Staff & NP were Amazing! I walked in tonight at 7:45 and they close at 8 PM. I was worried that they might not see me because at another urgent care I was turned away so close to closing time.. I had a pretty severe cut on my thumb that needed immediate attention and I needed a tetanus shot. They took me back immediately and took a look at my thumb and said yes, we can stitch that up and three women went to work to make me feel comfortable and took great care of me. They all were kind, professional, and attentive. I ended up with six stitches in my hand and so appreciate the care that these women gave me. Would highly recommend anyone. Thank you again ladies! Yall are amazing!
I’ve been dealing with terrible sinus issues and a painful sore throat for 5+ days. Was able to get an appointment quickly. Can not tell you how much I adore and appreciate the male nurse (I think he said his name was Art) that took my vitals and got me prepped to see the doctor. Even feeling the absolute worst I’ve felt in a while, his kind and upbeat spirit helped make the whole process easier and more comfortable. He genuinely cared how I felt and was motivated to make sure I got out of there feeling better. The provider I saw was wonderful as well - quick but thorough. I appreciate her listening to my feedback and getting me set up with treatment that would help me to feeling better as quickly as possible. Overall great experience! Thank you for seeing me today!
An abnormally good experience for an urgent care clinic. I was able to easily book my appointment online, I was actually seen close to my appointment time and wasnt left to wait in the exam room for an hour before someone saw me, the who PA treated me did an excellent job, and Im already feeling better from the medications I was prescribed. All the staff here was great, highly recommend.
Waited over 1.5 hours to be seen for them to then tell me their systems were down but I could do a virtual visit. Waited for my virtual appointment but nobody showed up. The clinic wouldn’t even reimburse my copay. I wouldn’t waste your time.
Appointment is at 9AM. I provided my insurance over 24 hours ago. Why did I wait 30 minutes in the wait room to be told I have a copay at 9:20? Couldn’t we collected that when I arrived if I provided the information and properly filled out the paperwork during their business hours yesterday? I thought I’d come here to save time of being in the hospital. It’s dirty too!
I had a scheduled appointment for 5:00 PM and arrived 20 minutes early, but I was not seen until 6:05 PM. This delay was quite frustrating, especially since I had other commitments to attend to afterwards. The staffs demeanor was somewhat nonchalant, which added to my disappointment. I believe that appointments are meant to streamline the process for patients, and I anticipated a more timely experience.I hope to see improvements in the future.
Went on app to schedule a time as my child is special needs and does not wait well. The Receptionist scheduled two walk ins before us and had to wait an hour and a half to be seen. Would give one star but the provider was helpful. Staff on the other hand, was very rude and when I asked them when we would be seen after waiting an hour was threatened they could make the cut off time sooner. Also the worker that took us back pointed and said you guys come back, when I said our names he replied, yeah whatever. Staff needs to work on manners!
The staff seem to be very caring. We especially appreciated working with Jackline the nurse practitioner. She was kind and attentive as well was the other staff. However, they didn’t introduce themselves. They went above and beyond to make sure my son was take care of.
Jackie, the physician is very calm and took her time to understand the problem. My daughter had a sore throat, she did strep test and did further investigations after strep was negative. I like it when the Dr do more investigations than jump into treatment without knowing why that happened. I give her 5 stars for being so welcoming, friendly, kind and knowledgeable! Also, the front desk are so friendly they make you feel at home! Great Team right there!!
Set up appointment time online. I arrived 15 minutes early to complete check in. I was in room with nurse right on time, PA, came in within 10 minutes. Asked great questions, came up with a good plan for antibiotics, and treatment. Finished up and out the door all within 35 minutes of appt. Time. I felt they listened carefully, addressed my concerns and were very professional.
I went for a follow up visit, I became allergic to the antibiotics I was prescribed (not their fault). However, the front person advised I cancel my appointment, (they were busy) and a physician would call me to discuss new medication. I never received a callback. I called back twice that day, and each time was told someone would get back to me. That they were just busy. I completely understand, however, I had shown up for my appointment because of a severe allergic reaction. They shouldn’t have told me to cancel if they did not intend to call back. It’s been a week and no one has reached out. I ended up being able to go see a PCP virtually that day, who saw the hives that covered my face, and prescribed new meds. The first visit was great and thorough, but the second was disappointing. Just be cautious against canceling an appointment, you may never get a call back.
Appt. was on time. Paperwork was efficient. Staff were professional and pleasant. An easy way to do a childs school athletic physical for $20 cash out the door. Kind of a generic place but it did the job.
It was great! I was seen in a reasonable amount of time. The medical assistant was cheerful and professional sorry I didn’t catch his name. The PA Juan B. was very caring and helped me well. Thanks to all of you. From intake to exit a very good experience.
Took my daughter in because she had an asthma flare up. Doctor prescribed the inhaler but not the spacer. CVS required a prescription for the spacer. Called multiple times, doctor didnt get back for 1.5hrs. I ended up calling a telemed (2nd appointment fee) to get an on call doctor to call in the spacer. Its a good thing her lungs werent in really bad shape. When I called receptionist said for sure before they close at 1pm. 🙄 Not okay. Doctor should have know to ask about spacer.
I arrived at 7:13pm. Guy in scrubs who was talking to the girl at the front desk looked at me and looked annoyed. No one greeted me. I walked to the girl at front desk, who said they were closed and they had closed everything up already. All the rooms were dark. They should be open until 8:00pm. I expressed my disappointment, and they said they had a “stat illness” (staff illness?). I don’t know what that means. I couldn’t understand them behind the masks.I was very disappointed. I got the vibe they just wanted to close early. Never going to a NextCare EVER again.I had rushed there and drove 20 minutes. I asked the girl, what solution do I have then if they’re basically saying they can’t help me? She told me to go to CareNow, and that I did and so glad I did!
It was suggested by a minute clinic that we visited that we seek a higher level urgent care for our daughters reaction to an insect sting because of the severity of the swelling. We were in and out within an hour and half as a walk in at NextCare towards closing time on a Sunday. They got us in and seen and were genuinely concerned about her well-being. The treatment they set up for her was exactly what her pediatrician said she would have done for her. The staff was kind and welcoming and made sure my daughter felt comfortable with their care, which helped so much because of her anxiety from past traumatic medical experiences. Ive come to this clinic before and wasnt entirely pleased with the experience, so I was hesitant to give it another try. The clinical staff at this visit was well above par. Thank you all so much for taking care of my girl!
Dr, was great but it took over 3 hrs to see her. One nurse and 1 doctor for nonstop patients. Need more staff and the AC was out in the lobby as was the last time I was there. Not good experience. No
No ac except in hallways. Exam rooms are hot. Waited an hour after scheduled appointment time to be roomed- told that the provider had 2 pts in front of me, at 1 hour iopened the door so they could see me (watched a staff wall by and glance at me) and get some air from the hallway in the exam room. 2hours and 50 minutes wslked past one of thE staff sitting - no acknowledgement- went to the front desk to ask if i had been forgotten. FD stated she would call the provider in the back office. Fimally seen 3 hours after my scheduled time. If i hadnot already paid them 4 times my routine co-pay for insurance their website states they accept i would have walked out!Dont go here and if you absolutely must dont bother with an appointment, it is a waste of time.Im in healthcare and generally very patient with delays but the waiting room had 2 parties when i arrived and was totally empty when i left so it was not a triage issue. My husband had a total knee replacememt done in lesd time than i waited for a simple appointment here
Great customer service and caring providers. The providers in the room were kind, asked good questions, and really listened. They were very thorough. We will definitely go back next time we need urgent care.
Was not impressed. Walked in, and no one was at the front desk, stood around for about 5-7 minutes, when someone else in the waiting room said I could use the QR code to check in. Once my son was called back, the girl who called him back clearly didn’t seem like she wanted to be there. She almost seemed annoyed. When doing the nasal swabs for my son, he was uncomfortable, and she just kept saying it’s has to be done; which I get it, for an accurate result it needs to be, but she could have shown more compassion. When the physicians assistant came in, because there’s no drs in the location, she did an exam, and said everything looked good. (We went in, because he had been having a high fever for 48-ish hours)So we head home, about a 20 minute drive. By the time we get home, his fever is above 104, and I end up taking him to the er.Only for them to do an xray, and find out he had pneumonia.Didn’t feel like the staff was thorough, and they didn’t seem to care, or go above and beyond. Just an ‘eh everything looks fine, he’s probably just running a fever’Will not be going to a NextCare in the future.
The wait was absolutely worth it, my doctors were so sweet and they reassured me that the things i have are nothing to be scared of and helped me feel more comfortable with checking up on my sexual health if i feel like i need to.
The dr and staff were awesome. The doctor on call was very friendly and put my mind at ease with my concern. He was very good at treating my issue and was very pleasant with work with. Thank you very much. The receptionist was helpful and polite too.
I have a severe allergic reaction to azithromycin, and no other Dr would acknowledge this was the cause of so many reactions, that the list is too long. I have been in agony for days, unable to eat, sleep and barely drink water.By the time I got to Next care, my eyes/lids were so swollen that vision was difficult. Dr. Murphy genuinely listened discussed possible process and submitted the prescription, including an Epi-pen. She was so humble and not dictatorial, as well as incorrect of another provider who misdiagnosedmy reactions and said itvwas unlikely an allergic reaction. Later I called Next Car, and she spoke to me, answering my myriad of questions thoroughly. I felt as if I had gone back in time with the doctors of old.Dr Murphy, you are a true gem to the community. May you be blessed richly for your care and wisdom.Jessie Campbell
Zero stars. Collected copay and then said they don’t offer the services that are clearly advertised on their website. Ridiculous, unethical, and illegal. I will definitely be reporting them.
I love how convenient it is to schedule online and make an appointment! The staff are very friendly too! I go for all our family needs! Thank you, Next Care!
This was the fastest I have ever been able to do a DOT physical. Not only was it a same day appointment, it was within a couple of hours from when I called. There was the usual waiting in the lobby despite having an appointment, plus the usual wait for a provider after doing vitals, but it wasnt an inordinate amount of time for either.
I was seen right away by the PA. She listened to what I had to say and prescribed me medications so that I would be healthy enough for my trip that day is in a few days. Will definitely be going back next time I’m under the weather.
This place is very caring and takes care of you . The nurse and the doctor that I had was excellent . One thing I will say is wait time is vey quick and I did love that.
Extremely disappointed. Was charged only for me to get to the back for the doctor to tell me she couldn’t do anything for me. When I asked for labs she told me she wouldn’t be around to read them so I was better off going to my PCP. Also stated her x-ray technician was out and she wouldn’t even be able to provide x-ray. The nurse was very professional but the doctor did not seem like she wanted to be there. Will not go back.
Worst customer care in GeorgetownStayed in a room for 1 hour and 15 mins without every seeing a providerWould not recommend this location to any for any reason. And I had an appointment!!
They did not do anything for my son but strep test him(which came back negative)and send him on his way. He woke up the next day worse, not able to talk bc his throat was so swollen. Got a second option ans comes back positive.
It is very convenient to be able to select an appointment time on their website instead of having to wait hours for a call like other urgent cares. Everyone was very kind and professional during my visit today, from the receptionist to the PA and her assistant. NextCare will definitely be my urgent care or choice when I need to be seen outside my PCPs normal hours.
I will not e coming back to this urgent care. They pulled a patient in that came in after me. They were behind me when I was checking in and they only have 1 window. They claim we checked in at the same time. That is not possible with 1 window. They were a walking just like me. I guess my child was not important enough to be seen
I had a very bad experience with Nextcare urgent care. My kid had an ear infection and was complaining of the pain, but the doctor did not diagnose him correctly. A day later I went to my PCP and doctor said ear infection has increased. Luckily the antibiotic ear drops given by my PCP helped.Dont recommend NextCare urgent care to anyone. Please stay away!!
Easily scheduled an appointment online. Was able to go early and get right in. Dr and nurse were friendly and very thorough. Sent our prescriptions to pharmacy right away. Had a great experience and would revisit them again if needed.
Had an appointment and still didnt get seen for 2:23 minutes after the time. Wish I didnt have to go there. Workman comp
Yeah don’t come here if you value your time. I’m currently sitting in the check up room and no one has told me anything. I can hear them through these cheap walls and they’re talking about how their life is going and at one point talked about how to connect to a speaker. I’ve been waiting for an hour and 30 mins. Also there are three patients bruh how long does it take to check up on three patients. Not a vibe. 0/10 would not recommend
Waited over an hour in exam room for a 5 minute visit with doctor to provide test results. She didnt even know if patient had fever??
My baby was sick, so I rushed to the hospital and all the staff there were kind as if they were family.Dr. Amy was so professional and kind and informed me a lot and reassured me.Its place that gives me stability like home. You guys are really professional. Thank you.
Everyone was extremely helpful and kind.Checking in was easy, and the processes in place made things go smoothly, considering this was an unplanned visit. Our nurse and doctor took care of their tasks efficiently. They helped make me feel comfortable and reduced my anxiety over the situation.
Service and greeting by Shelby was a little unprofessional. Could have been more welcoming and empathetic rather than dismissive and brunt.
The person at reception was pleasant and helpful. The waiting room was empty, very clean. Both people in the room were patient, helpful and informative. They told me they would be back with my results in 6 minutes. They were only 2 minutes off very acceptable. The PA was informative and answered all questions.
Always the staff is ver helpful and friendly I would recommend this place to friends and family. I have used other urgent cares and by far this one is the best!!
I got there a little after 8am and there were few people in the lobby so they were able to see me quickly. The service was great; the receptionist was lovely, she was able to find out my insurance information even though I didn’t have it on me. The doctors were straightforward, professional, and speedy as well! The best thing about my visit was how fast it was, I tend to stay away from clinics like this because they’re usually so slow and the doctors seem to always be working at minimum pace but these doctors were quick, I never waited in a room for too long after being told “the doctor will be with you shortly” and they wanted to get me out, with my prescription as soon as possible. Was in there for less than an hour. Will definitely be choosing this clinic for future visits
Last Visited: 2.10.24The Bad:A longer wait than I would’ve hoped. I checked in online with the hopes of minimizing my wait on-site. I think they only had one provider though so the app should loosen the check-in windows because everyone wants more than 15 minutes of time. Hell, most cases require that much just for the patient to tell the provider what’s wrong and for the provider to develop rapport with the patient. The system is unrealistic in that regard. The Good:The staff:The admin upfront was awesome. She actually saved me some money by letting me know about benefits available to vets through VA health insurance. The nurse was brief, took my vitals, and her notes. And despite the fact I suspect she was probably rolling her eyes internally, she was never rude. I can respect that. After hearing a similar story all day long, who wouldn’t be burnt out. And I didn’t even ask her how her day was going.Provider Maina was just as awesome. I probably could’ve saved the long story for her and saved the nurse some earache but I wasn’t sure how much the nurse needed to know. Anyways, Provider Maina was both compassionate and seemed very competent. She didn’t give me a prescription I didn’t need, she tested my concerns, made me feel confident about my visit, and provided me feedback on what I needed to do next.Overall, a very successful visit.Thank you!
We loved the entire staff! Friendly, efficient and competent.I highly recommend going here.
Monica and Art are amazing! Super friendly, reassuring, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time.
My son went got an rx for an ear & throat infection . called the following day with an allergic reaction & they wouldnt correct the problem. Told him to go to his pcp. That he didnt have.
I’m so grateful with Doctor Juan they’re so patient and nice Ive been coming here and I feel very comfortable thank you Nextcare .
After having a lingering cough for over 10 days I decided it was time to get medical attention. I booked a same day appointment and was seen by PA Amy Friggle. She was amazing, very kind and attentive . My meds were called into my pharmacy, she even arranged for my OTC meds to be picked up and added to my prescription. I was highly impressed with my care and all the staff. Karen Cate
Scheduling was quick and easy online. I was able to schedule for a morning appointment. Checked in online as well.Art and Amy were great. Still waiting on results.I’ve used this clinic several times and highly recommended.
Everyone was very nice - receptionist, nurse and nurse practitioner. NP seemed very competent and did listen to my concerns. I made an appointment and had to still wait 45 minutes after appointment time, but overall great experience.
The nurse and the np were very nice however I was there for 3 hrs waiting bc they were behind
Very nice receptionist/MA! She knew what she was doing and took care of us right away! The PA was very nice and I loved that she spoke Spanish, this visit was for my dad and I usually have to go to translate, but since she was there he felt more Comfortable! Definitely will come back if we have another urgent appointment to come to!
Very clean nice office. Very efficient and friendly staff. So glad I chose this place.
Amy was amazing! I went in for a back sprain and had a substitute doctor that was not that great the first time. She didnt even check my back. However, Amy walked me through everything and was super helpful. The receptionist was super nice. & Art is probably one of the friendliest nurses I have ever met. Doctors office visits make me nervous and Art totally eased that for me.
The wait time is not good. Why make an appointment at 11 and have to wait 40 min!Anyway the staff was amazing. The MA guy sorry I didn’t get his name was so warm and friendly, so personable!Jacqueline FNP was sweet and amazing and so friendly.Thank you
Decent care, but wait times are ridiculous even with an appointment, and they are not sympathetic about that at all.
The staff was great, but the walls are extremely thin, and it sounds like youre in the middle of a gym during the busiest time of day or in the middle of a construction site with every tool possible going. It is not a very conducive environment for people who are sick or not feeling well.
We were not thrilled with the wait time initially on our first visit. But, we gave the office the benefit of the doubt and booked another appointment for a simple check up for a stuffy nose. Worst mistake made. We arrived 20 minutes early per the request of every doctor ever.. we ended up waiting in the lobby for over 45 minutes past the appointment time. Finally got a room, just to wait even longer. In total before we could even see the doctor its was nearly an hour and a half past the original appointment time. Staff was sweet, nurse tried like crazy to help us get out faster. But, there was no heads-up, no information given or anything about being behind. When I asked the front desk how much longer the wait would be, all I was told was there was one person ahead of us... Will not being returning to this office
I thought I got excellent care there and the prescriptions for medicine was great. Referring me over to a place that is not covered by my insurance probably wasn’t a good move but hopefully I don’t have bronchitis. I wasn’t able to get the work done the chest x-ray.
The nurse practitioner and the receptionist were very nice and we got what we needed.
The NextCare Urgent Care at 900 Austin Avenue in Georgetown. Extremely professional and caring from the receptionist to the Medical Assistant /Nurse to the PA. I was very impressed with the quality of and rapid check-in and check out. My go to place for urgent care. They let you know through your phone how many patients are ahead of you and estimated wait time. This is helpful to know when you feel like a train hit you.
I have two sick babies one with strep one with RSV. I went in to get tested because I’m having some symptoms and want to isolate if needed to not reinfect or give it to my combat veteran husband who has COPD. The medical assistant was cold and told me she’s not certified to give the test so come back tomorrow and someone else could. I asked her if the physician could do it. She told me she’d ask. the physician told me at first that they don’t usually test anybody, except for the critical, the young and the elderly. Would wait to see if strep was positive and go from there. It was negative and she still wanted to prescribe me steroids and antibiotics, without even testing me for anything else. when I pressed for the rsv test due to close contact with infected she told me that they don’t have any at all. Even though the medical assistant told me to come back tomorrow when somebody else is there and they can test me. I simply asked for a refund so I can go somewhere else to get the test I need. My co-pay was $33. When I paid at the beginning I gave her $35 and she gave me two dollars in change. Great. when I asked for a refund she gave me $31 a dollar being change from her own purse. No biggy but when I asked why I’m not receiving $33,she said she already gave me the two dollars and argued with me for a good 5-10 minutes before telling her manager that somebody else came in and she just didn’t have the change. If this is not malpractice, I don’t know what is. If they will test for Covid with no symptoms why would testing me for rsv be an issue? And I waited a hour to be seen WITH an appointment. The three ladies in the building were either rude and incompetent or straight lied to my face. People wonder why I have trust issues with medical professionals.
Unfortunately this was the 2nd time visiting with my son; once for a broken thumb and now for a sprained ankle. Both times, the staff was great and very friendly. We received the X-Ray results in a timely manner and they took time to answer any questions I had. The online appointment process is also quick and easy.
I came in because I thought I may have a UTI. I had been in another ER the night before getting treated for a kidney stone. I believe that I had a UTI before and that the kidney stone made it worse. I got the impression that the doctor really wanted me to be someone else’s problem. I thought I was running a fever because my face and neck were on fire so when I asked him what’s temperate was he said 98.6. I looked at the thermometer and it said 100.8. After I left I bought my own and it read 102.7. He was very dismissive of my symptoms and was skeptical since the ER didn’t tell me anything about a UTI the night before. Turns out I did have bacteria in my urine and have been prescribed antibiotics 🙏🏻🙏🏻 This place made me feel so awful though. They really wanted me to just walk out of there and tell myself my symptoms were not real when I was in so much discomfort 😫
Honestly. Best experience I’ve ever had at an urgent care! Brought my daughter in and everyone was so kind and caring with her. She was very nervous going in. Typically when you bring your kid into get checked out doctors and nurses kind of ignore the child and talk to the parent. But that wasn’t the case. They included her and treated her with respect. They talked to her and explained things to her as well as me so she felt more comfortable and more aware of what was happening. Highly recommend and we will make sure this is our one and only location from here on out 💖
I’ve received excellent care here before on a week day but I went on a Saturday this time. I would caution everyone to avoid going on a weekend. The black nurse who was working has an absolutely terrible bedside manner.
Well it was good very good dr Monica is very good dr she gave me the good medicine and I am very happy I feel happyI do recommend that urgent care.
This place was so great, especially when you go not feeling well. It was a bit of a wait when I came on the weekend but everyone was so patient and kind, I really felt well taken care of. And came back after 5 days on antibiotics to be sure my ear was healed enough to fly, and same great experience. Highly recommend this place:)
Always the best care and service hands down! When you aren’t feeling well it’s nice to have a team that truly cares about you. Thank you 🙏
Everyone was so kind. I was able to get in and out without any issues. They take great care of their patients.
Booked same day appointment on Saturday; staff and doctor were excellent; efficiently diagnosed and medications ordered; positive recovery from sinus infection within 24 hours.Highly recommended!
Closes at 8 pm, but dont bother coming in at 7:20 even when the only ones on site is the security guard, receptionist and.. you, cause they can be out of capacity for the night. Shouldve just drove closer to home. Not urgent, not reliable.
Every time Ive brought my daughter here they are always very thorough and actually figure out whats going on with her. I will say the only negative is the wait time. We had an appointment and it still took over an hour to just get in and into the room. Overall a 3 hour visit. Better than the er, and I know theyre doing their best but the waits killer.
Was visiting and had been sick for days, waited a long time to be told I had a sinus infection. No swabbing or anything just take Flonase over the counter, I was feeling miserable. Came home 5 days later saw my doctor and had a severe case of strep throat. Was given shots along with oral steroids and antibiotics and codeine cough medicine. You people need to step up your game if you call yourself a service in helping people.
I went to the Nextcare in Georgetown on Austin Avenue, and the people are sweet and very helpful. That the lady at the front desk had a sweet helpful demeanor and the doctor on call really helped me figure out what was going on. I enjoyed being there today.
I wish I could give a zero star. The worst clinic ever visit. My appointment was 6:00 pm I arrived 30 minutes earlier. Soon I stop at front desk to check in , she told me right away you going to be delayed like hour and a half because they have a lot patients!!!!!I said that’s fine me and my daughter can wait because she need to see a doctor. The waiting room was really hot the Ac was on 86 !!!! we sweated like a dog with no water to drinkAfter 1:45 minutes they call us in, I didn’t believe what I saw, I thought I will see people all over place. I didn’t see any one or any voice coming out from any room’s . I saw I thinks she’s a doctor walking around . I can’t even get water to my daughter We stay over hour waiting plus the hour 45 minutes .this place is a joke, forgot to mention that the lady at front desk she had a really bad attitude.Never going back again
Incredible experience. Little to no wait time. Both the nurse and doctor were excellent and there was almost no wait to see the doctor. They took great care of me.
Literally the best urgent care in the entire area. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been here since living in Georgetown and the service and the staff are always great. Just went in now for cluster headaches and I was done and out in 45 minutes after walking in, doesn’t get better than that, I’ve been so many urgent cares in the area definitely tops all of them
Excellent care!! Efficient, friendly, professional!! I continue to use this facility for over 10 years. It’s always my go to
Everyone was very nice and friendly. I made my appointment online, so when I got there I didnt have to wait long. I was seen and received my prescription in less than 30min.
My kids have had a rough year being sick and every time we come in they take great care of us. Nichole and Art are our faves. The wait can be a little long (even when we book ahead online), but frankly that’s to be expected at an urgent care.Always friendly & helpful!
The clinic was clean. The personal was very nice and explained everything. The doctor was attentive, took good care, explained why the medication and the procedure to continue the healing process.
Saw me same day with an appointment. There was still a bit of a wait, but I felt taken care of.
Fast service was surprised and the doctor was awesome she did everything. Very pleased thanks.
Will never go back nor will I recommend anyone there. Front deck and nurse was very nice. The Doctor on the other hand did not listen to what I was saying at all.
Once you get past the gate keeper at the front desk, this is a really awesome place to go if you need something same day with qualified medical professionals. I was able to get an appointment on short notice for an urgent issue. Both the nurse and the doctor I worked with were excellent. And I’ve been around the medical industry for a loooong time.Art was my nurse, Nicole was the doctor. Only positive things to say about both of them!If you are like me and intentionally do not carry health insurance, next care has two different programs to fit your budget.I got taken care of on a budget without breaking my bank.
I wish the wait had been shorter. I had a 9:20 appointment but didn’t get into the room until 10 o’clock. But I loved the patience, skill, and attention I received. The nurse practitioner quickly assessed the source of my problem and began treating me. Her nurse was helpful and patient And I left feeling confident I was going to improve. I would happily make all my appointments here.
When BSW closed the Belton Walk in clinic, the need for non-ER care on Sunday was nicely filled by NextCare. I got in earlier than my appointment and was cared for promptly. Their only weakness was no X-ray.
I cut my finger this morning while cooking and the cut was sufficiently deep that I thought I should get someone to look at it. We decided to go to the same NextCare we have been to in the past. I am always impressed with their medical staff and the expedient way they take care of the issues at hand. Always good judgment and expertise. Very happy with the outcome.
My 7 y/o daughter was sick, flu and ear infection….so it was rough. They were very nice and were able to professionally identify the diagnosis and a treatment. For an urgent care… I highly recommend, but would sign up, vs walking in, if it’s an option.
The staff are very friendly. Very affordable especially with the Advantage program. As I was waiting i spoke to the front office staff and NextCare corporate only has one PA on duty and when someone comes in with an urgent issue it backs them up. The PA was with me for over 45 minutes and that definitely caused them to backup. But, they never rushed me or made me feel like like was causing them to be backed up. Definitely recommend.
Excellent staff-Excellent doctorCould Not have asked for a better outcome! Thank you so much!!!
Bad experience. Walked in at 11 AM and was given an opening at 215P. I returned at 145 to check in. At 230, I asked if they were running slow. No the receptionist replied. I reminded her that my appointment was for 215. She replied, Oh, no, that was for check in. Well get to you when we can. About that time, a woman came out upset with the fact that she been there for 4 hours before they finished treating her. Upon hearing that, Icanceled my appointment and walked out.
I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re in any actual pain. My wife came to this clinic at 8:30 am, and was told to make an appointment for 1:30pm, even though she was the only patient in the clinic. Fast forward to 1:25 pm when we arrived, we get checked in and waited in exam room 8 for 35 minutes without a single person checking vitals, or asking any questions. I left the exam room and went to the nurses station to find two people just chatting and laughing about. I told them how useless setting an appointment was if we still just have to wait over half an hour, and was told someone would be in shortly. 10 minutes after confronting the staff, a nurse came in to check vitals and ask why we were even there. I’m so furious that it took 50 minutes for someone to even greet my wife, that has been writhing in pain and they act like they have no idea why we’re here. What was the point of scheduling a visit and submitting information if you don’t even use it. I worked 10 years in the medical field and I’ve never seen such lazy and useless staff. You should be absolutely ashamed of yourselves.Update: it took over an hour for the PA to come in and recommend we go to an emergency room the next time we have pain. But isn’t the whole point of “Urgent Care” to receive “Urgent Care”? Why did we have to wait almost 7 hours? The emergency rooms are full of CoViD cases and priority injuries and illnesses, we would have waited there too, albeit much less of a wait I’m sure. So thanks for that enlightening information I guess. This place is a joke. Waste of time and money.
The receptionist helped me with my VA information, the wait time to see the physician assistant took no time. The Physician was very thorough and professional, set me up with a prescription even though it was past 7pm. I didnt think Id be able to get the medication till the next day.Everyone was awesome.
2 hour wait for the provider to tell me I have to wait 7 days for my kid to get worse. Told me she was trying to educate me on sinus infections. I don’t care just give my kid something because you can tell this is an infection
Great care and fast, friendly service. We were visiting family when our daughter came down with a fever. We checked in and waited in our vehicle until they were ready for us in the office. Filling out paperwork digitally saved us time and made the process super easy. Doctors and nurses were attentive and quick. They called us later to discuss her test results so we didn’t have to wait around for a response in the dr office and sent our prescription out to the pharmacy right away. The whole process took merely 45 minutes. Highly recommend.
I was able to schedule my appointment within an hour online. Went to the clinic and was seen within 10-15 minutes of my arrival. Personnel were polite & efficient. Still awaiting results from the lab work but I trust they will be to me promptly.
Angie the front desk was very compassionate and caring and got us checked in within 2 minutes. Edgar the assistant that was taking care of my daughter was amazing and very patient with her since she is 5 years old. Edgar deserves 10 stars and the entire office was very quick and thorough. Great experience today I was really impressed! Highly recommend coming to this location!!!! Great job everyone!
Nextcare is the best place. Very friendly employees, the best Doctors.Very helpful. Thank you for being open on weekends. 😊
Absolutely worst urgent care ever. We waited for 2 hours from the time we checked in before a doctor saw us. The wait time in urgent care / emergency is a common issue but this one is insanely bad. The staff are friendly and tried to help us but the center definitely felt understaffed and well below par. I would rather go to an emergency than return to this location.
The medical team was professional, caring and helpful.I would recommend this urgent care in Georgetown, Texas !
Both nurse & doctor were very attentive, helpful, and compassionate.
Long wait to see the doc considering I had an appt but once I did, service was fine. PA was thorough and answered my questions. Would actually rate 3.5 stars
Quick and easy check in. Staff friendly professional NP Theresa efficient friendly and thorough
Awesome team and Awesome diagnosis on my condition. Thank you again for the speedy service!!
I took my son to urgent care and the staff and Doctor was very helpful and they took care of him. Urgent care is a great place to go. I took him back this morning for his follow up and everything was great, the wait time was not long
All staff were very professional, polite and concerned. The process was quick. Will definitely go back when the need arises.
Two hour wait even with appointment.Front office is not helpful or welcoming.Phone system doesn’t work - spent over 90 min on hold to request a prescription refill. Nobody ever answered. Had to drive back to the clinic.
Im an OTR truck driver and got sick while I was out on the road. I took an Uber to NextCare UC and they got me right in. Very professional and accommodating staff. They even found me an open pharmacy close by (on Sunday) and called my prescriptions in. Very thankful to NextCare UC! 👍💯
Had an ear infection and needed something less complicated than going to the VA. Great job, everyone was nice. Had to wait a bit for doctor, and which is typical in any medical office. All good, and as a VET I’d use them again as they are in my VA urgent care network.
I walked in after being turned away from CareNow because they were too busy... Next Care was overbooked but due to my illness fit me in. These folks are professional and concerned. I saw lots of patients acting absolutely ignorant because they didnt like to have to wait and staff remained professional. Great place to get good care if you have a true urgent need. So thankful for the treatment I received.
I came in on a Sunday morning right after they opened for an ear infection that was gradually getting worse. I wasn’t able to hear. They got me in and out quickly and said it was a middle ear infection and prescribed ear drops. When I had gone in I was in pain but having ear infections before I wanted to get drops before it got too bad. Well fast forward to the evening and I was in a ton of pain and had started running a fever and wasn’t able to sleep that night. I called the urgent care Monday morning to inform them I started feeling much worse and I was now running a fever and that I thought I needed antibiotics. They assured me that I needed to give the drops a couple days to start working. Trusting that advice I waited until Tuesday morning (which another day and night of excruciating pain and no sleep). I finally decided to go to a different doctor for a second opinion and they prescribed antibiotics and said I had a middle and inner ear infection. It’s just frustrating to call back and feel like I’m not being taken seriously. Thankfully after the second doctor I saw at a different practice prescribed antibiotics along with the drops I’m feeling much better. But I’m definitely making note not to go to this urgent care again.
I like the nurse and the nurse practitioner is very helpful and informational. I did not like an hour wait when I had booked the appointment. The front desk clerk needs visibility, she is stressed and does not have any meaningful information to pass on. She kept saying we are next for almost 45 minutes which I can see online as well.
The NP was amazing with my son with disabilities!
I wouldnt recommend this place if you want the rapid test. My wife got tested on Saturday afternoon and at noon on Sunday we still have not gotten her results. They sent her a text around 5pm on Saturday and we called the number they told her to call but as of noon today they still have not given her results even though we have talked to the call center. She was tested last month for a regular test and got the results 2 days later. The person we spoke with at the call center was polite and forwarded a message to the clinic twice, once Saturday and once on Sunday, still no response.Edit review: Im going to lower the stars after visiting here on Saturday with an appointment for a covid test. My appointment was for 11:40 but didnt see anyone till noon then waited till 12:30 for results which never came. My wife and grandson were waiting in the parking lot, so I told the staff I would come back after we had lunch since the 10 minute wait time turned into 45. Even after coming back I had to wait 20 minutes for someone to give me the results. Even after all that we were dumb enough to make an appointment for my wife on Sunday for 1:40, here I sit an hour and 10 minutes after her appointment and still havent been called in to be tested. She has sn appointment and was on time and theyre taking walk ins ahead of her. THIS PLACE SUCKS!
I can not express my thanks enough for the staff and doctors. it was close to closing time and my daughter had real bad pain in her ear. They could have said they are not accepting anymore patients today, but they went the extra mile and got us in. It was so nice to have a place still care about others and not themself. I am sure they had a long day. thank you.
I went into the clinic today feeling awful. There was one person ahead of me. I wound up waiting an hour, which the front receptionists thought it was a good idea to argue what time I was there, since I received a text from my wife right as I walked in the door. Then, while I was waiting, no less than three people came in and were called to the back before me. When asked about it, the receptionist had no clue what was going on or why this was happening. Ten minutes later, she told me to come back. At this point, I told them that with the unprofessionalism, cluelessness of the staff, and the general lack of concern for the patient caused me to politely inform them that I would rather die than let their doctor look at me especially if this is how the rest of the place is ran. My family will NEVER go to this place again. I would rather give my money to someone else.
We didnt have an appointment and it was a Saturday. We were traveling and I got sick. They worked us in and were so nice and professional with us. Would definitely use them again!
Had severe shoulder pain from an unknown injury and went to visit nextcare. Easy online booking and easy check in procedures. The wait wasn’t long on a Sunday afternoon and was evaluated and treated to hold me over until I can see primary care. Would definitely recommend
Great team greeted me and listened to my concerns. This is now my go to place for urgent care!!.
I had two separate visits. I came in on the 29th of June to get help for a really bad throat infection. The nurse was incredibly sweet and helpful, but the doctor seemed very dismissive and gave me antibiotics that made me vomit for the next few days. I came back in on the 2nd of July and had another really nice nurse and a very efficient doctor who immediately diagnosed me with a viral infection just by looking at my throat for a couple seconds. She gave me the medication I needed and Im finally able to feel better after a week of misery thanks to her. If not for the first visit I would rate this place 5 stars because of that.
My experience with NextCare has been amazing! I needed Covid testing for travel purposes and the staff at the Georgetown office was so pleasant and welcoming! Even though I my wait time was long, I was able to walk in hours before my appointment time. They were very accommodating and would recommend services. Staff members went above and beyond expectations. 🙌🏼😀
Took my husband last minute around 7ish for a rash we were attended really quickly, mainly because the clinic was empty and also the front desk girl was really sweet. We were taken back really quickly and even though we were the only ones in the clinic were out before 8pm. The doctor was nice and i recommend this place, i would come back if i had something urgent going on and want to avoid the hospital.
The A/C was out and wait times were long.It was HOT
So first time using this because we needed Quick Covid Antigen tests for foreign travel. Booked appointments, drove 45 minutes and on time. Walked in and told a 1 1/2 hour wait. Shouldnt be like that. Customer time just as valuable as business time
I hardly had to wait to be seen and the doctor was very thorough and helpful. She called in my medicine right away and I had it in hand within 30 min. I highly recommend.
The initial response to getting check-in was painful and very cold. Not even a hello! However, the visit was an accomplishment by getting a diagnosis and getting the medication needed. The visit lasted for about 10 minutes very much appreciate the brief visit. The customer service could be better, but I will return only because of the medical discount program.
They refused to take my copay after my visit, preferring to send the bill and eventually late payment notices to a non-existent location. Thankfully, I was sent to collections where I was able to pay an additional fee to help remedy their clerical error.I did reach out directly to NextCare to try and pay my lost bill. I spent approximately 35 minutes on hold, to speak with a very nice representative whos best suggestion was just to pay the collection company. As they would process the payment faster, reducing the chance of NextCares error showing up on my credit report.1 out of 5 stars.
I had an eyebrow laceration and the PA did a great assessment. Based on location I needed 3 stitches and she did a very clean and good job! Very educational as well. I’m very thankful for the care I received.
My wife, daughter, and myself have all been seen at the clinic. Wait time is always negligible. The Front Staff lady, Ashley, is always pleasant and professional. The Back Staff, Laura, did a great job with my 11 month old daughter. All three of us have seen Lola Reyna, FNP now. She quick yet thorough, friendly and professional, and we feel she gives us the attention necessary to diagnose us correctly. We appreciate their work and will return any time Urgent Care is necessary for a member of the family.
Front office lady had a very poor attitude. She was rude, condescending and oddly passive-aggressively hostile to me and the other patients. I know everyone has bad days but its been a long time since Ive encountered someone so utterly disagreeable.Ill go elsewhere for my urgent care needs going forward. That is a shame because I found the care I received to be thorough and compassionate, and the medical staff to be patient, jovial and helpful. To get to them, though, Im not interested in running that front desk gauntlet.
Tha team at North Austin Ave in Georgetown Tx are always kind, diagnose quickly and provide a solution for my nonverbal special needs teenage daughter. Thank you again team!!!
I was seen right on time. The receptionist was very helpful with my questions. The young man who did my vitals was very personable. Made me feel comfortable and welcome. The doctor who did my test was thoughtful and careful.‘‘This is my third visit to Nextcare and I highly recommend them
Excellent staff and very nice will be repeat customer
I had excellent service. All the staff made me very comfortable and took their time to understand my issues. The intake nuse and PAC were very knowledgeable and kind. The nurse who took my blood was patient and humourous.
I love this clinic I always have a great experience when we are faced in a situation and have to go. Dr.Micheal was awesome, very kind and helpful. She was very sensitive to my daughters needs and is well liked. Thank you so much and Assistant Shayna was just as kind and prepped everything so perfectly. I wish this could be our primary clinic. Thanks
Friendly caring staff. Quick service, all around excellent experience.
The Next Care Staff Was Amazing They Saw Me And Sent Me Out For Additional Treatment Every One Did An Amazing Job 👏
Had an appointment here. Nobody in waiting room. Appointment at 12:40pm. Still here at 2:30pm. My wife is the only patient being treated in the facility. All rooms are empty and the receptionist is turning people away saying that they are running behind. Would not recommend this place in Georgetown, TX.
Super friendly front desk staff and the PA had the best bedside manner! Highly recommend this location.
I has a 10:00 appointment. Got there 10 min6early as requested. Receptionist was friendly and helpful. Everyone was. However. With a morning appointment why did I not leave til 11:20 and all I needed was blood drawn for a test? Way too long a wait.
Front desk was pleasant and informative. The sign in list was on a large tv screen, and just knowing where I was in-line with everyone else in the room made the wait bearable. The nurse was very compassionate and thoughtful. The doctor was kind and knowledgeable. He was thorough and gave me options. I paid cash. I would definitely return and a good value.
Check-in process was smooth and online, so could wait in comfort of my car. Wait was a bit long(25 min) but expected on a weekend walk-in. The PA was friendly, professional and intelligent. She diagnosed me and had a solution for me very quickly.
This urgent care has been phenomenal. The staff has always been caring and informative, and they listen to you! The wait time is bearable; they are so busy, but checking in online helps. The facility is clean. 10/10, would recommend!
Some members of staff were very unprofessional. While not realizing i was in an exam room, several staff members, including Laura and Art were outside discussing myself and members of my household. Laura shared with the others that i was very rude on the phone, and Art responded, Those girls. Theyre all roommates, and they all have an attitude. In addition to the tactless staff, our appointments were over half an hour late. I definutely will not be coming back to this urgent care or recommending it to anyone. In fact, i will actively dissuade everyone i know from coming here, too.
I was right around the corner at the bowling alley when I decided to go.I had a bite the previous day that left my arm swollen. I knew from previous experience that it was a spider bite. Though the queue seemed very low in volume with patients. I had to wait 2 hours to be seen. Upon being sewn everyone was nice and they apologized foe accidentally skipping me. But all and all the diagnosis and treatment appear to have worked.
I went in with chest congestion and deep coughing. I appreciate that my visit was fast but professional! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The Dr. knew exactly what was going on and had me out of there in no time. My prescriptions were called in before I left! I highly recommend this clinic to anyone!
Made appointment 24 hrs in advance for a physical. Its now more than an hour past my appointment time. With no end in site. This place is a joke. What good is a appointment if they are not going to make any effort to try and keep it. And no they are not busy at all.
Excellent PA on duty. She was extremely thoughtful and thorough. I have had gout for years and I learned more from her than any other medical person has ever taken the time to explain. I feel stupid because I do not remember her name, however she is a short Asian women! She is a powerhouse! Thank you.
Whats the point of having an appointment when NextCare doesnt keep it? Made an appointment came 15 minutes earlier than appointment. Still waiting an hour later. No other patients in sight. Are you kidding me?Edit: its an hour and a half now since my supposed appointment.Receptionist is rude and no help. States thats its a reservation not an appointment. Then kindly rephrase your website to reflect the fact that is not an appointment, but a reservation.Unbelievable.
My children needed sports physicals and found Urgent Care through an online google search. I was able to make an appointment over the phone and was notified by text when is the best time to check-in for our appointment. This made life a whole lot better because we didnt have to wait very long in the lobby. As soon as we entered the clinic, the lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful which made our visit there a great experience.
NextCare in Georgetown was quick, helpful, and knowledgeable. We took our 2 year old in with a high fever. They made it easy to get checked in and get paperwork done. The PA and NP were calm, kind, and quick with their work. Good experience and will go back, if needed.
Went in at 2pm on a Thursday and had basically no wait. Everyone was nice and was taken care of pretty fast and had my prescription called in before I walked out the door. It was my second time in the office with my first being for my son. Both times it was a great experience.
Very friendly people . Very good listeners and I felt very safe being there .
Everyone was courteous and professional. The PAC Dr.Friggle, was very compassionate and thorough. Excellent service.
Made an online appointment at 6:40 pm, checked in at 6:14 pm and didn’t get called back until after 7:30 pm. And the walk ins were being seen before people with appointments. We didn’t leave until 8:15.I understand about being busy. But that was uncalled for.
I was really suffering with back spasms and pain, happens every few years. Dorian listened, did a quick assessment. He said lets try...Picked up meds an hour later at my pharmacy. That was 4 hours ago. Already more comfortable. Thank you!
I have had nothing but great experiences here. I dont have time to be sick, and frankly I dont have time for my PCP. I need to be able to scoot somewhere quickly, get fixed up and get back to work / life. The strange part... I actually have found myself having a good time when I visit this Urgent Care. The staff is incredibly friendly, courteous, and they treat me respectfully. There have been only great attitudes when I have been in here. Professional doctors who want to take care of sick patients and get them well. Very clean waiting room & exam rooms . Not much more you could ask for from this type of facility!
Went in on Monday for kidney stone pain, told them urologist office asked me to get X-ray before my appointment on Thursday, so whoever saw said come back Wednesday X-ray tech out just walk no appointment needed, they did not give me any pain meds for kidney stones which are very painful, Come back Wednesday Tech tries to play doctor and says it won’t help will not be able to see anything And I told him Urologist ordered X-rays Nad I have had calcium stones in the past which show up in X-rays and they still denied and said will not work , so long story short a complete waste of time nothing accomplished, very poor care for a kidney stone will not go back and would not recommend,
Always quick to help. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. We have had multiple trips to this location, Dorian the PA has been very supportive and reassuring during each visit. Thanks for being our neighbors, NextCare. We appreciate you.
I go to this urgent care often for myself & my son. The staff there is always nice! Very welcoming atmosphere! The PA was very thorough when giving us care instructions. Definitely recommend others to go here for their urgent medical needs.
I was a walk-in but 2 hours in the waiting room is a bit excessive. An hour after leaving I went to check on my prescription and the pharmacy hadnt even received it yet, though I was told as I was leaving that it had already been sent. Front desk staff was very nice as was the doctor, otherwise Id give 1 star.Update 1: Called again 2 hours after leaving as the pharmacy STILL had not received my prescription. Supposedly there was some sort of issue with their system and it was finally sent. If theres something wrong with the system a backup method should be used.Update 2: I was told I would receive results of a culture in 3 days. 5 days later I still had not received a call so I called to check on the results. I was told they hadnt received anything from the lab yet and it would likely be Monday before getting it back. This culture was to ensure I was on the correct antibiotic, which I would be done with on Monday anyway. I had to ask if they would call the lab to see if the results were in. Not even 10 minutes later they called with my results. Why did I have to suggest they call the lab? That should have been their first response when they realized they didnt have the results. Bumping down to 1 star, and not coming back.
Had a wonderful experience here. The Dr. And Nurse were very nice and helpful. Big improvement in the wait time as well.
After watching my husband in terrible pain for two days , I took him to urgent care because our family clinic was closed . upon arriving the person at the desk was no where to be seen for a few minutes. When they finally came out it seemed as though they were balling in tears which I understand could be from something personal but when you come to a place for help you’d like to see that the staff is emotionally stable because you are putting your loved one in their hands. After finishing the paper work we were called . He was at 105.3 and had been at that or more for the two days before. After speaking with the doctor for less then a min she told us to just go home and drink lots of water. It’s going on two days since the visit and he’s fever has not gone down for more then an hour without Advil and even then it is still at 99.7 . I find it completely ridiculous that we had to pay 50 dollars for not even five minutes in the clinic where they told us “just drink water “ and only getting worse and worse since the visit.
Came in without an appointment , front desk lady was absolutely professional and understanding. My entire experience was wonderful..Recommend to go to this clinic and location in Georgetown Texas.
This is by far the best Drs office I have been to. EVER. The play areas for kids are beyond compare, there are always refreshments available, the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and amazing with both adults and children and the wait is very reasonable. All around great experience every time. I wish they did check ups. Id never go anywhere else! :-)
We came in on a quiet Monday evening and were seen promptly. The receptionist, Anna, was polite, helpful and engaged.Edgar, the triage nurse, was kind and helpful. He listened to me, and let me know we’d be seeing the PA, Dorian, shortly.Dorian was kind, even though he was very direct and matter of fact. No one made me feel silly for coming in for a mild fever, and I was diagnosed with tonsillitis and sent me home with a prescription and a note for work.Overall, an excellent experience for our first visit to an urgent care.
I went in for a check-up because my lymph nodes were hurting and Katherine was awesome! She quickly found the problem other doctors I’ve visited NEVER looked into. She was very knowledgeable and kind. Would definitely recommend coming here.
Excellent staff, service & care. Made an online appointment, which was really easy. They were very helpful accommodating me since I could barely walk. Thanks so much for helping me get back on my feet. This place was/is really a great alternative to a costly trip to the ER (IMO for this situation).
Love taking my son here when hes feeling sick and I cant take him to his regular doctor. We are always in and out. Receptionist Ashley also remembered my son from previous times. Edgar was very polite and friendly to both me and my son. Love Dr. Reyna she always knows how to talk with my son.
Excellent crew of medical personnel. I was treated with respect and dignity. I had to wait 2 hrs, which is nothing considering the amount of work these professionals have in caring for the community. Thank you for your hard work and dedication.
Staff was excellent! Only complaint is that I booked an appointment at 11:30 and want seen until 12:15. Not the end of the world but kind of felt silly to make an appointment when my wait was probably the same.
FNP-C Morgan is absolutely amazing. Having to go to an Urgent care clinic on a Tuesday afternoon with a semi-sick kiddo isnt high on anyones fun things to do list, but here I am. The staff here are super compassionate and you can tell they have a passion for what they do. I wish more health care facilities had their bedside manner and attention to detail. They were thorough, explained what was occurring, how long to expect having symptoms, provided literature, and ruled out all other possibilities (ie COVID 19). I left there knowing that my daughter received great care, was comfortable and felt like she was their only patient of the day. When it comes to the care of your children, NextCare Urgent Care in Georgetown is by far one of the best.
Its convenient to check in online and once we got there, we waited for about 15mins before they took us back to a room. Everyone was very nice and attentive. Our visit was about an hour including xrays. We definitely recommend going to NextCare.
Friendly and helpful staff that remained positive during what is usually a tense time for any family. Whether for a Covid-19 test or a regular sickness the staff seemed knowledgeable and understanding. I am very appreciative for their kindness and responsiveness.
It was easy to make an appointment online. I sat in the waiting room for very little time, it was super quick. The nurse was fast and very nice, the nurse practitioner was great. If you want in fast with a very nice staff this is the place to go.
Provider was excellent along with all the staffWould highly recommend making an appointment online. Very little wait time.
Could not ask for a better medical care and service. Jackline maina, FNP was very professional and knowledgeable. Need more physicians like her.
Wonderful staff… very professional and caring..!!
Wait times can be a bit long, but this is still quicker than waiting at any of the local ERs. Staff is friendly, professional and attentive to concerns. Overall we waited an hour for a walk in appointment but left with peace of mind and felt well cared for.
If you do not have insurance, They will convince you to sign up for a value care enrollment. They claim you will only pay $145 for your visit and your bill is fully covered. However, I received a bill in the mail showing that my visit was not covered, and that I paid for a membership only. In addition, I will be paying $35 a month to have this membership. Overall, I will end up paying almost twice the amount of what the visit was in the first place. The employee must be gettin an incentive for signing others up. The lady came across as sincere; claiming that she was saving us money. That we would only pay $145 vs our bill of $265. I am now stuck with a bill of $265 still and a membership that is costing us $35 a month. The monthly membership fee was never discussed. They’re liars and not fully honest. I’m in shock.
They are unprofessional at all , medical workers complain bc I came today to test my son for Covid and I was in the clinic yesterday to got tested !!! Is his job take care of patients or talk about insurance!! Also I booked app at 10:30 and my son get test about 11:45 .
This place is where your time goes to die, every time no matter what you do!Staff is nice, never plan to just stop by though.
Really friendly and caring staff! A bit of a wait to get to see the dr but once called back the visit went quick and I was listened to and given quality care.
I was very pleased with the Service I received at Nextcare! I will definitely go there again in the future. I like that you can fill out your patient forms online ahead of time… that was very convenient.
Got saw 2hrs past appointment time. Staff was very nice kept me informed. Felt like I was listened to and got help for these allergies.
I had to wait in the waiting room for over an hour and a half, and there were only 2 people taken back in that time. The front desk staff never tried to apologize or acknowledge the wait. I will say, once I got called back, the medical assistant and the nurse practitioner both apologized for the wait and were very kind. One other thing to note, all of the wall mounted hand sanitizers had dead batteries. They did have bottles of hand sanitizer around, but with it being four season, they really need to change the batteries.
Had to get a Covid test, I was extremely nervous, staff assured me it wasn’t as terrible as everyone portrayed. The NP was very gentle and sweet, I’m pregnant so she was asking questions about my baby, to get my mind away from the test. If you need to get tested, this is the place to getter done!
I was here for a covid testing walk in wait was 2 hours long. I have scheduled all my other appointments for my kids but trying to call to cancel one out and no one is answering phones at Georgetown location and Round rock location. I don’t understand why they aren’t answering the phones and I know it is on purpose because yesterday a man walked in with the phone on his hand while it was on hold and the lady was in the front with no body in lobby. I know you have work to to but answering phones is part of your job. Also pushing them off to another clinic vs scheduling them for another day is b.s
LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!!!!! Very thorough and very knowledgeable! My new Urgent Care for sure!
Customer service was not good at all they make you feel out a lot of paperwork online and even have the nerve to ask for insurance then when getting here they say I have to pay out of pocket this is ridiculous would not recommend this place to anyone!
Efficient and knowledgeable, totally listened and was able to help my illness!
Total waste of time. Spent an hour to wait to be seen and the person who was the PA attitude was as if she was put out. Wow. What a waste of time going to this place. The front staff was great and courteous including the lady who took my vitals. It went downhill from there. Never have I ever gotten such terrible attitude and care for going into an urgent care center.
Staff was nice and attentive. Very short time in the waiting room. Doctor was very nice and moved quickly to diagnose my eye issue. In and out in less than 30 minutes. Very good results.
Super nice staff from the receptionist to the PA and the best was Art. Super caring and efficient. They are so busy but they take extreme care for each person. Sorry I had to go but glad I went there!
If I could post half a star I would. Made covid test Appointment for my daughter, whom is medicaid covered. Had to get it for dental surgery. I checked in at 2:05, but they didnt check us in until 2:20. We waited 2 hours in our vehicle! Was told I has to pay 200 for test Whenever they had first told me it would be covered by medicaid. Complained then they sent the bill to Medicaid. They were suppose to fax results to the pediatric dentistry, but never did. They never called me to inform me of the results, until I called them two days later. They DID NOT fax anything to the dentist. I called them twice to tell to fax. My daughters dentist had to call them to recieved results. Coming here has left me with a headache. Not to mention the receptionist who rudely put me on hold, while I was speaking. Im the last one to complain about things like this. But oh my, save yalls time and money. This place needs to improve in their working skills
