment times! I live 40-45 minutes away and they were very understanding if I was a little late. Over all, a very professional, friendly, caring and personable place to go!! Hands down 5 Stars!!!!

Dr Neal delivered my babies (now 14 & 17yo), tied my tubes, and performed my ablation. Ive been seeing him and Barb for almost 20 years. I absolutely love them and this clinic, and my daughter even uses them now. They really listen to you and spend time with you, not making your visit feel rushed. Today was my first visit with Dr. Neal I was very Impressed with the entire staff. They are friendly, professional, and exceeded my expectations. They went above and beyond to call and get my sonogram scheduled at another facility sooner, & they did all the leg work. Going to schedule surgery with them will give an update on that later.. Dr. Neal was very detailed in explaining my options and possible outcomes! Excellent place to go for care so far!

Dr. Neal is amazing! I had 3 miscarriages before switching to him. He has been very understanding and thorough with all my questions due to being scared and different complications that arose. He delivered our miracle baby via C-section due to being breech, and now a year and a half later we are pregnant again. I just love him and his staff. They are always extremely friendly and exceed expectations even with me and my million calls and questions. Lol. I would highly recommend them.

Dr. Neal is great. He is very friendly and the staff is nice too. I have never had to really wait more than 5 minutes in the office nor in the waiting area. he always asks about my concerns and is never rushing you out the door when you want to talk to him. He really understands what is going on and this is a plus because I have had a few doctors that are not empathetic to our needs and situations as a woman.

As a young barista, I worked at the Starbucks around the corner and served their coffee daily.They were always respectful, patient, positive, and always cheerful. This was my 1st visit and I have to say finding a new OB Office was hard after having the same OB 3 children ago for 14yrs... I must say it was as pleasant as this type of appointment can be. The NP I saw Barbara Buckley made me feel comfortable and explained things to me in detail. When getting blood work done also a very pleasant experience. The lab technician was very pleasant and was absolutely wonderful at her job. Again made that as pleasant as it possibly could be. I’m so glad I read the reviews and chose this location to visit!

Wow. I was apprehensive about switching from a woman to a man gyno but no worries here. After struggling to be heard at a previous all women place my daughter suggested here when I couldn’t even be seen at my own place for over 3 weeks. . I was with the nurse practitioner Barbara who was wonderful. I was asked relevant questions and when her exam brought up something very unusual and worrisome to me she didn’t hesitate to bring in the Dr. (Neal). He was completely booked of course but he never made me feel like he was impatient or rushing me. He performed a quick exam and agreed about the concerns. Barbara even contacted the specialist office on my behalf. A very caring, thoughtful place.

Friendly and attentive staff and Dr. Neal was awesome. He explained everything super clearly every step of the way and even answered some of questions not pertaining to what my appointment was for. Not to mention he was fun and hilarious. I was here by referral from my PCP but I will definitely return to CWH for my future OBGYN needs.

I love my OBGYN! They are wonderful. They were able to get me in and fast when I called because I had an issue that needed to be addressed. This practice delivered my babies! Now my oldest is 18! I still see them and they are so kind and gentile. They never make you feel rushed and like your a burden for asking a bunch of questions. If you are looking for an obgyn to start a family or your in the next phase of life when your hormones go crazy they can treat you at every stage of life.

He also picked up on other important health related issues to me during our conversation and gave me the necessary information. I have been going to Dr. Neal for two yrs now. His bedside manner is awesome and he is overall a great doctor. The one star is because the past 6 months or so it is impossible to schedule anything electronically or via telephone. No one ever returns calls or messages through the client portal and to be frank when you are dealing with woman’s birth control it really isn’t a option to have a lapse in coverage due to lack of correspondence. The customer service has really taken a pitfall in my opinion. Another friend even stopped utilizing them for the very same reason. Ladies don’t waste your time putting your feminine well being in hands you cannot count on.

Ive had an amazing experience there. Dr. Neal is humorous and can put u at ease. Plus he takes his time to talk with you and explain everything. He isnt a run in and out Dr and I appreciate that. My only complaint would be the receptionist as she can be rather loud repeating random peoples information aloud...Dont know why she does that but its a shame. She doesnt do this to everyone...

I’ve lived in Texas now for 9 years and hadn’t found anyone for my OBGYN. When my daughter found out she was pregnant I asked my neighbor who she used for her son’s birth. She told me Dr. Neal with Comprehensive Women’s Health in Grapevine. My daughter called and got in the following day. (This was after she had been to the ER and the doctor she had couldn’t see her until the following week! Not good) From the first introduction of Dr. Neal I knew that he would take great care of my daughter and my future first grand baby. I decided that day that I had found my OB. Today was my appointment and he didn’t disappoint me. He has been the first doctor of many in the last 9 years who has listened to me about my concerns and had the same solution that I have been telling all of those previous doctors . I had happy tears. Dr. Neal is upfront and doesn’t beat around the bush. That to me is a quality that needs to happen more often. It saves me time and frustration. So yes from the front office to Dr. Neal and the nurses and phlebotomist I’d give 1000 stars.

I felt like she was very knowledgeable about my health concerns and she was open to my thoughts. The front office staff was attentive and courteous as well. The Quest lab phlebotomist was kind and she was able to draw my blood on the first stick.

Dr. Cowen has been my wifes doctor for over 13 years. He delivered both our girls and soon our son. He gives patients quality time, asks questions, listens, and always suggests the most conservative route. He looks for answers and desires to see the best in his patients.

Dr. Cowen was my ob/gyn and infertility specialist for over 30 years. The only reason he isnt still is that I moved to Mississippi and find that a bit too far to travel. :) He worked with my then husband and I through the infertility, then through delivering both of our children. Throughout the following years he treated me for ovarian cysts, emergency removal of one of my ovaries, then later a hysterectomy including the other ovary and at the end was treating me for hormone replacement therapy during onset of menopause. He has been incredible throughout! I only wish all of my doctors could be like him. He gets to know you as a person, not just a case file number, spending time catching up on family news and whatever you had been up to lately. He listens when you talk and answers any questions or concerns that you before anything is done to/for you. I just want to say that it was wonderful being his patient all of these years and I will miss him.

This is my third year to see Dr. Cowan. I have found him very professional, personable and knowledgable. I would highly recommend him to anyone. My time in the office for an annual physical, was very short. That is so great. He had a norse practitioner intern with him.She asked if it was ok that she be in the room. I of course said yes. I find that a great point that he is involved in education. Still another positive point.

I called on Tuesday and Friday to make an appointment. I called again on Monday and once again got the voicemail for appointments. Rather than leave yet another message I called back and left a message for Dr Cowen’s assistant Kelly. She called me back within an hour and got me an appointment the same day.I also hate listening to the message on the appointment voicemail saying to speak clearly because they can often not decider the message. This office is the only business I use with such a message. It is ridiculous and needs to be updated.
