These people are godsend. I dont know where I would be without them. Everyone from the counselors to the front office staff. You can tell that they give it their all and they have the biggest hearts. I cant ever thank them enough. If you are ever in trouble and you ever need some help, these are the people that you need to call. God bless them. I love every single one of them and thank you so much!

This place is one of the best organizations too turn too if you run into housing issues. After catching COVID in December and unable to work for two months and on the verge of eviction APAIT assisted me in transitional housing. Without my case manager I would have been homeless. The people who work there really do care. I cannot thank the staff but especially my case manager in acting so quickly. Thanks to everyone at APAIT you literally saved my life!

I have been here once back in January this year and the experience was a pleasant one however today was the exact opposite. I came in at 4.50pm to find the front desk unmanned. Some 3 minutes later a guy came in after me. After 5 minutes, a male staff dressed in all black came in to have both of us fill out the forms however I was told that the guy would be attended to first. I was very surprised because it was explicitly stated in the sign posted by the front desk that testing appointments are made until 430pm. I was made to wait for 30 mins while the other person was being attended to. Now with my previous testing experience, youll be asked to wait outside and after 20 mins youll be called back in for the results of your rapid test. The process of drawing blood and other q and a wont take 30 minutes. After 30 minutes of waiting, I gave up and decided to leave. 5 minutes later I got a call back from the male staff telling me they were able to pull up my record and that the other male client was attended to because hes got an appointment even if he came in close to 5pm. But heres the worst part, while I was explaining why I left and had no intention of coming back, the male staff kept cutting me off mid sentence so Its pointless having a conversation with him. That staff needs to be fired for such unacceptable behavior. Basic telephone manners he doesnt even have.

Horrific place to work. They lie, cheat and manipulate. They micro manage even when they have no idea what their talking about. They literally treat employees like slaves. The worst company ever.

Fake website, full of viruses. Found this job posting on indeed. Stay away. Full of viruses. I wouldn’t apply. Shady place.

Amazing group of staff. Hector was very helpful and resourceful with the help I needed.

Horrible case management. Johann is no help at all.... They offered so many things and every week Johann asked the same questions looked over his notes from the last time and that was it... Never did he finish anything he started with me...
