I literally walked in 10 min before they closed my daughter had a ear ache. They did not hesitate and took my daughter in right away and provided excellent care.My daughter came out feeling a lot better. THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH !!!
Took my son to have his sports physical again this year. Super fast and convenient scheduling. The NP that helped him today was very professional and understanding of the concerns my son had. Absolutely recommend. $25 per sports physical.
I had a virtual appointment that was transferred over to an in person appointment. I was surprised how quickly they called me back to confirm what time would work for me, even though I still had to wait in the clinic.Clinic visit overall was great.The only thing I was confused about was them charging for an in person appointment; when the virtual provider told me it wasn’t going to be an additional charge for me.
I took my daughter in for a sports physical. This clinic was the nicest NextCare Ive been in. The front desk girl was very pleasant, and the PA, Tamera, was thorough, efficient, and nice. I found that NextCare charged less for their sports physicals than most others.
It seems to take a long time. We were there for a simple sports physical. Made an appointment, arrived 15 min before appt. Proceeded to wait an hour for a 5 min sports physical. 2 other people in the lobby. Probably the 3rd or 4th time this has happened. Just seems there is no sense of urgency
This was my second visit to NextCare in 6 days. Kelly, my nurse practioner was great. Even though it was close to 4pm on Saturday, she took her time in diagnosis and wrote two presentations. She was just so nice and professional. God bless her. Thank you Kelly.
The staff on duty seemed to be very confused from the time I arrived. All I was after was a simple referral to get an X-ray of my shoulder. They never could get the referral sent in.After going to Banner Imaging , I finally made it home 4 hours later, due to simple incompetence. Sorry ladies, next time I’ll take my business elsewhere.
Overall my visit at Next care Estrella location was great. I was greeted by a friendly receptionist and the MA who took my vitals was very kind . The only thing that I would complain about is the Nurse practitioner didnt take time to hear my concerns. She seems to want to get me out of there quickly. She even talked over me and hinted a couple of times for me to talk to my Primary Care about those matters. In other words, dont come here. See your own doctor.
I had a very good experience with the receptionist, PA, and MA during the urgent care visit. They made it easy to check in because I was able to quickly enter my information online before the appt and and I was checked in earlier than expected. They also called ahead to pharmacies to see which ones would be open since it was a holiday. Although I would rather not have to use an urgent care, if I need to, this will be the one I visit in the future.
The office is nice and clean. The receptionist was very nice. The pa was very nice but the nurse practitioner was very dismissive, didn’t even come into the room for 10 minutes so she could see how the results for the Covid test was. So I left with a prescription for some cough syrup that is ineffective. I called the next day to let them know I was still coughing constantly and no one even called me back, I asked if I might have rsv and they said they don’t have a way to test for that
PA Tammy is top in her field. Not only was she compassionate and kind with my 94 year old mother but genuinely interested in her and concerned with her well being. She was thorough in finding the right diagnosis and creative in the treatment that would benefit her the most. A physician could not have done better. She was a true blessing and was instrumental in possibly saving my mom”s life. Thankyou Tammy!!!

URGENT CARE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY!? My mom walked in to urgent care today in unbelievable pain. The receptionist informed my mom they were by appointment only. The point of urgent care is to get URGENT care.
The staff is terrific. I cut my finger with a serrated knife, Tammy put a stitch in my cut finger, after cleansing it, all good now. I am so grateful for the professional care I received from all the staff.
I make the on-line appt and do paperwork on-line. Always seen on time, very efficient and friendly. Both Dr Brian and Dr Tammy are superior to our GP! This is our go-to as a first stop in medical care!
My visit to NexCare went very well today. My wait time was minimal, the staff is knowledgeable, courteous and empathetic, and most of all they helped me to feel better. I highly recommend NextCare on Elliot Rd in Goodyear to anyone in need.
Go overall experience. Meet with PAC Cook and she listen to my concerns and did an exam and diagnosis my problem. We will see if it works. 1 day after exam and Im doing better. We will see after the 5 days on prescription.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Went for an 8:30 am appointment. 2 people ahead of me when I arrived. Not even looked at and I left at 9:25am. Provider was “busy with other patients.” I have owned an urgent care in the past and I am in the medical field. If I were the owner, these providers would be fired in about 26 seconds. Not able to see 3 patients in an hour is pathetic. For a neighborhood clinic this is very disappointing.
I went in to get a tb test for a work release program and was assured that my paperwork would be signed, went in 2 days later and was told that they wont sign the paperwork... This is a major inconvenience even after paying and doing the test...
The doctor was amazing the greatest Ive seen in a very long while very personable very nice very thorough and just all-around great young lady everyone was very awesome from the time we walked in the door from the receptionist to the nurse but the doctor she was amazingly awesome
They didn’t do one thing for me even though I provided my CT scan from ER a couple days earlier. They said the only antibiotic they could prescribe is one I’m allergic to. The only thing they did was accept my $40 copay… they should have refunded me when they said they were unable to help me.
Unfortunately we checked on line and the website said 0 patients waiting. But when we arrived we were told 2 hour wait. We asked if we needed an appointment and was told no, but there is a 2 hour wait for walk in. Had to take my sick handicapped 74 yr old mother an hr away.
Great pace to go to when not feeling so great. Not Very Well today. I registered to get retests for Covid after they told me I tested positive 10 days ago. I again filled out the same papers as the first time I went. After waiting about 10 minutes I was called in and was asked why I was there? I remember being asked why I was signing up to come in when filling out the on line questionnaire registration form. I repeated why I came in and was told that I don’t need to be retested if feeling better and the health insurance would not cover. I said Why was I not told this at the fro t desk, or when I registered on line? I waisted my time driving out there when this simple information should have been available to me on the day I tested positive.
The nurse practitioner on site is very knowledgeable, patient and super friendly. She takes time to listen and she actually cares.

Honestly it’s a give or take sometimes the wait is fine sometimes it’s over an hour , not really a fan of the NP she seems like she doesn’t care for her patient very uninterested. Nurses are nice

Wait time was short. Check in process was somewhat diminished by front desk person. I am ‘older’ and prefer communication that is geared toward seniors. I know you repeat the same directions several times a day…. But try a greeting , a smile, slower speech, and a little eye contact to see if I understand what you just said … and maybe you would not get annoyed at me for asking you to repeat what you just said 3 times. The PA seemed knowledgeable about my common complaint and symptoms but failed to ask/listen to my past experience with previous prescription experience.

I was treated quickly and staff was grief friendly. Unfortunately I needed a ultrasound so I had to go to the emergency room but they sent a referral down with me.
Wonderful location. Excellent and thoughtful staff. While I waited my turn I overheard a child struggling to receive care, the staff was so incredibly patient and loving. Turning over every stone to let that child feel at ease and involved Making sure they knew exactly what needed to be done and why. When it was my turn they were very thoughtful. Although I wasnt feeling my best they made me smile and laugh. I would definitely go back and do recommend this location.

I was seen very quickly by the staff and doctor. They were all very caring, sympathetic, professional and friendly. Because of the nature of the illness and the need for advanced treatment, I was transported to the nearest hospital. I was very impressed by NextCare Urgent Care. I’m very glad I went there first!
Would not recommend for this facility for black people. Receptionist is racist and unprofessional. There was no assistant during check-in. She told me to scan a QR code and wait for our name to be called. However when two white women came in after us, she joyfully asked them for their ids and insurance card and provided then assistance. We left without being seen.
4-13-24Tammy again provided excellent care along with Fabian! I could not have been more pleased!5-22. Tammy PA was very thorough in reviewing my history and provided additional feedback and additional medication therapy after she received the update from the radiologist reading my chest x-ray. All staff at the clinic was extremely professional and welcoming. A real treasure to find this Urgent care. Some make you feel as though you are just a number however they truly made me feel as though they were my primary health care team!! Could not have been better!!
At 1st, my actual experience was great. They got me in right away! They were very nice too.Its afterward I had the problems!! They sent me for a CT scan the next day. I had to fast and drink lots of water. I got to Banner imaging, and the paperwork hasnt been sent yet. The girls at imaging were great! They made calls and were put on hold for over 30 minutes.Apparently, the urgent care clinic had a call center, not an actual line to them! They never got back in touch with imaging, and I was sent home. Made ANOTHER appointment and had to fast and everything again. Then o get there, they sent the paperwork but Dr didnt take the time to sign it! Another 40 minutes waiting while the heat girls at imaging tried to figure things out with your urgent care!! Finally, I was taken back. The urgent care Dr says they would call me with my results. I waited all day the next day. Nothing.... so I called them. Waited 35 minutes to speak to someone at their call center. They finally answered and sent me to the front desk at urgent care. The Dr didnt even speak to me. Said they are going nothing and just go to my PCP.Well, I find that funny.... because I sent my report to 3 friends of mine who are nurses. They ALL said that they was something on the report and that I needed to follow up with GI Dr. That what I have will only continue to keep me in pain and get worse!!Thank you so much for putting me first as a patient!! I will NEVER suggest or come back to this location EVER again!!!Im so upset!!

Came for a DOT physical. Had a 1:00 appointment and out at 1:30. Quick and easy in and out.
In the past Ive had good experiences here, but recently it went horribly wrong. I was quoted $250 over the phone for a sinus infection. When I arrived they changed it to $205. After being seen by the NP for all of 5 minutes, she basically looked in my ear and mouth, and had me take a few deep breaths, and said its basically a common cold.After that I was sent to the front and told the price increased to $305. Basically I was given 3 different prices during one visit!!!. This is just for a basic common cold visit which took them 5 minutes to diagnose with no testing, X-rays, or anything.To make things worse, they kept pushing their membership service throughout my visit in order to decrease my cost. Made me feel as though they were using the last minute inflated cost to make the membership more appealing. Not a good way to do business.
That was the worst experience I ever had at an urgent care! I was there almost 3 hours despite only one person in front of me who needed an X-ray and there wasn’t even an X-ray tech there that day.I was left waiting in an exam room for almost 30 min and then another 15 or 20 min awaiting test results. Then had to have an EKG and was left waiting for another 30 min.The doctor was not as specific in her discharge notes as she claimed she would be with the nasal spray she was recommending.I went in originally for extreme throat pain probably from postnasal drip. Then called back a couple days later to see if there’s anything else they could prescribe and I was told “no. There’s nothing else that they could do.”Then I called the doctor through my insurance, and they prescribed a steroid to clear out my problem.Due to their lack of care, I had to call out for an additional day of work, which is unpaid, so this cost me wages due to their laziness and lack of care. It shouldn’t be called Next Care, but it should be called Don’t Care. Only reason I gave a star is it wouldn’t let me post otherwise.
Very polite and professional. CPA was amazing. She treated me like I was an actual human being and not just the next customer/patient. She showed that she sincerely cared about my medical condition.

Best urgent care! My wait time is less than most urgent cares that Ive been to and you can also schedule an appointment, if desired. The doctors and staff have always been very respectful.
The following comments are based on my personal experience and interaction with this facility on 1/22/2024. First I scheduled an on-line appointment for 1:00pm on 1/22/2024. This appointment was made on 1/21/2024. I arrived at 12:45pm and ended up waiting for over an hour to see a provider, even though several people entered the facility after me and one lady with two children stated she had a 12:30 appointment and a 1:30 appointment for her children and decided to split the time difference and come in for both at the same time 12:55pm. She and her kids were called back just after 1:00pm. It should be noted that I completed all registration documents prior to my arrival. I also provided the staff with documents with medical history, medication list, surgeries, all current doctors names and info, and immunization list. The assistant who checked me in and took vitals kept asking me questions about my medical history and provider without ever once taking the time to review the documents I provided. I had to tell her several times all information she was asking for was in the documents in her hands That experience was less than professional but just the start. I then saw FNP Kelly McAlister. She came into the room as if she was already behind. She wanted to know what was going on and reason for my visit. I started explaining to her and she acted like I was bothering her and taking up her time. She then started hitting table with note pad and raised her voice at me demanding to know exactly, exactly why I was at their facility today, not appearing to care about my recent history with issue. The next thing I know she stated I needed to go to a ER by ambulance. She stated that because I was complaining of headache, had a previous stroke (in 2019) , I took blood thinner, never questioning why, that they could not treat me properly at that location, because they did not have proper diagnostic equipment. Needless to say the symptoms I presented with could have been attributed to numerous diagnosis to include sinus infection, flu, pneumonia, and even Covid, she was able to rule out all those diagnosis within 5 minutes. The last straw of unprofessionalism was when I was concerned about my spouse and her ability to get our vehicle if I was transported she just shrugged her shoulders indicating that it was not her problem or concern. I am 67 years old and have never been treated so rudely or unprofessional in my life!!!!!. My above comments are my opinions and feelings based on my interaction with the staff and provider (FNP McAlister) that happened on 1/22/2024. After my un-pleasant experience with FNP McAlisters where she scared both me and my wife with her quickly timed professional opinion, I contacted my PC providers office, explained to them everything that transpired at Next Care Urgent Care and was advised no need to rush to ER and they scheduled an appointment for me next week. I appreciate Urgent Cares have a tough job but this is what these corporations pushed for and the new direction of our healthcare. Things would have been a lot better for me if I had been treated with compassion and not treated like I was a huge inconvenience. I know these facilities have limited capabilities, but caring, listening, and compassion dont take up space or cost.
I came to this location based on the great reviews. However, this was not my experience.I made an appointment for 140 and arrived at 136. I was brought back about 300 and am still currently waiting. No one has come to update when the attending would be here, nothing.What was the point in making an appointment? When I checked in at 136, there were 4 people ahead of me, which I understand. It is nearly 4pm and Im still waiting.This is unacceptable and would not recommend this location.
The PAC, Tamera, came in very annoyed and rushed me out after telling me she could not do any imaging for me and my urine test was fine. Didn’t seem to listen to any of my symptoms and continued to say she could not do anything for me as it was the weekend but she could schedule something on a weekday. Mentioned I should have waited to go to my primary doctor as urgent cares aren’t set up like a normal office and I have already been working with my primary care doctor for my abdominal pain.. I would have waited, but unfortunately I had a very intense paid this morning, with nausea, and weakness and was extremely worried. When I asked questions about recommendations for my pain she repeated herself and I could tell there was no empathy or sympathy as a doctor should have. I think she was having a bad morning, but there is no excuse for that treatment. I did mention I feel she was being rude and she ignored me- told me the way out. Wasn’t helped and still paid $200 out of pocket with no resolution. The front desk associate and the nurse before helpful and caring. Just a frustrating experience overall.
I didnt make an appointment so there was a wait. It wasnt bad, though. It was on Labor Day weekend. They had to give me a referral for imaging for the following Tuesday at a different facility. The PAC was great. Very helpful and caring.
I like this place! I’m in and out and the NP’s are very knowledgeable and competent. I got a specific treatment plan versus my PCP. I rather come here than wait for an appointment with my PCP, then wait 30 minutes past my appointment time to see a doctor who confuses me with other patients.
I have come to this Nextcare for years. Have always had a great experience. The people working today were not the usuals. I waited for 35 minutes for my appointment only to be told 35 mins later, that I needed to complete their sports physical form and not the one the school had provided for me and I had completely filled out (with the same information). The nurse practitioner proceeded to say my son had a heart murmur for which he wouldn’t pass, but I got in my car and read the paper stated he also has bilateral wheezing for which she mentioned nothing about. Very disappointed in the staffing present today.
The girls working at the front are absolutely horrendous from my visit on 12/15/23.They don’t say hello when you walk in they just stare at you as if you don’t belong in there. How about maybe some kindness considering the people going in there are sick. I hear them gossiping the whole time I’m waiting. Unprofessional. On my way out I asked about something on one of the papers they gave me and I get attitude back. Wish I got their names honestly.

I did not not have an appointment and was taken in Im as a walk in. Check in process was quick. It didnt take that long to be seen by a physician. Overall, experience was great. All staff were friendly and nice. Especially the receptionist .

A corporate environment is not my cup of tea. I am old school and I have known my physicians back home for years.Well I was very pleased.Period.
I had a great experience & would definitely recommend this urgent care! I scheduled my appt online and received text messages walking me through the whole visit. I did my documents online and after checking in online, got a text message right at the time of my scheduled appointment saying they were ready for me. The front desk lady was very sweet. I went right back and the gentleman who took vitals and put me in a room was very nice and asked great questions to help prepare the dr. I saw the dr within about 10 mins and she explained it was due to her computer being down for the moment. She was very nice & sent over my prescription fast. Check out was quick and easy as well. I’ve had plenty of bad urgent care experiences, so I really appreciate and praise this clinic! Thank you!!

I gave it 5 stars the first time when I go with my 11 yrs old for a physical sport and the service was great. 3 weeks later I made an other appointment for my 10 yrs old to get his physical sport,was my surprise when I get there the lady in the front notice my son has Down syndrome and she said he need to go to a different place and she has never heard about special Olympic 👀 but let me tell you something they don’t need to go to any special hospital, no, they don’t have any special clinic, they’re just asking for a physical and their physical sport its the same as the other kids. I ended up at the little clinic at frys on Watson great service by the way.
Walked in for a COVID PCR test around 8:40am. The front desk staff was cordial and informative. After filling out the paperwork in my car, I received a call promptly to go inside for testing, maybe 5 minutes. The technician met me at the door, took me to a room for my vitals and moved me to a treatment room where he performed the test. He was very pleasant and professional. He said the results would take 15 minutes. After 15 minutes the physician came into the room to share the results and provide information regarding care and paperwork. Walking out the paperwork was ready in minutes. Excellent experience!!
1st time at this Urgent Care. Made an appt. to be safe, they got me in there before my scheduled time. The entire staff was very nice, attentive, and courteous. The place is very clean. Dr. Caton was very patient, listened to you, no rush and took his time with diagnosis and explaining the treatment I was in and out of there within 1hr and half. Definitely will return in the future if needed!!!
Came in today with my son to get a sports physical completed. I was able to make a same day appointment and we were seen as scheduled. Appointment was thorough and provided all the necessary paperwork for me to complete so I could submit everything needed to the school for my son to play this coming year. Physical was only $25 and we were in and out in less than 30 mins!
Did pre check in before I got there and I was in and out within an hour and a half.
I was able to get in quickly without a long wait. I felt like I was not rushed. I was listened to. My PCP couldnt get me in for a month so I had no choice but to go to urgent care and I felt like I received better care than at my own PCP.
We went to urgent care Estrella today with me having some pain in my chest, they suggested an ekg test,but didnt have the pads, they refunded our money and said they should have the pads for the test. At 4pm we walked in, I went to front desk to pay, girl said we were good.. we sat down for a couple of minutes and were then called in, they had the ekg machine all hooked up and ready to go, wow what service! The doctor came in shortly after and gave us an honest explanation of the test,all the employees are very personable and kind! Dont see alot of that today, I dont usually leave reviews, but just had to with the professional service we received! If to need to be cared for, dont hesitate to go see Estrella mountain ranch urgent care !
The front desk ladies were so kind. Everything was quick and professional. I went for an x ray. I was in and out in 40 min. The x ray tech was very nice. He was able to get my report back to me in a timely matter. I drove 40 min specifically to come here because they do great work.

3hrs. To wait for my son to get an x-ray. No body toke the consideration to come and let us know what was going on. Every time I come here is at least 1.5 hr. even though I always have an appointment scheduled before hand. This system is not efficient at all. This make me and my kids hate to come to the doctor. Rooms always have to keep the doors shut and inside was so hot. Horrible experience!!!
The staff and Doctors were extremely helpful and professional. The Facilities we’re also spotless and I was greeted as I came through the door with a smile by the receptionist. I highly recommend NextCare Urgent Care. PS. They also have an X-ray room too. That’s Very convenient for our neighborhood with schools sports and more.

Clinical staff was great!! Reception/Registration staff completely unfriendly. Seem annoyed at checking in patients and not helpful. This is first impression a patient encounters who could be in pain or just stressed to be there in the first place. They need to work on their people skills or find another job if they don’t like the one they are doing.
I had to take my son cause he wasn’t feeling too well and as soon as we walked in the front office girl, Daniella was quick to greet us and was so helpful and friendly. She even managed to get my son to have a little smile while he wasn’t feeling well. The intake nurse was also very great and the doctor that saw him. Would definitely recommend them!

I have had an overall good experience here, except for the male that does your vitals before you see the doctor.. He has no bedside manner, its like talking to a wall. I always sign up online for an appointment and never have to wait long. All the PAs and front desk staff have been friendly and helpful.
Nextcare in estrella mountain ranch is the only place I use for sports physicals for all my children and exchange children. I happily go out of my way to use this clinic because they are always fast, friendly, professional and courteous. They do a wonderful job of making the kids feel comfortable when theyre nervous about their first physical. I couldnt be happier with their service. Its rare to find a medical care facility that treats you well and doesnt keep you waiting.
My visit to NextCare Urgent Care went very well. The “in processing” utilizing my phone was quick, simple and so much easier than sitting in a lobby chair with a pen, clipboard and six or more pages of forms. Ain’t technology grand?The entire staff was amazing as well! Kudos to management for hiring & training the staff that assisted me during my visit. I was treated like a “person requesting CARE”! They were all courteous, professional, caring and treated me with dignity. I won’t hesitate utilizing their services in the future & would highly recommend them to anyone seeking medical treatment. NOTE: I was in and out in less than 40 minutes.

The wait time to get called to the back was not horrible, is being seen by the doctor that was ridiculous. I felt so rushed when nurse was in with me. My first throat exam to see if i had strep, she did not touch my throat just waved the swab in my mouth having the stick (not the swab) touch my tongue. Then said I was done. After waiting half an hour to 45 min, I came out to see my doctor who had been on the computer the whole time I was there waiting. I asked if I was going to be seen, it was then when I was seen. She spent less than 5 min with me and was done. No recommendations were given, nothing was prescribed just suggested to call my doctor. What a Joke.

The Dr I seen today was pretty awesome! She diagnosed me right away so that’s a plus in my book. The frontdesk receptionist was awesome! She was very sweet not just to me but to others that were waiting to be seen. I have never met such a friendly employee!!! The guy that took my vitals was so sweet! This is the first time I went to this location and everyone was so friendly!!! Keep up the good work!!!!!
I was seen by the most amazing staff from the front desk to nurses, the physicians assistant and medical provider. I have been waiting for months in pain to see my new physician and finally went to urgent care. They helped get me the referral I needed, X-rays copied and provided to me. I can’t say enough about how wonderful they all were.
Love using the Solv app to schedule my appointment and complete the required paperwork before stepping foot in the clinic. Everyone at the clinic is very friendly, helpful and professional. All procedures and results thoroughly explained. Been to this clinic multiple times with the same experience.
Great people. Very polite and professional. It was a busy day for them, but they still managed to squeeze me in within an hour. The doctor was very attentive and though obviously stretched thin, didn’t give me the feeling she was rushing to the next patient. I’m impressed.

Went in very clean place and kind staff. I was welcomed in with quick sign in services. I waited probably 10 minutes and taken back to do vitals and saw the Doctor within five minutes being brought into a room. Doctor and staff listened and ordered tests to be done right away. I had x-rays done and provided me with all the information I needed. The staff, nurses, and doctor were very efficient, caring, and thorough in their care for me. Even helped me with paperwork. I would highly recommend this Urgent Care!

Wow…The fastest, most professional and thorough urgent care I have ever been to. Melissa at the front desk greeted me and was fantastic. Dr Tammy was understanding and had arguably the best bedside manner of any physician I have ever met. Outstanding!
Visit went really well. Weren’t many patients so that also helped the speediness of the overall visit. Staff was respectful & attentive. The PA that saw my son was very helpful. For an UC visit I felt he asked q’s & explained possibilities. After checking his lungs he explained what he heard & didn’t hear. He prescribed OPTIONAL medication in case there’sa change or it worsens & explained what that would look like/sound like. PA Kenneth was very helpful!
Everyone was so nice and considerate. I was so stressed out when I arrived about my blood pressure, and I left feeling at ease. The PA and nurse were AMAZING! So patient, caring and efficient. They were even nice to my little 4 lb service dog and put her mind as ease as well lol. I was there for less than an hour! The receptionist wasn’t that nice, but she wasn’t caring for me so...Thank you guys so much!!
I was really impressed by the way I was treated. I knew I would be there a while so I was fine with the wait. The gentleman was very polite and friendly and the PA was also polite and friendly. She was very helpful in explaining what I needed to do for the next few days.Thank you.
The doctor and triage nurse were great and efficient. They were kind and listened to me. He even recommended a place where I could get in same day to follow up on a specific issue.
Really helpful and caring staff. We showed up without an appointment and were able to be seen quickly. There was a wait for seeing the PA, but that goes without saying, they were very busy and we didn’t make an appointment. Each member of their staff were very kind and professional and helped my son out a lot.
I scheduled an appointment online , got there checked in, was done with my appt in 20 minutes. Everyone there was very friendly! Would definitely come back again.

Service was great and the doctor that saw my daughter was very attentive, caring, and compassionate. The experience at this NextCare was the best Ive ever had at any Urgent Care. I live about 30 miles from there but its definitely worth the drive to this location.
As an immune-compromised cancer patient the ability to get in and out and the space implemented for social distancing was fantastic. The front desk staff, and the nursing assistant, was amazing along with PA Townsend I appreciate this staff greatly as coming from a trauma medical background they were up to speed and efficient most importantly they were practicing with each patients safety in mind. Thank you so much for your professionalism!

This place is generally amazing. The staff in the back are compassionate, thorough, and quick. HOWEVER, the receptionist on 4/15/2021 could not be any less interested in performing her job and completing the visit for the patient. She was condescending, refused to allow me to leave initially stating I had to wait on the paperwork the provider told me not to wait on. I waited for 5 minutes and when asked how much longer, her response was, “Whenever he gets finished, 5-10 minutes.” . Ummmm nooo. I waited an additional 5 minutes and the receptionist purposely took to doing anything but giving me my paperwork. I have been here several times and my paperwork has always been ready by time I’m to the front desk. I left without the paperwork, nonetheless. This lady needs to find a job where she does not work directly with the public. She is a huge disservice to the amazing job the rest of the employees are doing there.
This urgent care is my number one choice for quick medical assistance. They are warm and welcoming and their check in system is very time efficient. I’m heir office is also very clean and the staff is kind.
I made my appointment online, which was very easy. I filled out patient paperwork online- also easy and quick. Staff was courteous and friendly. The physicians assistant conducted a thorough exam and made clear recommendations for my next steps.
I was treated kindly from the start, wait was not long. From staff to physician assistant were amazing. Especially the med tech who wrapped my toe and put shoe on. ( broken toe). I’m not from here, ( California ). It was nice to be treat with kindness
I went to NextCare Urgent Care to get my staples and stitches removed. The staff was patient and courteous. The doctor was very informative and caring about my recovery and the procedure being performed. Everything was done within the hour. Overall, I would recommend NextCare as it was a phenomenal experience.
All the staff, from the receptionist to the triage, and the wonderful P.A, took her time with me. Listened to my issues and solved my problem. What a fantastic team
Staff is friendly, no complaints about that, but I feel like their check in system, whoever designed it, is not the best. The problem is when you schedule the appointment, they still see people that walked in before you even though you had specific appointment time. So come in 30 min before your appointment I guess.. you still might have to wait for 35 min anyway... so better just show up at 8am exactly when they open their door.
The clinic is very clean and the staff is friendly and professional. I have been here a few times for myself and my daughter over the past several years and have never had a bad experience. Weve been seen for illnesses and injuries. They have the resources to take care of both at any age.
I literally cannot believe the service of this location. I have worked in the healthcare field for YEARS, and not at one clinic have we ever let a patient come in without their insurance verified. And if the patient hasn’t done it, we do it for them. This is how a good practice runs efficiently. There is no way they run this clinic with people coming in left and right for emergencies and don’t help each other out with their insurance. I verified my insurance through THEIR appointment app and thought everything was fine, and the receptionist tells me when I get there she must see the card because nothing was done or verified. Not one call from them. I have a possible fracture in my wrist and she did not offer sympathy for a split second. I told her I can be self pay and put money down today and make payments and I was refused care because I couldn’t pay in full for X-Rays out of pocket same day of service. I literally cannot believe it. The lack of morale and empathy from this receptionist was absolutely disgusting. She made 0 efforts to made sure I was cared for in any way. I don’t know who leaves good reviews on this place but they won’t make it soon enough with the way they are treating their patients.
I was in an out of there quicker than I expected. Staff was amazing! They were so friendly and warm. It’s not even in my area but I’d rather drive out here for the great service again.
I would have given 5 stars but because of my nurses bedside manner I just cant. The male nurse who took my vitals and typed up my info about what I was experiencing seemed to be inconvenienced by the fact that he had to take care of a patient. I was extremely disappointed. My whole family has been to this Nextcare urgent care many times and was never treated as badly as I was today. That gentleman should not be a nurse. On 22 Aug 2020, I lacerated my finger and could not control the bleeding. From the moment I entered, Melissa was caring and kind. Fabian was great, knowledgeable, professional and prompt. Everyone, especially Tamera Townsend-Cook, was fantastic and took awesome care of me. Tamera was excellent, very thorough and explained everything she would be doing to treat my laceration. While I was in pain, the entire experience was calming, comforting, efficient, professional and above all caring. My patient plan was discussed and provided complete details regarding my bandage, splint, what to watch out for and other relevant details. I would highly recommend this facility, along with Melissa, Fabian and especially Tamera. Thank you for taking such good care of me.

Disappointed this time. When I called to make appt. I asked if there is a doctor there. I was told “yes”. I had a paper from my audiologist that could only be signed by an MD. After exam the “nurse practitioner “ told me she could not sign my needed document and I asked if the MD on duty could sign it. She said there is no MD here. So it was a long wait to get in and a waste of time and money.. I have always liked Next Care before. I shoul’ have been charged.
Sandra got us checked in right away. She was super friendly and offered us a discount plan due to not having insurance. Hassle free and up front with everything. Fabian took us back and took my 4 yr olds vitals. He was great with him. We went to an operatory immediately when Matt (PA) came in and diagnosed. The entire staff was friendly, informative, and comforting. They were super efficient and had us out in about 40 minutes with all my questions answered, a script sent over to our pharmacy, and paid in full. Great job guys!!UPDATE: I went back again almost 2 months later. Same great service but this time my son saw Clinton (PA) who was also awesome with my son. Fabian and Sandra were also great again!!
My experience was that I received a thorough, efficient exam with appropriate tests that were arranged rapidly on my behalf. All the staff were friendly, caring and professional. I was provided upfront information on fees and timelines. Covid protocols in place made me feel safe.PA Tamera Townsend-Cook was a very good communicator and listened to my issues and symptoms and her diagnosis and treatment plan was clear and concise. She invited me to call her back and advised when she was working over the weekend. I was very impressed with how my health issue was dealt with.

I took my wife there when she had a 101.5 fever and very Ill. We got in pretty quickly. After being back home for several my wife said they let her sleep for a while and then came back a few times checking her temp and blood pressure. She told me the P.A. that treated her was super nice and concerned with her condition. Shes been a couple times to a different urgent care with much worse results. They prescribed 3 medications and shes slowly getting a little better. We would gladly recommend NextCare to anyone. Great job. Thank you.

Front desk is always so nice even during the terrible phase of covid 19. I always take my son here. I use the book online option and just wait outside until it’s my turn. They call you with some screening questions and then let you in. The most I’ve spent here is 45 minutes . Quick and prompt health care.
I visited the facility in Estrella in Goodyear Arizona today. My sinuses have been troubling me. The staff was very nice and professional and took care of me in a timely manner. Facility is clean and well maintained. When I cant get to my doctor on short notice this is where my family and I go. Five stars
We are so lucky to have NextCare in our Estrella Mountain Ranch neighborhood. As we age, we all have more medical issues, and this is my “go-to place” when I think my body is in trouble. I have been to this location since it opened in 2017, and it continues to provide excellent care. Professional. Friendly. Compassionate. NextCare is the best!Last week I was up all night with a serious gastroenterological issue that was very scary. (Google made it even scarier!)Fortunately, I was able to be seen the next morning by Kenneth Caton, PA, who could not have been any nicer. He reassured me that I was going to be fine in a few days, and provided me the prescription I needed to heal. Dr. Caton was thorough and kind. He is very experienced, and a top-drawer Physician’s Assistant.Overall, the staff was most welcoming, courteous, and very patient with me. I highly recommend NextCare Estrella and its outstanding doctors, PAs, nurses, and staff members who really do like their jobs and care about us patients. Stay out of the hospitals. Urgent care—unless you’re bleeding profusely or having a heart attack—is the answer!! Love NextCare Estrella!

Front desk ladies were friendly, organized and efficient. Everyone that I interacted with was great. The place was clean and eventhough there were several people in front of me in line I felt like I didnt have to wait a ridiculous amount of time to be seen as a walk in patient.
The place clean and the personnel were very helpful and understanding. I was hoping a shot would resolve the issue but instead I get to eat popsicles during my recovery.
Nurse was rude will not recommend and being a army vet it was so disappointing wil let know the veterans affairs to not send vets there nurse don’t care if you not rich again very rude and unprofessional
So so happy with my experience. Took my 1 1/2yo daughter here with high fever, diagnosed with pneumonia. Dr. Beville and the nurse Marquita were amazing. Took great care of my daughter, called to follow up later that night. Went back the next day and the girl at the front desk was so friendly. NP Mathew answered all of my follow up questions, and Marquita was genuinely pleased to see how much better my daughter was doing. Definitely feel like the staff truly cares about their patients. Highly recommend This location.
I was very happy with Fabian. He was very professional and caring. The PA was kind and listened. She found my problem.Did not like the front receptionist making me go back outside, because of my symptoms. UTI s are not contagious. I feel she overstepped her authority. The lobby is large!. That was not necessary. I use a walker and did not appreciate the extra walking. A little caring would have gone a long way!
This NextCare location is always quick, courteous, and kind. They’re straight to the point with your care. If me, my husband, or children cannot be seen by our primary doctors soon enough we always end up going here.
I wasnt there long, I saw the doctor she told me what to do, and what I had to do to go forth. Lots of paperwork. She examined my injuries and told me that there was nobody to do the x-rays that I had to go somewhere else, she gave me the paperwork for that and thats all were waiting for to go forth. Trying to make sure I didnt break or fracture anything.
Called about symptoms and was asked to come right over. Great COVID safety! I was checked in at my car and then notified to come in the building when they were ready for me. Took about 15 minutes. Once in taken to a room, saw the physician and sent out a separate door. Everyone was very pleasant and office was super clean.
Came in unexpectedly because I had hernia surgery recently and my wound had become infected. So glad I got the same provider again! He is always so thorough and kind. For a person like me who has multiple medical issues I certainly appreciate this. The whole team was great today! Thank you

Proximity to my home was awesome. Got there at 8:00am Saturday morning and went right innto see the doctor PA. Front desk, nurse and PA were very polite and very professional. The diagnosed my issue and sent to my pharmacy. Office was very nice clean and new. I would recommend this office to anyone. Such a nice alternative to the ER.

Fell off an awkward step onto a curb from a small boutique store three hours away and was able to drive straight to my local next care, urgent care facility in Estrella Mountain Ranch, and just made it before they closed on Saturday afternoon at 4 PM. I was able to call ahead and let them know. I was headed their way right before closing and they were able to get me in for an x-ray on my wrist and forearm, which showed a distal fracture on my radius which I knew I had fractured my wrist and they were quick and efficient to get me in and out which I appreciated. After the x-rays, I was given my X-rays in CD, a splint and arm sling until I could get to an orthopedic surgeon. Many thanks to PA Tammi and medical technician Fabio. I have always had a great experience here at the next care urgent care in EMR. 👍🏽👍🏽
The Physicians Assistant was competent, but I was told by the web app that I’d be seen at 5:15 PM when I signed in at 4:40 PM, but wasn’t seen until 6:20 PM. Staff shortage? Scheduling mistake? Other?
My daughter came in with a sinus infection from her cold. PAC Tamera Townsend Cook doesn’t have any listening skills and took advantage of her age and ran tests she didn’t need for $$$$, but when my daughter asked if medicines she was prescrowas going to help with her sinus infection this lady just tells her we want to fix your congestion: it was wayyyy last congestion and she knew it! Don’t trust this woman. She in and out and doesn’t listen, no bedside manner whatsoever!! She’s a money makes not a caring person at all!!
I got a bad case of allergies and started to worry if possibly I was exposed to covid. So I visited this location for a rapid covid test, I can honestly say this is the best experience I’ve ever had at an urgent care facility hands down! Everyone was very very nice and was in and out in less than 20 minutes.

Grated we arrived as soon as they opened, but we were in and out in 50 minutes. All staff members were courteous and professional.
The front desk, techs and NP were fine. But the process of checking in on your phone and sitting in the 100 degree heat while filling out paperwork was ridiculous. Please let people just walk in the door and sit in the waiting area. I promise my germs aren’t any less potent if I’m only inside for 20 min rather than 30.
The location on Elliot and Estrella has an amazing staff clean facility and treated me quickly and listened to me. Definitely recommend this location. Only thing that I would suggest is that the put a spot in your Portal where you could access test results when you log in to your account.
Since you have to have an appointment, this is not an urgent care place. Saw them turn away a family whose son had an eye infection or injury when there was no one being treated at that time. It was explained that it was a new policy. Be warned, no walkins.
My son was very nervous going to the doctors office. The Doctor he saw at NextCare was the best doctor my son said he ever had. He made my son feel comfortable and made sure he trusted him. I can’t say enough about how nice it is that a doctor goes out of his way to make sure you child is taken care of and not just a number. Thank you so much!!!!!

This urgent care is a hidden gem. I’ve never had a very long wait time and have been able to always get in same day when needed. It’s close to my house, clean, everyone I came in contact with who worked there were very friendly and helpful.
The front desk people were very nice and the doctor answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable.

Very quick registration, in immediately to have vitals taken and then seen quickly by staff. Very friendly, recognized me from a visit a year ago. Explained my issues and ways to treat them. Within 15 minutes I was in and out with my list of medicines and explanation of when/how to take them. Suggested follow up with regular doctor in a week.
Very happy to have been serviced here. They were not scared of me when I came in w breathing issues and administered a chest xray for me. Very happy w my whole experience as lately seeing other offices has been difficult w covid going around. Thank u for making me feel comfortable!!!!!

I came in with very bad ear pain and I had to bring in my two toddlers and they were just so nice to me. They got me in and out so fast. I wish it was my normal doctors office because of how little time you have to wait to get help. I would highly recommend this place.
I was coming in for a very badly sprained ankle and appreciated the kindness of every staff member. They were efficient, but never in too big of a hurry to give the time and attention that was required to give me good care. I left in a much better mood than when I came in because of that.

Generally & I imagine for most things this location is great. However when I went the 2nd time to get work release papers signed it was a ridiculous experience. Myself, not in the medical field, had to be the middleman between urgent care & the health services at my work to get a work release solution. Ultimately it was a simple solution, but without me guessing at what solutions could be, nobody was going to help nor come up with any ideas. The Doctor refusing to talk to the Health services doctor at my work, who I had on the phone at the time, also didnt help come up with any solutions. It was ridiculous as I said.Also, if calling the phone number listed on the locations Google profile, remember to leave yourself 20 to 30mins before a person answers. Maybe the one person answering the phone there is swamped with covid.
Staff was friendly and quick which made my visit fast. They made an error with spelling my last name which caused some delays getting my prescription filled. It’s sad that this attention to detail to spell a 4 letter last name spoiled a good visit. The pharmacy could not find my script: called back to get it corrected-lost 3 hours out of my day.
