Been a longtime Sottopelle patient at Scottsdale location & was fortunate to start with Dr Tutera. The practice has expanded over the years with multiple locations & have always been happy with all doctors & staff. Living in north valley now & decided to try the Glendale office & so happy I did. Can’t say enough good things about Dr Dean & staff. They are fantastic. Thank you so much for being so caring & kind!

From my initial contact to the my first treatment I have a connection with this team. Joseph in medical records was awesome with helping me get my blood work done. Rita was great at helping me feel welcome and getting paperwork done. Kim in reception was warm and welcoming helping me to feel comfortable during my visit. Melanie was friging amazing in explaining g everything, answering questions and being very through with the information. I felt like a member of the family not just a patient. So glad that a friend referred this practice and Melanie specifically

I’ve been a patient of Sotto Pelle for more than 10 years. Last year I switched to the Glendale office. Everyone is so nice and I have never waited long to be seen. Dr Dean is wonderful and the receptionist is so very nice and helpful. Sorry I forgot her name!

I continue to be impressed by all the Tutera Medical offices. Just visited in the Glendale office and once again, they didnt disappoint. The friendly and efficient Kim greets you, gets you going to your appointment. I love how much they respect my time and stay on the schedule, sometimes even running a few minutes early yet I never feel rushed. Melanie takes the time to explain and and answer any questions and concerns that I voice. I highly recommend the Glendale offices!

I have been going to the Glendale location for many, many years. I have always loved the staff and providers at the Glendale location. Kim, at their front desk, is wonderful. She is always friendly and wonderful to deal with. My current provider, Melanie, is also the absolute best! The only complaint I have is with the woman at the other end of the main phone line for Tutera. I had to speak with her for an issue I was having, and she was EXTREMELY rude and unhelpful. If I didnt love the staff at the Glendale location so much, her behavior would make me leave Tutera and NEVER come back. This woman needs to go!

Absolutely game changer for me. More women should know that we don’t have to suffer, and we don’t need to be miserable going thru peri menopause. My only regret is not having done it sooner. I feel incredible now all thanks to Dr Dean and the wonderful staff at Tutera. Lady’s get your hormones right and start living your life the way you want to and deserve.

Dr. Dean and Kimmy are the best! Dr. Dean cares about his patients health and the experience of using pellets. Kimmy always has the details and makes the paper work process easy as can be.

Today I accidentally showed up on the wrong day and Dr. Melanie was able to fit me into her schedule so I didnt have to make a return trip. She is thorough and and so sweet. The staff is very thorough and so supportive, especially when you need an emergency visit to the ER. This appointment is actually one I look forward to going to.

The front desk staff is always so welcoming and friendly. I love my provider Melanie. She listens to what I have to say, I never feel rushed and she always give me suggestions for supplements and other ways to improve my health. Theyre also very punctual, which is important to me.

My friend has been singing the praises of Tutera/Sottopelle for years. After seeing another hormone specialty office and not getting the results Ive had in the past, I decided to try Sottopelle.The results of my pellet implant are yet to be seen, since it takes awhile, but the impression of the office from Kim at the front desk (a HOOT!) to Dr. Dean and everyone else I encountered, was wonderful. I felt they were thorough and knowledgeable as well as being warm and pleasant, and had a sense of humor, which is VERY important to me.Im optimistic that I am in good hands and will start feeling good again soon. They have offered so many more options to get you there than I’ve received from my primary care provider, gynecologist or endocrinologist. Wow. Imagine this- a doctor and staff who not only speak your language, but also get you as a person! Being generally anti-allopathic, this was a homerun choice by us and I couldnt be happier.

Terrible first impression. This place is unorganized. Appointment time wrong, the forms they told me they had all completed was a mistake and no one seems to know what is going on. Also, no where on the building or Door does it say Tutera Medical. Place is a joke.
