The nurses are not so friendly and when checking in they dont really great you friendly and dont pay attention to you. But talk among themselves. I set up payment arrangements and they took when they were not supposed to and even took over what they said they were going to take. The nurse that checked me in at my last visit was in too big of a hurry to get correct vitals on meThe DR had to redo them. On the other hand the Doctors are amazing and listen to you and understand.

Dr. Jahnke and the woman who takes blood are both excellent. I was unable to understand most of what the nurse that took me to the exam room said or asked me. Staff communicating with each other by way of speaking Spanish is rude, disrespectful, unprofessional and infuriating.

Heartland healthcare clinic in Ravenna is very needed and appreciated. The care team there is very welcoming and sincerely care about their patients. I wouldnt trade Michelle Clark or her staff for anything. 😊

Very decent people, was taken care of quickly. My voice was heard through out my visit and that’s something most places like this don’t do. Thank you guys

Not once have I gone here for anything and left with any kind of answers, or medications to relieve me of my symptoms. I’ve been going here for a year and have had many health problems and concerns, not once have they relieved me of either. I do not recommend this place at all. They are dismissive and rude. Some of them are nice but I haven’t meant a single thorough nurse or PCD. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Awful awful place to go, go elsewhere.- HORRIBLE with communication- Rude and dismissive; I was told that my problems are because I’m fat and diet will make it all better, despite me telling multiple people how much pain I’m in I was only offered long term solutions, not short term to take care of the pain.- Doctors don’t actually listen to your concerns.- Someone else said “When requesting to speak with a nurse, you are forced to leave a message which may or may not be returned” and I agree with this 100% and this goes back to horrible with communication. I have NEVER ONCE gotten a call back from a nurse when I’ve left voicemails. When I complained about this, I was told “They’ll call you when they call you because we only have one person to return calls.”- Rude staff; I used to be so excited about Heartland because of the nursing staff but the only nice person that I’ve dealt with recently is the person who draws blood.

Just one thing there is 3 patient check ins in front but only 2 were doing behavioral health check in and a the third one was or just had a small sign for dental check ins I was In line waiting for 10 mins. which is fine I know this place gets pretty busy at times but while waiting the third window had a young woman attending it and that time that I was there even after I was checked in she was not busy. There has got to be teamwork in any workplace there is quite a few people in line and if youre not busy Help out the others and relief the crowded line.

Not a place I would recommend. Every filling Ive had done here has fallen out within a year of being done. If I call to schedule an appt they say they I cant make an appt to call next morning and make emergency appt to come in next day even though Im not in pain. Most people need to give notice at work before taking time off. Especially when it keeps happening for the same reasons. I know theyre a busy facility but its impossible to make a appt with them and it seems like they just want to charge your insurance for an emergency appt fee to make more money.

Staff were caring and very professional but at the same time friendly and funny. It was almost like I had been there 20 times but in fact it was my first visit. I highly recommend this medical facility

This is my first time to visit heartland center the stuff was very helpful and respectble.

The dental clinic is ridiculous, the front desk ladies they have are super rude in person and over the phone.. usually businesses hire people who are welcoming and professional to do front desk work, not here. They are just super hateful and I don’t understand it really. We’ve only use this office as a last resort mostly for emergency appointments nothing more. Usually the dental hygienists aren’t hard to deal with, they weren’t to terribly bad today either. The dentist we saw today was Dr. Ramirez and she was really great! I would rate her 5 stars just by herself. But it would be a better office as a whole and would have a higher rating if they would take care of their unprofessional front desk staff. 🤷🏼‍♀️

They listen and are all respectful. But they forgot to send my daughter’s medicine to pharmacy. Called, will get transferred and be answered by a voicemail that hopefully someone listens to.

I visited Heartland Health Center for a check-up due to some allergies and a cough Id had for a few weeks. Turns out it was a sinus infection, and the doctor not only got me some medication to help it clear up, but also gave me some advice for care at home. Everyone was professional and kind, from schedulers at the front desk, to the nurse, to the physician, and it was overall a great experience. Not at all what you might expect at a public health clinic. It felt more like a private practice, and the staff seemed happy and excited about being there and helping people feel better. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for quality care, regardless of their insurance or income.

Our regular doctors office was booked for appointments quite a ways out. A friend told me about Heartland Health having the ability to get my daughter in for a sports physical and immunizations really quickly. I called and sure enough we could get in the next morning. We were insurance/self-pay customers and not in need of the income based services. However, we found the process of providing information, philanthropy of this office, and staff excellence very appealing. The professional staff, facility, costs, and short wait time was better than expected.

There are several things I could say about this doctors office, but I will keep my opinions out of it and stick to the facts.My family has been seen by Physicians at Heartland Health for nearly 7 years. Here are a few examples of poor business and healthcare practices during this time and why we will not return.- Insurance plans overlooked, and sent bills for full amount of visits-refused to correct billing errors.-provider tenures are very short lived and turnover is high-inability to keep a mental health provider-Office and nursing staff rude on several occasions- has routinely and continues to neglect calling in prescriptions. Even mental health prescriptions that one doesn’t have the luxury of being on and off of causing more difficulties.-when requesting to speak with a nurse, you are forced to leave a message which may or may not be returned. Usually taking three or four calls for somebody to take you seriously.We will be moving our family to another providers office.

I came in almost a month ago with A broken tooth. The staff was very friendly and worked very hard to get me an appointment, unfortunately the work that had to be done required approval from my insurance so it took a while for it to get approved and I ended up with an infection and had to go to the ER over the weekend to get immediate treatment. When I called back this morning to make a follow up appointment and find out if my work had been approved I was told it was but they wouldnt be able to get me in for about a month. I took the appointment and the nurse ended up doing a round of confirmation calls then got back to me s few minutes later letting me know they had an earlier opening. Very appreciative of their hard work. Have yet to see what the actual dental work is like but the dentist who saw me last seemed very caring and did his best to try to ease my anxiety.

We left our last choice of health providers because our health is important for our children and our family, we personally prefer a place we like and enjoy to have to go when we are needing health care and we just couldnt get that vibe. But than were blessed to have been accepted and welcomed to heartland health. The pediatrician is absolutely a delight, she was great and made the kids comfortable and not have the feeling of dread when we mention doctor. :) we are so thankful

Nurses were really nice and good with my kids. The front desk ladies were rude to me a few times. They’re really bad at answering phone calls. I’ll go in sometimes because it’s easier and they give me attitude because they prefer that I call but I don’t have time to sit and wait for them to answer. Other than that.. it’s a good place.

Worse customer service bad experience receptionist are rude including the management I whas already waiting in line for my kids appointment they were helping someone else with a payment and when I came up to the window she looked at her watch and said I was late and couldnt see us anymore and told her I was in line already how em I late and all she said I know Im sorry about that. unprofessional clinic well not go back and dont recommend this place for anyone else.

I walked in with no appointment. They still managed to see me right away. The offices were clean and modern. The staff were all very courteous and friendly. In fact, I think they went above and beyond in making me feel cared for. I would definitely recommend!!

I will never ever return to this clinic unfortunately someone recommended it to me. In an examination of My daughter they wrote that she was born in Guatemala when she is from another country also that her father was alive when I told them that he was no longer alive ... apart that they wrote poorly The last name when I repeated them A thousand times and I wrote them. The bill of payment too much exaggerated a lot of money for A simple consultation when my former doctor charged me Half of what I was charged like WTF ... I am too enraged and Regretful. I do not recommend it at all.😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

My husband was put on bedrest this summer, and we lost our health insurance through his work. He is disabled and we have been going to Heartland for five years. Our whole family got strep infection and the nurses there said we all tested negative and would not prescribe antibiotics. I read that although our bodies can fight it without antibiotics, not taking them makes us contagious for two more weeks. Not feeling like people care at that clinic. They will discuss your billing for hours (more like argue), though. We need healthcare reform and our family shouldn’t have to fall through the cracks untreated because we have no money.

I got a tooth pulled on Monday 5-21-18, I went back on Wednesday because I was in severe pain. They just gave me numbing medicine, thats it. I called Thursday to let them know I was still hurting, they said take ibuprofen and Tylenol, I am, its not working. Thats all the doctor can recommend, really....Friday, at 3:45, I have to go to the ER. I have a infection in my mouth, an boil in my mouth, the infection got in my blood. The left side of my face hurts, is numb. Thank you for all your useless help, never ever will I go back. This has affected my diabetes, as well because of the infection.

Took my son, as was told limited appts. Was there waiting at 745am. We were 3rd in there, and immediately told that there were no appts, but then the Hispanics and Sudanese behind is got new patients appts. We go to the Heartland Health clinic, but I feel we were told no due to being white. We are just as entitled, as disabled limited income, my son has no income and his teeth are breaking. I dont feel we got treated fairly at all. Thinking of finding better care somewhere else, I think that there is too much preferential treatment to everyone who isnt white, even though my son is disabled with no income, and I am disabled. Where is the the better affordable care for those of us who are genuinely needing care, disabled, low or no income, and is white? Because is sure isnt here!!!

The front desk outshines the nurse practitioners. Not to mention I appreciate the pediatrician. But the billing aspect is not the best. And its because of the billing aspect that I will be looking elsewhere.

Terrible when it comes to answering or returning calls.Sometimes can get seen same day, sometimes not. Like a box of chocolates with this place. Never know what youre going to get.

I receive the best care from Dr. K. Rohde who is very knowledgeable and caring of my health issues. The entire staff is friendly and helpful and I feel very welcomed.

The receptionists are very unprofessional when I come up to the window to ask a question and the receptionist refuse to get off the phone with her mother!!! Just laughing chatting away about nothing important!!!!!!!! Super frustrating 😤

Front desk ladies are usually wrapped up in their phones and not paying attention to the line waiting...while helping, if their phone goes off, the grab and answer it

Not a very good dentist they dont actually care about patients, they ended up ruining my teeth and pulling most of them ans over charging my insurance. Never again will i trust these people.

Ive had a dentist appointment for two months, and since Ive never seen them, I have to call at 8 and when they answer after 2 minutes, they tell me that the support is full, that odyssey is every Monday, fix that, Instead of giving more support for new people, they give only one support for new people, and you never get support 🤔🤔🤔🤔, fix that, if you are new and depend on this Clinic ughhhhh your teeth are falling out, lets see If the comment touches your soul
