Oh my gosh idk where to start! Dr. Larsen and my care coordinator Kristin did an amazing job at taking care of myself the past 3 1/2 years and I cannot thank them enough! Kristin did an amazing job with scheduling appointments, answering any sort of concerns of mine, and just being a huge emotional support for myself over the past 3 1/2 years. Three and a half years she’s been cheering me on and we’re six weeks and two days pregnant with our baby boy. This office exceeded my expectations ♥️🥺 I’ve been told I graduate today and it’s a bittersweet moment. Thank you Dr.Larsen and Kristin for all that you have done for my growing family ♥️

What a joke. After much run around and back and forth on what my doctor ordered. The lady scheduling my appointment confirmed the day, time, and test being performed. This is after having to call in after being told I HAD to do my appointment online. Guess what. NO CAN DO. Called in they walked me through the issue. Made my appointment told me the cost difference between the two offerings. Confirmed the test and the price. Fast forward to two days before the appointment.AND 6 minutes before a deadline, they have to cancel my appointment because I booked the wrong test. I said well your lady confirmed and told me the price but its wrong. You have to cancel or reschedule. I call in. They AGREE it was on them. But I have to talk to a different team member to confirm an appointment. 26 minutes later Im still on hold. I said before you transfer me, can you confirm Im getting to keep my appointment? Because if not I can make it some where else thats better organized. Yes sir, you will be able to keep that appointment. 27 minutes later still on hold. Who wants to bet that I lost my appointment that THEY MADE for me???? JOKE!

To the entire team at Advance Fertility Care, thank you for never giving up on us and for all you did to make our dreams come through. My wife and I couldnt be happier and are looking forward to the arrival of our baby.A very special thank you to our coordinator, Brenda, who was with us throughout the processes and was always very attentive to our needs and help pick us up during those dark days.I also want to thank Dr. Peterson who also didnt give up and gave us optional treatment to try hat ultimately resulted in success.The entire staff at Advance Fertility Care are the best and I highly recommend them.

I never leave reviews but AFC has been amazing. I say this now as I am currently 11 weeks pregnant thanks to this team. We started this process 1.5 years ago. Dr. Larsen was very informative, and very detailed in the whole process. The staff are very friendly, I always felt welcomed at each appointment and they answered all my questions. Brenda was my patient navigator and she was incredible. She always was there to answer any questions I had and kept me in the loop of labs, meds and everything in between. Highly recommend.

Had a 2:15 appointment, showed up to be told it was canceled. They said they didnt contact me because they were going to send a text but I had opted out of text messages ( in 2 days I received 4 text messages while I am working ) so instead if calling me or email they just did nothing and let me and my wife both take the day off of work for nothing. They said they canceled because I didnt fill out all paperwork on portal before appointment ( which we did all but 2 I didnt see and was never told we had to do before appointment). So they said they gave my appointment away but yet no one ever came in the whole time I was there, and they couldnt fit me in. So because I didnt do the receptionist job for them (the portal paperwork) they canceled my appointment and admitted to not letting us know, but yet said it was my fault for opting out of text message. Since when do I have to text the doc office and do all my own paperwork, ridiculous attitude to have with your patients, in their eyes its ok for us to miss work for no reason and cancel our appointment but show up 5 min late and you wasted the doc time and cancel your appointment, because their time is more valuable than mine I guess.

My wife and I came to AFC to start our family. We did reciprocal IVF (she froze her eggs to make embryos with a sperm donor, and we transferred the embryo to me as the carrier). We are now 9 weeks pregnant! :)The staff at AFC has been extremely helpful every step of the way. We hit a small road bump when I had to have a polyp removed from my uterus and I had three different individuals reach out to me later that day to check on me and talk me through the upcoming procedure. It was so reassuring to feel that they are on top of things during such a long and sometimes uncomfortable process as IVF. Our navigator, Valeria, was frequently in touch and we never felt unsure of what was next. She is so encouraging and kind and truly gave us peace during the entire process. Kelly is a brilliant PA and made sure we were heard and cared for during every office visit. All of our experiences at the Scottsdale surgery center were also wonderful (egg retrieval, hysteroscopy, and embryo transfer) and drama free. We were sad to leave last week when we graduated. This is such a precious time and we’re so grateful for the excellent care and loving support we found at AFC.

My care team was absolutely amazing.My patient coordinator Brenda was very thorough with me and was there every step of the way with me.The front desk lady Sandra was super kind and polite each time I checked in.Kelly who did most of my ultrasounds was very kind and knowledgeable throughout the process.Lastly, Dr. Zoneriach was very kind when I did meet with him and stayed positive throughout everything.Whatever the dr recommends go with it! I am now 9w5d with my very first baby due to no fallopian tubes.

I love Dr. Kurt Peterson, Dr. Kelly Soares, and Alexis Jones :) they are so nice and friendly! The staff is amazing, the office is clean, and the procedures are clear to understand.

Writing this review as I hold my 7 month old is crazy to me. We sought help from AFC after a year and a half of unsuccessful attempts at getting pregnant. We had the absolute pleasure of working with Dr. Troche before he retired, and he was amazing. The whole staff at AFC was so nice and thoughtful throughout the process and was a little glimmer of light in an incredibly difficult time. My liaison, Valerie, was also very thoughtful and never hard to get ahold of with any questions which was so nice. As we start thinking of adding a second baby to our growing family thanks to this clinic, I am sure we will be back to go through this journey again with this awesome team by our side. For anyone struggling, I recommend this team by far. I would go through this process with them by my side, as many times over as needed!

I am so glad I went to AFC to help with my fertility journey. The staff is great, they always work with your schedule, and the coordinators are so helpful and amazing! They made a very stressful situation as smooth as possible. We are currently 15 weeks with our first baby! Thank you AFC

Requested an appointment online to begin. Received a very strange call a couple days later stating it would be $300 for an initial virtual consultation to discuss goals and treatment. No testing no exam nothing for this $300 just a discussion. I am at a loss of words for this model of care. I have never felt so much like a potential profit to a provider rather than a patient seeking help.

AFC made my experience with egg freezing SO comfortable, and the support I recieved was unmatched. They have the sweetest, most helpful staff imaginable! They have a well functioning app with organized, detailed information and access to care. My first appointment with Dr Larsen was detailed, not rushed, and had plenty of time for all of my questions and more. My patient advocate Brenda answered all of my questions over text almost immediately during the entire process. She checked in with me often, even after the procedure, and made me feel so well cared for. She is amazing!! I would highly recommend AFC if you’re looking for a place to create a highly personalized, supportive experience. I had an amazing outcome and really enjoyed my time with the clinic.

Clean facility, staff are pleasant and friendly. The wait time is not too bad, scheduling is easy. They are very knowledgeable. Would recommend checking them out if looking around for a fertility specialist.

This fertility clinic is AMAZING! Everyone that works here is awesome and so sweet! They are so caring and make you feel heard and understood! I have zero complaints! I recommend everyone that is looking for a fertility clinic to come to one of their locations! Being a lesbian couple, we were especially nervous trying to find a clinic for us! They made us feel comfortable right away and are such allies! If I could give them 100 stars I would!

My wife and i have started our ivf journey here and they have been so nice and welcoming, they have answered out 1million questions and counting and have provided a ton reassurance!

AFC is just absolutely AMAZING! I would 100% recommend, going into this I was a little scared because I had never dealt with anything like this. They made my experience a wonderful one and made me feel so comfortable and the amount of support I received from Navigator was just the BEST! Happy to say we are expecting our little bundle of joy in 2024!

In this journey to become a mom, there are a lot of questions, doubts, and fears about choosing the correct clinic to help me be a mother, and I found it at Advance Fertility Care. From my first appointment to my last appointment, the team at Advance Fertility Care always helped me with everything, no matter how silly the question was. They always want to make sure I have all my questions answered promptly. In my process of becoming a mother, I had a personalized Patient Care Navigator, Kristen.Kristen helped me through my ups and downs during my process of becoming a mom. She explained how to use the medication and addressed all my concerns. I cant express with words how much I appreciate Kristen. She stayed with me on the phone for 2 hours to explain in detail the medication, and after explaining everything, she asked if I had more questions so she could answer them.Overall, a pleasant experience from the receptionist, nurses in their clinics, and the doctor who made my journey a possibility to be a mother. Their professionalism assures me that I can recommend Advance Fertility Care to anyone looking for fertility treatment. Thank you, Dr. Larsen, for making my dream come true. I would not be 10 weeks pregnant today if it werent for your expertise and your wonderful team.

Medical staff was absolutely lovely but their billing department is a nightmare. I was charged on 4 different visits for services my insurance covers. When I called and asked why I hadn’t been refunded, they stated they only refund people who call in and specifically ask. When I called a second time, they kept backtracking and telling me it was my insurance’s fault and want to delay the refund. What a racket. If you do end up using this clinic, be sure to check your EOB’s.

Sandra was able to find us an opening today at another clinic. I appreciate how fast and willing to work with us she is.

The staff at this office are so kind and helpful. Our navigator is an absolute gift-so knowledgeable and patient with me!

So, I’ve been waiting for this appointment for about a month. Need some test done. I knew I had to pay so I thought… I’ll use care credit. I get there, she takes my last name… Then give me the balance, I tell her I’ll use care credit & her response was we don’t take it & give me my ID back. Nothing else! She didn’t offer to reschedule or nothing! She was on the phone the whole time! This place is not worth it! Now, I need to find a different place & let my Obgyn know.

Very inconsiderate staff. My wife and I are having to schedule our appointments and I hope that it is not like this at the other offices. We have had a pleasant experience online and through telehealth with this organization, but this office staff has time and time again shown that they do not care about peoples well being. We were forced to cancel a recent appointment because my wife made it clear she was uncomfortable with a male doing her appointment our first time but we went along with that one and moved on, but this appointment we made it clear and they told us okay and scheduled us. As we arrived we were told there was no female doctor in today but they didnt have an answer to why they scheduled us anyway. I wanted to be in the procedure room to help my wife but I had a child with me and they are not allowed in the building. I asked if the front desk could make an exception or even just keep an eye on a napping baby and they refused. My wife let me know that because she was crying in front of the doctor the doctor got frustrated and left and canceled her appointment. We are trying to have a child of our own and were a week away from insemination. Now we are being told we wont have an appointment available to us for another month. This is a horrible example of people truly refusing to be good to one another.

Great staff that helped make the tough experience a little more comfortable. Explained each process very well so we always understood the next step.

This was the 2nd fertility clinic weve tried, and by far the best! They listened to all of our concerns, answered our questions, and were very easy to get a hold of- day or night! We will be coming back to Advanced Fertility Care for our future fertility treatments as well!

The service is incredible. Each member of staff made it a personal priority that my loved ones and myself understood everything. I was only treated with kindness and empathy. I’ll be coming back!

Dont use this clinic if youre out of state or out of town it will be a nightmare. The patient navigator we had did not know how to do their job. We had testing performed prior to our appt, the navigator scheduled an appt. When we got to the appt we were informed they would have to run all that testing again because it was too old. Never communicated before the appt. The contact we had made it seem like what we were coming out for was included in what we paid for, it was not and we were hit with 2 huge surprise bills the moment we walked in. To top it off, they then added that testing which we will recieve more bills for when it couldve been run again for free in our home state. Additionally, I was told all our appts would be at the clinic in Glendale. We get there after a 16 hour trip to find that actually it was scheduled at another clinic and they might not even be able see us that week because we showed up at the wrong office. After getting very upset we were able to get an appt that we came so far for with all those hidden surprises. People at the lab office in Scottsdale were nice, but people at the Mesa and Glendale offices were rude and cold. I would say this clinic has good doctors and their lab itself is good. The medical stuff is good. But expect a ton of hidden costs, no good communication, and cold people. Bottom line: There are other good clinics to travel to and ones that will treat you with good communication and respect.

Clean office, very friendly, very welcoming and understanding. I would definitely recommend this place.

I got referred here (Glendale Location) from the doctor that did my Vasectomy. The appointment was to get my 3 month post-op fertility test. Before they let me become a patient I had to start an account using their online portal. Not a fan of that, but I did it, and thats just the beginning.Once in, the woman at the front desk wanted my referral paper, I didnt have it with me. I thought my referring clinic sent it over already. Maybe it was available digitally somehow, after all this is the digital age. Easy problem to solve. She asked who my referring clinic was, I told her. Then she asked me to call the that doctors customer service line and get it. I was thinking, isnt that her job? I dont know what all she needs, if did I wouldve brought it with me. Then I called, they have a special line for clinic to clinic calls. Oh well, I sat on hold in the lobby for 10 minutes.While on hold I asked: Since Im paying for this out of pocket, can I have the results? That way Ill simply email them or bring them in to my referring doc at my follow up. Never got a strait answer to that question. She instead said that the results would be accessable in my patient portal account I created. So I said: lets just do that. She responded that they dont see men at that clinic without a referral, so back to that again! She also said the test results that I see in my portal arent the same as the report they send to my referring doctor. I dont understand why the difference, I just want to know if Im still fertile or not. What a run around!.... So they dont see males (like me) at this place, but then they do, but only with a referral, that they cant help obtain. Then I get my results, well sort of, on their portal, but not the complete results? That added up to be too many red flags in my opinion.This was the worst doctor appointment type experience Ive ever had. Because of all the red flags I told her to cancel my appointment, she agreed, and I left. I then called my referring doctor to get this done elsewhere.

Staff is incredibly nice, and super comforting with every appointment that I come to. So thankful for such amazing people helping us through our journey

We had our 1st visit today! The whole staff is very friendly & are amazing with giving you information and talking thoroughly with steps and what to expect. Not only did they take great care of Me, they sat with my husband and answered any questions or concerns he had. I definitely feel very comfortable moving forward with the process. Wish us luck!! Every experience with this office has been professional, kind, & informative. Dr Troche & the nurses take their time to walk you through every step of the process & answer any questions beforehand, be it screening or procedures. The front office staff is very knowledgeable & upfront about insurance coverage & out-of-pocket costs so there are no financial surprises. I would recommend them to anyone needing fertility services.

I have seen Lisa NP for outside monitoring during my surrogacy journey. I recently graduated to an OB and am so sad I won’t have Lisa NP anymore. She is so sweet and caring, and I truly felt saddened when I found out I will no longer need outside monitoring because she’s really so amazing. Thank you so much for your care, I hope I get to come back with my next surrogacy!

Infertility is not easy to deal with. Period. But this team is amazing.From the gals up front to the MAs that lead the way (Im looking your way Christina and Jackie) . They get to see the best and worst of you and keep an amazing attitude. Once you move on from IUIs to IVF you work closely with Lisa, Yvonne and obviously Dr. Troche. I have a special place in my heart for Yvonne because shes the one that had to deal with all my obnoxious calls and emails with Rx questions or any of the many concerns/questions that had a tendency to arise.Lisa, what to say about Lisa. Shes such a goof ball and just makes you feel so comfortable even when shes affectionately teasing you 😉. Dr. Troche is also a goofball wholl make you feel comfortable and reassured even when times arent such. If youre wondering if a success happened right away, well let me tell you that I dont just know most of their names because I have a great memory. Its because real people spent real time addressing our needs and my bodys uncooperative ways. Our loses were their losses and our heartbreaks were their heartbreaks. Im an active participant in the IVF online support community and I cant tell you the number for times that RE/IVF clinincs/Drs have run people through the IVF gauntlet without running the proper testing. (IE, running multiple IVF cycles and not performing a HSG (hysterosalpingogram) only to later find that they had hydrosalpinx (water obstructed tubes). How heartbreaking!Again, treating/dealing with infertility is not easy but if youre looking for a place that will pay attention to the details, run proper testing, and take your dream to be a parent to heart. THIS.IS.THE.PLACEThe only thing I really wish they had available is an emergency nurse line especially for the medications because of course all the goof-ups never happen during business hours although of course the Troche team always came through. (Like that one time that I poured the wrong amount of sodium chloride in the vial of Menopur and it was my last one...lol)@lovestruckivf

If you are visiting a fertility specialist, it should go without saying that it is an incredibly emotional and frustrating time in your life. Dr. Troché truly needs some lessons in compassion and empathy when it comes to dealing with patients. I was belittled and told I was irresponsible for not continuing to refill a prescription for medication while I was without medical insurance. Lacking the understanding that some people financially have no choice but to hold off on treatment while in between jobs and between insurance providers is truly a priveledged place to preach from. Dr Troché advised me to seek a different type of endocrinologist to keep up with the development or treatment of a pituitary tumor, and then punished me for coming back to see his office by refusing to prescribe me the medicine he prescribed the first time I saw him. I took time off from work and made the arrangements for this visit only to show up and be chastised for 3 minutes, refused a prescription, and charged a $32 copay for nothing. I completely broke down in my car after I left. I felt so disrespected and emotionally frustrated as I am trying my very hardest to get back on a path to fertility. This journey is hard enough without a doctor who makes me feel like Im some kind of moron for visiting his office and wasting his time. It truly is a shame because the nurses and front desk staff are a kind as can be, but they are working for an older man who clearly has no empathy for the women who are at such a vulnerable place in life. I was made to feel like some kind of addict asking for pills, when this medication literally helps to just lower my prolactin levels and make ovulation more possible. If a reproductive endocrinologist cant prescribe me that, what the hell is he doing going around with the endocrinologist part in his title?

Dr. Troche and his staff have been helpful, supportive, and understanding throughout our IVF process. The staff is caring and worked to make our IVF process smooth and hassle free. Thanks to them we have a beautiful son and are now working on giving him a sibling with the help of Dr. Troche and his staff.

I’d like to say thank you to the wonderful staff and doctors who treated us wonderful throughout the whole process Katie was great on communication and making sure everything was going good and now we are now glad to announce we are having a baby boy 👦 due to our successful ivf treatment highly recommended we are already thinking about giving it another go around maybe in a few years but Thanks you guys this meant the whole to us

Dr. Troche has a wonderful, caring staff to help you through a considerably difficult situation. They have helped me to conceive twice and I cant give them enough thanks in helping me complete my family. Thank you!

All 3 locations are great. The staff is friendly and the doctors and medical staff are always kind and informative.

Ive received analysis from Troche Fertility Centers for approximately 8 mos. The facility is always very clean and the staff has proven to be fast, friendly and very professional!

I love this place, trying to conceive isn’t easy for us but this facility are very informative and patient, which makes it stress free.
