I just want to express my sincerest gratitude to Dr Star & her incredible staff. Listen this is the place for you so don’t go anywhere else. The level of care and compassion I got has been incredible. Nurse Alexis is seriously the best human on the planet, she is supportive, communicates extremely well and really wants the best for the patient. If there was an MVP award for best nurse this would be the reigning champion. Also Dr Star really is the most compassionate doctor I’ve ever met. The road to parenthood is not easy or perfect but she will do everything to achieve your blessing!! I never once felt rushed or unheard. We had one small issue and when I expressed it to the staff literally within a day everything was addressed because they truly DO care!! Communication is key so don’t be scared to talk to the staff, I highly highly recommend this office. We met with a few different offices before we made our final choice and this place felt like home after speaking to Dr Star. They want to build families and are seriously so organized I was super impressed with the level of detail in everything they did. I wish I could give ten stars and I don’t even have the baby yet!! But I know it’s on the way so I’m saying thank you in advance because as an “older” mom I walked into the office day one scared & anxious but working with these ladies gave me the confidence and support that really melted all my worries away. Thank you for listening to my gazillion questions and holding my hand through the hard parts (shots mainly) lol but regardless no matter the outcome I know I got my best chance with IVF Michigan & Ohio so THANK YOU Family!!

My husband and I have had a long journey with IVF Mi- 1 retrieval, 2 failed transfers, and 1 miracle pregnancy after finding a surrogate carrier over the course of 3 years. During those experiences we worked with Dr. Shamma in the Ypsi location and we found he did not suit us. We ended up switching to Dr. Star for our 3rd transfer and she showed an abundance of care and concern in helping us successfully conceive our son on our first transfer with her. We are so grateful for the positive encouragement and mindsets of everyone we worked with at the Grand Blanc location to get pregnant in November 2024 and the support and love we have received until today at 10 weeks. I am beyond thankful for this team.

IVF Michigan and Ohio Grand Blanc location is amazing. Dr Star is the most knowledgeable, patient, and compassionate physician. Her own personal experience with IVF makes her so easy to talk to. Alexis, RN is incredible. She literally held my hand through my journey and was my biggest cheerleader. I couldn’t have done with journey without Dr. Star and Alexis. I am so excited and grateful for this pregnancy and IVF Michigan.

IVF Michigan in Grand Blanc has been so great to me. They have answered all of my questions, everyone at the office is always so kind and I am confident that they will be able to help me grow my family. I couldnt ask for a better team to take care of me while I go through this process. I cant say enough great things.

I could not be more pleased with the Grand Blanc office. Dr. Star is truly the best doctor I’ve seen in years! She’s considerate, she lets you be involved in your care plan and she just has a heart of gold. She is so, so empathetic as she has been through this personally. The entire office has been with us every step of the way in growing our family, and we truly could not have done it without them. Dr. Star and Alexis, RN will always have a special place in our hearts! Please, please if this journey is something you’re looking into, go to Dr. Star. If it says anything, we willingly drove week after week 4 hours, round trip, to have her as our doctor and I’d do it 100 times over again.

I saw Dr. Star to discuss my fertility standing post chemotherapy. She was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. She provided honest feedback about my situation, which I appreciated. She made me feel incredibly comfortable during my ultrasound and she took her time to explain what she was seeing as I was being scanned. Dr. Star is very personable and patient centered. I could tell from our brief visit that she truly cares about her patients and values the patient/provider relationship. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking fertility care!

This office is wonderful! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone on their fertility journey. As a new patient, Carol answered every question I had and went above and beyond to accommodate us. I felt that she really gave our specific needs special attention. Choosing the right office can be tough, this one is an easy choice!

I do not recommend mainly due to the very abrasive and unethical ways they conduct billing. Several times now, we are told the day before a visit that X amount is due or medical appointments will be canceled. Mind you, THIS IS LITERALLY AS SOON AS THEY GET BILLS BACK FROM YOUR INSURANCE and before they even mail out the bill. Beyond disgusting. Our Dr is wonderful though
