10/10. Came here for an IUD with sedation after a previous doctor told me sedation would be $3000. They offer affordable sedation that my insurance even covered, and I don’t think I could have gone through the process without it.Everyone was so kind to my anxiety over the process, and they even had a wonderful Doula to talk to me throughout the experience. They even had a great playlist in the waiting room! Thank you team at PP Glendale!

I was super nervous for my appointment, but the nurses and doctor I had were so sweet and made me feel very comfortable. They took great care of me and I couldn’t be more greatful!

Everyone here was so kind and helpful and very understanding of my anxieties. They did everything to help me feel comfortable. Highly recommend

I am not sure why such bad reviews. The appointment was made right away and the staff was friendly but professional. They greeted everyone that came in and made us feel comfortable. The nurse was very kind and helpful. The doctor was thorough and gave written information on everything talked about during the visit. This appointment was for my daughter (second opinion) so I am glad she gave written info just in case she forgot anything said during visit. Overall, I am impressed and I am glad I didn’t listen to the bad reviews. Thank you for taking such good care of my daughter

This place makes me feel seen as a woman. I go in knowing women are taking care of women. No judgement or need to be scared. The care once you arrive takes a minute just like any other doctors office but your concerns are noticed and never over looked. I feel safe when I go there for any problems and feel confident in my decision when I leave.

I, too, was concerned on the reviews, did some reading and most are from a year (to 7 years!!) old. Some reviews were even just 1 stars with bible verses.🙄I demanded an IUD removal with sedation and this location provides this service after I had a horrific insertion at a clinic (not PP) in Northern Arizona. That experience has not left my body and I was so freaked out. The side effects were killing me and I had enough.First off, the protesters made me so damn nervous and uncomfortable.. thankfully they have wonderful volunteers who will come to your car and escort you. But seriously, these protesters need to get real jobs besides harassing people.Everyone I talked to inside was AMAZING. They made me feel so comfortable, at ease, and supported all my decisions. They were kind and personable and I really felt like they cared. I wish I remembered everyones names to give little shoutouts, but I hope everyone knows that you truly worked wonders for me. Thank you.I made the appointment via phone call and did not have issues talking to someone. I had to request the appointment for this location and I was contacted within a couple days and was able to schedule an appointment 2 weeks out.I will definitely go back and recommend this location to anyone!!

Went to this Planned Parenthood twice and cannot express enough how amazing their staff is. I went for an abortion and then got an IUD inserted a different time. Both experiences were better than I could have ever asked for! This is the safest Ive felt in a medical facility in a very long time. Staff are super caring and attentive to your questions and concerns. Everyone is very professional and knowledgeable. I was nervous for both appointments but I felt comfortable voicing that. They are wonderful for walking you through the process and accommodate to whatever you need to have a comfortable experience. I definitely will come back for annual exams or any testing in the future. Thank you, Planned Parenthood!

I called the eugie location for pregnancy testing prices. They said it was $15, but when I came in they charged me double

I’m not sure why the reviews for this place are so bad. I went for a standard STI testing and they were lovely people. They don’t have a direct line to this location so I understand those complaints but it is really easy to set up an appointment on their website. Or just walk in and I’m sure they’d help you. The hours aren’t correct, but they are correct on their website, so just look there instead of google.

Dont go here if you are questioning your decision. The doctor has no sympathy for you. The doctor had none for me. I am a mother already and I got pregnant by mistake. I cant bring another child into the world at this time. I felt terrible about what I had to do and asked for more information about how far along I was and just general questions I had about the baby. The doctor seemed to confused my questions and hesitation with Im not sure but they didnt seem to care and seemed annoyed with me. I was crying the whole time and colt was as cold as anyone could be. I thought planned parenthood would give me support and help me through the experience. I received none of that. On my way out colt the doctor was talking to the receptionist about how terrible I was for requesting another ultrasound. I just wanted to see it. Its my right to see it and I thought it would help me accept what I was doing. I guess that was just to much and it bothered the doctor so much. I dont think its okay to treat someone who is so obviously having a hard time so poorly. I often still think about this whole experience and feel like I was just some number that needed to be pushed through and out. It was not a good experience.

This was the best experience that I could have ever expected. I went in to get my Nexplanon implant inserted, and it was so hassle free. I had always expected planned parenthood to be dirty, and filled with mediocre staff. However, I was so surprised to find the office extremely clean, and the staff friendly. We had two female nurses and a female doctor who took care of us, and they were so kind, and made us feel right at home. I highly recommend this office. Many other reviews complain about the doctors, but I found them to be nothing but professional. In addition, the wait time was complained about. We found that the doctors were about 15 minutes late to getting to us, but as far as I’m concerned, for majority of the people coming to planned parenthood, they probably made an appointment at this clinic due to a lack of health insurance. This is a government funded program, I’m not sure what they expect. We are so fortunate to have access to the resources that we do, and would take a couple extra minutes waiting any day, for free or low cost birth control. I will definitely recommend planned parenthood, and this particular location in Glendale to anyone who needs it.

Ill be honest, at first I was scared because of all the bad reviews this place got. My experience was basically the complete opposite!I came here for a medicated abortion. Just had my consultation appointment this morning. There were some nice ladies out front who escorted me to the door and distract me from the protestors. Although i couldnt care less about those people with signs, it was still an amazing gesture. All the ladies up front were kind, helped me get signed in and everything. The doctor had called me back to question me and do a vaginal ultrasound. She was very kind about it all and i felt comfortable there. Everything went a lot smoother than originally expected and I couldnt be happier. I will be going back on the 15th for my next appointment and will update my review if anything changes.Despite all the extremely poor reviews, the place isnt bad at all.EDIT: Forgot to update after the second appointment, but Im doing it now. Experience was also very good. Had these two ladies going over questions the pills, etc. They were really fun to talk to and it was a very nice atmosphere. Doctor then came in and they did a pelvic exam. I was a bit nervous about it, but it was very quick and easy to do. Had me take my first pill then 2 days later in the morning i took my second at home.

Waiting time is always roughly 30 min. Front staff is very nice and will respond if you joke around with them. Ignore the negative reviews. I suspect a lot of these people are not being truthful or have never been to planned parenthood. Kind women work here. They always have an appointment for me ASAP. Theyre understanding and listen to me. I love it here! Remember to always go in with a good attitude and maintain that attitude, because those women work really hard.

I just went in today to do an ultrasound. The staff up front was fine. The waiting time was about 30 mins. When I went in the back, it was very professional, a lot of questions were answered as far as my medical history. It was nothing that I didnt do in a regular doctors office. The ladies i saw in the back went over all the options and answered all my questions. I saw the doctor right after, and that was very quick as well. I dont know what more people expect when coming to this place. I have another appointment in a week, hopefully my experience will be 5 stars again.

First appointment scheduled on Monday turned around due to doctor having a Family emergency which is understandable. Second appointment they did not do their diligence and check her insurance to ensure the Dr. at the time accepted the plan. Two days of work have been missed by the both of us and still have yet to be seen to resolve our issue. Very little urgency for a time sensitive issue.

I looked up this place for an appointment and the amount of negative one star reviews made me so nervous going into it. I went in with an open mind and I am so glad I did. They were nothing but amazing , kind , and caring. I did have to wait for awhile but it didn’t bother me one bit and they did apologize to me about a couple times. From the lady at the front desk to the doctor they were great!! I don’t know why there are so many bad reviews. They valued my opinions and were so caring when I chose what I wanted to do and explained everything to me. The doctor was so nice and did her best to explaining everything and getting me mentally prepared for what was going to come next. 1000/5 star review for me.Also don’t mind the people standing out front. They can’t be on the property so they are on the outskirts. You can’t really hear what they are saying and really easy to just ignore :)I come back Sunday and I am actually excited to be back with such a caring staff!!

Don’t expect any help from here - it’s nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone and there is no medical abortions available even if you’re only 5 weeks along. Surgical abortions are booked up until May in the whole state (the same week I would even be ALLOWED to have an abortion). Go to California (Imperial Valley, Coachella) like I did! Better experience, service, and they help you with costs.

They only earned an extra star due to the receptionist on the phone being so compassionate and understanding, although there was nothing she could do.I called the moment I found out I was pregnant (few days after my missed period) and they couldnt see me for a consult until I was 6 weeks along in order to visibly see the location of the embryo via ultrasound...this is all understandable.The night before my consultation appointment, I received a text message stating that my appointment was canceled by the provider. Since it was after hours that I received the message, I could not call for clarification. I called as soon as they opened the next day (day of my apparently canceled appointment). The receptionist confirmed that they did not have a doctor that day, and that I could not be seen. I asked to reschedule, however I would not be seen for another 3-4 weeks, as they were booked. Seeing as how this was a time sensitive issue, I was unwilling to wait an additional 3-4 weeks just for the consultation (and then likely wait another 3 weeks for the procedure).I chose another facility that was compassionate, understanding and amazing, despite the long wait times. After explaining what had happened with PP, Camelback Family Planning reassured me that there would always be a doctor to cover all appointments and avoid cancelations.Save your emotional, mental, and physical energy and opt to go with Camelback Family Planning seeing as how Planned Parenthood needs to seriously get themselves together.

I would give this place a -5 star review. I was against it when planned parenthood seen a cut in funding because I thought they helped people. After actually going to planned Parenthood I have completely changed my mind! Terrible and expensive service. Want to reach the office? You have to call and wait for hours on the phone! Put on a call back list? Youll never get a call back. They say they will send your prescription in tomorrow? Today is that tomorrow but the pharmacy hasnt gotten it. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE! Go to an urgent Care, its cheaper and you will get better service. Planned Parenthood would rather you have an infection for a few weeks then to see you get cured. I hope all the staff lose their jobs. I would like my money back because I havent gotten everything I paid for!!

If I could rate this office zero stars! I always read reviews before coming to places, and I thought maybe people were just not given what they exactly wanted is the reason this place has the worst reviews, but nope!! This office is horrible!! As soon as I walked in it was NOT a welcoming place to be! I’m standing at the front waiting for someone to help me for about five minutes just watching her on her phone!!! That is ridiculous!! Once she finally realized my presence she looked at me and send “what do you need” I asked if I can take a pregnancy test. She then asked if I had at home and what was the results I told her yes and that it was positive. She then responds “then why do you need another one” in the most rude voice!! She never once smiled at my boyfriend and I for anything! I then asked if I could have an ultrasound sound to start things off. And you’ll never believe what her response is!! “No you can’t. Maybe another time” she never asked if I wanted to make an appointment! I will never refer anyone to planned parenthood! In addition to be telling this story! That was ridiculous!! And unbelievably disrespectful!! This office will soon enough have a law suit on their hands!!

Went in today to try to get some testing done and after having a conversation with the lady at the front I was basically told that since I have insurance they wouldn’t be able to see me or help me with any testing at all.I thought it was illegal to deny medical care weather you have insurance or not. It was rather sad too because I really needed the testing done.

I tried to call this location during open business hours (according to google) and when I called, a recorded message stated they were closed and to check their website for business hours. On the website, it confirmed that they are open. I proceeded to make an appointment online, the automated system asked me a series of questions, and then told me to call to assist me further. It was a different phone number, so I called, and once again, stated they were closed and directed me back to the website….Why are they playing games? Some things are time sensitive, and I can’t even make an appointment.

Service was wonderful, but they must be like Government Top Notch Security or Something in Privacy 🔏 Cuz You have to SEE THEM FACE TO FACE IN ORDER TO GET ANYTHING AND I DO MEAN ANYTHING DONE!! Please save your sometime and visit any of their LOCATION before Going online to find out their Actual Business hours. It wasnt open the day/hour per Goggle search🤬 and Absolutely Terminate the idea 💡 of calling...you wont get through! If PP does answer, they will put you on hold and then tell you to visit the website and hang up on you 🤬. Outside of All this, the people inside are Amazing 😊.

Do not ignore the negative reviews. I was just there this past Sunday and the only positive takeaway was how nice the doctor was, who is not even permanently at this location. Other staffs were pretty rude, and they didnt bother to call me to let me know that there was an error with the insurance and waited until the morning of the appointment when their insurance department is conveniently unavailable so they can charge me $80 out of pocket. I asked why didnt they call me and she talked over me and rudely gave me 2 options, either to pay that out of pocket or reschedule. Be advised, and make sure that your insurance is figured out before you go otherwise they will seize this kind of opportunity to make more money off of you. I asked for a prescription meds that is listed on their OWN website and pretty much told me that they cant do that because they have their own rules and policies in AZ chapter. The med is not available in AZ and they do not follow their own timeline for this med on their website. I am so screwed over by this false information, that I have to pay more out of pocket for another method - again, another way for them to make up their own rules and rip off the most amount of money as possible off of you. One staff kept saying Ive never seen that, its different for AZ, but if you go to PP of AZ website, it takes you to that same exact page. Shouldnt you know whats on your website? Why does it matter which state, Planned Parenthood is Planned Parenthood. If it differs from state to state, maybe should put a disclaimer note to check with your local clinic. So people dont wait and go in when its too late and to be able to make an informed decision about their body and not base it off of false information on the website. I will be reporting this. The doctor told me that I can request and get a paper copy of the disclosure that was read to me, but then when I asked the front staff, they told me that they cant and asked why and told me their medical director said no. On what basis? I have no clue no explanation was given. Then why would the doctor tell me that and his response was that well she doesnt get to make all the decisions, the medical director does. I DO NOT CARE nor is that my business to know. I just wanted to be given an information as to why a paper copy of the disclosure that was stated that I could have before now cannot be given out. Is it COVID19? Then he said the doctor is usually not at this location and she works in California and the doctor told me she lives and works in Tuscon. You dont even know who your staff is, where they are from, no wonder why they cant get their information straight. Ive been to PP in another state before, definitely the WORST Ive been to. Im not surprised by the negative reviews and would take it into consideration and try to find an appointment at Tempe location rather.

I dont love or hate it. I dont like that the copay is $60 but im not going to complain. They have treated me well so far. Ill suggest they need to let the waiting room know the order of whos being waited on because it appears like your turn is being skipped in the lobby. For instance i get there at 11am and i see other women walking in and getting waited on and before you know it an hr passed and youre about to get up and wonder if they forgot about you in general.

I went to this clinic for my abortion and I just want to say that I have never felt more valued or taken care of in my whole life. These women are angels in disguise. I was terrified going to my first appointment but, by the time I left, I left with knowledge under my belt and confidence for the long road ahead. Everyone is sweet and understanding and theyll never make you feel uncomfortable or judged. The staff here made it so much easier and were beyond compassionate. These ladies are kick ass and I thank them all from the bottom of my heart.

Called and waited for 40 minutes; opted to have them call me back and they never did. So I called back because it was urgent, got connected to the emergency line where the women told me she couldnt help me at all and would have to call the office even though she said they werent answering calls. So....what? Also I did call that morning to schedule an appointment and have the woman send through an emergency prescription refill. She never did that. Even though its an emergency! Great job.

Horrible customer service, appointments get pushed back and you’re in the waiting room for hours. No communication to when you’ll be seen other than another 2-3 hours. Do not give this clinic business. So unprofessional

This is the second time they have called me and cancelled my appointment the day of due to them not having a doctor in that day. I understand emergency’s happen but after reading reviews of this happening to others and happening to me personally TWICE. that is so ridiculous. Being on the phone waiting for two hours to speak to someone.. RIDICULOUS. Does this place not understand a lot of these appointments are emergency’s and people can’t just keep taking off work.

My daughter had an appointment for an ultrasound since the week prior and we arrived early, but we still waited an hour past the appointment to be seen. We needed an ultrasound for dates because she was not sure how far along she is, and with the holidays, it will take a while to get into a doctor, When it was time for her to go back, the staff wouldnt allow me to accompany her. When I protested, they told me it was State Law that she had to be alone. I told them that I am a nurse and I know that isnt true. They then admitted that they lied and it is only their office policy. They then told my daughter they were doing a vaginal ultrasound (NOT needed for dates), and said, So you probably dont want your mother in here, right? The manager then called me to the desk and announced in a very loud voice that your daughter doesnt want you in there anyway. The ultrasound tech was extremely rude to my daughter and after starting the vaginal ultrasound, said that she didnt need to do it and switched to an abdominal ultrasound. She did it very haphazardly and said she was unable to see all the parts. My daughter had been told the week prior that they could tell her the sex of the baby but when she asked, the tech said, We dont tell people that here. She did not measure the long bone length because she said she couldnt find the legs. She printed out one picture of the top of the head only and said my daughter is 21 weeks pregnant. That is much too far along for her to be unable to see all the parts. My daughter left there in tears and my $75 was spent on an ultrasound that I am questioning the results on. They also asked her multiple times if she wanted to abort. We will have the ultrasound repeated when we get in to a doctor and if those dates are off, I will be filing a formal complaint and expecting a refund. My daughter was so excited to see the baby and find out the sex and instead left crying and wondering why she was treated so harshly.

I’ve made three appointments & all three have been a waste of time. The first one my insurance was supposably accepted just couldn’t do the procedure. The next two were canceled because the provider did not accept my insurance, but after a call to my insurance they just didn’t submit my forms. The whole time my insurance covered what I wanted they just didn’t do their job.

If I could give you guys -5 stars I would. It’s annoying that there isn’t any phones to call this office directly. The only nice people here are the doctors, the front office women are rude and all they do is talk. I always have appointments but always get in way later than my scheduled time. Last time I went I was sitting there for an hour so I finally asked what was taking so long and it was because the lady didn’t check me in! They also charge an office fee after you get your 5th depo shot which makes absolute no sense. I don’t have insurance so the depo shot is $109 and then they wanted an extra $60 for an office fee when I had been going there a year, just makes no sense. And the protesters, don’t even get me started on them.

Appointment was scheduled at 2:50, its now 3:50 and the receptionist tells me at least 30 more minutes to wait. This is ridiculous and and totally a huge inconvenience. I was told the appt would be 2 1/2-3 hours, and I havent even made it to the doctor. This place needs to tighten up. My first time here and I will NEVER recommend this place, people do want to get on with their day. Hire more staff or something!!

**UPDATE** They lost my prescription and never answered the phone for the pharmacy. Claimed the prescription went through but the pharmacy never recieved a fax. Horrible place. Really rude girl up front, her name is Monique (I think, just look for overdone eyeshadow). Avoid her and her condscending arrogance at all cost. Constantly had an attitude with me and practically yelled my business to the room. She kept talking over me and interrupting. Pathetic customer service, so disappointed, the only reason I came to this ghetto clinic was for a new bc prescription as my Drs office is booked for a month and a half. Wouldnt and will not recommend this office to anyone. $66 for birth control consultation to relieve cramps is ridiculous, that includes insurance.

I didnt have any problems. The staff was nice to me and very helpful. It was very painful, but that wasnt their fault. Pain medication doesnt seem to work on me. Everybody has their own opinion, but still you got to remember that they have a tough job to do.

Atrosious atmosphere. Nasty attitudes. They care nothing about women just your wallet. They are VERY forceful and try to make you go back to see the Doctor alone. They make you wait hours upon hours. I have been to many Doctors offices and I have never been told the person who came with me couldnt come to the back also. I have had ultrasounds, blood tests, and even a prostate exam with my husband accompanying me. They must be hiding something the way they behave. Dont let them seperate you from your loved ones!

If I could give this office 0 stars I would.Literally the worst experience and establishment I have ever been to. Go elsewhere, avoid plan parenthood at any cost - most definitely this one though.They charge you for unnecessary items when you do NOT need them and you make that blatantly clear. They charge you an extra $65 if you are negative. Even if you sign the decline service for RHOGAMThe doctor comes in and tells you to either come back (after youve been there 3 hours) or pay the $65.This whole establishment is a joke, and I am going to let every piece of social media know it.

It was a wonderful experience. I went to get my Birth control scrip refilled, and was worried the clinic would be dirty, slow etc etc all the things we have heard. Do not listen to the fake reviews below, the nurses and doctors were all informative, nice, and there to educate.

I loved keisha alot. She made me feel comfy and safe and ill miss her. she was my biggest supporter and the staff here are wonderful.

Hello,I’m giving another review for my child who went here for an abortion back on June 1st of last year. After doing more assessment and follow up we have found out that they really screwed up her perienal muscle and ripped her insides up. This is why she got an infection and then went through horrible Sciatica for weeks after the procedure.The doctor that did the procedure on her needs to be FIRED! They are preforming horrible procedures here and I would never recommend this to any woman who values their body!Please by all means do not use this Planned Parenthood facility unless you want scaring for the rest of your life. They do not value the life on the table and will do whatever they feel they want to do to a female’s body. My daughter was judged by the doctor (whom she never spoke to on the day of the procedure). She must have decided she wanted to screw her up, because the amount of fallout in my daughter’s life physically was extremely excruciatingly painful and put her in a wheelchair for almost a whole month!It has taken her months to recover and we never have heard back from the clinic after calling multiple times. The doctor never followed up with us and I am very upset with all of the people that work at this facility for how they mocked her and laughed at her for asking more questions about the sedative they were putting her on. The man that spoke to her after the procedure and watched her to make sure she was stable was trying to trick her mind into forgetting what was obviously a bad job. All in all the staff and doctors all need to be fired. They did not care about my child’s life and have permantly scared her body.If you were a mother and knew what these people do to your children I would think you would never allow it. It was my own fault in a way to push her into a procedure that is obviously not safe in the slightest. I do hope we see what we are causing to all females out there! This is generational scaring and tons of pain that is completely unnecessary! We are devaluing what it is to be a woman by performing these horrific procedures in ways that are unsafe and extremely danagerous and damaging!I truly hope this helps and maybe allows you to reconsider your decision, as I should of, being the mother of my own first born child. I got her to give up her own first born and then ruin her one possible chance at being a mother!This is CRUEL AND UNUSUAL PUNISHMENT for females to be put through this and I am truly sorry for what I have put her through and what these Planned Parenthood facilities are doing to our precious youth! These facilities don’t actually care if you want to be a mother later in life or at all. I have called this location time and time again and I can never get through to anyone. This is a time sensitive matter and it makes it that much harder on me physically and mentally. I cant count the number of times I tried to call or make an online appointment to no avail. Google says they are open Sundays but I call and it says they are closed. Please expand your hours.

Ive been coming here for years to get my hormones and my daughter has gotten her birth control here as well. Theyve always been super friendly and very empathetic. Ive always appreciated the super friendly staff and doctors.

This place doesnt even deserve a star rating at all! Theyre completely incompetent and very inconsiderate. Took my friend there and she had an appointment at 10:30 and they say she will be seen in 2 hours!!!! So now, its 12:30 and they now say it could be another HOUR!!!!! Im infuriated! She has to pick her daughter from school and God only knows how many more hours well be waiting for the morons to get their act together and do their job! Another poor girl was told shed have to wait 5-6 hours today be seen! There needs to be something done about the conduct of this awful place. This is completely unacceptable.

I have called the number provided almost 20 times with no answer. The line will disconnect and instruct me to make an appointment online but when I try to there is an error message or it wont allow me to complete an appointment. This is a time sensitive issue. Has anyone else had luck?

Absolutely terrible facility that I never recommend anybody to use, terrible management and lack of care for patients is very clear and evident, if you need a support figure for any of your procedures youre better off just going elsewhere because this facility will not allow you to bring a partner back with you before peforming the operations.

I dont know... What pissed me off the most was the wait... The nurses and doctors seemed nice enough. They answered all my questions and seemed to generally be interested in what I was asking. I was called back 2hrs and 20mins AFTER my appt. And then was walked to A SMALLER waiting room where I then sat for 35mins until I was FINALLY seen... Thats pretty ridiculous.

My appointment is at 10:30, I called to confirm and everything. I have been waiting for AN HOUR. People who have came in AFTER me are getting called up before me. Plus, when I walked in I was waiting at the front desk and staff is walking right past me and not giving me any direction of what to do or even acknowledge that I’m here.

I reserved an appointment at the Glendale branch. When I got there they told me the system has changed my appointment to the central office which was half hour away from this location. I already spent an hour getting off work and did not have time to go the the central location. Wasted my time and they didn’t even try squeezing me in. So disappointing!

I only come here for shots 4 times a year and every single time is an absolute hassle and nightmare just to get in for a 2 minute shot. Horrible service and the workers honestly dont seem to actually know anything important. Some questions i ask get drastically different answers depending on who i ask and they are important questions for my health so that seems very concerning they wouldnt know.

Good place to go if you need to be seen the same day instead of making an appointment at your obgyn 2 weeks out. Took about 1.5 hours in total to be seen same as anywhere else. Friendly staff

They seemed to be helpful and nice, but when it came to the abortion I didnt get to see or meet the doctor preforming it. She came in and just sat there staring at me for a little while before she started the procedure. I was not sedated enough and I felt it. I screamed during it and have been going through days of trauma afterwards. The day after the abortion I had an extremely high fever, migraine, cramping and pain. I had to go to the ER to find out I had Endometriosis and an infection. I got put on antibiotics and then a few days later went to the ER again with Sciatica caused by the abortion. Im have gone through 5 days of not being able to walk without excruciating pain jolting through my body. I am now in a wheelchair and have been going through several on and off muscle spasms where I felt helpless and couldnt move, just wailing in pain.Whatever you do do not get an abortion here. The doctor apparently sucks at what she does and I would personally suggest no on ever gets an abortion in the first place! Brought my daughter in here for a confirmation of pregnancy pregnancy on the website clearly States that they do 0 income sliding scale fees now they do not supposedly the funding has been ripped away but it still States on their website also not to mention they lost her appointment so we had to wait an hour for my daughter just to get a pregnancy test pregnancy test not happy whatsoever had to pay out of my pocket for something that should have been free I do not recommend this clinic

I had the worst experience at this location. This was the first time being at this location and it’s going to be my last. My appointment was scheduled for 9 am which that’s the time they open. I filled out the paperwork before hand and just had another set of papers to sign. I waited for at least half an hour or more just to be seen to get a shot.

I went by myself here for the first time and everyone I talked to was super friendly and really cared about my well being. They answered every question I asked them and made me feel comfortable. I will definitely come back to this one when I need to!!

2 hr wait for appt; not notified of charges ahead of time, another 1 hour wait to learn nothing new, gave unacceptable options for high risk pregnancy, would not share test results with another clinic, total waste of time & money. Go somewhere else!

I like the bc options they have and office staff is nice, professional. Only thing negative is the judgemental people on sidewalk that try to prevent me from going in. I just tell them its my body my choice what I do. Or I just ignore the idiots w signs.
